북핵문제해결을 위한 중국의 적극적인 역할과 요인

북핵문제가 발발한 이후, 중국은 IAEA 특별이사회에서의 북핵문제 유엔 안보리회부 결의안 찬성을 기점으로 적극적인 태도로 전환되게 된다. 그 이후, 중국은 3자회담과 1, 2차 6자회담의 개최를 위해 적극적인 셔틀외교를 전개하였을 뿐만 아니라 북한에 대해 무상원조까지 제공하면서 북한을 다자회담의 틀 속으로 끌어들이면서 북핵문제의 평화적이고도 조속한 해결을 시도하였다. 본고는 중국의 북핵문제에 대한 이러한 적극적인 역할과 그 전략적 의의를 대내적인 요인(개혁개방 정책, 신 지도부의 위상)과 대외적인 요인(일본요인, 대만요인, 한반도 요인, 동북아 전략적 요인)을 중심으로 분석해 봄으로써 밝혀보고자 하였다. 결국 중국은 북핵문제를 동북아 지역적 차원에서 해결해야 할 국제문제로 인식하고 지역강대국으로서의 역할과 책임을 적극적으로 수행함으로서 역내 국제정세를 주도해 나가고자 하고 있다. With regard to issue of North Korea's nuclear weapon development program, China began to change its policy by voting for transfer the North Korean Issue to the Security Council of the UN in Special Council of IAEA. Since then, China has actively participated in the Tripartite Meeting and twice meetings of the Six Parties Meetings. Furthermore, China persuaded North Korea to participate in the multilateral meetings to peacefully resolve the issue of North Korean nuclear weapon development by providing aids to North Korea. In this sense, this paper attempts to define the main factors that determined the active role of China on the North Korean issue by analyzing both domestic factors such as reform policy and new leadership of the Chinese government and international factors such as "Japan factor", "Taiwan factor", "Korean Peninsular factor", and "North East Asian factor". In conclusion, China conceives the North Korean issue as an important North East Asian agenda that should be peacefully resolved by international cooperation. And the Chinese government believes that it should play active role in the negotiations to occupy dominant position in the North East Asian area.

ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase) 검사성적과 E형 간염항체 양성률간의 관련성

In order to elucidate the prevalence of anti-HEV, anti-HCV and HBsAg in ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase)-elevated patient group and healthy person control group, we examined anti-HEV, anti-HCV and HBsAg in 92 persons, respectively. The prevalence of anti-HEV in ALT-elevated patient group (4.31%) was not significantly higher than that (2.2%) of healthy person control group (P>0.05). While in healthy person control group the prevalence of anti-HEV in female (2.49%) was higher than that (2.0%) in male, and in ALT-elevated group male (4.81%) was higher than female (3.3%), there were no significances. The positive rate of anti-HEV was not significantly increased with age between healthy person control and ALT-elevated patient group. The odds ratio's of HEV, HCV and HBV with ALT-elevated patient group were 2.05 (95% CI : 0.31~16.54), 8.67 (95% Cl : 1.06~188.63) and 7.23 (959% CI : 2.47~-22.71), respectively, but had no significance. It was turned out that HCV and HBV were significantly correlated with ALT-elevated patient group, but HEV had no significance with it in this paper.

고속고압 방전간극을 사용한 질소 레이저의 동작 특성

We have constructed a nitrogen laser which is 42㎝ long has a rapid high-voltage spark gap and a multiple parallel capacitor-type Blumlein transmission line circuit, whose total capacitance is about 80 nF. The maximum output power of laser has obtained under the condition of nitrogen gas pressure of 80torr, spark gap spacing of 2.26mm and charging voltage of 10.5kV. Under these optimum conditions and maintaining constant stability of 0.02, this laser can be operated with a range of repetition rate, from 10 to 30.1 Hz. The value of E/P is 437 V.cm^-1. torr^-1 for maximum output power and 417 Vcm^-1. torr^-1 for optimum stability condition.

From a knowledge of the source impedence, the radiation impedence to the atmosphere and the four-pole parameters of all the sections of a silencer, it is possible to determine the transmission loss of the silencer. Since the gas in exhaust system of engine is flowing with high temperature we have to consider mean flow and temperature gradient effects to obtain accurate results. In this paper we will compare four-pole parameters with mean flow and linear temperature gradient effects with several other simpler cases already in the literature and then evaluate the availability of these in exhaust system.

근대 영국 스포츠의 민족주의 성격에 관한 연구

This study can be summed up as follows which focused on the background of the English sports nationalism and the sports ideas of public schools in connection with the social structure and background of the England. The English strengthened their bodies and minds through sports, and they nurtured not only sportsmanship and fair-play spirit but leadership, discipline, example -setting, patience and loyalty by competing fair and complying with the rules. It was not irrelevant to both the social nature of the people and the enhancement of manly temperaments. This structure of the English sports through which the England reared persons well-equipped with intelligence and virtue as well has greatly contributed to the realization of the citizen's spirit, nationalism based on the citizen's sovereighty. If also helped the English have a sense of group through a sense of brotherhood and a sense of community. Thus, the country produced gentleman with sound minds in strong bodies through sports. Also, the sports activities of public schools in the England made countless contributions to building up the powerful great Britain, and they played a crucial role in making the schools as the cradle of the true modern sports, which later culminated in the national natures of the England.

