        A Study on the Miniaturization of a Protective Device for the Micro Smart Grid Simulator

        In this paper, a miniaturization methodology of protective devices (PDs) was proposed which plays a key role in evaluating the efectiveness of the developed protection and control algorithms in the micro smart grid simulator. The micro PD was designed to have the rated voltage of 19 V and the breaking current of 20 A, and was designed in a multi-layered hardware structure to satisfy the size of 13×13 cm2 . Also, the micro PD was designed in a multifunctional structure to allow one micro PD to perform all the functions of the circuit breaker, recloser and switches on the micro smart grid simulator to enhance the efciency of development. Finally, it was verifed that the developed micro PD can be applied as protective devices of the micro smart grid simulator by showing that it operates correctly according to the predetermined operation sequence for the test scenarios on the built test system.

        치과용 심미 수복 재료들의 색상 연구를 통한 새로운 치과용 색체계의 제안

        본 연구는 새로운 치과용 색체계 개발을 목적으로 현재 치과에서 사용되고 있는 Vita shade를 사용하는 9 제조사의 12종의 광중합형 복합레진과 1종의 치과용 도재의 색상을 diffuse/8° 수광 방식을 사용하는 분광색체계 (MiniScan XE plus, Model 4000S, Hunter Lab, USA)를 이용해 D65 표준광과 10도 관찰자 시야 하에서 CIE L^(*)a^(*)b^(*) 값을 측정하고 색상 범위를 분석하였다. 분석한 정보를 color sorting system을 응용한 CNU Cons Dental Color Chart의 색상 표현 방식인 T###에 치과용 수복 재료들의 범위를 적용하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. 측정된 L^(*)a^(*)b^(*)값의 분포를 분석해 보면 L^(*)값은 80.40과 52.70 사이에, a^(*)값은 10.60과-3.60 사이에, 그리고 b^(*)값은 28.40과 2.21 사이에 분포한다. L^(*)값의 평균값은 67.40, 중앙값은 67.30이며, a^(*)값은 2.89와 2.91, b^(*)값은 14.30 과 13.90 이다. 이러한 분석을 토대로 CNU Cons Dental Color Chart의 T###의 첫 번째 숫자에 해당하는 L^(*)값의 각 숫자간의 차이는 2.0으로, 그리고 2번째 숫자인 a^(*)값의 각 숫자간의 차이는 1, 그리고 세 번째 숫자인 b^(*)값의 각 숫자간의 차이는 2로 정하였다. T555에 해당하는 L^(*)값의 범위는 66.0이상, 68.0미만으로, a^(*)값의 범위는 3이상 4미만으로, b^(*)값의 범위는 14이상 16미만으로 결정하였다. The purpose of this study is to develope new dental color-space system. Twelve kinds of dental composites and one kind of dental porcelain were used in this study. Disk samples (15 ㎜ in diameter, 4 ㎜ in thickness) of used materials were made and sample’s CIE L^(*)a^(*)b^(*) value was measured by Spectrocolorimeter (MiniScan XE plus, Model 4000S, diffuse/8° viewing mode, 14.3 ㎜ Port diameters, Hunter Lab. USA). The range of measured color distribution was analyzed. All the data were applied in the form of T### which is expression unit in CNU Cons Dental Color Chart. The value of L^(*) lies between 80.40 and 52.70. The value of a^(*) are between 10.60 and 3.60 and b^(*) are between 28.40 and 2.21. The average value of L^(*) is 67.40, and median value is 67.30. The value of a^(*) are 2.89 and 2.91 respectively. And for the b^(*), 14.30 and 13.90 were obtained. The data were converted to T### that is the unit count system in CNU-Cons Dental Color Chart. The value of L^(*) is converted in the first digit of the numbering system. Each unit is 2.0 measured values. The second digit is the value of a^(*) and is converted new number by 1.0 measured value. For the third digit b^(*) is replaced and it is 2.0 measured unit apart. T555 was set to the value of L^(*) ranging from 66.0 to 68.0, value of a^(*) ranging from 3 to 4 and b^(*) value ranging from 14 to 16.

        We experienced a case of acute pyelonephritis which progressed to Escherichia coli bacteremia and later complicated by empyema in a 65-year-old female. She was successfully treated with intravenous antibiotic therapy and percutaneous drainage of empyema.

        레이저를 이용한 Tailored Blank 용접 판재의 피로거동

        For the Tailor Welded Blank sheet used for automobile body panel, the characteristics of fatigue strength and crack propagation behavior were studied. The thickness of specimen was joined to be same (0.9mm+0.9mm) and different (0.9mm+2.0mm). As a base test, mechanical properties around weld zone were examined. The results indicated that there were no significant decreases in mechanical properties, but hardness around weld bead was 2.3 times greater than base material. The fatigue strength was the highest when the loading direction was parallel to the welding direction, which was about 85% of tensile strength of base metal. It was decreased by 8.5% when the thickness of specimen and base metal was different, and it was increased by 25% when pre-strain was applied. The crack propagation rate was noticeably decreased around weld line and rapidly increased as it passed through weld line. Reviewing the shape of the crack propagation, crack width around weld line was wide around the weld zone due to retardation of crack growth, but it became narrow passing weld line due to decreased toughness.

