Many consumers are opting for online booking over traditional booking systems. Customers can actively seek out information about hotels and lodging services, as well as book rooms, at any time and from any location. Customers also feel more supported when they interact with virtual assistants or professionals. Recognizing this issue, several hotels have focused on improving their websites by incorporating aspects that encourage customers to book directly through the hotel’s website. The study’s goal is to discover what factors impact people’s decisions to book a hotel stay through the hotel’s website. Therefore, hotel managers and owners can make decisions to improve the hotel website to attract residents to Can Tho City. The factors are website quality, affective commitment, social presence, and e-trust that affect customers’ decision to book through the hotel website. The study uses quantitative methods to collect data from 180 residents living in Can Tho. Through data analysis on SPSS and Amos software, the research results show that three factors considered, namely website quality, affective commitment, and social presence, positively influence customers’ booking decisions. This finding also suggests that e-trust is less critical to residents in Can Tho City, different from what the study had predicted.

Background Transcriptomic biomarkers have been demonstrated as a promising tool for accurate diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tuberculosis (TB). However, little is known about their potential in TB treatment monitoring and outcome prediction. Methods We carried out a comprehensive search for available transcriptomics data. The data was used for the discovery of genes that show significant responses during the treatment of TB. Genes with consistent downtrend alterations were determined. Potential candidates were then subjected to external validation. The potential of the biomarker candidates in TB diagnosis and active TB progression risk evaluation was also evaluated. Results The transcriptome of the TB patients was significantly changed during the treatment. There were 371 significantly expressed genes with the monotonic downtrend alteration in the time series comparison. Among these genes, 10 genes were found to be associated with the TB treatment outcome. The 10-gene signature reflected well the downtrend kinetics of TB patients during the course of treatment. It had potential in predicting cured TB patients, when employed as covariates in a logistic regression model. In addition, biomarker candidates clearly differentiated TB patients from non-TB patients and people with latent infection. Conclusions The 10-gene biosignature had potential in TB diagnosis, treatment monitoring, and outcome prediction.

A new monoterpene glycoside, 6'-O-${\beta}$-D-glucopyranosylalbiflorin (1), and four known compounds; albiflorin (2), 6'-O-benzoylalbiflorin (3), paeoniflorin (4) and benzoyl paeoniflorin (5), were isolated from the methanolic extract of the roots of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.. Their chemical structures were completely elucidated using a combination of 20 NMR techniques (COSY, HMQC and HMBC) and HRESI-MS analyses. To investigate the bioactivities of these compounds, their effects on the differentiation of osteoblastic MC3T3-E1 cells were tested. Compound 1 ($0.01-10{\mu}M$) significantly increased the alkaline phosphatase activity and nodules mineralization of MC3T3-E1 cells compared to those of the control (P<0.05). These results suggest that newly isolated compound 1 has a direct stimulatory effect on bone formation in vitro and may contribute to the prevention for osteoporosis.

