        脫物質化 시대에 있어서 디자인 스타일 接近方法 硏究 : 바시미 美學의 기초적 접근

        아날로그 시대에는 그 시대를 대변하는 디자인 스타일과 트렌드는 분명히 존재해 왔다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 정보통신 기술의 발달과 더불어 디지털 세대에는 사회적, 문화적, 경제적인 변수들이 혼재하며 주도적인 트렌드나 스타일을 가지고 있지 못하다. 멀티 Function, 텔레매틱스, 초 표피적인 수많은 제품들의 혼재와 다양한 소비층 확대 및 욕구의 증대, 짧은 Life style 등과 함께 脫物質化 시대로 사회의 패러다임이 변화되고 진화하고 있다. 이에 디자인이 문화와 경제가 하나 되는 지식산업의 중요한 키워드로 우리 앞에 등장하면서 디자인 스타일 창출은 대단히 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 본 연구 논문은 음향오행사상에 기초한 「바시미 구조」를 한국의 미학사상을 바탕으로 기초적 접근을 통해서 디지털 사회의 脫物質化 요구에 부합하면서 세계적이며 보편적인 디자인 스타일을 찾는데 목적이 있다. The design become an important keyword of knowledge industry and the creation of new design style has a significant meaning. The purpose of this study is to find a general worldwide design style with regarding that korean aesthetics is based on Basimi construct -it comes from a philosophy of the Yin & Yand and Five Elements- , which correspond immaterial demand of digital period.

      • TNT-분해세균인 Stenotrophomonas maltophilia에 의한 s-Triazine계 제초제인 Atrazine의 미생물학적 분해

        The agricultural use and relative persistence of s-triazine herbicide such as atrazine have led to increasing concern about environmental contamination. Stenotrophomonas maltophilia capable of utilizing TNT as sole nitrogen source has been isolated from contaminated soils and the bacterium showed excellent degradability for several-triazine herbicides including atrazine. Complete depletion of atrazine was achieved within 30 hours of incubation. Atrazine was catabolized in the presence of different supplemented carbons. Among the co-substrates used in this experiment (e.g., glucose, fructose, starch, succinate, acetate), fructose was the best co-substrate. However, no atrazine degradation was monitored without the supplemented co-substrates in the cultures. The relationships between atrazine degradation by S. maltophilia and several relevant physicochemical parameters (e.g., N-sources, yeast extract) were examined. High performance liquid chromatographic methodology was used to measure this substrate and it also resolved unknown intermediates.

      • 오염된 토양으로부터 분리된 세균에 이한 2,4-Dinitrotoluene과 2,6-Dinitrotoluene의 생물학적 제거

        Dinitrotoluenes (e.g., 2.,4-Dinitrotoluene and 2,6-Dinitrotoluene) are the major impurity resulting from the manufacture of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(TNT) and are primary starting materials for the synthesis of toluenediisocyanate which are used in the production of polyurethane foam. Both 2,4-DNT(2,4-dinitro- toluene) and 2,6-DNT(2,6-dinitrotoluene) are recalcitrant and have been shown to be toxic to aquatic and terrestrial organisms in the environment. Because little information is available for the biological degradation of DNTs, they have has not been evaluated for the possible treatment processes of industrial waste streams where DNTs may represent a serious disposal problem. In the present work, we explored the feasibility using a bacterium for DNTs degradation, with the ultimate aim of application for the industrial treatment. A DNTs-degrading bacterium was isolated from soil samples collected from an explosive contaminated area. Complete degradation of 2,4-DNT at the initial concentration of 50 ㎎ 2,4-DNT per liter was achieved within 10 days of incubation in bench-scale bioreactors, whereas 2,6-DNT degraded completely within 14 days under the same conditions, respectively. The bacterium was able to utilize DNTs as the sole nitrogen source. Co-substrate was essential for the bacterial growth and DNTs degradation in the medium. Neither bacterial growth nor DNTs degradation were observed in the absence of co-substrate. The detection of the parent substrates and their intermediates were based on HPLC and GC-MS methodology.