        The transportation policy of Osaka city is maintained and improved based on the concept of putting all the relevant transport facilities into one systems, which avoids maintaining railway, subway and bus separately and enables to provide the citizen with the best service. The city government continues pursuing the maintenance and improvement plan of the subway intensively because it is expected to play the most important role of transportation among the transport means such as railway, subway, buses in the 21th century. The subway is regarded as the best means in the aspects of speed, safety and mass transport with minimum adverse environmental effect. Herein, it is Intended to suggest the direction of the transportation policy of Pusan city in the light of the subway policy of Osaka city after studying it.

        This study investigated the preference of lot size and hypothesized in order to examining the suitable lot size of the last land user's position. A proper model in the hypothesis of this study was built by Pythagorean theorem and geometric - arithmetic mean of mathematical method. According to the model. the front length of lot is long and slenderness ratio (ratio of the inside length in case that the front is "1") is 0.75. so it is found out that the lot size is different from the standard of the planning of the past. And this study has its significance in that the model shows the measuring of the lot size in urban land.

        Nowadays, the relationship between the central government and local government is not the relationship with top-down direction and control in the past days, but turns into new relationship with mutual supplementation and support. There is a little difference of the relationship between central government and local government according as the government form is the federal system or the unitary system. In unitary state like our country, local governments perform the various functions; They function as field agency that performs works entrusted by central government and as self-government that performs self-governing administration. To achieve those functions, several elements are necessary. Among these, the security of finance is the most urgent and important. But, there is a difference of fiscal scale among each local governments. Therefore, the central government attempts the balance of finance among local governments by supporting the finance to weak-financed local governments. The forms of financial supporting of the central government to the local governments ar mainly local subsidy, grant-in-aid,etc. In addition, the central government's financial support must be effective and efficient operation by a little more activating local transfer money. These three forms of financial support must be improved in those operations, Because financial sup[ort of the central government is likely to the political-administrative pressure upon local governments, and it may impede the anatomy and independence of local governments. Therefore, the range of fluctuation in financial support of the central government by the political intention, that is, intention of the chief executive, has to be minimized. Moreover, there must be exercise to the more substantial support by finding tax items in local transfer money. In conclusion, financial support of the central government must be away from the sturdiness and exercise to local government fairly. And in that way, the finance of local government can be strengthened. Besides, in the macro view, the high degree of finance independence of local governments through adjusting the sources of revenue between the central government and local governments must be achieved. And, there must be every effort to reduce the difference between the fiscal scale of the central government and that of local government.

We, human being, can only control the influence factor of disasterous traffic accident. Therefore, this study focuses on the study of analyzing the influence factor to non-assaulted and assaulted drivers by using Logistics Regression Analysis.

        듀섹의 런던시대의 작곡 양식 : 피아노 독주곡을 중심으로

        Dussek hat um 10 ja¨hrigen Aufenthalt in London von 1789 bis 1800 zahireiche Klaviersonaten, Kozerte und Kammerwerke mit Klavier geschrieben. Betrachtet man den Klavierstil und die in seinen gesamten Werken einnehmende kompositorische Stellung der Londerner Werke, hat es Gultigkeit, daβ Dussek einen Vertreter der "Londoner pianoforte school" genannt wird. Dussek schrieb in der ersten Ha¨lfte seiner Londoner Zeit wenige Werke fu¨r Klaviersolo. Jedoch zeigen sie bei Sonaten schon einen konstruktiven Aufbau der Sonatensatzform und sein charakteristisches Kennzeichen, das durch Kantabilita¨t und Leidenschaft gepra¨gt ist. Bemerkenswert sind in Sonaten die Gegenu¨berstellung der zwei kontrastierenden Themen in der Exposition, und der ha¨ufige Tonartenwechsel in der Durchfu¨hrung, welcher in einzelnen Klavierstu¨cken noch freier und kuhner vorkommt. In der zweiten Ha¨lite der 90er Jahren entstanden nur Kiaviersonaten fu¨r Klaviersolo. Ein neuer satztechnischer Stilmerkmal ist die motivische oder thematische Entwicklung, die wahrscheinlich von Clementi beeinfluβt geworden ist. Daneben tritt die kompositorische Eigentumlichkeit Dusseks noch deutlicher als zuvor hervor. Die Werke enthalten sowohl fortschrittenen Klaviersatz als auch ku¨hne harmonische Entwicklung durch entlegene Tonarten wie Enharmonik und Chromatik. Der langsame zweite Satz ist besonders ausdrucksvoll dargestellt. Auffallend sind die singende Melodie mit viltfa¨ltiger Verzierung und die stimmungsvolle Unterstu¨tzung der Begleitung, die sich unter Voraussetzung der Pedalwirkung in einer breiten Klavierlage bewegt. Sie nehmen den Klaviersatz des 19. Jahrhunderts vorweg. Der virtuose Klaviersatz, die voile Klangwirkung und die Differenzierung der Klangfarbe durch die verschiedene Klavierlagen sind die gemeinsamen Merkmale der Londoner Schule. Die stilistische Eigentu¨mlichkeit Dusseks liegt aber in der verzierungsvollen Melodielinie, im ku¨hnen Harmoniewechsel und in den differenzierten Vortragsbezeichnungen, womit Dussek um neue Ausdrucksrnittel bereicherte und auf den Kiavierstil der folgenden Generation beeinfluβte.
