      • 질편모충(Trichomonas vaginalis)의 시험관내에서의 용혈능

        To evaluate the hemolytic activity of T. vagindlis from Korean women and fresh human RBC of A type were nsed for hemolytic assay. RBC(1×10 /ml) was added to RPMI-TPS media(RPMI 1840:TPS-1= 20 : 1) containing T. vaginalis(2×10 ) and incubated at 37℃, 5% CO₂incubator for 6hr and hemolysis was measured by spectrophotometer at 412m. We investigated the parasite to erythrocyte ratio and lemperature needed for hemotysis. Optimal erythrocyte lysis by T. vaginalis was achieved at ratio of 1 : 5 and optimol temperature 37℃. Minimal hemolytic activity was detected in lysates of T. vaginalis. No hemolysis occured when a membrane a 3㎛ pore size was nsed to prevent contact between parasites and erythrocytes. These data suggest a need for contact for trichomonol hemolysis. Hemolytic activity did not correlated with the production of subcutaneous abscess in mice.

        通經西物湯이 Endotoxin으로 誘發된 흰쥐의 血栓症에 미치는 影響

        最近 飮食 및 生活上의 變化로 心臟, 腦, 動脈, 靜脈 등에 血栓으로 誘發된 成人病들이 增加하는 趨勢이다. 血栓症은 韓醫學的 理論에 依據하여 瘀血에 屬한 것으로 보고, 血虛나 瘀血로 인한 月經不順에 使用하는 通經四物湯을 이용하여 血栓症 實驗을 하기도 하였다. 本 硏究가 臨床에서 血栓症 治療에 應用할 수 있는지를 考察하고 이를 韓醫學的 理論에 뒷받침되었으면 하여 實驗硏究를 施行하였다. 通經四物湯은 經口投與한 후, 흰쥐의 尾靜脈에 endotoxin을 注入하여 血栓症을 誘發시키고, 血小板數, 血中 fibrinogen量, prothrombin time 및 血中 FDP(fibrin degradation product)를 測定하여 通經四物湯의 抗血栓 作用을 觀察하였다. 血小板數는 Control에 比하여 Sample Ⅱ에서 增加의 有意性이 認定되었고,. Fibrinogen 量은 Control에 比하여 SampleⅠ 과 SampleⅡ에서 모두 增加의 有意性이 認定되었으며, FDP 濃度는 Control에 比하여 SampleⅠ과 SampleⅡ에서 모두 減少의 有意性이 認定되었으나 prothrombin time에서는 有意性이 認定되지 않았다. 結論的으로 通經四物湯은 血栓生成을 抑制하여, endotoxin으로 誘發한 흰쥐의 血栓症에 미치는 影響은 有意한 것으로 나타났으며, 瘀血性疾患에 臨床的으로 應用하면보다 높은 治療效果가 기대된다. This study was performed to investigate the effect of Tonggyungsamultang on the intravascular Coagulation induced. by Endotoxin in rats, This intravascular Coagulation induced by injecting endotoxin in the caudal vein of rats. And these rats were treated with extract of Tonggyungsamultang 1.0㎖/200㎎(SampleⅠ) and Tonggyungsamultang 2.0㎖/200㎎(sampleⅡ), which were administered orally. Then the number of Platelets, concentration of fibrinogen, prothrombin time and concentration of FDP(fibrin-fibrinogen degradation product) were measured. The following results were obtained. 1. The number of platelets showed significantly in the SampleⅠ compared with the control group 2. The concentration of fibrinogen showed significantly in the Sample Ⅰ and Sample Ⅱ compared with the control group 3. Prothrombin time showed significantly in the SampleⅠ and SampleⅡ compared with the control group. 4. The degree of concentration of FDP showed significantly in the SampleⅠ and SampleⅡ compared with the control group.

        Fault coverage evaluated by fault simulators is accurate. However, fault simulation is not only memory consuming but also time consuming, and fault simulation time is propotional to, at least, square of circuit size. These limitations become more serious because of increased circuit densities. Recently, several algorithms for testability measures have been published. In this paper, three algorithms, STAFAN, COP, and PREDICT, are compared each other with respect to accuracy and execution time, in order to provide a useful guideline for those who plan to design a new digital circuit.

