        사회 구조 지향 이론에 따른 스포츠 환경과 청소년 비행

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between spots environment and juvenile delinquency. The results are as follows: 1. On propensity of juvenile delinquency by socialization method, for man, there is 1 % difference and highest in case of club. For woman, there are much differences in cast of family, friend, club. 2. On propensity of juvenile delinquency by sports participating pattern, sports player-experienced group is higher than non-experienced group on both sex and sports participating juvenile is high. On every variable factor, there is .1 % difference of main effect and is not interaction between two independent factor. 3. On action of juvenile delinquency by socialization method, there is no difference on both sex and highest in case of club. On every variable factor, there is .1 % difference of main effect and is not interaction between two independent factor. 4. On action of juvenile delinquency by sports participation pattern, there is no difference on both sex and higher in sports player-experienced group. Sports participating group is the highest. On TV watching frequency, for man, there is .1% difference and group watch TV over tenth per week is the highest.

        Antibiotic Resistance Patterns and Detection of blaDHA-1 in Salmonella Species Isolates from Chicken Farms in South Korea

        <B>ABSTRACT</B><P>Fifteen nonrepetitive ampicillin-resistant <I>Salmonella</I> spp. were identified among 91 <I>Salmonella</I> sp. isolates during nationwide surveillance of <I>Salmonella</I> in waste from 131 chicken farms during 2006 and 2007. Additional phenotyping and genetic characterization of these 15 isolates by using indicator cephalosporins demonstrated that resistance to ampicillin and reduced susceptibility to cefoxitin in three isolates was caused by TEM-1 and DHA-1 β-lactamases. Plasmid profiling and Southern blot analysis of these three DHA-1-positive <I>Salmonella</I> serovar Indiana isolates and previously reported unrelated clinical isolates of DHA-1-positive <I>Salmonella</I> serovar Montevideo, <I>Klebsiella pneumoniae</I>, and <I>Escherichia coli</I> from humans and swine indicated the involvement of the large-size plasmid. Restriction enzyme digestion of the plasmids from the transconjugants showed variable restriction patterns except for the two <I>S</I><I>almonella</I> serovar Indiana isolates identified in this study. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of the presence of the DHA-1 gene among <I>Salmonella</I> spp. of animal origin.</P>

        본 연구에서는 고주파 공진 인버터 링크형 DC-DC 컨버터회로를 제안하여 회로의 동작원리와 특성을 서술하였고 회로의 특성해석을 범용성 있게 하기 위해 무차원화 파라미터를 도입하여 여러 특성평가를 실시하였다. 그리고 각각의 특성평가를 기초로 하여 실험에 사용할 회로 정수를 설계하는 방법을 제시하였다. 설계에 필요한 자료의 특성평가와 이론 파형을 이용하여 최적의 설계를 할 수 있으며, 고밀도 DC 정전압원시스템과 통신용 전원장치 등에 적용이 기대된다. In this paper, proposed circuit presents DC-DC converter linked high frequency resonant inverter describes operating mode, principles and analysis of the circuit. To common the analysis of characteristic, this paper presents the estimate of characteristic introduced the normalized parameters. In basis on each characteristic estimate, circuit design method is suggested. this paper present optimal method used the data for designing such as the characteristic estimate, the theoretical waveforms. In the future, it is expected that proposed converter can be applicated for the system of fixed DC voltage source and power supply for communication.

        Low Sperm Motility Is Determined by Abnormal Protein Modification during Epididymal Maturation

        Purpose: During epididymal sperm maturation, spermatozoa acquire progressive motility through dynamic protein modifications. However, the relationship between sequential protein modifications during epididymal sperm maturation and sperm motility and fertility has not yet been investigated. This study investigated whether sequential changes in fertility-related protein expression including that of enolase 1 (ENO1), ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase core protein 1 and 2 (UQCRC1 and UQCRC2), and voltage-dependent anion channel 2 (VDAC2) in spermatozoa during epididymal maturation are related to bovine sperm motility. Moreover, we found that mitochondrial metabolism is closely related to fertility-related proteins. Therefore, we investigated how the sequential modification of mitochondrial proteins during epididymal maturation regulates sperm motility. Materials and Methods: To determine the differential protein expression in caput and cauda epididymal spermatozoa from low and high motility bulls, western blot analysis was performed. Moreover, signaling pathways were identified to understand the mechanisms of regulation of sperm motility through the differential protein expression associated with fertilityrelated proteins. Results: We found that ENO1 was substantially higher in the caput spermatozoa from low motility bulls than the caput and cauda spermatozoa from high motility bulls. However, ENO1 expression in low motility bull spermatozoa was downregulated to a level comparable to that in the high motility bull spermatozoa during epididymal maturation. Moreover, there was a lack of modification of mitochondrial proteins, including glutathione peroxidase 4 and NADH:Ubiquinone Oxidoreductase Core Subunit S8, in low motility bull spermatozoa during epididymal maturation, whereas active changes were detected in high motility bull spermatozoa. Conclusions: Irregular modifications of mitochondrial proteins during epididymal sperm maturation may increase excessive ROS production and premature activation of spermatozoa during epididymal maturation. Consequently, spermatozoa may lose their motility by the earlier consumption of their energy source and may be damaged by ROS during epididymal maturation, resulting in a decline in sperm motility and bull fertility.

        Rhabdomyosarcoma Rupture of the Urinary Bladder in a 16-year-old Boy

        Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) rupture of the urinary bladder is extremely rare and this is the first case reported in Korean adolescents. A 16 year old boy was admitted to our hospital due to a worsening abdominal pain and pale complexion. A huge mass at the bladder dome and a large hematoma in the abdominal cavity was detected by computed tomography (CT) scan of abdomen and pelvis. There was no radiologic evidence of distant metastasis. The patient had unstable vital signs such as a blood pressure (BP) of 60/50mmHg and a rapid decrease in hemoglobin to 6.9g/dl. He needed an emergency explorative laparotomy, which led to the detection of the ruptured tumor originated from bladder so that we performed partial cystectomy despite the presence of disseminated abdominal disease. Histologically, the tumor was a RMS involving the urinary bladder.

      • Development of a Mobile Application, "Wild Flowers of Bukhansan National Park (version 1.0)", for Identification of Plants in Bukhansan National Park

        We developed the educational purpose mobile application, named "Wild Flowers of Bukhansan National Park (version 1.0)", aiming for easy identification of wild flowers for students and visitors in the park. When visitors find a flower or part of plant in the park, visitors can search for its name utilizing the pictures and characters provided in their own smartphone mobile devices or tablet PCs. The application provides pictures of wild flowers in the park and character-based searching system based on 12 diagnostic features (e.g., growth form, leaf arrangement, flower symmetry, petal color, petal number, sepal number, etc). We adopted the complete floristic survey of Chung and Lee (1962) and added species that we confirmed their distribution in the park during the development of this application. In summary, number of vascular plants in this park was estimated to be 428 taxa including 100 families, 280 genera, 327 species, 1 subspecies, 50 varieties, and 5 formas. We provided a total of 588 pictures representing 358 taxa and each taxon includes multiple pictures in many cases. Included identification quizzes can be an efficient educational tool as well as fun activity for students and visitors who are learning plant species in Korea. Our next step will include GPS function in the application for indicating visitor's location and for providing previously reported sites of the species that we interested in the map of the park. The future application which includes GPS function will be a valuable tool for the monitoring of rare plants, plant researches related to the climate changes, etc. We currently provide Korean iPhone version only, and English version and both of android versions will be serviced soon.
