Transportation Improvement Program(TIP) is a political methods that work out problems of the illegal parking, increase of traffic accident, walking trouble in dwelling space result from congestion of the street. The purpose of this study is to consider introduction of District-TIP in Pusan in aspects of organization, expert, finance, institution, and to suggest the methods. The following is the contents of this study. This study is suggested that first, it is need to separated expert from organization for introduce District-TIP in Pusan. Second, an increase in parking-income by usage of the special account is improvement program to invest finances. In conclusion, it is right that establish the base-rule in a municipal ordinance supporting for regulations to propel TIP.

Joyce의 The Dead의 主題에 관하여

Joyce 의 딴 모든 작품과 같이 The Dead에 대하여도 많은 비평가들이 대단히 다양한 해석을 해오고 있다. 이들 다양수의 태도는, Joyce의 후기 작품들이 복잡한 상징의 구조물임을 염두에 두고, 이 작품에 대하여도, 주제보다는 상깅적인 해석에 역점을 두는 것 같다. William York Tindall은, ··· 소듣 involves the sins of pride, envy, lust, wrath and the virtue of charity 라고 도덕적인 것으로 그 주제를 설명하고, 이 주제를 정립시킴에 있어서 이 작품의 imagery가 대단히 중요한 역할을 한다고 이같이 말한다. Less apparent but no less functional than character or structure, the images of "The Dead", more nearly central than those of the earlier stories, embody so much of that meanign that, missing them, the careless reader misses almost all. 그는 특히 snow와 cold, light와 fire의 image가 중요한 motif임을 밝히고, 기타 brown goose라든가, Romeo and Juliet의 balcony scene등의 의미를 예리하게 지적한다. 이러한 세부사항의 상징적 해석을 일층 더 심화시키는 사람은 사랑의 회상을 하기 시작하는 순간을 예수의 탄생과 겹쳐 놓으면서 Nativity를 이 얘기의 structure로 간주하는 듯 하다. 그에 의하면 She 〔Gretta〕is the symbol of life and love, into whom the Grace of the Holy Ghose is about descend, dlau, By analogy Gabriel is Joseph the busband, and Michael Gretta's true love in Christ. 이다. 그의 세밀한 분석은 거의모든 image를 상징으로 해석한다. 심지어 Grettaㅇ 의 치마의 명암도 that ambiguous balance of light and dark, controling opposites of our fallen condition, which is the stress we know as life 라고 해석된다. 호텔 계단을 오르는 Gretta의 자세는 원시적 성교의 그것임, porter가 쥔 촛불은 인위적인 빛인 동시에 남근을 뜻하며, 호텔 방 유리창에 부딪치즌 눈송이는 Michael이 Gretta를 부르려고 던지는 돌이라고 풀이된다. 그러나 모든 detail을 이와 같이 해석하려는 것은 무리한 일이다. 가령 Lytle의 해설에 있어서 Gabriel의 신화적 의미와 성모 마리아의 남편으로서의 구실은 어떻게 조화되며, 무슨 의미가 있는지 모호하다. Bernard Benstock은 이 얘기의 연회가 열리는 일자가 Epiphany의 날이므로 그 structure가 magi의 예방이라고 보고, magi는 Gabriel 혼자서 겸하고 있고, 그가 가져온 예물은 그의 옷 틈에서 새어 나온 신선한 공기일 것이라고 해설했으나 이것은 너무 무리한 것이라도 하지 않을 수 없다. 이 작품의 상징성을 전적으로 부인함은 어리석인 일이겠으나 그렇다고 가급적 많은 image를 상징을 봐야만 이 얘글 잘 읽는다는 것은 아니다. P.G.Garret도 Even when the symbolic relevance of a detail is fairly clear, it does not follow that its symbolism is its most important aspect. 라고 말하고, Gretta가 조용히 서서 노래 소리를 듣는 모습을 보고, Gabriel이 ·· what is a woman standing on the tairs in the shadow, listening to distant music, a symbol of 라고 자문하는 장면에 언급하면서 이 같이 말했다. By the end of the story this distanced, impersonal mode of contemplation has been destroyed. Gabriel is forced to realize that his wife is not an aesthetic object ,"a symbol of something," but an actual person whose individuality and otherness must be respoected. The retrospetive irony of the scene would thus appear to be directed entirely against the attempt to convert reality into symbol. It might even be taken as a kind of warnign to critics who attempt to impose sumbolic interpretations on Joyce's stories. 상징적 해석이 무의미하다는 것은 아니다. Joyce의 모든 작품의 감상과 비평에 있어서,그것이 필수불가결하다는 것은 부인할 수 없다. 그러나 the Dead에 있어서는 상징 이외의 어떠한 요소가 강력히 작용하고 있는 것 같다. 이 얘기에서는 Dubliners의 딴 얘기에서 보다 뚜렷하고 상이한 주제가 느껴진다. 그리고 이 얘기가 독자의 마음에 깊은 감동을 주는 것도 그 상징이라기 보다는 그 주제의 호소력일 것이다. 이 얘기의 주제에 대하여는 그 표현방식이 상이하기는 하나, 여러 평자간에 상당한 견해의 일치가 있는 듯하다. Tindall이 논리적인 것이라고 한 것과 같이 A.Lytle도 기독교적인 역설적 윤리로 보았고, T.S. Eliot도 이 작품이 Joyce가 당시 작가중에서 가장 윤리관적으로 정통을 지키는 작가임을 증명한다고 했다. David daiches는 자기중심주의의 벽에 대한 공격과 그 붕괴가 주제라 했고, Richard Ellmann은 살아 있는 사람과 죽은 사람의 상호의존으로 William J. Handy 는 영혼의 죽음과 재생으로 보고 있다. 이 견해들은 요컨대 소아를 버림으로써 사랑과 진정한 삶을 얻는다고 하는 윤리관적인 해석이며, 이것은 물론 틀림없는 것이다. 그러나 Joyce는 이 말을 하기 위해서 왜 Gabriel의 윤리적 자각에 이르는 그다지도 긴 서론을 썼는지가 문제이다. D.Daiches는, 주인공의 자아에 대한 여러 차례의 공격의 과정을 그린 것이라 하였으나 그것만으로는 그 기리를 다 설명할 수 없다. 이 얘기에는 Gabriel에 직접 관련되지 않는 장면도 많으며 그 부분들이 이 얘기 전체의 주제와 어떤 관계에 있는지가 설명되어야 할 것이다. 그러기 위해서는 이 얘기의 제목은 The Dead가 누구를 가리키며 어떤 의미에 있어서 사자인가를 잠시 생각해야 할 것이다. 죽은 사람은 물론 Michael furey보다 Gabriel을 비롯한 대부분의 등장인물들이다. Dubliners의 모든 얘기들이 여러 의미에 있어서의 마비상태를 보여주거니와, The Dead에 있어서의 죽음의 뜻은 자기중심주의, 고립, 동감의 결여이다. 이 생중 사는 주인공에게만 국한된 것이 아니라 모든 등장인물에 공통적이다. 이것이 이 얘기의 기리의 한 이유이다.

