      • 대기오염에 미치는 공중낙하 세균의 영향

        The influence of air-born microbes on air pollution, in Gwangju area was tested, from October 3, 1982 to November 2, 1982 for one month period at six different position. The results obtained are follows; 1. The number of Air-Born Microbes in rainy day at the Inside and Outside were 192.55 and 44.17 respectively. The number of Air-Born Microbes in clear day were 531.18 (Inside) and 148.33 (Outside). 2. At the Inside of terminals and underways, the average number of Air-Born Microbes were 316.7 and 577.6 respectively. The average number of Air-Born Microbes at the Outside of terminals and underways were 103.28 and 141.25 respectively. 3. The number of Air-Born Microbes at six different positions per time such as Public Bus Terminal, Deain Underway, Choong Keum Underway, Highway Line Bus Terminals (Gwangju and Chungang) and Railway Station were 678.4, 673.08, 380. 13, 154.26 and 170.93 respectively. 4. The number of Air-Born Microbes at all the positions per time at A.M. (8, 10, 12) P.M. (2, 4, 6, 8, 10) were 349.58, 372.48, 384.93, 386.1, 397.87, 404.47, 412.67, and 373.3 respectively. 5. It was investigated that there were Coccus (727.3), Bacillus (390.5) Spirillum (120.5) and others(81.2) in the Inside of Deain Underway at clear day.

        It is increasing the interest on the comfortable dwelling environment, while sound insulation performance of materials and elements used in building is falling down as they become thicker and lighter. Therefore, sound insulation performance in building has become the most important factor determining the level of housing, especially for apartment that has common wall and floor with next neighbors. This paper aims to experiment the sound insulation characteristics of floor coverings as their type and to analyse their noise reduction effect.

      • 제지 폐수의 질소·인산 동시 제거를 위한 생물학적 처리기술 개발

        주변에서 원유로 오염된 토양과 난분해성 화합물을 포함하고 있는 폐수 등에서 균주를 분리하여 40여종의 분해균주 중 가장 분해력이 우수한 분해균주 4종을 LB(Luria Bertani)배지로 최종분리하였다. 자연계의 균원 시료로부터 분리된 균주 중 점성을 갖는 균주를 선별하여 그 중 표준 점토광물인 kaolin clay에 대한 응집활성이 뛰어난 34종류이 균주를 선택하였으며, 폐수 내에서 응집활성이 높은 응집균주 4종을 최종 분리하였다. 균주 #46(Bacillus circulans), O24(Pseudomonas sp.)2종을 제외한 나머지 균주들의 동정결과는 #24T3, #24P3, #24B3는 Bacillus sp.로 동정되었고 #81, #152, 29은 미동정 되었다. 분해균주의 경우 TOC가 84%, T-N이 98%, T-P가 68%의 처리효율을 보였다. 응집균주의 경우 TOC가 80%, T-N 98%, T-P가 71%의 처리효율을 보였다. 분해+응집균주가 microcosom을 형성한 경우 TOC가 85%, T-N의 경우 98%이상, T-P의 경우 70%을 동시에 처리할 수 있다. From the enrichment culture, 40 strains were isolated, Among them, four strains were screend as having significant biodegradation activity of crude oil and toxic compounds containing wastewater. Also, for the screening of the microorganims, 34 bacterial strains were selected. Among them, four strains were screened as producing the most excellent flocculating material. The strains were identified that 46 was Bacillus circulates, 024 was Pseudomonas sp., 24T3, 24B3, 24P3 were identified Bacillus sp., respectively, And 81, 151, 29 were non-identification. The optimum cultural conditions were as follows; Bioflocculant producing strains : Glucose 20.0g, NH_(4)NO_(3) 2.0g, K_(2)HPO_(4) 0.8g, KH_(2)PO_(4) 0.6g, MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O 0.05g, MnSO_(4)·4H_(2)O 0.05g, Soytone 0.lg, Tryptone 0.lg Yeast extract 0.lg, CaCO_(3) 0.3g in 1 liter of distilled water, 30℃ for temperature and pH 7.0. Biodegrade strains : LB(Luria Bertani) medium, 30℃ for temperature and pH 6.8∼7.5. The removal rates of total nitrogen and total phosphate by bioflocculant producing strains against pulp wastewater were T-N 98% and T-P 71%, respectively. In the case of biodegrade strains shown that the removal rates were T-N 98% and T-P 68%, respectively. In the case of mixed biodegrade strains and bioflocculant producing strains shown that the removal rates were T-N 99% and T-P 76%, respectively. The strains will be apply simultaneously T-N 98% and T-P 70% from pulp waserwater.