        通經四物湯이 Endotoxin으로 誘發된 흰쥐의 血栓症에 미치는 影響

      • 고등어 반염건품(半鹽乾品)의 제조 및 저장안정성

        This study was designed to investigate the preparation of salted and semi-dried mackerel and quality of its product during cold storage at 4±0.5℃ and partially frozen storage at -3±0.5℃. The optimal conditions of cold air drying for preparation of salted and semi-dried mackerel were drying temperature, 15℃, relative humidity, 50±5%, air blast speed, 2m/sec, and drying time, 3hrs. The qualities of the product were moisture content, 69.0%, pH 6.0, VBN 11.5㎎/100g, color values, L 49.5, a 4.3, b 4.0,ΔE 66.7, viable cell counts, 2.5×10³/g, saline soluble protein extractability, 44.3mg/g, and peroxide value, 10.2meq/kg. The shelf-life of the product in control and vacuum packing groups were 5days, respectively, during storage at 4±0.5℃ and those of the product were 21days and 28days during storage at -3±0.5℃, respectively. Cold air drying and partial freezing storage were effective method for the manufacture and keeping quality of salted and semi-dried mackerel.

        타이타늄 임플란트와 상부구조물의 갈바닉 쌍의 전기화학적 특성

        For the aesthetic and functional restoration of edentulous patients, recently dental implants have been used widely. Dental implants and restorative alloys are required with the high corrosion resistance. Suprastructure and implant with different compositions, which are in electrical contact, may develop galvanic or coupled corrosion problems. Besides galvanic corrosion, crevice and pitting corrosion may occur in the marginal gap or the gap between dental implant assemblies. In this study, Ti implants, gold, silver-palladium, cobalt-chromium and nickel-chromium suprastructures were used to investigate their galvanic and crevice corrosion of suprastructure/Ti implant couples. Potentiodynamic and potentiostaic testing were performed in artificial saliva at 37℃. Potentiodynamic testing was carried out at the potential scan rate of 1 ㎷/sec and in the range of -600∼1600 ㎷(SCE). Potentiostatic testing such as open circuit potential and current densities at -250, 0 and 250 ㎷(SCE) was performed for 5000 seconds in artificial saliva. After electrochemical testing, the surface and cross-sectional morphologies of the samples were observed using optical microscopy. Potentiodynamic test results indicated that suprastructure/Tim implant couples exhibited the passive current density range of 0.5∼12 ㎂/㎠, Ti abutment/Tim implant and gold/Tim implant couples exhibited relatively low passive current density, Co-Cr/Tim implant couples the highest. Co-Cr and Ni-Cr/Tim implant couples showed the breakdown potentials of 700 and 570 ㎷(SCE), respectively. Open circuit potentials of silver, Ti abutment, gold, Ni-Cr and Co-Cr/Ti implant couples were -93.2±93.9, -123.7±58.8, -140.0±80.6, -223.5±35.1, and -312.7±29.8, respectively and stable according to immersion time. The couples exhibited cathodic current densities at -250 ㎷(SCE), especially, gold and silver alloys showed the high cathodic current densities of ±3.18 and ±6.63 ㎂/㎠, respectively. At 250 ㎷(SCE), Ti abutment/Ti implant couples exhibited the lowest current density of 9.48×10^-2 ㎂/㎠, and gold, Ni-Cr, Co-Cr and silver/Ti implant couples exhibited 0.313, 1.27, 5.60 and 8.06 ㎂/㎠, respectively. The couples exhibited relatively low current densities at 0 ㎷(SCE). The photographs after electrochemical testing showed crevice or pitting corrosion in the marginal gap and suprastructure surface. Although Co-Cr/Ti implant couples among the tested samples had the possibility of the galvanic corrosion, its degree was not significant.

