Outage Probability of Two-Hop Relay Networks with Related Interference

( Peisheng Pan ),( Baoyu Zheng ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2013 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.7 No.8

We consider a specific interference-limited wireless relay system that comprises several cooperation units (CUs) which are defined as a source and destination node pair with an associated relay node. In the wireless relay system, all source nodes simultaneously transmit their own signals and the relay node in each CU then forwards the received signal to the destination node, causing co-channel interference at both the relay node and the destination node in each CU. The co-channel interference at the relay node is closely related to that at the destination node in each CU. We first derive the end-to-end outage probability in a CU over Rayleigh slow-fading channels with interference for the decode-and-forward (DF) relaying strategy. Then, on the assumption that each CU is allocated with equal power we design an optimal power allocation between the source node and the relay node in each CU to minimize the outage probability of the investigated CU. At last, in the case that each CU is not allocated with equal power and the sum of their power is constrained, we present an optimal power allocation between CUs to minimize the sum of the outage probability of all CUs. The analytical results are verified by simulations.

Influence of Vehicle Load Mode on the Response of an Asymmetrically-Loaded Deep Excavation

Bo Liu,Dingwen Zhang,Peisheng Xi 대한토목학회 2019 KSCE JOURNAL OF CIVIL ENGINEERING Vol.23 No.8

At present, the research on the influence of vehicle load mode on response of asymmetrically-loaded deep excavation is limited. Based on a deep excavation which is adjacent to the expressway and is subjected to the asymmetric load induced by the weight of embankment and the vehicle load together, this paper presented several vehicle load conversion methods firstly. Then a numerical modelling was performed to simulate the response of deep excavation considering the above methods. Next, a field monitoring of response of deep excavation was performed to verify the simulation results. By comparing the simulated and monitored results, the optimum vehicle load mode was recommended. The results indicate that the vehicle load has a considerable influence on the response of deep excavation. For this study, the equivalent thickness of soil layer method and the improved equivalent thickness of soil layer method are recommended to treat the vehicle load. This paper also analysed the influence factor of the improved equivalent thickness of soil layer method and found the improvement effect of this method rapidly decreases with the increase of retaining wall height. For a very high retaining wall, the improvement effect of this method is limited.

Thermal Model and Numerical Simulation of Selective Laser Alloying Process of Elemental Ti and B

        Wenlin Ye,Yuan Tian,Dan Zhou,Peisheng Li,Jie Lei,Ying Zhang 대한금속·재료학회 2021 METALS AND MATERIALS International Vol.27 No.8

TiB2 has excellent performances in terms of wear resistance and corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, high elasticmodulus and high compressive strength, hardness, but its application is still limited due to its poor manufacturability. It isexpected to provide a transforming technology for its application by implementing additive manufacture of TiB2. The maincontent of this paper is to propose an innovative technology, selective laser alloying (SLA), using elemental powders ofTitanium and Boron provides a transforming technology for the application of TiB2by enabling its 3D forming from a puresimulation perspective. In this paper, a model of the in-situ reaction process is proposed. By considering the concentrationdistribution of Ti, B and TiB2,the effects of chemical reaction rate and laser power on the evolution of the free solid–liquidinterface and species transport are discussed. The laser energy consumed in the SLA process and the energy released bythe chemical reaction were theoretically derived. It showed that the heat released from the exothermic reaction betweenTitanium and Boron is an important energy source which can reduce the energy input and help improve the manufacturingefficiency of the SLA process; the chemical reaction rate has a significant influence on the concentration distribution of Ti,B and TiB2;the volume and existence time of molten pool and the heat source of reaction strongly relies on the chemicalreaction rate and the laser power.

      • Terminal Anomaly Detection System Based on Dynamic Taint Analysis Technology

Wang Yutong,Chang Chaowen,Han Peisheng 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.10 No.8

With the rapid development of computer systems, intrusion attack methods have become large-scale, distributed and complex. Traditional protection means such as vulnerability database, virus database and rule matching can’t cope with the attacks hidden inside the terminals. This paper proposed a terminal anomaly detection system based on dynamic taint analysis technology from the data dimension of the terminals. Firstly we built a standard data path model based on HMM and evaluated the deviation degree of the current operating mode with it to find the abnormal working status of the terminals. The experimental results show that the structure is valid to discover the intrusion attacks with a high detection rate and low false alarm rate.

