        박물관의 문화·창조 제품은 현재 박물관의 또 다른 의사소통 수단이다. 문화·창조 제품은 박물관과 문화산업 간의 연결을 위한 미디어일 뿐만 아니라 박물관과 관객 간의 장기적인 연결과 상호작용을 위한 중요한 매개체 이다. 본 논문은 Qi 문화 박물관을 대상으로 현재 박물관의 제품 분석, 제품 설계를 바탕으로 박물관의 제품 디자인을 탐구하고 사용자가 박물관을 통해 쉽게 지역의 전통 문화를 이해 할 수 있도록 박물관의 문화 제품 설계 방안을 제시한다. Cultural and creative products of museums are another communication mode of museums at present. Cultural and creative products are not only the media for the connection between museums and cultural industries, but also the important carrier for the long-term connection and interaction between museums and audiences. Qi culture museum as the research object, analysis of the current museum wen gen products, summed up the basic framework of product design, explores the museum and the design of the product, guide the young man walked into the museum, understanding of regional culture, carry forward the traditional culture, with the Angle of innovation and creation, let wen gen into the students, walk into the public.

        certainty and Dependence Analysis of Performance Limit State for Structural Multidimensional Fragility Evaluation

        Considering uncertainty and dependence of performance limit states (PLSs), the study addresses a methodology to evaluate multidimensional fragility. The purpose is to identify the PLS uncertainty quantitatively. The dependence between each PLS parameters is also investigated. The limit state band is firstly proposed to describe the bi-dimensional case. Through interval estimation, the band area with a certain confidence level is determined. A reinforcement concrete bridge is used as example to illustrate the proposed approach for developing fragility curves. PLS threshold samples are obtained to formulate limit state function using incremental dynamic analysis. The study investigates the sensitivity of the method for fragility assessment when different confidence levels are considered. In addition, influence of correlation coefficient between PLSs is evaluated. Results show that a fragility interval is obtained with the introduction of limit state band. The interval length decreases as with the reduction of the confidence level. The probability of failure becomes smaller when the dependence between PLSs is ignored, which will result in overestimation of the structural seismic performance

        Structural System Reliability Analysis Based on Improved Explicit Connectivity BNs

        The study proposes an improved Explicit Connectivity Bayesian Networks (ECBNs) for system reliability assessment. The framework combines Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the traditional ECBNs. AHP is adopted to consider probabilistic dependencies between system components. Judgment matrix is constructed and weight vector, which meets the requirement of a random consistency check, is extracted to describe a conditional probability information of BNs intermediate nodes. The framework is especially suitable for the system with rare damage filed data. In addition, considering the multiple failure modes for the system component, the multi-dimensional Performance Limit State (PLS) function is proposed to estimate the marginal probability for the BNs root nodes. PLSs are properly modeled as interdependent random variables instead of deterministic quantities. Failing to properly account for the dependencies between PLSs, the non-conservative failure probability results will be obtained. Finally, the system reliability can be calculated through the BNs Junction Tree forward inference algorithm, and the most vulnerable components in the system can be identified through backward diagnose inference. The improved ECBNs theory is first applied to the system reliability evaluation for a reinforced concrete bridge to verify its validity.

        Multivariate Probabilistic Seismic Demand Model for the Bridge Multidimensional Fragility Analysis

        Seismic fragility analysis for bridges is an essential issue for risk assessment of transportation networks exposed to seismic hazards. Considering multiple Performance Limit States (PLSs) and seismic demand parameters, the study proposes a multidimensional fragility evaluation methodology for engineering structures, and the objective of the paper is to show that the uncertainty and dependence between seismic demand parameters should be considered for fragility analysis. Thus, a new Probabilistic Seismic Demand Model (PSDM) following multivariate logarithmic normal distribution is addressed. Taking PLS correlation into consideration, multidimensional PLS formula is constructed to identify the structural failure domain. A RC bridge is studied to show the proposed theory. To consider bridge column plastic deformation and bearing nonlinear characteristic, nonlinear dynamic analyses are carried out. The bridge multidimensional fragility curves are derived and compared with fragility curves for an individual component. Results indicate that uncertainty and dependence of demand parameters can be properly dealt with by the multivariate PSDM. The multidimensional fragility is higher than fragility of any individual component, and the bridge as a system is more fragile. The ignorance of multiple components contribution to the system will generate an overestimation for the whole structural performance, which is adverse to engineering structural safety.

