      • HOW TO VIEW HALLYU 3.0 (K-CULTURE)?

        If a Hallyu (the Korean wave) stands for Korea communicating with the world and Korean’s distinct connoting global universality defining a concept of Hallyu is a matter of great concern. In other words, recency of cultural topography that is commonly called Hallyu wields strong influence over ripple effect. Therefore, this manuscript is about to examine about basic program which Hallyu3.0 must be finished, not about general classification scheme. To conclude,‘ how to view Hallyu 3.0 (K-Culture) resides in reconfiguration of frame. Thus, we have to restructure main value for new culture differently from existing frame of ROK (Republic of Korea). Yet, there’s no reason for Hallyu3.0 (K-Culture) not covering regionality. For sustainability and expansion of Hallyu3.0 (K-Culture) and securing both Asia cultural history’s value and global cultural’s universality, fusion frame‘ glocalization’ is required based on localization that can conjoin globalization naturally.

        포스트코로나 시대 대학선교를 위한 전략 연구

        우리는 지금 코로나 시대를 지나고 있다. 각종 산업 및 사회 구조에 대한 변화가 필수적인 가운데 대학선교에 대한 방법의 변화가 있어야 함을 느끼고 있다. 과거와 같은 대면방식이나 대형집회 방식으로는 학생들에게 효과적인 복음을 전하기 어려운 시대가 된 것이다. 그렇다면 학생들에게 복음을 전하는 청년선교를 포기해야 하는가? 그렇지 않다. 위기는 곧 기회가 될 수 있다. 기독교대학은 오히려 선제적으로 선교전략의 변화를 통해서 효과적이고도 효율적인 청년선교를 해야만 한다. 이에 학원복음화를 위해서 세워진 기독교대학의 코로나 이후(post Corona) 학원선교방안을 논의하고자 한다. 이 논문을 작성한 목적은 후발적으로 시대의 흐름에 밀려서 학원선교방안을 마련하는 것보다 선제적인 방안을 마련함으로써 더욱 더 효과적인 방법을 통해서 학생들에게 복음을 전하기 위한 목적으로 작성되었다. 논문의 1장은 이 논문의 방향을 제시하였고, 2장은 왜 학원복음화 전략을 수정할 수밖에 없는가에 대한 내부적 외부적인 요인들에 관하여 서술하였다. 3장에서는 이 논문의 핵심인 포스트 코로나시대 기독교대학이 지향해야 할 학원복음화정책에 관하여 논술하였다. 마지막 4장에서는 다시 한 번 포스트 코로나시대의 학원복음화 전략 수정의 당위성을 강조하였다. We are now passing the Corona era. While changes in various industrial and social structures are essential, we feel that there should be changes in methods for university mission. It has become an era in which it is difficult to deliver effective gospel to students through face-to-face or large-scale rallies like in the past. Then should we give up youth missionary work that preaches the gospel to students? A crisis can soon be an opportunity. Christian universities should rather proactively engage in effective and efficient youth missionary work through changes in missionary strategies. Therefore, I would like to discuss how to teach, post Corona at Baekseok Academy, which exists to become a global leader in Christian universities and to evangelize young generations. The purpose of writing this paper is to preach the gospel to students through more effective methods by devising preemptive measures rather than by coming up with a plan for teaching in campus, which was later pushed back by the times. Chapter 1 of the paper presented the direction of this paper, and Chapter 2 described the internal and external factors of why the evangelizing strategy of campus mission has to be revised. Chapter 3 discusses the evangelizing strategies of the campus, which is the core of this paper, which in the post-Corona era. The last four chapters once again emphasized the justification for revising the evangelism strategy of campus in the post-Corona era.