      • Flutamide가 수컷 생쥐의 유해감각예민도에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : Previous findings on nociception modulatory effect of testosterone were controversial. In this study, androgen receptor antagonist flutamide was used to reveal testosterone effect on baseline nociceptive sensitivity and stress-induced antinociception in male mice. Methods : Experiments consist 3 Parts: 1) tail flick latency(TFL, sec, 52±1℃) was measured before and 30 minutes after intraperitoneal injection of flutamide 150, 100, 50mg/kg or vehicle(N=15 for each group); 2) TFL was measured before and after serial injection of LHRH antagonist antide(1mg/kg, ip), and 30 minutes after flutamide(100mg/kg, ip) or vehicle; 3) With pretreatment of flutamide(100mg/kg, ip) or vehicle(N=15 for each group), TFL was measured before and after 5 minutes of forced-swim in cold water(15±1℃). Results : 1.TFL was significantly elongated(hypoalgesic) in the flutamide 100 and 150mg/kg groups. TFL of flutamide 150mg/kg group was significantly longer than 50mg/kg group. 2.Though pretreatment with antide itself did not make any change in TFL, it blocked antinociceptive effect of flutamide. TFL was elongated by serial injections in both flutamide and control group. 3.TFL was elongated by FS in both flutamide and control group. FS-induced elongation of TFL was significantly more prominent in flutamide group. Conclusions : From these results, it is suggested flutamide has antinociceptive effect on baseline TFL and potentiates FS- induced antinociception.

      • 잡음 및 오프셋전압 감소를 위한 종형 홀소자의 교류구동

        In this paper, the Alternating Current(AC) driving method of Vertical Hall Device(VHD) which is sensitive to the magnetic field parallel to the surface of the chip is presented. This system consists of the phase inverting circuit and Low Pass Filter(LPF) ect. for the amplification of Hall voltage and reduction of offset voltage and noise. When this system was operated, the offset voltage and noise could be reduced effetively. Also, the output voltage of VHD was ±74.0〔mV〕 in the low magnetic field ranges of ±100〔Gauss〕, the linearity of output voltage were good, and the magnetic field resolucation was 0.74〔mv/Gauss〕.

      • 질석을 이용한 음식물 쓰레기의 퇴비화

        Recently disposal of the garbage is getting attention as one of the most serious problems in the communites. A study has been attempted to use the garbage to make the organic fertilizer using vermiculite, which results not only effecive disposal of the garbage but also enormous economic production. 1) The garbage contains NaCl much higher than the night soil. 2) The garbage used the vermiculite as an additive and fertilized with micro-organism didn't smell stinking and the fermentation rate of it was faster than the others. 3) pH had been increased because the Ammonia(NH₃) was produced by the micro-organism reaction, activated from eluting Calcuim(Ca) and Magnesuim(Mg) in vermiculite at pH 3. 4) It has been confirmed that the compound of garbage with vermiculite could be transformed into very good compound organic fertilizer.

      • 마이크로웨이브 밴드용 Rotary Joint 설계 및 구현

        Rotary joint is a rotating line minimizes the loss of electromagnetic wave between the fixed transmitter/receiver devices and continuously rotating antenna according to the azimuth and altitude in radar system or satellite communications systems. Rotary joint is implemented adaptively combining coaxial cable and rectangular/circular waveguide considering the feeding power and rotation speed. Therefore, it results in the junction of heterogeneous transmission lines and subsequently causes the discontinuity in the transmission medium. In this paper, we design and implement the dual channel rotary joint for microwave band (8.5GHz∼9.6GHz) and conforms its characteristics through experiments. Design are based on the optimal parameters obtained from the theoretical analysis and simulation results of the electromagnetic distribution, the transmission mode transition, and the mode matching at discontinuity point in the junction of two transmission lines having a different geometrical plane.