      • 팩시밀리의 主機板에 對한 技能的 試驗機의 設計 및 具現

        본 연구는 팩시밀리의 주기판(main board)을 기능적으로 테스트하기 위해 구현한 FFTS(Functional Facsimile Test System)에 대한 기술이다. 본 연구의 목적은, 테스트시 수반되는 모든 작업을 자동화하고, 테스트 수행중 발생하는 여러가지 상태들을 자료화하는 것이다. 아울러 주기판에 대한 입출력 신호들의 종류와 그 특성들이 변경될 경우라도 소프트웨어의 수정만으로 그 것에 대처한 후 계속적으로 테스트를 수행할 수 있도록 한다. FFTS는 주기판에 접속되는 여러가지 장치들을 하드웨어적으로 에물레이션하며, 테스트용 전용언어, 그리고 그것에 대한 컴파일러를 포함한다. FFTS로 테스트를 수행하는 방법에는 대화식 모드(IAT)와 대화식 테스트에서 수행할 수 있는 모든 과정을 테스트용 언어로 저장한 후 그것을 반복하여 사용하는 배치 모드(Batch mode) 등이 있다. FFTS의 유용성을 실증하기 위해 여러 종류의 팩시밀리에 대하여 실험을 실시하였다. FFTS (Functional Facsimile Test System) is designed and implemented. It is possible to eliminate repeated test work and to analyze the data obtained through test. If the specification of the signals from/to main board of facsmile is changed, it is possible to cope with the change by modification of FFTS software. FFTS emulates the devices connected to the main board. FFTS is designed to test the main board either by using interactive(IAT) mode with graphic user interface or by using noninteractive(NIAT) mode with test command file which is coded manually or created from IAT mode. The operation of the FITS is verified for several types of main board of G3 class facsmiles.

        The subjects of this study are 5 male gymnastics player of the Ground Reaction Force(GRF) for study analyzed round - off flic - flac of floor exercise. A primary factor landing phase of GRF. supporting time. impact force is movement in round - off flic - flac of floor exercice. The conclusion of this study are as follow. 1. The result average of this study showed that the vertical supporting time is first maximum impact 0.017sec, second maximum impact 0.049sec, horizontal supporting time is first maximum impact 0.019sec, second maximum impact 0.054sec round - off flic - flac is floor exercice. showed fast subject D2 and C1 supporting time is short as impact force is high be closely connected between with supporting time is short as impact force is high be closely connected between with supporting time and impact force. 2. Landing motion shoewd that the maximum vertical impact force is 5454.79N that the oneself weight of about 90.BW. on the whole vertical impact force is 2666.78N that the oneself weight of about 4.37BW. 3.       • Squalene Adjuvant를 이용한 단백질 항원의 세포성 면역반응 유도

        To investigate the role of adjuvant for cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) induction, squalene-based adjuvant was studied its capability eliciting to the induction of cellular immunity as well as humoral immunity to exogeneous proteins. Ovalbumin (OVA) was used as model proteins. It was demonstrated that antigen formulation consisted of metabolizable oil squalene mixed with Tween 80 and pluronic L121 (S/TJ121) could induced the antigen specific CTL responses and antibodies irrespective of immunization routes in mice. We also demonstrated that this antigen formulation was a inducer of CD8+, major histocompatibility complex(MHC) class I-restricted, and antigen-specific C;1'Ls. These data suggest that the squalene-based emulsion system is a potent adjuvant inducing cellular immunity as well as humoral immunity.

      • Cost Efficient Sampling Method for Management of Aphis Gossypii (Hemiptera: Aphididae) in Greenhouse Cultivation of Cucumbers

        The cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii Glover (Hemiptera: Aphididae), is one of the major insect pests of cucumber, Cucumis sativus L. The spatial distribution and occurrence of Aphis gossypii Glover on greenhouse cucumber, Cucumis sativus L., were studied to provide an efficient and reliable sampling plan for its control. A highly clumped pattern was observed among plants (TPL b = 1.63) within a greenhouse. To develop a sampling plan for visual enumeration, leaves within plants were selected by different percentages of leaves (eg., 3rd and 6th, 6th and 9th leaf,…from the bottom of the plant) and then compared the accuracies and efficiencies by relative net precision (RNP). The results indicated that selecting leaves from the bottom of the plant by systemic sampling methods were relatively high as other sampling methods.
