      • IgG3결핍 천식 환자에서 면역 글로불린 치료로 호전된 1례

        반복적인 호흡기 감염으로 천식 악화가 재발되는 환자는 면역 결핍이 그 원인일 수 있다. 저자들은 20년 전부터 기관지 천식으로 진단받고 최근 들어 잦은 호흡기 감염과 천식 악화가 발생한 환자에서 IgG3결핍을 확인하여 면역 글로불린 투여 후 임상적으로 호전된 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Asthma is precipitated into acute episode of airway obstruction by respiratory infection. Also, some immunological abnormalities including deficiencies of IgG subclasses are reported in patients with asthma. A 65 year old woman, who has a 20 years history of bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis, has been suffering from recurrent upper and lower respiratory infection for 2 years. She has been admitted frequently by asthma exacerbation. We evaluated her immunoglobulin level. IgG subclass III level was reduced at 14.3 mg/dl (normal range 23.0~196.0 mg/dl) with other IgG subclass profiles in the normal range. So, we administrated IVIG (intravenous immunoglobulin) monthly 0.4 g/kg dose for symptomatic IgG3 deficiency. She was much improved in clinical course : without asthma exacerbation, recurrent respiratory infection, and need for antibiotics. So, the symptomatic IgG subclass deficient patients may be candidates for IVIG replacement.

        존재론적 시각에서 본 춤과 몸의 관계성 연구 : 거울 이미지를 통한

        The function of phenomenon is that describe the real world which we live and go through. Therefore the philosophy of body has to start from ordinary life where you are actually from. In understand of dance body, body as a principal of perception is not simple material figure or representation of consciousness. It has open structure in interpretation wise. In addition, one who dances recognizes everything by body perception and the body is a tool to having a open experience. In other words, accomplishments of appearance in dance is based on movement between body and body instead of mental or consciousness. So that is just about merging into a body. Dance is a body movement that expresses invisible essence to visible. There are many different style what is made by various interpretation which is derived from perception. Also the style of dance allow to have an experience ontological identity between dancer and world by dancer's view, and express the world's way of existence what dancer experienced. So dancer deliver a way of understanding the world through a piece of work. Dance as art work, that is not object what can be existed itself. The dance is always based on our perception, body and world, besides as body belongs in this world, also dance can be significance in this world. For dancer who makes dance as an art work, a mirror is considered as behavior's mirror. This is act of cognition that self, recognizing the principal body by others. As well as, that is considered as oriental symbol of self-moral culture beside mirror for self-perception(mirror as a well from narcissism). As reflecting another image of oneself, dancer's mirror means self unification instead of dissolution. world's mirror on stage is not an individual mirror. Mirror is closer to nature's mirror, but not just a mirror made of mineral. Consequently, mirror of a dancer functions as self-reflection by ironic relationship between a routine, which is training body, and an ideal, which comes from the training.

      • 호텔 식음료서비스의 고객만족요인에 관한 연구

        Customer is very important for the forecast of changes in hotel management. It means that any hotel management can not succeed without detailed concern and close communication to customers. Recently, food and beverage (F&B) Department is an important source of income for many deluxe hotels and it is one of the leading and fastest growing divisions in the hotel industry. Customer's dissatisfaction in F&B will strike hotel's income a fatal blow. Be due to this point, the purpose of this study is to look for the countermeasure to increase customer's satisfaction. The results of this study are summarized as below: First, the articles of "the quality of mechanical equipment", "employee's appearance", "hygiene and cleanliness", "fast and correct payment handling" are found to be better then expected. But the articles of "price", "fast service", "a concern for customer", "correct food service" are found to be worse than expected. Therefore, food and beverage management must consider reasonable price strategy and a proper manpower. Second, F&B management must consider various guest program, distinct event program and continuos training for employees. Third, articles of employee's hospitality, materiality, food quality and variety have an influence on satisfaction level of F&B service quality. Also, articles of employee's hospitality, knowledge have an influence on recommendation-intention. Therefore, F&B management must consider various menu development, a periodic change of menu and reinvestment for facility. Conclusively, employee's service have an absolute influence on satisfaction level. Employee can make a steady customer through customer satisfaction. It is very important point for both employees and company.

