목적: 최근 국내에서 발병이 증가하고 있는 피부암 환자에서 시행한 서혜부 림프절 곽청술의 술기를 소개하고 수술에 따른 합병증 및 수술 결과에 대해 고찰하고자 하였다. 방법: 2002년 3월부터 2010년 7월까지 피부암의 서혜부 림프절전이로 서혜부 림프절 곽청술을 시행한 43예의 환자를 대상으로 수술 후 합병증, 생존률, 재발 유무 등을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 결과: 서혜부 림프절 곽청술을 시행한 43명의 환자 중 편평 세포암 8명, 악성 흑색종 35명이었다. 평균 12.6개의 림프절을 절제하였고 평균 2.46개의 림프절에서 전이가 확인 되었다. 수술 후 35예(81.4%)의 환자에서 하지 림프 부종, 피부 괴사, 장액종의 합병증이 발생하였으나 모두 보존적 치료 후 호전되었다. 평균 24.5(3-83)개월의 외래 추적 관찰 기간 동안 20명(46.5%)의 환자에서 재발이 발생하였고 8명(18.6%)의 환자가 사망하였다. 결론: 림프절로 전이된 피부암은 불량한 예후를 보이고 서혜부림프절 곽청술은 많은 합병증을 동반하는 술식이지만 경험 있는 외과의에 의해 적절히 시행된다면 심각한 합병증과 재발을 줄일 수 있다. 국내에서 피부암은 드물 질환이지만 서혜부 림프절 곽청술의 술기 및 술후 경과에 대해 잘 파악하고 있는 것이 이 질환의 치료를 위해 중요하다. Purpose: To evaluate the results and experience of inguinal lymph node dissection in patients with skin cancer. Methods: 43 patients were underwent inguinal lymph node dissection for skin cancer spread to the lymph nodes in SMC between Mar 2002 and Jul 2010. We investigated postoperative complications, recurrence rate, survival rate from their medical records, retrospectively. Results: Among 43 patients, 35 cases were diagnosed as malignant melanoma and 8 were diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma. 12.6 lymph nodes were retrieved, and 2.46 lymph nodes were metastasized on average. Complications such as lymphedema in lower extremities, skin necrosis, seroma were occurred in 35 patients (81.4%). But most were recovered with conservative management. During 24.5(3-83) months of follow up periods, 20 patients (46.5%) had recurrences of skin cancer and 8(18.6%) of them were expired. Results: Generally, skin cancer spread to lymph nodes shows poor prognosis and inguinal lymph nodes dissection is a procedure resulting in high rate of complications. However, if this is performed properly by experienced surgeons, the recurrence and serious complications could be reduced.

Application of a generalized equivalent circuit including the electrode condition for the Hebb-Wagner polarization in the frequency domain proposed by Jamnik and Maier can provide a consistent set of material parameters, such as the geometric capacitance, partial conductivities, chemical capacitance or diffusivity, as well as electrode characteristics. Generalization of the shunt capacitors for the chemical capacitance by the constant phase elements (CPEs) was applied to a model mixed conducting system, $Ag_2S$, with electron-blocking AgI electrodes and ion-blocking Pt electrodes. While little difference resulted for the electron-blocking cell with almost ideal Warburg behavior, severely non-ideal behavior in the case of Pt electrodes not only necessitates a generalized transmission line model with shunt CPEs but also requires modelling of the leakage in the cell approximately proportional to the cell conductance, which then leads to partial conductivity values consistent with the electron-blocking case. Chemical capacitance was found to be closer to the true material property in the electron-blocking cell while excessively high chemical capacitance without expected silver activity dependence resulted in the electron-blocking cell. A chemical storage effect at internal boundaries is suggested to explain the anomalies in the respective blocking configurations.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>MFI and LTA zeolites were synthesized inside three-dimensionally ordered mesoporous (3DOm) carbon. After the removal of the carbon, a highly crystalline 3DOm-imprinted zeolite with tunable and ordered mesopores was obtained. The nominal mesopore size can be finely controlled from 5 to 15 nm by changing the cage size of the 3DOm carbon. Under different synthesis conditions, the crystal size of the 3DOm-imprinted (3DOm-i) MFI was tuned from approximately 100 nm to several micrometers. The 3DOm-i zeolite was mesoporous and exhibited a spherical shape with a rough external surface. With the synthesis of 3DOm-i zeolites, mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) were prepared by incorporating them into a commercial polyimide matrix (i.e., Matrimid® 5218). Both MFI- and LTA-containing MMMs exhibited good adhesion between the zeolites and polymer because of their imprinted mesopore structure and rough external surface. Also, both MMMs exhibited a substantial increase in permeability to all the gas penetrants used in this work (except for NF<SUB>3</SUB>), resulting in an excellent N<SUB>2</SUB>/NF<SUB>3</SUB> separation efficiency.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> 3DOm-i MFI and 3DOm-i LTA were crystallized by confined synthesis. </LI> <LI> Zeolites exhibited spherical mesoporous structure with a rough external surface. </LI> <LI> 3DOm-i zeolites-containing MMMs showed good interfacial morphology. </LI> <LI> 3DOm-i zeolites-containing MMMs improved N<SUB>2</SUB>/NF<SUB>3</SUB> separation performance. </LI> </UL> </P>

