        This article means to explain the role and Function of the victim in the korean criminal code. And the concept of victim, of “Rechtsgut”, the modern explanationof “Tatbestand”, and unraveling of the human behavior are following. Sofar, the role of the victim in the criminal law has been neglected, or dealted with not so importantly as the criminals, because the crime is the behavior of the criminals and the code describes so. Now it is necessary to inquire into the role and function of victim in the criminal code, in order to study the crime itself exactly. Just as to inquire the other side of the moon is helpful to explore the moon. And then the behavior and some situation of the victim is analyzed into several types, and explained the relations with the behavior of the criminals as well as especially the social functioning. In the Korean criminal code, the behavior of the victim or some situations are described in many types. The example of the former is “the delivery” of the victim in false pretence or “suicide” in the crime of helping suicide, and the example of the latter is the “strained circumstances” in the profiteering. Formally belonging only to the behavior or situation of victim, these can consist of the criminal behavior too. For the criminal behavior is the social phenomenon and the legal structure in social behavior, we ought to of criminals explain those in Social functioning and in real society. And then the behavior or situation can not offend by itself, but offend against the social goods security in social functioning. In social functioning, crimes consist of the behavior or situation of criminals as well as victim and other members. And it is necessary to inquire the behavior or situation of victim at the victim’s side in the code so as to study the real existence of crime, and it is helpful to inquire into the existing criminal behavior substantially. The above shows roughly the main purpose of this article.

      • Impersonalism과 Archetype에 關하여

        Art in primordial society was of a collective and communal nature. With the growth of individualism in the modern society however, individuality in art has gained importance. Hence, a controversial question has been raised between critics as to which should be given major emphasis in art, personalism or impersonalism. I attempted to find a scientific pertinence of impersonality of art, with the theoretical support from psychoanalysts Freud and Jung and a]so from such literary critics who applies psychoanalytical theories upon art and literature as Herbert Read and Maud Bodkin. My major endeavor has been to defend the appropriateness of impersonalism in art with particular aid from Jung's assumption on archetype and critical theories of S. E. Hayman. I tried to define this impersonal archetype as an artistic chain which transcends time and space and constitutes an organic link between the artist and the work of art and the reader.

        Study on Method of Sperm Aspiration and Injection into an Oocyte in Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection(ICSI) Immobilization of spermatozoa prior to intracytoplasmic sperm iniection(ICSI) sometimes results in crooked tail and this makes it difficult to aspirate sperm into an injection pipette tail first. Head-first sperm aspiration into an injection pipette avoid this problem due to the bigger size of the sperm head. The effect of head or tail-first sperm injection into an oocyte on fertilization cleavage, percentage of grade I embryos and development to blastocyst stage in ICSI program has been studied. A single living immobilized spermatozoa from oligoasthenozoospermic patient was injected into an oocyte head-first or tail-first according to the treatment. Eighteen hours after microinjection, oocytes ware inspected for survival and fertilization Fertilized oocytes with two pronuclei were cultured in 30μl drop of mHTF supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated follicular fluid(FF) at 37℃. On day 2. embryo transfer was performed with cleaved embryos. The remaining 2-8 cell stage embryos were co-cultured with BRL cells in mHTF + 10% FF for 72 hours and the developmental stage was observed. The data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance. A total of 164 oocytes from 36 cycles were assigned to earth treatment and ICSI was performed(88 head-first, tail-first). The rates of normal fertilization were 81.8% and 76.3% for head-first and tail-first, respectively. Of the fertilized oocytes, the percentage of cleaved embryos and the percentage of grade 1 embryo among cleaved embryos were 88.9% and 68.8%, 93.1% and 74.1% for head-first and tail-first, respectively. Of the 2-8 cell embryos cultured, 44.4%(16/36) and 50.0%(10/20) for head first and tail first, respectively developed to blastocyst stage. There were no differences in fertilization, cleavage, rates of grade 1 embryos, and development to blastocyst stage. In conclusion, head-first or tail-first sperm injection into an oocyte in ICSI program does not affect fertilization and subsequent embryo development to blastocyst stage in vitro.