      • Ce_(0.8)Zr_(0.2)O₂ 촉매를 이용한 Dimethyl Carbonate 합성에서 탈수제 첨가의 영향

        The effect of dehydrating agent in DMC(dimethyl carbonate) synthesis from methanol and carbon dioxide over Ce_(0.8)Zr_(0.2)O₂ catalyst was studied in this work. Ce_(0.8)Zr_(0.2)O₂ catalyst having the best activity among Ce_(1-x)Zr_(x)O₂ catalysts was selected. We could supposed that the addition of dehydrating agents improved the DMC yield by H₂O elimination. When the dehydrating agents such as Na_(2)SO₄ or K₂SO₄ was added into the synthesis of DMC, the formation amount of DMC increased to about 0.8∼0.9 mmol through the elimination of formed H₂O as by-product.

        공동주택 바닥충격음 차단성능 등급화에 관한 연구

        A sound classification system for floor impact sound insulation performance is needed to secure comfortable acoustical quality in apartment houses To achieve this goal, psycho-acoustic experiments were earned out with the sound sources of standard light and heavy impact source in a laboratory As a result of this study, followings are suggested 49dB for light impact sound source and 46dB for heavy impact sound source are recommended minimum level for inhabitants And level differences between classes are 5dB But the situation of sound insulation performance against floor impact sounds can't meet this recommended level Due to these kinds of matters, foreign countries set the minimum class 58dB for light impact source(Europe) and 55dB for heavy impact source(japan) So, the sound insulation classification system in which its minimum class are 58dB(light), 55dB(heavy) and its interval is 5dB is suggested And arithmetic mean value of testing frequencies shows a good relation coefficient between subjective response and rating value both in light and heavy impact sound source

      • 光州川의 水質汚染에 對한 硏究

        A study on the wate pollution of Kwangju stream by the relationship between physical-chemical condition and indicator planktons distribution by water quality level was examined at 6 sampling positions during the period from Mar, 25 to Jun, 25 1984. The results were as follows; 1. pH was in the range of 6.3∼7.6. 2. The mid-stream of Kwangju stream was the more severly polluted than the other sampling positions and the average range for it was 0.3∼3.9 ppm of DO, 62∼352 ppm of BOD, 5.3∼24 ppm of T-N and 2.3∼140 ppm of T-P. 3. The plankton identification in this period showed 5 genera 6 species of Cyanophycea, 11 genera 15 species of Bacillariophyceae, 9 genera 16 species of Chlorophyceae and 6 genera 7 species of protozoa: total 31 genera 44 species. 4. In biological water analysis, upper stream(sp. 1) showed from Oligosaprobic to β-mesosaprobic but the stream in the mid-town area polysaprobic. 5. In the mid-stream (BOD 62~352 ppm) dominant species were appeared Oscillatoria tennis of Cyanophyceae and Paramecium caudatum and Euglena sp. of Protozoa. 6. We would like to propose establishing sewage plants near to the upper-stream and the down-stream of Kwangju stream.

        양지면 전원주택단지 프로젝트 계획

        This plan of rural housing-development is to present a new orientation for the residential culture that can meet the shifting demands of modern people as their attitudes toward naturalistic life. In this plan, sites of possible, a new housing complex is designed to supplement the site partition problem of existing housing complex by using attractiveness that the site has as a residence environment in housing planning. The conclusion can be summarized as follows. 1. Currently, most residential developments on slopes are planned with excessive slope cutting or filling on existing natural slopes rather than utilizing existing contours. In consideration of this, this proposed plan uses the existing contours of the slope to the maximum capacity in site planning. 2. The majority of the home site buyers are between the ages 30's to 50's of middle to high level incomes. Reflecting the financial needs of these families, home construction was planned by using building methods that require lower costs. 3. Reflected open-space furtherance maximum at design of community equipment for party's offer to sale in lots persons, from site purchase recognition of construction to in package sale in lots way select. 4. Considered to preserve existing natural-food life in way financial world stroke maximum, and accomplish creation with existing vegetation. Also, did planting considering privacy, and considered vegetation's environment adaptation degree because using midland style vegetation. 5. Garden wished to offer an opportunity that can make by oneself directly depending on each fondness and character to tenants. If is this intuition, wished to design, and maintained spur of housing development because housing development uses maximum natural history style comparing with other power jars all. Also, because considering people who move in housing-development, designed, and tried to make housing-development that want to live most offering the convenience.

        관상피판술 : 해부학, 수술시 고려사항, 병적인 상태

        The coronal approach is a versatile surgical technique. This methos becomes particulary useful for exposure and internal fixation of midfacial fractures and the harvest of calvarial bone graft to manage the complex facial bone fractures. The rectrospective clinical study on the use of this technique in 10 patients was performes. The result shows that this technique provides the excellent exposure of fractures site, the ability to reduce the fragment accurately and good cosmetic results in incision area. We discussed with literatures review that anatomy, technique, indications, and potential complications of the coronal approach.
