Analysis and Evaluation of Land Subsidence along Linear Engineering Based on InSAR Data

Land subsidence is a worldwide geological environment problem, which can bring about lasting and serious harm to linear engineering and urban construction. In this paper, land subsidence along the linear engineering was monitored and analyzed by the Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images, high-precision leveling results, groundwater level monitoring data. Combined with Small Baseline Subset (SBAS) Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) technology, spatial analysis technology of geographic information system and contribution rate method, the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics, influencing factors, and the contribution rate of each factor to land subsidence along the Lunan high-speed railway from 2016 to 2018 were researched. The accuracy of subsidence results by InSAR monitoring was verified by the linear fitting method and root mean square error method. The influence of uneven subsidence on linear engineering was discussed based on the evaluation results of subsidence gradient zoning. The results indicate that the maximum accumulated subsidence along the Lunan high-speed railway is 499 mm. Multiple subsidence center areas have been formed in the study area, with the maximum subsidence rate exceeding -55 mm/yr. The maximum subsidence gradient and curvature radius of the Lunan high-speed railway meet the requirements of line smoothness when the train speed is 350 km/h. The coal mining, compressible layer thickness, and changes in groundwater level are positively correlated with land subsidence, the total contribution rate to land subsidence is more than 90%. The research results provide scientific support for the prevention and control of land subsidence along the linear engineering.
Electronic Word-of-mouth Marketing in E-commerce based on Online Product Reviews

In E-commerce, purchase decisions of consumers are often strongly influenced by people who consumers know and trust, and word-of-mouth (WOM) is the most important factor when consumers are making a purchase decision. Many online consumers tend to wait for the opinions of early consumers before making a purchase decision to reduce the risk of buying products. So numerous E-commerce websites provide product reviews function for consumers to publicize their personal reviews of purchased products and thus facilitate word-of-mouth communication among consumers. This paper describes word-of-mouth, as a potentially cost-effective means for marketing, especially influence of opinion leaders in electronic word-of-mouth marketing.
Axial Compression Behavior of Composite Sandwich Panel with Mixed Recycled Coarse Aggregate Concrete

The coarse aggregate produced from the construction and demolished waste of masonry structure is called mixed recycled coarse aggregate (MRA), which is mainly composed of concrete recycled coarse aggregate (CRA) and brick recycled coarse aggregate (BRA). The paper presents the results of an experimental and numerical study of concrete composite sandwich panel made with MRA. The composite sandwich panel with MRA (CSPMRA) were tested under axial compression to investigate the influence of concrete mix proportion, thickness of insulation board and added edge frame on the load-displacement curve, load-strain curve, vertical displacement, ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode of CSPMRA. Results of the experimental and finite element analysis (FEA) were compared with the results based on Chinese code, ACI design equation and other empirical equations developed by researchers which might be applicable to predict the ultimate load of sandwich panels. A semi-empirical equation was proposed to better fit the experimental and the FEA results.
Seismic assessment and retrofitting of existing structure based on nonlinear static analysis

Seismic assessment and retrofitting of existing structure is a complicated work that typicallyrequires more sophisticated analyses than performing a new design. Before the implementation of a Codefor seismic design of buildings (GBJ 11-89), not enough attention has been paid on seismic performance ofstructures and a great part of the existing reinforced concrete structures built in China have been poorlydesigned according to the new version of the same code (GB 50011-2010). This paper presents a case studyof seismic assessment of a non-seismically designed reinforced concrete building in China. The structuralresponses are evaluated using the nonlinear static procedure (the so-called pushover analysis), whichrequires its introduction within a process that allows the estimation of the demand, against which thecapacity is then compared with. The capacity of all structural members can be determined following thedesign code. Based on the structural performance, suitable retrofitting strategies are selected andimplemented to the existing system. The retrofitted structure is analyzed again to check the effectiveness ofthe rehabilitation. Different types of retrofitting strategy are discussed and classified according to theircomplexity and benefits. Finally, a proper intervention methodology is utilized to upgrade this typical lowrisenon-ductile building.
서비스 환경이 서비스 품질과 사회적 상호작용, 그리고 정서적 몰입에 미치는 영향

서비스 환경 내에 있는 고객들은 서비스 경험에 대한 만족에 잠재적으로 영향을 미치는 수많은 자극들에 노출되어 있다. 특히, 점포 내의 서비스 환경은 이용자 본인의 특성과 더불어 해당 서비스에 대한 이용자의 정서적 몰입에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 중요한 요인이다. 본 연구는 고객들이 서비스 접점에서 평가하게 되는 서비스 환경을 물리적 환경과 사회적 환경으로 나누어 보고, 이들 요인이 지각된 서비스 품질과 사회적 상호작용성을 통해서 정서적 몰입에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한, 서비스 환경 지각에 있어서 최적 자극수준이나 사회적 적합성향 같은 개인 특성이 어떠한 조절효과를 미치는 가를 실증적으로 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 서비스 환경 내에서 물리적 환경은 서비스 품질의 지각에 영향을 미치고, 이는 다시 정서적 몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 다른 고객과의 동반 여부 같은 사회적 환경이 사회적 상호 작용성에 영향을 미치고, 이는 다시 정서적 몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편, 최적 자극수준과 사회적 적합성향의 조절효과를 확인한 결과, 서비스 이용자 개인의 사회적 적합성향이 높을수록 사회적 환경의 영향을 더 많이 받게 된다는 사실이 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 소비자의 정서적 몰입을 제고하기 위해 고객들이 머물고 싶은 느낌이 들 수 있도록 물리적 환경뿐만 아니라 적절한 사회적 환경이 조성될 수 있도록 하는 것이 필요하다는 점을 시사한다. The satisfaction of customers, who are in a servicescape, will be subject to many environmental stimulations. In particularly, the servicescapes of the store and the customer characteristics are important factors that affecting the emotional commitment of consumers. In this study, the servicescape that consumers evaluated can be divided into physical and social factors. Furthermore, how these factors can affect the emotional commitment through perceived service quality and social interaction will be studied as well. In addition, the moderating effects of the individual characteristics at the perception of servicescape, such as optimum stimulation level and social appropriateness will be studied together. The results show that the physical factor of servicescape is one of the most important elements that affect “emotional commitment” and under this process; the perceived service quality is performed as a parameter. Besides, the social factor of servicescape, such as the other customer and companion affect can also affect emotional commitment through social interaction. On the other hand, through the analysis of optimum stimulation level and social appropriateness, we found that the higher the social appropriateness, the greater the effect of servicescape. Overall, in order to enhance the customer’s emotional commitment, we must build high quality servicescape, meanwhile; the management of other customers and the companion are needed at the same time.
