      • 林土의 有機物의 分解速度와 無機養料의 垂直分布에 關한 考察

        Kim Choon Min, Chang Nam Kee and Chung Whan Ho: Decomposition rate of plant residue and the vertical distibution of mineral nutrients in the woodland soil. The relationship between decomposition rate of litter and the amount of mineral nutrients dispersed to the soil horizons were studied on the oak and pine forest stand. The results are as follows: 1. Decomposition rate of litter was highest in the F horizon of the oak stand, however in the pine stand it was highest in H horizon. 2. The correlation coefficients between decomposition rate and humus, organic carbon, moisture content, calcium, phosphorus, and nitrogen in the pine stand are; 0.90, 0.98, 0.76, 0.98, and 0.88, in oak stand; 0.97, 0.93, 0.92, 0.97, 0.74 and 0.73. 3. Factors which affect the decomposition rate of litter are humus, organic carbon, moisture content, calcium, phosphorus and nitrogen. 4. Among the variables, PH, moisture content and phosphorus under the oak and pine forest showed significant differences in each horizon. 5. C/N ratio of pine stands is higher than that of oak stands studied. 6. The vertical distribution of mineral nutrients is highly related with the amount of humus accumulated on top soil.

      • The Composition and Productivity of a Grassland in Korea

        The vascular florae of the north, northwest and south sides of a stand in the piedmont on the Choon-sung area were composed of 50, 41, and 34 species respectively. The most important of these were Arundinella hirta and Miscanthus sinensis. These two species contributed greatly to the standing crop of live material, which was in excess of 308.66g/m² during the growing season. The peak net productions of organic matter of 61.53g/m, 231.40g/m², and 214.65g/m² for these grasslands were reached in July-August under abundant water conditions, and were largely due to the high productivity of the dominant species such as A. hirta and M. sinensis. The average standing crop of this grassland plant communities was in excess of 571.01g/m² for the one growing season. This value would be increased if the productivity of the moss and algal mats which cover the soil surface during the growing season were included.

      • 알레르기성 소인이 없는 정상인에서 특이 알레르겐항체 양성율

        This study was designed to evaluate prevalence of allergen-specific antibodies in healthy adults. During Mar. ~ Aug. 2001, 1,925 subjects visited for medical check-up, were inquired to fill out a standardized questionnaire. Among them, 200 subjects who had no current and past allergic disorders were randomly selected for rhe current study and examined for allergen-specific antibodies using Korean inhalant panel of MAST-CLA allergen-specific IgE assay. Among them, 170 persons (85.0%) did not have any positive allergen-specific antibody. Each positive rate of 35 allergen specific antibodies was usually less than 3%, except Cockroach Mix (3.5%), Dermatophagoides farinae(8.5%), Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus(6.0%). Among 30 positive subjects, 19(63.3%) showed one or two allergen-specific antibodies. Although atopic subjects in non-allergic population were not common, few of them showed allergen-specific antibodies in Korean inhalant panel of MAST-CLA. Our results suggested that the standardized questionnaire and MAST-CLA could be an useful tool of a screening test for allergy, showing high specificity and sensitivity.

      • 원피스의 着用感에 關한 硏究(Ⅰ)

        The purpose of this study was to investigate subjective wearing sensation and change of temperature by fabrics 100% Polyester, 100% cotton, 100% rayon, 100% wool. One-Piece dress having long dolman sleeve and round neckline was used for the experiment of presents study. The results of the study and fabrics were summerized as follows. 1. By fabrics, differences was found in skin temperature except forehead and Buttock. 2. The mean skin temperature and oral temperature was the highest when subject wears polyester. The second from the highest was wool, the third was rayon, and the lowest was cotton. 3. The temperature inside clothing was higher polyester and rayon than wool and cotton. Relative humidity inside clothing was the highest rayon, and it was high order of the size such as Polyester > wool > cotton. 4. Blood Pressure was higher cotton and polyester than rayon and wool. Pulse rate shows no different by kinds of fabrics. 5. Coefficient of person's correlation shows that the comfortable has the most relation to thermal and weight sensation.

      • 나이지리아 요루바 부족과 에도 부족의 傳統 衣文化 考察

        Consciousness toward clothing, traditional weaving, textiles. and principal garment of the Yoruba and the Edo were the concerns of the present study. The study was made to deepen the appreciation of their cultural heritage, and to contribute to the field of comparative study of clothing and culture. The research method employed was the analysis of written materials and interview with several persons from Nigeria. And 13 pieces of the Yoruba traditional costumes were examined. The results of the study shows that the Yoruba and the Edo have attached great importance to clothing, and their costumes traditionally have played a great role as symbol and metaphor : Only after worrior's ceremony(osoku), a man assumes a long loose sleeved shirt and a red fez. Men's obete, women's omeda, and thick metal rings on leg are typical symbol of women's prestige. Despite the relative simplicity of the loom technology, hand­woven textiles produced reveal the remarkable quality and variety. These is still a strong demand for hand women cloth for ritual use, in funerals for example, and for dress wear on important occasions.(the latter sometimes reinforced by nationalist feelings) Their traditional commemorative cloth provide them with additional opportunities to comment on traditional and contemporary issues through the imagery of cloth.

