      • 배추 생육 중 토양 수용성 양이온의 경시적 변화 모니터링

        토양의 치환성 이온 함량이 아닌 식물체에 직접 흡수되는 수용성 이온들을 모니터링 하는 것이 중요하다. 배추가 생육하면서 토양 중 수용성 양이온들의 함량이 어떻게 변하는지 확인하고, 각 이온의 농도에 따라 그에 알맞은 처방이 이루어져야 한다. 토양 시료는 경기도 이천시의 배추 밭에서 정식 이후 16, 35, 48, 70일에 처리구별 각 3반복씩 채취하였다. 처리구는 N 기준 무처리구(Nil), NPK 비료 표준 시비량의 50% 처리구(Con), 100% 처리구(Inf), 그리고 표준 시비량의 50% 처리구에 음폐퇴비가 100%(C100), 200%(C200), 300%(C300) 추가된 처리구가 있다. 채취한 토양은 풍건 후 2 mm 체에 거르고 1:5 비율로 증류수 추출하였으며, Whatman No.2 필터를 사용하여 여과한 후 0.45 μm 실린지 필터로 재 여과하였다. 토양 추출액의 분석은 (주)테크넬 POCT 분석 키트를 사용하였다. 화학비료 처리구의 토양 중 Na의 농도비율은 생육기간 중 꾸준히 증가하는 경향이 있었다. 하지만 K의 농도비율은 시간이 지남에 따라 경시적 감소가 명확하였다. 음폐퇴비 처리구의 경우 토양 중 Na의 농도비율은 생육기간 중 증가하는 경향이었으며, 특히 퇴비 처리수준에 비례하여 높아졌다. Mg의 농도비율은 모든 처리구에서 비슷한 수준을 유지하였다. 모든 처리구에서 토양 중 K의 농도비율 감소는 Na 농도비율의 증가와 상관관계가 높았다.

      • Nd : YAG 레이저와 Microdrill을 이용한 내시경적 누낭비강문합술

        Recently, with development of endoscopic surgery, different surgical lasers and surgical methods have been reported with varying success rates. Endoscopic laser lacrimal surgery can be performed as a less-invasive method than conventional lachmal surgery, but the success rates of this methods are lower than conventional methods. This technique avoided a cutaneous scar and caused less surgical trauma and bleeding than those seen in conventional lacrimal surgery, shortened postoperative recovery time and lessened postoperative pain. The use of Nd:YAG laser and microdrill assisted endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is minor modification in surgical technique and provided an excellent medium for surgery. Since May 1, 1995, we have successfully performed 12 cases of nasolacrimal duct obstruction with this method. We report our surgical outcomes with brief references.

        The exploitation of the resource wind energy is a rapidly growing area world-wide. The number of installed units is continuously increasing, and therefore, it is important to respect and to deal with the impact of wind power generation system. From the view of an electric grid utility, there is a major problem with the impact of the wind system on the voltage of the electric grid, to which a turbine in connected. The problem is rather common in the connection of a wind power system to an already existing grid, since the grid is very seldom designed for the transmission of additional power. In this paper, it is investigated the voltage impact of distribution line, to which wind power generation system is connected.

      • 젓갈로부터 유용 박테리오신 생산균주의 탐색

        Bacteriocins are proteins produced by heterogeneous group of bacteria that have a bactericidal effect on closely related organisms. Recently, bacteriocins from lactic acid bacteria(LAB) and other food-related organisms have been the subject of much research of their potential as food biopreservatives. The goal of this study were to isolate LAB from commercial fermented fish products and identify their bacteriocin activity. All bacteriocin-producing isolates were identified as LAB. The NK24, NK34, and SA72 isolates were as identified as Lactococus lactis subsp. Lactis where as SA131 isolate was Lactobacillus brevis according to database of API50 CHL kit. All antimicrobial substance(s) produced from 4 LAB isolates were lost their antibacterial activity completely by treatment of some proteases, which indicate its proteinaceous nature. The bacteriocins produced from NK24, NK34, and SA72 isolate showed broad spectrum of activity when compared to SA131 bacteriocin.

        This study presents the application of a method in just In Time by the singleminute exchange of die(SMED) system and real example. JIT calls for small lots and frequent production runs. So, the setup time are more required in normal operating environment. Set up reduction is a key aspect of Just In Time since it supports reductions in manufacturing lead times and inventories. The SMED system in a technique used to reduce machine set up time. The SMED system is to increase the productivity of machines by reducing their idle time and to reduce machine set up time.

      • 0.5% Timolol과 2% Dorzolamide의 병용투여군과 cosopt®단독 투여군에서의 안압 하강 효과비교

        ackground and Objective: This study was designed to compare the IOP decreasing effect between the IOP decreasing effect of patients who were treated with 0.5% Timolol and 2% of Dorzolamide and that of patients who were treated with Cosopt® only being the patients who couldn't be controlled by Timolol adequately. Materials and Method: Twenty eight open angle glaucoma patients, 40 eyes, who weren't able to reach desirable IOP when treated with 0.5% Timolol, were tested. The patients were divided into two groups. In group A 13 patients, 20 eyes, were treated with Timolol and 2% Dorzolamide. In group B 15 patients, 20 eyes, were treated with Cosopt® only. The IOP and side effects were recorded after The 1st week, the 1st month and the 3rd month. Results: After 3 months, the IOP in group A was decreased by 20.5% (4.0mmHg) from 19.5mmHg to 15.5mmHg and the IOP in group B was decreased by 23.7% (4.7mmHg) from 19.8mmHg to 15.1mmHg. There was no statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusion Cosopt® has a similar IOP decreasing effect with that of 0.5% Timolol and 2% Dorzolamide combined. It may increase adaptation of patients by decreasing the number of dispensions.

      • 금속 촉매를 이용한 poly-Si의 결정화에 관한 연구

        Nickel induced crystallization of amorphous silicon (a-Si) has been studied by selective deposition of Ni on a-Si thin films. The kinetics of crystallization for MIC was found to be greatly enhanced than that of SPC. Ni-induced crystallization is a promising technique for low-temperature fabrication of poly-Si thin-film transistors needed for large area applications. Lateral growth of polycrystalline silicon mediated by the formation of nickel silicide, has been successfully employed for the fabrication of high-performance TFTs. A-Si thin films on which Ni films were deposited with various thickness were crystallized as a function of annealing temperatures. Throughout the thesis work, wise choice of both the thickness of Ni and the annealing temperature was found to produce poly-Si films with high quality, thus potentially resulting in the production of TFTs with high performance.
