      • 고추中 殘留農藥의 經時的 및 乾燥方法에 따른 變化

        Chlorothalonil, procymidone, deltamethrin and benomyl were selected for this investigation among pesticides, the maximum residue limits of which were already established. Each sample was classified as group A, B, and C, and sprayed with different concentrations. The changes in pesticide residues at different concentrations and with lapse of time were investigated. The results are as follows : 1.The pesticide residues rapidly decreased 5 days after spray but decreased slowly with lapse of time. 2.The residue level of benomyl decreased abruptly from 23.93 to 0.00 ppm with time, whereas those of chlorothalonil, procymidone, and deltamethrin reduced from 16.73 to 0.09 ppm, from 13.23 to 0.15 ppm, and from 7.17 to 0.06 ppm, respectively. 3.Higher levels of pesticide residues were detected in dried red pepper than in unripe-fresh red pepper and more residues were present in sun-dried samples than in oven-dried ones, with the exception of deltamethrin. 4.The periods of time when the residual amounts of chlorothalonil, procymidone, deltamethrin and benomyl were below the respective maximum residue limits (MRL) were 9, 1, 11 and 3 days, respectively, after the spraying of the recommended amount of each chemical. However, the actual amounts of pesticides taken up by humans in daily life would be very small, since about 90% of the residues would probably be removed during the washing process.

        하이에크의 자유주의와 제도 개혁의 가능성

        하이에크의 문화진화를 학습과 경쟁적 선별이라는 두 개의 진화 메커니즘이 작동하는 과정으로 이해한다면, 규칙과 제도의 진화 과정에서 행위주체의 의도적인 설계가 반드시 배제될 필요는 없다. 즉 하이에크의 구성주의에 대한 비판이 모든 제도설계에 대한 거부로 이해되어서는 안 된다. 하이에크 역시 시장 경쟁은 적절한 규칙에 의해서 제약될 필요가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 그러한 규칙이 반드시 자생적 기원을 가질 필요는 없음을 인정하고 있다. 규칙과 제도의 영역에서 행위주체에게 자유로운 실험을 보장하는 동시에 그러한 대안들의 잠재적 한계를 인식하고 그것들이 끊임없이 경쟁적 환경에 노출될 수 있는 제도적 틀을 설계하는 것이 자유주의 입법기구의 임무이다. 자생적 시장질서와 자유주의 입법 간의 이러한 통합된 이해는 하이에크의 문화진화론을 평가할 수 있는 일관된 자유주의적 관점을 제공할 수 있다. If it can be said that two evolutionary mechanisms, the adaptive learning and competitive selection operate simultaneously in Hayek’s cultural evolution, the intentional institution-design cannot be necessarily excluded in the evolutionary process of social rules and institutions. Hayek’s criticism of constructivism should not be understood as objection to any institutional design. Hayek did not only admitted that market competition is necessary to be constrained by appropriate rules, but that the origins of them cannot be spontaneous. In the domain of rules, design of institutional frame which allows the individuals to experiment and choose freely the alternatives and subjects them constantly to competitive selection is the role of liberal legislation. The relation between spontaneous social order and liberal legislation allow us to understand consistently Hayek’s cultural evolution in the perspective of liberalism.

        하이에크의 자생적 질서와 협조적 행위규칙

        하이에크의 문화진화론이 이론적 정합성을 확보하기 위해서는 자생적 질서가 개체선별의 결과이면서 동시에 시장질서하에서 협조적 행위규칙이 선별될 수 있는 조건이 충족될 수 있다는 것을 논증해야만 한다. 그러나 시장 거래가 익명적 다수에 의해서 거래된다는 특성을 고려할 때 자생적 시장 과정 속에서 협조적 행위규칙이 선별될 수 있는 조건이 충족되기 어렵다. 그렇다고 이것이 시장질서가 반드시 비효율적일 수밖에 없다는 것을 의미 하지는 않는다. 사회의 특정 제도적 조건하에서 협조적 행위규칙은 생존할 수 있고, 이는 시장거래가 효율적 결과를 낳기 위해서는 협조적 행위규칙의 선별 조건으로서의 적절한 제도설계가 필요할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 시장 역시 여러 제도들 가운데 하나이며, 시장질서는 그 자체로 자생적이기보다는 시장을 둘러싼 다른 제도들과의 상호작용 과정 속에서 이해되어야 한다. Hayek`s theory of cultural evolution should demonstrate that spontaneous social order is the result of the individual selection and the market oder can satisfy the condition under which cooperative behavior rules can be selected. However, for the fact that the market transactions are usually carried out by a lot of anonymous persons, the condition is difficult to be satisfied in market order. But it dose not mean that market oder cannot but be inefficient. There may be particular conditions under which the cooperative agents can survive, and it suggests that institution design be necessary for the conditions under which the market transaction can result in benefit order. Market is embedded among many other social institutions, and market order is not spontaneous in itself, but should be understood in the process of interaction with the surrounding social institutions.

