The CDIS is a management system for campus dietary managing problems. The CDIS made all the necessary information about food, nutrition and cost being concerned to control managing problems. With coding each food group and subprogram connection by feedback that can show dietition to a real information table which shows intake with contents, ingredients and calorie. CDIS is developed using cobol language on a personal computer and applied to the dynamic scheduling problem of a swift aliment change.
제초제 Paraquat의 독성에 미치는 용존 산소의 영향

제초제 paraquat는 S. cerevisiae에 독성을 나타내었으며 독성의 크기는 산소공급 상태에 크게 의존하였다. 즉 균체를 진탕하면서 0.3M paraquat로 4시간 처리한 결과 생존률이 33.4%에 불과하였으나 정치배양으로 처리한 경우에는 85.2%가 생존하였다. 균주의 진탕, 정치배양의 배양법 차이에 따른 생존률의 차이는 5% 미만으로서 산소공급이 원활한 상태에서 paraquat의 독성이 더욱 증가되었다. To understand the effect of oxygen on toxicity of a herbicide paraquat, exponeotiallygrowing cells of the Sacckaromyces cerevisiae were exposured to 10^-3M paraquat. It wascontinued for four hours at 30℃ with or without agitation for air supply. The cells revealed a 33.4% of survival when they were expousured to the herbicidewith vigorous shaking. However, they showed a 85.2% of survival when they exposuredwithout shaking. The content of oxygen soluble in the cultural medium was remarkablydecreased from 38ppm to 8ppm during for four hours of cultivation of the cells withshaking and without exposure to the herbicide. On contrastly to it, little change inoxygen content was found by the herbicide treatment. It was clear from the results that toxicity of the paraquat was enhenced byconcomitant presence of oxygen.

The Korean folk medicine 'Am Cho' has been used as the folk remedy for diuretic, stomach and liver cancer. The botanical origin of the crude drug has not been studied pharmacognostically. To clarify the botanical origin of 'Am Cho', the comparative morphological and anatomical characteristics have been studied of Lepisorus species growing wild in Korea, i.e. L. annuifrons, L. onoei, L. thunbergianus, L. ussuriensis and 'Am Cho' from Korea. As a result, it was clarified that 'Am Cho' from Korea was derived from Lepisorus onoei.

본 연구는 울산시 거주 가구의 생활양식 전반에 대한 경향을 의 ·식 ·주생활을 비롯하여 가족생활, 소비생활, 건강생활 및 정보지식추구생활을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이를 통하여 울산이 가지고 있는 지역적인 생활문화의 경향을 파악하고 가족생활 전반에 걸친 가치관 및 생활욕구 패턴을 살펴봄으로써 삶의 질 향상을 위한 지역 정체성 확립에 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the overall life style characteristics of households in Ulsan area through analyzing the current conditions of clothing, food, housing, family life, consuming pattems, health and leisure, and information intelligence pursuit activities. The results of this study provide valuable information to improve the rluality of life by understanding the regional living conditions and examining the values and needs of households in Ulsan.

<P>A putative α-amylase gene (accession number, CP000284) of Methylobacillus flagellatus KT ATCC51484 was cloned in Escherichia coli, and its gene product was expressed and characterized. The purified recombinant enzyme (MFAS) displayed a typical amylosucrase (ASase) activity by the demonstration of multiple activities of hydrolysis, isomerization, and polymerization although it was designated as an α-amylase. The optimal reaction temperature and pH for the sucrose hydrolysis activity of MFAS were determined to be 45?C and pH 8.5, respectively. MFAS has relatively high thermostable characteristics compared with other ASases, as demonstrated by a half-life of 19.3?min at 50?C. MFAS also showed polymerization activity using sucrose as a sole substrate. Glycerol was transglycosylated by the intermolecular transglycosylation activity of MFAS. Two major products were observed by thin-layer chromatography and isolated by paper chromatography and recycling HPLC. Using (1)H and (13)C NMR, their chemical structures were determined to be (2S)-1-O-α-D-glucosyl-glycerol or (2R)-1-O-α-D-glucosyl-glycerol and 2-O-α-D-glucosyl-glycerol, in which a glucose molecule is linked to glycerol via an α-glycosidic linkage.</P>

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of argumentation for elementary students` scientific writing. Using nine subjects that were comprised of scientific situations and social scientific situations, this study was applied to four 5th grade students utilizing argumentation and scientific writing. The students` scientific writing and argumentation were collected and analyzed based on three domains of scientific writing: scientific thinking, logic, and creativity. The results from this study are as follows. First, the various contents of argumentation positively affected all of the scientific writing domains in post-argumentation scientific writing. Second, the contents of argumentation appeared in the post-argumentation scientific writing as three different forms: 1) Each individual`s scientific concepts, claims, and ideas, which were newly mentioned in the process of argumentation, were expressed, 2) Their classmates` claims, grounds and ideas, which were discussed in the process of argumentation, were expressed through internalization, and 3) Expanded ideas, new claims and inferences based on the argumentation were expressed.
