In these days of highly-spread medical care, it is relatively rare to encounter huge ovarian cyst. This is a case study of a large known ovarian cyst in 73 years old woman. The tumor developed from left side ovary and was removed surgically under the general anesthesia. The tumor was 5.5kg in weight and mucinous cystadenoma on the finding of pathology. So we report with a brief review of literature.

일부 전문대생의 성에대한 경험, 태도, 요구에 대한 기초조사

The Purpose of this study is to offer information for an effective sexual education in Junior College. The subjects were 222 students in K Junior College. Data were collected, using the selfreported questionaire comprised of 48 items, from July 15th to 17th, 1992. All the data were processed by SPSS computer program. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Sexual experience In the group of male and female, any significants related with the items of kiss, petting, masturbation, coitus except pregnancy have been found. The group who has only brothers recorded higher than the others. 2. Sexual knowledge The scores of nursing department recorded higher than computer department. 3. Sexual attitude The most of respondents showed conservative aspect. 4. Need of Sex The male wanted more the contact with the opposite sex than the female. 5. Sexual education No significant has been found. Suggestion: 1. The sexual education must be systemised in the regular course. 2. The importance of sexual morality and the role of sex should be emphasized. 3. The content of sexual education must be covered with the differences of sex, individuals.

In this paper, I have studied the novel「Hwa-Kwan」with respects to types of characters, dialect of reality and ideal, internal consciousness of the writer, composition and organization, and limit of popularity, in order to view the literary meaning of Lee Tae-Jun's novel, and to recognize its significance in the 1930s. The types of characters are classified into three types: individualistic characters, characters inclined to society, and converted characters between individual and society. In「Hwa-Kwan」, the third type of characters emphasizes the 'life of characters inclined to society', in the process that 'social characters' change into 'individualistic characters' in the contrast of the former and the latter. Characters inclined to society consider ideal reality as the index of their life, which is never appreciated as an ideal ignoring reality. Especially, the writer exposes closely female college students' recognition of reality, and also he tries to synthesize ideal and actuality. Their ideal is the social inclination expressed as 'sacrifcial life as a teacher' in Won-San, and as the publishing business. This social inclination is explained as the spokesman for the weak, Korean mission in the colonized period, and the responsibility for social inclination. Also, it is linked with the writer's own social consciousness. In the novel, the writer's internal consciousness appears in the views of education, marriage and female. The view of education emphasizes the education for mothers more than the education for females. The views of marriage and love emphasize the synthesis of reality and ideal. The style is simple, descriptive and psychological. The method of composition, i·e, guotation of letters, makes the outliness and the implication of contents and affairs-development be easy. Moreover, this composition-method accentuates or settles the conflict and tensions of charcters. Lee Tae-Jun's novel involves the limit of popularity which makes the internal structure of work be abscure by vague love-affairs. However, this limit is the problem which the 1930s' writers confront rather than his own problem, on considering that popular novels are based on the theory of popular literature and the theory of novels, and that serial novels of newpapers are severely llimited. In「Hwa-Kwon」. Lee Tae-Jun uses his own style and composition-method with respect to form, and expresses social consciousness by 'characters inclined to society' with respect to content. Therefore, in the 1930s, Lee Tae-Jun's novels are works realizing his own view that a novel is the synthesis of content and form.

본 논문은 체계의 고장이 시간에 대하여 연속적으로 누적되는 체계의 상태에 의존하여 발생하는 경우 정기검사에 의한 예방정비모형을 제시하고 있다. 체계의 사용연한이 무한한 경우 재생이론을 적용함으로써 단위사용시간당 평균비용을 최소화하는 최적교체수준을 구하였다. This paper deals with a periodic inspection preventive maintenance model for the systems whose failures are dependent only on their states accumulated continuously in time. The optimal replacement level which high minimizes the expected cost per unit time for an infinite time span is obtained by the applications of Renewal Theory.

The purpose of this study investigates that what is the difference of the Sense of Humor and Ways of Stress Coping in male and female, and relationship between the Sense of Humor and Ways of Stress Coping. In order to achieve the above purpose, the concrete sub-content of study problems are as follows ; 1) What is the difference of the Sense of Humor between male and female? 2) Is there any significant difference about Ways of Stress Coping between male and female? 3) Do they receive less stress as the Sense of Humor is higher? 4) Is there any difference the Ways of Stress Coping as they have and degree of the Sense of Humor? The subject on study sampled 589 students who are living in Iri area. (200 High School students and 389 College students.) ANOVA, Mean, S.D, Pearson's product-moment Correlation Cofficent were used to interpret the materials statistically significant. The used instruments are the Sense of Humor questionaire and the Stress Coping questionaire. The results are as fallows ; 1) Metamessage Sensitivity is no meaningful difference between male and female in the Sense of Humor, but Liking of Humor is meaningful difference, that is, female is higher than male.(F= 16.27, P<.001) 2) Problem Focused Coping & Emotion Focused Coping all are no meaningful difference between male and female in Ways of Stress Coping. 3) The correlation of the Sense of Humor and stress level is negative, but this isn't meaningful negative correlation. 4) The higher Sense of Humor, the more dealt with the Problem Focused Coping.