      • Saccharomyces cerevisiae에서 Trichoderma Endoglucanase의 발현과 분비

        The endoglucanase gene, egl6, of Trichoderma sp. was connected with the yeast ADH1 promoter, and the resultant plasmid, pVT-C4, was introduced into three S. cerevisiae host strains (YNN27, 2805, and SEY2102). Among each 80 transformants, the cell growth and expression level of endoglucanase were compared in test-tube cultivation, and three respective transformants for each host cells showing the highest expression level and cell growth were selected. When three recombinant yeast cells were batchwise cultivated for 48 hr in flask, the total activities of endoglucanase expressed were about 1140 unit/1 with 2805/pVT-C4, 1020 unit/l with SEY2102/pVT-C4, and 590 unit/l with (YNN27/pVT-C4. Irrespective of host strain, about 80% of the expressed endoglucanase was detected in the extracellular medium. In addition, it was also found that the recombinant enzyme was secreted into the culture medium as two major forms of lightly and heavily glycosylated proteins.

      • 적층구조를 가진 이중공진 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나의 설계

        동축급전을 가지는 적층구조를 이용하여 차세대 이동통신인 IMT-2000 주파수 대역용 마이크로스트립 안테나를 설계 및 제작하였다. 협소한 대역폭 문제를 해결하고자 이중 공진을 일으키는 적층 구조의 안테나를 설계하였다. 적층구조 특성을 이용하여 협소한 대역폭 문제를 해결하고, 송·수신의 동작대역이 서로 다른 IMT-2000 주파수대역에 맞추기 위해 이중공진의 특성을 이용하였다. 전송라인 모델을 이용하여 아래 패치의 크기를 설계한 다음 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 최대전력 전달을 위해 최적의 급전위치를 찾았으며 상층기판의 유전율 및 두께를 최적화시켰다. 또한 공기층을 삽입하여 제작의 정밀성과 안테나의 효율을 증가시키고자 하였다. 설계한 안테나의 주파수대역은 1.885GHz∼2.025GHz, 2.11GHz∼2.2GHz의 동작대역을 포함하고 230MHz 이상의 대역폭을 가지도록 설계되었고 측정결과는 하향 1.8745GHz, 상향 2.2GHz에서 공진이 발생하였으며 각각 10.2%와 7.8%의 대역폭을 가지는 결과를 얻었다. Stacked square microstrip antenna was designed and manufactured and tested to apply in next generation mobile communication, on IMT-2000 system(up link: 1.885GHz∼2.025GHz, down link: 2.11GHz∼2.2GHz), which has dual-frequency, broadband and high-gain characteristics. To increase bandwidth we presented dual band stacked microstrip patch antenna with one probe feed using a technology that is stacked patches in which a parastitic element is place above a lower patch. Lower patch was designed by transmission line model and impedance matching point is determined by using simulator. Second, We considered variations of return loss by simulator when dielectric constant and thickness in higher dielectric substrate is varied. Third, to settled distance between lower substrate and higher substrate, we placed to air-gap above lower substrate. Therefore we expected that the efficiency of antenna and exactness of manufacture can be improved by this way. Finally we determined parameters of the antenna through above optimization procedure. With the parameters, We manufactured stack square microstrip patch antenna and measured with HP 8510c network analyzer. The pleasured results are as follows: resonant frequency of 1.8745GHz and 2.2GHz, bandwidth of up to 10.2% and 7.8%, gain of 8dB∼10dB.

      • 초고압 송전계통의 1선지락시 통신선에 유기되는 유도전압 계산의 전산화

        The recent expansion of our national power systems has required the higher voltage and more complex equipment to meet the increasing demands of our customers. Typical transmission voltage are now as high as 345KV. Therefore, in grounding of main power system neutrals, the direct-grounding method is used. But this method can cause dangerous high voltages to be induced in the nearby communication system due to the ground fault current. Therefore, when extra high voltage transmission lines are to be constructed, it is necessary to calculate the induced voltage in nearby communication systems. In order to calculate the induced voltage on the communication line, this study is developed based on the Carson-Pollaczek's equation at one line fault including the subprogram of impedance calculation program, plotting program and complex function program. To estimate the induced voltage to communication lines from extra high voltage transmission lines, the output data is listed in the table which is very useful during power system planning.

      • 兩眠 시각 시스템에서 頭部 및 眠球의 운동 보상법

        본 논문에서는 회전 및 병진의 외란이 가해진 경우 시각 이외의 자율운동 보상법에 관해서 고찰하였다. 양안시에 의한 주시점까지의 시차 및 방향의 측정과 계속적으로 주시하기 위한 VOR의 이득을 쉽게 계산할 수 있었다. 두부의 회전 각속도 및 회전 각도는 gyro 센서에 의해 얻어지더라도 gyro 센서의 값은 화상정보와는 무관하며, 대단히 짧은 시간내(약 1 ms)에 데이터를 샘플링할 수 있기 때문에, VOR의 이득을 1로 하여 남은 오차를 보간함으로써 화상정보를 보다 쉽게 주시할 수 있었다. When external noise of rotation and lateral are imposed to binocular vision system, self-regulation moving compensation method except sight is examined in this treatise. We could measure both binocular disparity and direction by binocular vision until visual point and calculate easily VOR's gains to stare continuously. Even if cephalic rotating angular velocity and rotating angle are obtained by gyro sensor, the value of gyro sensor is unrelated with image information, and we could stare a image information more eisily, deciding VOR's gains by 1 do and modifing the remained error because we can do sampling the data in short time(about 1ms).