        Molecular Dynamics-Based Tension Simulation of Plastic Deformation of 2D Nanotwinned Copper Under Uniaxial Stress Conditions: Evolution of Dislocations and Secondary Twinning

        Adding nanotwins to a metal could be a way to effectively improve its strength without suppressing its tensile ductility, whichsuggests that their unique nanostructure may alter microstructure evolution and deformation mechanisms. In this work, weperform a molecular dynamics-based tension simulation of two-dimension (2D) polycrystalline copper (Cu) with embeddednanotwins under uniaxial stress conditions. The results of MD-simulation reveal that the spacing of the twin boundarieshad a significant effect on the mechanical properties of nanotwinned materials. Specifically, an irregular relationship isfound between the twin boundary spacing ( DT ) and the strength of the material. It exhibits that the peak stress reached amaximum at DT = 12.5 nm and decreased thereafter with increasing average DT . However, flow stress reaches a maximumat a critical value of DT = 7 nm. According to the analysis of microstructure evolution, the presence of nanotwins hinder themotion of partial dislocations and stacking faults, and the stress-concentrated region leads to the transition from coherenttwin boundaries to incoherency. The stress-concentrated region locates in the step of incoherent would release the intrinsicstacking faults responsible for the formation of hierarchical contraction nanotwins stacking faults which efficiently improvesthe strength of Cu. In addition, as the tension proceeds, some samples begin to display the secondary twinning. This workwill be helpful for further investigation the nucleation and evolution of 2D nanotwinned metals and for formulating effectivestrength criteria for 2D nanotwinned metals.

        我從遼寧回到京的第二年, 使我高興論一件事, 是韓國女眞語文學家星女子大學金東昭敎授的光臨舍下, 記得當時是承延邊大學崔羲秀敎授同來介紹的. 初談之際, 卽感到金東昭敎授對女眞文硏究的深度·廣度, 令人佩服. 兩年之後, 使我更高興的事美得到了金東昭敎授的文集≪女眞語滿語硏究≫, 這本書是中央民族大學黃有福敎授譯成的中文本. 本來我曾與金東昭敎授互贈著作. 但承他寄贈的≪韓國語與通古斯語音韻比較硏究≫(1981), ≪同文類解滿州文語語彙≫(1982), 皆 金東昭敎授授執敎的曉星女子大學出版部所出, 印製精良. 彌足診貴. 而奉面又以≪女眞譯語≫等書影爲地, 更覺親切, 其眞對女眞語文硏究之重視, 亦由此可見. 我本早想寫-篇介紹, 但因限于朝鮮語文程度, 遲遲不果. 今得此中譯本能洞悉著作眞諦, 理當爲之游揚.

      • 지방산, 지방 알코올 및 프로필렌글리콜이 클렌부테롤의 경피투과에 미치는 영향

        Clenbuterol, a selective β_(2)-adrenergic receptor stimulant, has been introduced as a potent bronchodilator for patients with bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphysema. For the purpose of developing a transdermal preparation for clenbuterol, we attempted to select an optimal solvent system and permeation enhancer among fatty acids and fatty alcohols which are known to accelerate the penetration of various drugs in permeation experiments using hairless mouse skin and Franz diffusion cell. Apparent partition coefficient of clenbuterol was increased as pH of buffer solution was increased and solubility of clenbuterol was increased as the percent of propylene glycol(PG) in buffer solution(pH10) was increased. Permeability of clenbuterol from different buffer(pH 10)/PG solvent mixtures was decreased as the percent of PG in pH 10 buffer solution was increased and among the various enhancers studied, lauryl alcohol was found to be the most effective enhancer, increasing the permeability of clenbuterol approximately 76-fold compared with control. Lauryl alcobol(0-2%) enhanced the permeability of clenbuterol concentration-dependently. In this study, the optimal solvent system for the penetration of clenbuterol was found to be 50/50 buffer(pH 10)/PG solvent mixture containing 2% lauryl alcohol.

        프레탈^(R)정(실로스타졸 50mg)에 대한 실로졸^(R)정의 생물학적 동등성

        Bioequivalence of two cilostazol tablets, the Pletaal^(R)(Korea Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the Cilozol^(R)(Hanmi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA, Sixteen normal male volunteers(age 20~29 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 22 cross-over study was employed. After two tablets containing 50㎎ of cilostazol were orally administered. blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of cilostazol in plasma was determined with an HPLC method using UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters(C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t)) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameters. The results showed that the differences in C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t) between two tablets were 4.99%, 1.74% and 7.68%, respectively. The powers(1-β) for C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t) were83.92%, 80.12% and 85.03%, respectively. Detectable differences(Δ) and confidence intervals were all less than 20%, and confidence interval of all the parameters were also less than 20% at the significance level(α) of 0.05. All of these parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Cilozol^(R) tablet is bioequivalent to Pletaal^(R) tablet.
