        키에르케고르에 있어서 아이러니 개념

        Die Ironie bildet eine typische Form des entwickelten und reflektierten Geistes. Sie wird auf dem Ho¨hepunkt der neuzeitlichen Reflexionsphilosophie im radikaler Weise zum geistigen Prinzip erkla¨rt. Der vieldeutiger Name der Ironie verbirgt nicht nur ein literarisches, literaturtheoretisches oder a¨sthetisches Konzept, sondern eine eigensta¨ndige Philosophie der Ironie. In der fru¨hromantischen A¨sthetik entwickelt sich jene Traditionslinie der philosophischen und rhetorischen Ironie, die spa¨ter in die moderne Theorie der romantischen Ironie u¨bergeht. Die romanti- sche Ironie wird van den Philosophen in mannigfa¨ltiger Weise rezipiert. Wa¨hrend die Romantiker ihre Grenze durch Beimischung verschiedener Gedanken verwischen, setzt sich Kierkegaard mit ihr in ernstzuneh- mender Form auseinander, die zur kritischen Ablehnung fu¨hrt. Kierkegaard geht vom romantischen Ich als existentieller Gegenpol zum transzendentalen Ich des Idealismus aus. Seine philosophische Fragestellung stammt also aus der Situation dieses Ich: diese Situation ist gepra¨gt durch Ironie. Kierkegaards "U¨ber den Begriff der Ironie mit sta¨ndiger Ru¨cksicht auf Sokrates" treibt die romantische Ironie mit Hegel aus. Bei Kierkegaard enthu¨llt sich die Ironie als Standpunkt der Immanenz, der auf den Nihilismus zusteuert. Das romantische Ich funktioniert sich bei ihm zum Dasein um. Die existentiell beherrschte Ironie bei Kierkegaard ist mit dem ganzen Schicksal des Daseins auf engste verbunden. Sie la¨ßt sich als Form und Bestimmung des Daseins begreifen.

      • 고도정수처리 공정에서의 천연유기물질 특성변화 및 소독부산물 전구물질의 제거특성 평가

        In this research the movement and apparent molecular weight distribution of hydrophilic/hydrophobic organic matters in advanced water treatment process were investigated using the raw water of Maeri area, located in downstream of Nakdong river, and the variation of the disinfection by-product formation potential was also investigated. In the raw water used in experiments, the content of BDOC (biodegradable dissolved organic carbon) in dissolved organic carbon (DOC) was about 39%, and this value is far above a normal, Pre-ozone treatment showed an increase of 40% in the BDOC content, and this means that biodegradability was remarkably increased by ozone treatment BDOC concentration in BAC treated water was 0.09 mg/L, which means 84% of BDOC removal rate compared with that in post-ozone treated water. The variation of chlorine disinfection by-product formation potential in each process unit of water treatment process was analyzed. TOXFP concentration in raw water was 449 ㎍/L, and the contents of THMFP and HAAFP among TOXFP were 24% and 23%, respectively. The removabilities of these materials BAC process had an order of TOXFP > HAAFP > THMFP. BAC process was less effective for THMFP than others. The distribution of hydrophilic organic matters were evaluated in each treatment process. Hydrophilic and hydrophobic matters in the raw water had a ratio of 50 : 50, and the ozone treatment decreased the content of hydrophobic matters. The BAC treatment made the ratio 85:15. These mean that the removal of hydrophilic matters is more difficult than that of hydrophobic materials in water treatment process. In addition the portions of humic and fulvic acid in hydrophobic matters were analyzed. Fulvic acid a large portion among hydrophobic matters in the raw water, and the portion was 78%. Ozone treatment was more effective on the removal of fulvic acid than humic acid. After BAC treatment, the concentration of residual fulvic acid was high than humic acid. Chlorine disinfection by-product formation for hydrophilic and hydrophobic mattrts was compared in each process unit. in the raw water TOXFP and THMFP formation for hydrophobic matter was higher, and HAAFP was highly formated for hydrophobic matter. After post-ozone or BAC treatment, chlorine disinfection by-product formation has high potential for hydrophobic matters. Comparing humic and fulvic acids, chlorine disinfection by-product formation potential was higher for humic acid than for fulvic acid in all processes. In the comparison of the reactivity with chlorine disinfection by-product per unit DOC, THMFP and DOXFP showed higher reactivity with hydrophobic matter than with hydrophilic matter in all processes, and HAAFP was highly reacitive with hydrophilic matter. Apparent molecular weight distributions of organic matters were investigated in each process step.The content of low molecular weight organic matters less than 1000 Da in DOC was high in all processes except raw water, but molecular weight organic matters more than 1000 da was higher than molecular weight organic matters less than 1000 Da in the formation potential of chlorine disinfection by-product.