스폰서십(sponsorship)을 통한 스포츠문화 소비자의 브랜드이미지(brand image)에 대한 연구

The purposes of this study were to promote sports in non-popular field by using sports as non-verbal communication in the process of brand marketing and to prepare the basis on sponsor's persuasion and sponsorship construction with industry and brand marketing activity. For this study, 120 customers were surveyed in 2003. For data analyses, frequency analysis and t-test were used. Most respondents in this study showed interests to non-popular sports. This study also found that respondents showed better impression on industry or brand supporting non-popular sports than those supporting popular sports.

여가활동 참여와 사회적지지, 자아 존중감 그리고 스트레스의 관계 : 서울소재 노인복지관 참여노인을 대상으로 Focusing on the Elderly Senior Centers Members in Seoul

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of participation in leisure activities to social support, self-esteem, and stress among the elderly senior center members in Seoul. Also, the samples of this study were collected by using quota sampling method and the total subject were 600. The statistical methods used in this study were frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. After analyzing the data, the results of this study is that leisure activity had a positive relation with social support and self-esteem. However, leisure activity had a negative relation with stress.

Digital moire 형상측정 시스템의 보정에 관한 연구

Moire topography method isa well-known non-contacting 3-D measurement method as a fast non-contact test for three-dimension shape measuring method. Recently, it's important to study the automatic three-dimension measurement by moire topography because it is frequently applied to the reverse engineering , the medical, the entertainment fields. Three-dimension measurement using projection of moire topography is very attractive because of its high measuring speed and high sensitivity. In this paper, the classical moire method is computerized-so called digital moire. when a virtual grating pattern is projected on a surface, the captured image by the CCD camera has three-dimension information of the objects. The moire image can be obtained through a simple image processing and a reference grating pattern. and it provides similar results without physical grating pattern. digital projection moire topography turns out to be very effective for the three-dimension measurement of objects. Using different N-bucket algorithm method of digital projection moire topography is tested to measuring object with the 2-ambiguity problem. Experimental results prove that the proposed scheme is capable of finding measurement errors that decreased more by using the four-three step algorithm method instead of the same step in the phase shifting of different pitch.