        사회과 '신용문제' 교육 교수-학습 모형 개발

        이 논문은 신용문제 교육의 필요성 증가에 따라, 학교 사회과교육에 있어서 신용문제 교육 교수-학습 모형을 개발하여 제시함으로써 사회교과 전문가들이 학교 현장에서 학습자에게 신용유지와 신용문제에 대한 사전예방 교육을 원활히 실천할 수 있도록 돕는데 목적을 두고 있다. 논문의 내용으로 먼저, 지식기반사회의 신용문제, 사회과교육에서 신용문제 교육의 필요성, 사회과교육과정에서 신용문제 교육의 적용방향 등을 중심으로 사회과 신용문제 교육 교수-학습 모형 개발을 위한 이론적 논의를 실시하였다. 둘째로, 신용문제 교육의 논리적 근거를 바탕으로 고등학교 사회과 신용문제 교육 교수-학습 모형과 구체적인 수업설계 절차, 수업지도안 등을 구안하여 제시하였다. 셋째로, 사회과교육에서 신용문제 교육의 바람직한 적용방안을 밝혔다. 본 연구를 통한 시사점으로 우선, 신용문제 교육은 금융교육과 신용 관련 지식, 기능, 가치·태도 등의 교육과 함께 통합적으로 실시될 것, 다음 시기 초·중·고등학교 사회과교육과정에서 신용문제 교육 영역이 적용되어야 할 것, 신용문제 교육의 초점이 실제 사례를 통한 자기 문제화와 지적·정의적 사고를 통한 의사결정체험 및 신용생활의 유지와 신용불량문제에 대한 대응능력의 육성에 두어질 것, 목표의 설정과 내용조직 및 교수-학습 방법·평가 등에 있어서 상호 유기적인 관계유지를 통한 순환적·누적적 운영이 필요하다는 것 등이 지적되었다. 끝으로, 청소년 신용불량의 주요 원인이라고 할 수 있는 신용문맹의 극복을 위하여 학교 사회과교육 관련 종사자의 연구관심과 교육과정 운영 관심을 계속적으로 발전시켜나갈 필요가 있다고 본다. Credit degradation problems' teaching-learning model in the social studies was made in this thesis. The purpose of this study is, by developing teaching-learning model concerning 'credit problems degradation' in the social studies, as a result, to make a contribution to develop the 'credit problems curriculum in the Korean social studies. In order to achieve this goal, firstly, theoretical background has been an investigated point of view credit problem in knowledge based society, importances of credit problems education in the social studies, and direction of knowledge, skill, value·attitude education about the credit problems in the social studies curriculum. Secondary, teaching-learning model and the lesson plan and scenario concerning 'credit problem degradation 'in the high school social studies education was proposed. Thirdly, direction of desirable credit problem education in the social studies curriculum was made. Finally, so that we continuously try to develop and adapt the credit problem curriculum objects, contents, teaching-learning model in the social studies curriculum, the younger generation can overcome the credit innocence and perform the desirable social roles as the creditable citizen in our country.

        7차 교육과정의 초등학교와 중학교 영어교과서의 연계성 고찰 : 의사소통 기능을 중심으로

        The purpose of this paper is to examine whether the communicative functions are appropriately presented in each English textbook from Elementary school to middle school, and whether continuity of communicative functions between textbooks is well organized. The 7th English Curriculum aims for the students to improve the ability of communicative competence. To achieve this goal, the functional syllabus was adopted, and communicative functions were divided into seven head categories and their forty-seven detailed items. Also, a spiral of cyclical approach is highly recommended for effective English learning. This paper analyzed what communicative functions were mainly introduced in each English textbook and continuity between English textbooks was well organized according to cyclical approach. The analysis shows that communicative functions were not introduced much properly in each English textbook, and that spiral structure was not yet systematically presented well in each English txtbook. In the EFL context, the significance of English textbooks is obvious. To help students develop communicative competence, communucative function will be introduced in more balanced, and continuity between textbooks will be well organized with spiral structure.

      • 식용 버섯류가 흰쥐의 체내 지질 대사에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to observe the effects of Shiitake(Lentinus edoders), Fungus (Pleurotus), Mushroom(Agaricus compestris), among dietary mushrooms on body lipld components in male rats. The results obtained in the study are summarized as follows: 1. Body weight gain and Feed Efficiency Ratio(F.E.R) of shiitake group were significantly lower than those of other experimental groups. 2. All the mushrooms used for feeding experiments significantly lowered serum cholesterol level, and the hypocholesterolemic effects of Shiitake (Lentinus edodes), and Mushroom(Angricus campestris) were more significant than that of Fungus(Pleurotus ostreatus). 3. Feeding of the mushroom also significantly decreased plasma triglyceride level and plasma HDL-cholesterol level. 4. There was a decreasing trend in the contents of liver cholesterol and triglyceride in the all group fed mushroom, however the differences between the experimental groups were not statistically significant.