        Detergency is the action of imparting from an undesirable soiled substance. One of the largest applications of detergents is for cleaning of hair skin. Generally, shampoo is a hair care product used for the removal of oils and dirt substance. In this study, detergency of soiled fabrics using PEG hydrogenated castor oil used to be dry shampoo. At first, detergency of soiled fabrics with ethanol was examined. In the best physical properties of ethanol, detergency of soiled fabrics from PEG - 20, 40, 60 and 80 hydrogenated castor oil was tested with Terg - O - Tometer. The detergency was analyzed and compared through the Gravimetric and contact angle. Gravimetric method was able to measure of detergency easily and simply. Contact angle analysis was used to compare good detergency. As results, it was shown that detergency of PEG - 20 hydrogenated castor oil in 60 % ethanol was 11.5 %. In this point, contact angle difference of soiled water was 2.32 ˚. 0.4 g PEG - 20 hydrogenated castor oil in 60 % ethanol was effective for detergency, but the detergency value was limited

        To achieve the high efficiency for a comminution of sericite powder with a plate structure, the sericite powder was milled in 1M KNO₃ solution for 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10 h and compared with the addition of distilled water. It has been found that the mean diameter of the grinded particles decreases until the milling for 1 h, however, increases after l h due to the agglomeration between fine particles The sericite powder milled with 1 M KNO₃ solution for 1 h shows the smallest particle size of 19㎛ and in the case of distilled water, it shows the smallest particle size of 2.4㎛.

        Ginsenosides and partially purified protein fractions from Korean red ginseng were investigated on metabolic functions of liver and their potency as an antitumor drug was evaluated. 1. Protein fractions and ginsenosides inhibited the activity of C-kinase induced by a tumor promoter, PMA. 2. Protein fractions and ginsenosdes inhibited the phosphorylation of histone Ⅲ induced by PMA in vitro. 3. Protein fractions and ginsenosides inhibited the phosphorylation of 34 KD which is induced by both C-kinase and Ca2+ calmodulin kinase in PMA-treated rat liver cells. 4. Protein fractions increased cGMP, the intermediate opf antitumrous factor which were decreased by PMA. 5. The glycoprotein below 18 KD was contained in the protein fraction exhibiting antitumor effects.

        High alumina sagger for the sintering of electroceramics contained the superior sintered properties and fracture strength at high temperature was developed by the addition of large fused-mullite particles. High alumina sagger with large fused alumina particles shows many large cracks at interfaces between mullite matrix and large fused-alumina particles, resulting in the low sintered density and fracture strength at high temperature. However, the substitutuion of some large fused-mullite particles for large fused-alumina particles reduced the large cracks between matrix and particles, and also enhanced the sintered properties (apparent density and the percentage of absorption) and the high fracture strength.

        Rough rice(Chucheong) which had been harvested at the experiment station, Chung Buk National University on October 26, 1992, was used in this experiment. The rough rice was divided into two parts. A part of the rough rice was parbolied(B series) and another part was untreated(A series). Brown and polished rice was obtained from untreated and parboiled rice. Six different types of the rice stored at room temperature for about 10 months. During the storge time, moisture and crude lipid contents, free fatty acid values, peroxide values, TBA values and fatty acid compositions were investigated. The result was as follows. 1. The moisture contents of all the samples decreased remarkably during the storage periods. Polished rice showed the greatest decrease. The decreasing rate was pronounced between 3-7 mouth. 2. The crude lipid contents of the polished and brown rice increased during the storage periods. As the moisture contents decrease, the crude lipid contents was increased proportionally. The crude lipid contents of rough rice were rarely changed. 3. The free fatty acid values of all the samples increased during the storage periods. The increasing rate was pronounced between 5-9month. The free fatty acid values of polished rice was greater than those of brown and rough rice. 4. Peroxide values of all the samples increased during the storage periods. Especially, the increase in the peroxide values remarked between 5-9month. The peroxide values of untreated rice were greater than those of parboiled rice. 5. TBA values of all the samples increased during the storage periods. Its increase pattern were similar to the peroxide values. 6. Major fatty acids of the samples were oleic acid, and linoleic acrid, palmitic acid. A little of stearic acid, myristic acid, linolenic acid, and arachidic acid was found. The changes in fatty acid composition of the each samples were rarely noted during the storage periods.

        보육과 현장중심 교육과정 개발 : DACUM법을 중심으로 Based on the DACUM Method

        The quality of childhood educare teacher is the most important element in evaluation of the quality of childhood educare. However, the current curricula for the childhood educare in colleges are operated individually without a standard curriculum and there are many problems in the certification system of childhood educare teacher. So, it is hard to discuss about the specialty of the childhood educare teachers. Hence, an immediate development of a standard curriculum which fully reflect the needs of the field is necessary to meet the demand of the times and to enhance the quality of childhood educare service by producing qualified teachers. To fulfill the aforementioned needs, the procedure of the DACUM Method which is useful in developing vocational training course is used in this study. And based on the results, a field centered curriculum of the Dept. Child Care and Education is developed by the job analysis of the childhood educare teachers and by collecting the needs of the field. Educare planning and activities, development and evaluation of the educare program, consultation and education of the family, utilization of the regional resources, and after-class guidance of the children were found to be the principal jobs of the childhood educare teachers.