. Dryden is probably one of the major English poets most unloved both for his poetry and his way of life. His poetry is held to be mere versification of prose, and his inconsistency in religion and politics is looked down on as a consequence of his worldly ambition. This short paper intends to suggest that Dryden's attitude to religio-political ideas is closely related to the neoclassical concept of poetry. From the modern point of view the most obvious fault of Dryden's poetry is its lack of suggestiveness. His poetry is "the poetry of statement" and states no more than what is says expressly, while the idea of the modern reader is that meaning of a poem is not explicitly stated but indirectly suggested by its form and style. The meaning and style, or the content and form is one, and cannot be separated; the same thing cannot be expressed in different forms. But the neoclassical period recognized the division between the content and the style and held that any subject could be made magnificent by embellishment of words. More-over, of this divisible two aspects of poetry, a poet's duty had more to do with the style than the content, more with how than what to say. What a poet said was not his invention; is was mostly traditional and official. As the artist of language, the poet devoted himself to the refinement of style, and he was exempted from having to be original in the content, or the ideas on politics, faith, or morality. Such a concept of a poet's role was naturally conducive to the flexibility and a lack of seriousness in his political and religious views. This seems to account for many of spurious Christian images employed as metaphors in Dryden's poems at the risk of commtting blasphemy.

느타리버섯 세균성갈빈병균 Pseudomonas tolaasii의 효소면역검출법

느타리버섯의 세균성갈반병균인 P. talaasii(PT)를 신속 간편하게 검출할 수 있는 효소면역측정법(ELISA)을 개발하였다. 특이항체를 생산하기 위하여 PT(5×10 exp (7) cfu)를 Freund's adjuvant와 함께 토끼에 수차례 면역하였으며, 가장 높은 역가를 나타낸 항혈청을 이용하여 비경합 ELISA 및 경합 ELISA를 각각 확립하였다. 표준곡선으로부터 PT의 그 검출한계는 각각 2×10 exp (2) cfu/ml 및 3×10 exp (2) cfu/ml가량으로 나타났다. 교차반응은 비경합 ELISA의 경우 P. agarici, P. reactans 및 비병원성 Pseudomonas속 균주와 1/10^3이하의 매우 미약한 반응을 보였으나 P. salanacearum, Erwinia chrysanthemi, Streptococcus mutans, Xanthomonas citri 및 곰팡이인 Fusarium oxysporum 등 다른 균주와의 반응성이 거의 없었으며, 경합 ELISA의 경우 PT이외에는 같은 속 균주에 대하여도 반응성이 거의 없었다. ELISA를 이용하여 버섯으로부터 분리된 18균주에 대하여 PT의 여부를 조사하였을 때 병원성과 white line 반응성을 동시에 나타내었던 11균주에 대하여만 명확한 양성으로 나타나, 본 연구에서 확립한 ELISA는 간편하고 정확한 PT검출법임이 확인되었다. For simple and rapid detection of Pseudomonas tolaasii (PT), a bacterial brown blotch pathogen of oyster mushroom, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) were developed. To produce specific antibody, PT (5 × 10 exp (7) cfu) and Freund's adjuvant were subcutaneously immunized into rabbits several times. By using the antiserum showing the highest titer, we established noncompetitive and competitive ELISA's. Standard curves of the ELISA's showed that the detection limits were 2 × 10 exp (2) cfu/ml and 3 × 10 exp (2) cfu/ml, respectively. When investigated by noncompetitive ELISA, cross reactivities of the anti-PT antibodies against P. agarici, P. reactans, and other fluorescent Pseudomonas spp. were very low (<1/10^3), but those against P. solanacearum, Erwinia chrysanthemi, Streptococcus mutans, Xanthomonas citri, and a fungus Fusarium oxysporum were almost none. However, when investigated by competitive ELISA, the reactivities against any other strains except PT were almost none. When the ELISA's were applied to 18 strains derived from mushrooms in order to identify PT, only 11 strains showing both pathogenicity and white line reactivity were obviously positive. These results showed that the ELISA's could be convenient tools to detect PT in accordance with existing methods.

공공 스포츠센터 내부고객의 서비스품질 기대 및 지각

The purpose of this study was to examine the expectation and perception of service quality for internal customers on public sport center. Also, the samples of this study were collected by using random sampling method and the total subject were 170. The statistical methods used in this study were mean & standard deviation, Frequency analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe's multiple range test. After analyzing the data, the results of this study are as follows. 1. In expectation of service quality, there were significant differences on sex, age, position and job task. 2. In perception of service quality, there were significant differences on sex, age, work period and job task.