        고대근동과 구약성경의 신탁행위 비교연구

        구약성경에 나오는 신탁행위들 가운데 우리가 이해하기 어려 운 것들이 종종 나온다. 제비뽑기, 꿈을 통한 신탁, 우림과 둠밈, 에봇 등은 우리가 생각하는 전형적인 구약성경의 종교적 의식이 아닌 것처럼 보인다. 그런데 이 행위들은 구약성경의 고유한 행위 가 아니라 고대근동의 많은 나라들로부터 이미 수천 년 전부터 내려오던 신탁행위들 가운데 취사선택되어진 것들임을 알아야 한다. 야웨신앙에 극단적인 해가 되지 않는 의식들을 취사선택해서 야웨 종교의 공식적인 의식으로 정착을 시킨 것이다. 하나님이 이미 수 천 년 동안 민중들의 마음속에 신의 계시를 받는 일반적인 수단으로 알려진 방법을 사용해서 계시함으로써 사람들이 그 권위를 인정하고 수용하게 하셨다. 그러므로 구약성경의 신탁행위들은 전혀 새로운 것들이 아니라 이전의 행위들을 재해석하고 적용한 문화적 산물이라고 할 수 있다. 기독교는 전혀 새로운 종교가 아니라 다른 종교의 터전 위에 세워진 종교다. 그러므로 우리보다 앞서서 존재 했던 많은 종교적 영향이 민중들의 삶에 깊이 뿌리를 내라고 있음을 알아야 한다. 그리고 이 문화 위에서 성경을 재해석하고 재적용 하는 열린 마음이 반드시 필요하다. Some of the Divinations in the Old Testament are often hard to understand. Lots divination, divination through dreams, Urim and Thummim, Ephod do not seem to be typical Old Testament religious rituals. However, it should be noted that these acts were not unique to the Old Testament, but were chosen among trusts that had already been handed down from many countries in the Ancient Near Eastern for thousands of years. Biblical writers are chose some rituals that would not harm Jehovah religion and settled them as official rituals of the Old Testament. God has already let people recognize and accept its authority by using a method known for thousands of years as a common means of receiving divine revelation in the minds of the people. Therefore, the Old Testament divines are not entirely new, but cultural products that reinterpreted and reapplied rituals. Christianity is not a new religion, but a religion built on the grounds of other religions. Therefore, it is important to know that many of the religious influences that existed before us are deeply rooted in the lives of the people. And an open mind to reinterpret and reapply the Bible on this culture is essential.

      • Recovery of Valuable Metals from Polishing Powder Wastes by Hydrometallurgical Process

        The main feature of rare earth polishing powder waste (REPPW) is the significant content of CeO<sub>2</sub> content in solid solutions of rare earth oxides. La, Pr, and Nd, like Ce, are used in polishing as well as dyes in polishing industry and also contained in REPPW. In addition, non-rare earth metals such as Ca, Al, Si, Ba, Mg, and F account for some proportion of REPPW, depending on the type of polished material. The leaching process using sulfuric acid solution can be proposed as a process for the recovery of rare earths from REPPW because it is easy and inexpensive to implement the treatment of REPPW. However, it also has some demerits in terms of separation and recovery. Undesired species are dissolved along with the materials of interest in the solution and another method is needed to separate these materials. Therefore, this study suggested that the leaching process with two steps based on the dissolution characteristics of the considered element-H<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub>-H<sub>2</sub>O solutions is needed for cerium recovery from REPPW by sulfuric acid leaching. The two steps of the leaching process consist of case 1 with La<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>, Pr<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>, Nd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>, and CaO and case 2 with CeO<sub>2</sub> and Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>. this classification can be useful for developing the total process for cerium recovery from REPPW via two-stage acid leaching based on experimental results. In addition, a k-T (reaction rate constant-reaction temperature) diagram that permits rational extraction of CeO<sub>2</sub> and Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> was devised according to the kinetics data fitted by a shrinking core model.

        Synthetic Biology Tools for Novel Secondary Metabolite Discovery in Streptomyces

        Streptomyces are attractive microbial cell factories that have industrial capability to produce a wide array of bioactive secondary metabolites. However, the genetic potential of the Streptomyces species has not been fully utilized because most of their secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene clusters (SM-BGCs) are silent under laboratory culture conditions. In an effort to activate SM-BGCs encoded in Streptomyces genomes, synthetic biology has emerged as a robust strategy to understand, design, and engineer the biosynthetic capability of Streptomyces secondary metabolites. In this regard, diverse synthetic biology tools have been developed for Streptomyces species with technical advances in DNA synthesis, sequencing, and editing. Here, we review recent progress in the development of synthetic biology tools for the production of novel secondary metabolites in Streptomyces, including genomic elements and genome engineering tools for Streptomyces, the heterologous gene expression strategy of designed biosynthetic gene clusters in the Streptomyces chassis strain, and future directions to expand diversity of novel secondary metabolites.

      • Dissolution Kinetics of Insoluble Chloride in MSWI Bottom Ash under Physical Condition with Submerged Particle via Accelerated Carbonation

        This study investigated the dissolution kinetics of insoluble chloride in MSWI bottom ash under physical condition with submerged particle via accelerated carbonation. The water-to-solid ratio was controlled by the condition, 10 dm<sup>3</sup>/kg, and the CO<sub>2</sub> concentration was kept constant at 30%. The reaction temperature was varied from 20℃ to 40℃ for dissolution kinetics. The result of an XRD analysis indicated that insoluble chloride (Friedel’s Salt) in untreated bottom ash could combine with CO<sub>2</sub> to form mainly an amorphous Al-rich material and calcite. In addition, the theoretical model was fitted well to the kinetics data pertaining to the dissolved insoluble chloride as the carbonation process proceeded; in the theoretical model, the product-layer diffusion was predominant. The variation of the rate constant upon dissolution with the temperature obeyed the Arrhenius equation with activation energy of 24.61 kJ/mol.