The purpose of this study was to analyze and identify the motor ability and process of development according to ages, sexes and between deaf and hard of hearing in the hearing impaired children through the Oseresky`s motor ability test, and the subjects of this study were 77 hearing impaired children(boys=40, girls=37). From the resutt and discussions of the study, the conclusions are as follows; 1. The motor ability level in ages : The motor ability level in ages, on the average, was late about 11 months. In the subordinate items, the static coordination was significant difference(p$lt;.001). 2. The motor ability level in bath sexes : The motor ability level in both sexes was no difference, but in general movements coordination test, boys were 1.46 years more higher than that of girls. The difference was significant(p$lt;.05). 3. The motor ability level in deaf and hard of hearing. : The motor ability level was hand of hearing more than higher that of deaf especially, in static coordination test, hard of hearing were 1.76 years more higher than that of deaf. The difference was significant(p$lt;.05). 4. The motor ability level bring with advanced in age : According to advanced in age, on the whole, motor ability level was improved, but in the subordinate items, static coordination was late about 10 months at 10 years old.
Electrical Characterization of Ultrathin Film Electrolytes for Micro-SOFCs

The reliability of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) particularly depends on the high quality of solid oxide electrolytes. The application of thinner electrolytes and multi electrolyte layers requires a more reliable characterization method. Most of the investigations on thin film solid electrolytes have been made for the parallel transport along the interface, which is not however directly related to the fuel cell performance of those electrolytes. In this work an array of ion-blocking metallic Ti/Au microelectrodes with about a $160{\mu}m$ diameter was applied on top of an ultrathin ($1{\mu}m$) yttria-stabilized-zirconia/gadolinium-doped-ceria (YSZ/GDC) heterolayer solid electrolyte in a micro-SOFC prepared by PLD as well as an 8-${\mu}m$ thick YSZ layer by screen printing, to study the transport characteristics in the perpendicular direction relevant for fuel cell operation. While the capacitance variation in the electrode area supported the working principle of the measurement technique, other local variations could be related to the quality of the electrolyte layers and deposited electrode points. While the small electrode size and low temperature measurements increaseed the electrolyte resistances enough for the reliable estimation, the impedance spectra appeared to consist of only a large electrode polarization. Modulus representation distinguished two high frequency responses with resistance magnitude differing by orders of magnitude, which can be ascribed to the gadolinium-doped ceria buffer electrolyte layer with a 200 nm thickness and yttria-stabilized zirconia layer of about $1{\mu}m$. The major impedance response was attributed to the resistance due to electron hole conduction in GDC due to the ion-blocking top electrodes with activation energy of 0.7 eV. The respective conductivity values were obtained by model analysis using empirical Havriliak-Negami elements and by temperature adjustments with respect to the conductivity of the YSZ layers.