스펙트럼 해석법을 응용한 기관 배기계의 맥동압력 전달 특성에 관한 연구

Pulsating pressure of exhaust system is generated by pulsating gas flow due to working of exhaust valve. The pulsating gas flow is closely concerned to engine power loss according to back pressure and exhaust noise. However, because of nonlinear effect due to large amplitude of pulsating pressure, it is difficult to exactly calculate pulsating pressure propagation in exhaust system of typical engine. Moreover, in case of estimating exhaust system performance, conventional prediction method which is based on linear theory, gives many restrictions and overestimate. As the first step for solving this problem, this paper contains experimental model to measure pulsating pressure propagation and shows power spectrum density,frequency response function, coherence in frequency domain for characterize pulsating pressure propagation in exhaust system of typical engine.

國民學校 兒童들의 運動傷害 調査 : focussed on 4 districts in Kangweon province 江原道內 4個地域을 中心으로

To suggest the basic data for a precautionary measures against sports injuries and safety educaion in Elementary school boys and girls, 1,149 boys and 1,111 girls(Total 2,260 answerers) who are 4th, 5th, 6th grade of Elementary school residing 4 districts((city, farm, fishing, and mining village) in Gang-weon province were answered on the questionair which is contents, 21 numbers of questions from Oct. 3, 1982. to Nov.3, 1982. The conclusions from gained results by analyzed data are as follows: 1. The most favorite sports Boys, Baseball and soccer Girls: Running and lope jumping Especially, boys residing in city area answered that the most favorite sports is baseball, and boys residing in the other districts answered that it is soccer. 2. The time required for carry out sports. About 85% of tatal answerer carry out sports 30min. to 1 hour per day. 3. Causes of sports injuries. Taking no notice of boys and girls carelessness and insufficiency of practice on the skill is the most. The next order, foul and a dangerous place in boys and fitness difficency in girls. 4. Situation injuries. When fall down a body toward the front was the most. During mining and collision against the other body were next order. 5. Injuried places and the weather. Out-door ground was most, the weather when injuried was clear. On the other hand, over 80% of total answere injuried season were summer and fall. 6. Sports events which caused sports injuries. Boys: Mainly soccer and baseball Girls: Running and lope jumping 7. Injuried part of the body was represented following order: ①The knee ②The ankle ③Hand and the charecteristic special features of injuries were sprain and laceration in addition, its symptom was acute form of decease. 8. treatment after injuried Boys and girls care at their home but 3.9% among total answeres who were injuried, and duration of curing was and day to 30 days. 9. A trend of experience on sports injury. 84% among total answerers in boys, and 75% among total answerers in girls. Thus it shows the experience ratis are more in boys than in girls.

근대 Olympism의 역사적 변천과정에 관한 연구

To examine the process of historical changes of Olympism, by reviewing and analyzing all sorts of reasons at each of six stages divided according to the changes of the times of the Modern Olympic Games, the object of this study is to set the theoretic foundation necessary for establishing new direction-setting and philosophy of future Olympism. Then, the facts that have been examined so far are summarized as follows. Firstly, the Olympism, which boils down to ties among countries, peace and amateurism, has entered upon complicated and delicate phase, and it has developed into undisguised political intervention, a phenomenon of commercialism and increasing professionalism of sports. Secondly, the number of countries participating in the Olympic Games has mounted to 172 countries in the Barcelona Olympic Games while there were only thirteen countries when the Olympic Games had revived. As the result, the size of the Games has remarkably expanded. In addition, the doping problem, which has emerged as a new issue, is getting more serious. Thirdly, by provoking struggle among nations, the theory of putting victory first linked with national power, is discoloring the noble ideal of the Olympic and its fundamental spirit. In conclusion, to settle these problems, the philosophy of Olympism appropriate for the situation of the times should be established. Besides, the Olympism, based on Pierre de Coubertin's educational philosophy, should be well understood to every nation of the world. Then, the Olympiad will be the best medium for international understanding. Therefore, by being well aware of the fact that the Olympic Games are not competitions among countries but competitions among individuals and competitions with persoanl records, and understanding the philosophy and idea of Olympism, the Olymic Games should regain and develop its pure Olympic spirit.

Purge & Trap-GC를 이용한 의약품 필름코팅 정제 중 잔류용제에 관한 연구

의약품은 약물을 생체에 적풋하기 위하여 유효성분의 효과가 언제나 일정하게 확보되고 사응에 편리하도록 만들어지는 것이므로 유효썽분 이외에 약효에 영향을 주지 않는 성분이 첨가되는 경운가 많다. 이 때 사용되는 용매들은 제피의 광택 및 건쪼시간의 단축 등을 위하여 휘발점이 낮을 용매들이 주로 사용되어진다. 본 연구는 의약품 필름코팅정제 중 잔류용매 4종(chlorofonr benzen, trichloro ethylen, 1,4-dioxane)에 대한 변형된 pirge & trap-GC 장치를 이용한 동시분석방법을 개발하였으며, 각 표준품의 RSD 값은 chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69% and 1,4-dioxane 3.41%였다. 또한 시중 유통중인 의약품 50종에 대하여 잔류웅매 양을 측정하였으며, 검출되는 잔류용매는 한 건도 없었다. This study nras carried out to develope the analytical method for the mixture of chlorefonn, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane simultaneously and determine the remainingorgauic solvents in coating tablets by Purge & Trap-GC. The results were as follouFs ; 1. Chloroform, benzen, trio:tloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane separated by tenax #5 trap by HP-624GC column by terrlperature programming. The peaks were separated completely at retentiontime of 6.88min for chloroform, 8.21min for benzen, 10.38miu for trichloroethylen and 11.95minfor 1,4-dioxane. 2. Standard RSD were individually chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69%and 1,4-diorane 3.41%. 3. 60 samples were not detrcted chloroform, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane.