Diversity and Antiaflatoxigenic Activities of Culturable Filamentous Fungi from Deep-Sea Sediments of the South Atlantic Ocean

        ( Ying Zhou ),( Xiujun Gao ),( Cuijuan Shi ),( Mengying Li ),( Wenwen Jia ),( Zongze Shao ),( Peisheng Yan ) 한국균학회 2021 Mycobiology Vol.49 No.2

Despite recent studies, relatively few are known about the diversity of fungal communities in the deep Atlantic Ocean. In this study, we investigated the diversity of fungal communities in 15 different deep-sea sediments from the South Atlantic Ocean with a culturedependent approach followed by phylogenetic analysis of ITS sequences. A total of 29 fungal strains were isolated from the 15 deep-sea sediments. These strains belong to four fungal genera, including Aspergillus, Cladosporium, Penicillium, and Alternaria. Penicillium, accounting for 44.8% of the total fungal isolates, was a dominant genus. The antiaflatoxigenic activity of these deep-sea fungal isolates was studied. Surprisingly, most of the strains showed moderate to strong antiaflatoxigenic activity. Four isolates, belonging to species of Penicillium polonicum, Penicillium chrysogenum, Aspergillus versicolor, and Cladosporium cladosporioides, could completely inhibit not only the mycelial growth of Aspergillus parasiticus mutant strain NFRI-95, but also the aflatoxin production. To our knowledge, this is the first report to investigate the antiaflatoxigenic activity of culturable deep-sea fungi. Our results provide new insights into the community composition of fungi in the deep South Atlantic Ocean. The high proportion of strains that displayed antiaflatoxigenic activity demonstrates that deep-sea fungi from the Atlantic Ocean are valuable resources for mining bioactive compounds.

Regulatory Role of SFN Gene in Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Its Mechanism

        Ying Hui,Hao Zeng,Yi Feng,Wenzhou Qin,Peisheng Chen,Lifang Huang,Wenfu Zhong,Liwen Lin,Hui Lv,Xue Qin 한국생물공학회 2021 Biotechnology and Bioprocess Engineering Vol.26 No.3

Purpose: This study aims to explore the differential expression of SFN gene and its regulatory role in different hepatocarcinoma cells, and the impact on hepatocarcinoma. Materials and Methods: High and low SFN expression cells were screened by qRT-PCR and western blotting methods. SFN over expression and interference vectors were constructed. Cell viability was detected by CCK8 kit, cell cycle and apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry. Cell invasion and migration were detected. CCNB1 and CDK1 expression levels were detected by qRT-PCR and Western blotting methods. Results: The high SFN expression BEL7402 cells and the low SFN expression Hep3B cells were screened from Hep3B, HepG2, and BEL7402 cells. The activity of Hep3B cells overexpression vector SFNpcDNA3.1(+) decreased and apoptosis increased, the ratio of G0/G1 decreased and the ratio of S phase increased. The activity of BEL7402 cells transfected with SFN siRNA decreased and apoptosis increased, the ratio of G0/G1 decreased and the ratio of G2/M increased. Interference and overexpression vectors have little effect on the invasion and migration of the two cells. The expression of CDK1 in Hep3B cells decreased significantly, the expression of CDK1 and CCNB1 in BEL7402 cells increased significantly. Conclusions: The differentially expressed SFN gene can regulate the growth of the two hepatocarcinoma cells, high expression of SFN gene can inhibit their growth. The mechanism may be achieved by regulating CCNB1 and CDK1 expression.

A QSAR Model for Predicting the Anti HIV-1 Activity of TIBO Derivatives Using the Norm Indexes

        Lei Li,Fangyou Yan,Xiangying Xu,Qingzhu Jia,Qiang Wang,Peisheng Ma 대한화학회 2016 Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society Vol.37 No.6

As non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, tetrahydroimidazo [4,5,1-jk][1, 4] benzodiazepinone (TIBO) derivatives play an important role in treating acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). The activities (The 50% antiviral inhibitory concentration, pIC50) of a series of HIV reverse transcriptase inhibitor TIBO derivatives were modeled by the quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) method. Based on the norm indexes proposed by our group, a multiple linear regression (MLR) model was developed to estimate the pIC 50 of anti HIV-1 activity of TIBO derivatives. The squared correlation coefficients for training set (R 2 train) and test set (R 2 test) are 0.911 and 0.913, respectively. The average absolute relative deviation (ARD) and overall average absolute error (AAE) are 5.78% and 0.330, respectively. Comparison results with other references demonstrated that this norm-based model was efficient and could provide satisfying prediction results.

        Wenlin Ye,Jin Bao,Jie Lei,Yicheng Huang,Zhihao Li,Peisheng Li,Ying Zhang 대한금속·재료학회 2022 METALS AND MATERIALS International Vol.28 No.1

A mesoscopic simulation based on random packing powder bed model was established to study the heat behavior of CP-Tiduring selective laser melting. The characteristics of the molten pool under the interaction of laser and powder, and theinfuence of laser power on the thermal behavior, hydrodynamics and surface morphology evolution of the molten pool werestudied. The results show that with the increase of laser power, the maximum temperature, temperature change rate, lifetimeof molten pool and size are greatly improved. In addition, the characteristics and heat behavior of the molten pool under thedouble track are mainly studied in this study. It is found that the maximum temperature, lifetime, and the length and width ofthe molten pool of the second track are higher than those in the frst, and with the increase of laser power, the length widthratio of the second track in molten pool becomes larger