        강변 여과 취수 지역 퇴적물의 철 화학종 추출 특성

        최근 들어 안정된 수자원 확보를 위해 하천수를 강변의 충적층을 통과시켜 취소하는 강변 여과수 개발이 각광을 받고 있다. 지표수 및 지하수와 반응하는 주변 충적층 퇴적물에 존재하는 철은 강변 여과 후 양수정을 통해 얻어지는 지하수의 수질을 결정하는데 매우 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 퇴적물-지하수-지표수의 상호 작용에 의한 철 화학종의 존재 변화를 알아보기 위해 창원시 대산면 낙동강변의 강변여과 부지에서 채취한 대수층 퇴적물 내에 존재하는 철 함유량을 퇴적물 심도 및 입자 크기에 따라 다양한 화학적 철 추출법을 통해 비교하였다 실험 결과는 전체적으로 지표로부터 20m 부근까지는 2가철 및 총 철 함량이 전체적으로 감소하다 20m 깊이 이하에서는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 육안으로 관찰되는 퇴적물 색깔이 지시하는 산화/환원 환경 특성과도 일치하였다. 한편. 퇴적물의 모래 부분보다 미사/점토 부분에서 추출법에 따라 2∼10배의 철이 추출되었다. 그리고, 다양한 추출법 중 DCB 용액에 의해 가장 많은 철이 추출되었다. 이와 같은 다양한 철 분 석법으로 추출되는 철 햠량 특성은 퇴적물 내에서 철의 용해 및 침전을 결정짓는 심도에 따른 산화/환원 조건의 좋은 지시자로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. River bank filtration has been considered as a promising alternative water management scheme, in which groundwater is extracted from an aquifer near a river after infiltration of the river water in to the aquifer, thereby improving and maintaining the quality of water recovered. Iron, Fe, associated with sediment in contact with groundwater and infiltrating surface water is an important factor in determining the quality of water recovered from the pumping wells in river bank filtration. This study reports the results of Fe speciation in the aquifer sediment samples collected from different depths at the river bank filtration site in Changwon, studied using four different chemical extraction methods, namely, ferrozine, oxalate, HCI, and DCB methods. Overall, the results show that Fe, II, as well as the total Fe content decreases with depth down to ∼20 m and then increases further below. This trend is consistent with the redox characteristics suggested by visual observation. The silt/clay size fraction, 0<62.5㎛ has up to 2∼10times more Fe compared with the sand size fraction, 62.5㎛<0<2mm, depending on the extraction method. Of the four extraction methods, DCB solution. extracted the most Fe from the sediment samples. The amounts of Fe extracted by the different extraction methods can be a good indicator of the redox conditions along the depth of the aquifer.

        생쥐난자의 성숙단계와 결빙억제제에 따른 동결 및 해빙 후 생존율에 관한 연구

        In order to increase the pregnancy rate by means of cryopreservation of the excess oocytes in IVF-ET program, the survival rate of the frozen-thawed oocytes of mouse was examined according to the stages of maturation, cryoprotectants and their treatment. The results were summarized as follows. First, during the continuous treatment with cryoprotectant media, the survival rate of oocytes was higher in DMSO than in PROH, and higher at low temperature($4^{\circ}C$) than at room temperature($25^{\circ}C$). Second, as regard with the maturation of immature(GV-intact) oocytes after treatment with cryoprotectant media, the rate of maturation in DMSO-treated group(52%) was higher than in PROH-treated group(35%). Third, according to the treatment of cryoprotectant media, the survival rate of frozen-thawed oocytes in DMSO-treated group (45%) was higher than in PROH-treated group(29%), and that of oocytes in DMSO 4-step treated group was higher than any other groups. Finally, in the post-thaw oocytes frozen at various stage of maturation, the survival rate of immature oocytes with GV was the highest in all groups. These results suggest that in the cryopreservation of mouse oocytes, DMSO was better than PROH as cryoprotectant, in treatment of cryprotectant the multi-step treatment was better than single-step, and the post-thaw survival rate of oocytes was closely related to the maturity of oocytes. It is assumed that the highest survival rate of mouse oocytes with GV is due to the stability of the structures in nucleus and intracelluar organelles, and of physiological function.

        Thermal annealing effects on the dynamic photoresponse properties of Al-doped ZnO nanowires network

        In this study, UV photodetectors based on a network of aluminium-doped zinc oxide (AZO) nanowires were manufactured at a low cost; for this purpose, a fast and simple fabrication process that involved dropping nanowires dispersion solution was employed instead of the conventional e-beam lithography process that is used to manufacture single nanowire―based UV photodetectors. It was demonstrated that nanowire network―based UV photodetectors provide a much faster UV photoresponse than conventional single nanowire―based UV photodetectors. The fast UV photoresponse of the fabricated UV photodetector can be attributed to the fact that the potential barriers formed in the nanowire network junctions effectively block the flow of electrons during the process of photocurrent decay. Furthermore,the UV photoresponse under illumination by a 254 nm UV source was studied as a function of the annealing temperature of the AZO nanowires network at a bias of 5 V. The fabricated UV photodetector showed the fastest response of 2 s to UV illumination in air when the sample was annealed in air for 1 h at 300 ℃.
