화훼문은 감상의 대상인 화훼를 인간의 조형능력을 사용해 조합하여 예술 전반에 사용한 장식문양을 일컫는다. 이러한 화훼문은 宋代(960~1279)부터 실제 화훼의 모습을 반영하여 예술 전반에서 단독적인 장식제재로 등장한다. 본 논문에서는 송대 금은기의 조형과 문양에서 화훼가 적극 반영되는 점에 주목하여, 화훼문이 유행하게 되는 원인과 사용양상을 송대 사회에서 유행한 화훼문화와 결부시켜 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 南宋代 窖藏 및 무덤 출토품 중 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있는 茶, 酒具와 首飾을 중심으로 살펴보면, 송대부터 보편화 되었던 화훼가 사실적으로 표현되었다. 이는 화훼가 상징하는 의미와 관련된 茶, 酒文化가 있었고, 머리나 몸에 화훼를 지녀 신분을 드러냈던 송 사회를 반영하고 있었다. 이처럼 금은기를 통해 화훼문화를 조명하는 것은 그간 연구되지 않았던 송대 금은기의 성격을 밝힐 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 동시에 송대 도시문화의 특징이 어떻게 금은기에 반영되었는지도 살펴볼 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 송대 화훼문화와 화훼문은 동아시아로 전파되는 과정에서 遼와 高麗 금은기에 보이는 화훼문에도 일정 부분 영향관계를 살필 수 있어 중요한 것으로 파악된다. Flower pattern refers to the decorative patterns used on overall art fields and the flowers, which are the object of appreciation, are made into the patterns by using and combining the formative techniques. Such flower pattern appears as the independent decorative materials in the art fields starting from the Song Dynasty (宋代, 960~1279) in reflection of the actual flowers. This study focused on the point on active application of flowers on shapes and patterns of gold and silverwares made during Song Dynasty and tried to examine the reasons why such flower patterns became popular and how they were used by combining with the flower culture that trended in the whole society during the Song Dynasty. Especially, this study targeted on teaware (茶), drinkware (酒具), and hair ornament (首飾) that take the highest proportion among excavated articles and hoards from Southern Song Dynasty. The flower patterns were widely used starting from the Song Dynasty and the flowers with social meanings were expressed in a realistic way. This is because tea culture (茶文化) and drinking culture (酒文化) were associated with the symbol of flowers. In case of, hair ornaments (首飾), the flower pattern reflected the Song Dynasty’s society where people revealed their positions by putting flowers on hair or body. Spotlighting on the flower culture with gold and silverwares holds significance in clarifying the features of Song Dynasty’s gold and silverwares which were not researched previously. At the same time, flower culture shows how the characteristics of Song Dynasty’s urban cultures were reflected on the gold and silverwares. In addition, the flower culture and flower pattern from Song Dynasty are significant as they are partially associated with the gold and silverwares from Liao Dynasty (遼) and Goryeo Dynasty (高麗) in the process of getting spread to East Asian regions.
발화 목적과 상황에 따른 AI 에이전트 목소리의 성별과 높낮이에 대한 사용자 경험 조사

인공지능 기술이 발달함에 따라 AI 에이전트 시장 규모가 점점 더 커지고 있다. 의인화된 AI 에이전트들은 대부분 여성 목소리로 출시되고 있으며, 남성 목소리를 제공하는 경우에도 주로 여성의 목소리가 디폴트 값으로 설정되어 있다. 이는 사회 속에서 빠르게 확산되고 있는 성 인식과 성 역할에 대한 이슈들을 내포하고 있어 논의가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 젠더 이분법적 접근을 넘어, 발화 목적과 내용에 따라 인공지능 에이전트의 다양한 목소리 제공이 필요할 것이라 보고, 에이전트의 성별(여성, 남성)과 목소리 높낮이(고음, 저음)에 따른 사용자 경험을 조사하였다. 참여자들은 AI 스피커에게 날씨와 뉴스를 묻고, 맑고/흐린 날씨 정보와 훈훈한/무거운 뉴스를 각 목소리로 들었다. 이어 그들은 리커트 5점 척도를 이용하여 이해도, 신뢰도, 호감도를 평가하고 인터뷰를 통해 구체적인 의견을 제공하였다. 연구에서 전달하는 내용에 따라 적합한 AI 에이전트 목소리가 다르다는 것을 발견하였다. 연구 결과를 참고하여 여러 상황에 따른 사용자들의 다양한 의견을 반영하여 AI 에이전트 환경개선을 위한 기반을 다지기를 기대한다. With the development of artificial intelligence technology, the A.I. agent market has been growing larger. The anthropomorphized A.I. agents are mostly released as female voices, and even when providing male voices, the female voice is mainly set to default. This implies the awareness and roles of gender that are rapidly spreading in society, which requires discussion. Beyond the gender dichotomous approach, the study examined the user experience according to the agent's sex(female, male) and pitch of the voice(high, low) as we believe that it would be necessary to provide various voices of artificial intelligence agents depending on the purpose of speaking and contents. Participants asked A.I. speakers for information about weather and news. Then they heard about various situations of clear/cloudy weather, good/serious news in each voice. They evaluated understanding, reliability, and preference using the Likert 5-point scale and provided specific opinions through interviews. The study found that appropriate A.I. agent voices vary depending on the contents to convey. Based on this study's results, we hope the A.I. agent will be improved by reflecting the users' diverse opinions in different situations.

Due to the development of the internet and communications technology, the media market has undergone significant changes in the 2000s. In the past, when the types of media were not diverse, media content was mainly consumed through TV, radio, newspapers, etc., but as varied, it allowed users to watch the content anytime and anywhere. ‘Snack Video’ which is produced in a short length and consumed in commuting time and leisure time, and ‘Snack Culture’ which is a popular lifestyle trend of consuming short-form cultural content, is now widespread. The representative content of snack content is video clips. Various of media provide video clips, such as portal sites, SNS, and TV programs. YouTube is effective in increasing purchases than the other channels. Over-The-Top (OTT) is another pillar of the new media market, which has emerged with the development of the internet and communications technologies.

Bacteriophages employ diverse mechanisms to facilitate the proliferation of bacteriophages. The Salmonella-infecting phage SPN3US contains a putative N-acetyltransferase, which is widely found in bacteriophages. However, due to low sequence similarity to the N-acetyltransferases from bacteria and eukaryotic cells, the structure and function of phage-encoded acetyltransferases are mainly unknown. This study determines the crystal structure of the putative N-acetyltransferase of SPN3US in complex with acetyl-CoA. The crystal structure showed a novel homodimeric arrangement stabilized by exchanging the C-terminal α-helix within the dimer. The following biochemical analyses suggested that the phageencoded acetyltransferase might have a very narrow substrate specificity. Further studies are required to reveal the biochemical activity, which would help elucidate the interaction between the phage and host bacteria in controlling pathogenic bacteria.