Momordica charantia is used to treat various diseases, including inflammatory conditions. Previous reports indicated that the extract of this plant inhibits activation of nuclear transcription factor-jB (NF-jB) but activates peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR). Additionally, cucurbitane-type triterpene glycosides are the main bioactive components of the fruit of M. charantia. Therefore, we investigated the anti-inflammatory activity of 17 cucurbitane-type triterpene glycosides (1–17) isolated from this plant. Their inhibition of NF-jB and activation of PPAR activities in HepG2 cells were measured using luciferase reporter and PPAR subtype transactivation assays. Compounds 6 and 8 were found to inhibit NF-jB activation stimulated by tumor necrosis factor-a (TNFa) in a dose-dependent manner. With 50% inhibition concentration (IC50) values of 0.4 lM, compounds 6 and 8 were more potent inhibitors than the positive control, sulfasalazine (IC50 = 0.9lM). Compounds 4, 6, and 8 also inhibited TNFa-induced expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase and cyclooxygenase-2mRNA. However, only compound 13 significantly increased PPARc transactivation.
The Impact of Organizational Commitment on Employee Motivation: A Study in Vietnamese Enterprises
NGUYEN, Hoai Nam,LE, Quoc Hoi,TRAN, Quang Bach,TRAN, Thi Hoang Mai,NGUYEN, Thi Hai Yen,NGUYEN, Thi Thuy Quynh Korea Distribution Science Association 2020 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.7 No.6
The study examines direct and indirect impacts of organizational commitment on employee motivation through two mediating factors - opportunistic behavior and knowledge sharing - in Vietnamese enterprises. The samples were selected by the non-probability sampling method followed convenient sampling, relatively stratified by localities in Vietnam. The sample size was 636 employees in Vietnamese enterprises. The number of collected online questionnaires was 379, while the number of valid questionnaires was 329. In the direct survey, the number of distributed questionnaires was 750, while the number of collected questionnaires was 421 and the number of valid questionnaires was 307. The total number of valid questionnaires used for analysis was 636. The study used quantitative methods with structural equation modeling analysis. The results indicate that among the components of organizational commitment, normative commitment has both direct and indirect impacts on employee motivation through two mediating factors: opportunistic behavior and knowledge sharing. Meanwhile, affective commitment has only an indirect impact on employee motivation through these mediating factors. Continuance commitment has both direct and indirect impacts; however, it has only an indirect impact on employee motivation through opportunistic behavior. In addition, the results show opportunistic behavior has a negative impact on the knowledge sharing of employees in enterprises.
The Effect of Institutional Quality on Financial Inclusion in ASEAN Countries
Yen Hai Dang NGUYEN,Dao Thieu Thi HA 한국유통과학회 2021 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.8 No.8
This study investigates the empirical linkages between ASEAN countries’ institutional quality and financial inclusion using country data from 2008–2019. In this paper, six governance indicators from the World Governance index are used to measure the impact of institutions on financial inclusion. The PCA method’s financial inclusion index is constructed from 3 indicators: penetration, access, and usage: penetration, access, and usage with six indices respectively as the number of ATMs per 1000 km2, the number of bank branches per 1000 km2, the number of ATMs per 100,000 people and the number of bank branches for 100,000 adults, the ratio of credit to private to GDP, and the ratio of deposit to private to GDP. Regression analysis with the Generalized Moments method shows the positive impact of institutions and other control variables like GDP per capita, inflation, bank concentration, and human development index on financial inclusion. Therefore, this study recommends that the government and policymakers in countries pursue the financial inclusion agenda to pay attention to the financial and economic indicators and institutional factors. This is because many savers, borrowers, and investors may not be protected when financial contracts are enforced or breaches occur in an environment where economic, legal, judicial, and political institutions are weak, such as in ASEAN countries.

The effects of electrochemical chloride extraction were evaluated using different electrolytes and binders on cylindrical concretespecimens with a water/binder ratio of 0.4. Two-percent NaCl by weight of binder was added to the water as a chloride source duringconcrete casting. After the specimens were immersed in water for three months, direct current 0.5 A/m2 was applied to releaseapproximately 30% initial chloride. The use of intermittent mode during extraction process was more efficient in releasing chloridethan a continuous mode. After treatment, although the average remaining-chloride content was higher than threshold value, itscontent at the interface was only approximately 0.4%. The accumulation of alkaline ions around the embedded steel was noticeablebut the distribution of calcium ions showed as different tendency. The migration of ions from the electrolyte was insignificant. Thisdemonstrated the important role of internal ions in transferring the charge during extraction; simultaneously, the decomposition ortransformation of hydrated products is inevitable. After the treatment was stopped for four weeks, the half-cell potential of the steelreached to low-corrosion state.

Background: Workers may be exposed to various types of occupational hazards at the same time, potentially increasing the risk of adverse health outcomes. The aim of this review was to analyze the effects of multiple occupational exposures and coexposures to chemical, biomechanical, and physical hazards on adverse health outcomes among agricultural workers. Methods: Articles published in English between 1990 and 2015 were identified using five popular databases and two complementary sources. The quality of the included publications was assessed using the methodology developed by the Effective Public Health Practice Project assessment tool for quantitative studies. Results: Fifteen articles were included in the review. Multiple chemical exposures were significantly associated with an increased risk of respiratory diseases, cancer, and DNA and cytogenetic damage. Multiple physical exposures seemed to increase the risk of hearing loss, whereas coexposures to physical and biomechanical hazards were associated with an increased risk of musculoskeletal disorders among agricultural workers. Conclusion: Few studies have explored the impact of multiple occupational exposures on the health of agricultural workers. A very limited number of studies have investigated the effect of coexposures among biomechanical, physical, and chemical hazards on occupational health, which indicates a need for further research in this area.

Fe90−xNixZr10 (x = 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25) ribbons with various thicknesses were prepared byusing a melt-spinning technique. The Curie temperature, TC, of the alloys dramatically decreasedfrom 960 K to room temperature at high quenching rates. When the alloys had an amorphousstructure, their TC strongly depended on the Ni concentration. The maximum entropy change,|Sm|max, with H = 12 kOe, of the alloys was around 1 J·kg−1K−1 at room temperature. Onthe other hand, the full width at half maximum the entropy-change peak was quite large, 85 K,which was suitable for applications in magnetic refrigerators at room temperature.