        The results obstained from the implementation of a general method fur the computation of steadystate from an arbitrary initial state are discussed, in a case of cyclo-converter system. The proposed method makes use of the state variables techniques for the formulation of system equations: the Euler Backward Algorithm for the integration of the state equations and the computation of the Jacobian: the Newton-Raphson. method for the computation of the iterated value for the initial conditions for the successive integration periods. The application of thyristor switching to induction motor speed control has resulted in a number of unconventional supply systems. In this paper, an analytic method for Predicting the steady-state of Performance of system is presented.

      • Chimera 격자기법을 이용한 효율적 유동해석

        전산유체역학의 발전과 더불어 복잡한 유동장을 해석하기 위한 격자의 형성이 주요한 문제로 떠올랐다. 격자형성에 드는 노력을 줄이기 위해서 여러 방법들이 제안되어 왔으며, 그 중 Chimera 격자 기법은 각각의 물체에 대해 독립적인 격자를 형성할 수 있어 서로 상대운동이 있는 유동장이나 복잡한 형태의 유동장을 해석하는데 적합한 것으로 알려져 있다. 하지만, 유동정보의 전달에 있어서 유동 지배방정식이 아닌 내삽법을 사용하기 때문에 유동구매가 큰 영역의 하나인 충격파가 발생하는 유동장에서는 충격파 주위에 격자를 형성하는데 신중을 기해야 한다. 본 연구는 Chimera 격자계의 장점과 단점들에 대해서 자세히 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해서 Chimera 격자기법이 적용된 2차원 Navier-Stokes 프로그램을 개발하였으며 대류항은 AUSM 풍상차분법을, 확산항은 중심차분법을 사용하여 플럭스를 계산하였다. Grid generation techniques become very important issues with development of computational fluid dynamics. Many technologies are introduced to reduce efforts in grid generation. Among of these, Chimera grid is very useful tool and has many advantages in analyzing the relative flow motion or complex flow fields, because it can easily generate independent grid structure into the base grid structures. However, it may have some defects because this method uses approximate interpolation technique to give and take flow informations between sub and main grid structures. Therefore some cautions are necessary during grid generation process in the vicinity of large flow gradient regions such as shock waves. A two-dimensional Navier-Stokes solver is developed to investigate the good side and bad side of Chimera grid. This solver hires AUSM upwind scheme to calculate the convection fluxes and central scheme to calculate the diffusion fluxes.

      • 被害者의 行爲가 違法性에 미치는 影響

        This study aims to research the influence of unjustness of the victims, especially "entrust of crime"(homicide), "consent" and "connivance"(adultery) of the victims in the Korean Criminal Code. And it also aims to explain substance (the essential character) and substantial contents of each above-mentioned behavior of the victims. In order that, the contents and meaning of each type of behavior is itemized according to the articles in the Criminal Code. At first the "entrust of crime" is analyzed into two types. One is the case of cause making behavior in the causal relation(or causality), the other is that of making the role of median item. And then each meaning or influence on unjustness is explained. Next "consent" of the victims is also analyzed into three types, and explained the influence of unjustness. One is the case that acts upon the rejection of applying to "Tatbestand." The second is that acts upon mitigating unjustness. The last case is the full rejection of the unjustness. But in the case of the last, the extent that acts upon is narrower than that of past time because the extent of the rejecting of applying to "Tatbestand" is gradually magnified widely. Now the case that the consent of the victims acts upon are restricted generally to the case of infringing on the private "Rechtguts". And the case of the last is acting the important role in unjustness. Finnally "connivance" of adultery are researched on the Criminal Code, by means of unjustness in the Criminal law. Up to this time, "Connivance" of adultery has merely been dealt with as "the previous consent", and considered as a straightened condition of the criminal lawsuit (Prozessvoraussetzungen). But I contend that it means the mitigating circumstances of unjustness.

      • 염분이 함유된 폐수의 생물학적 처리시 염분농도가 오염물질의 제거에 미치는 영향

        Effects of salt concentration and C/N ratio on pollutants removal efficiencies were investigated in treatment of seafood wastewater by sequence batch reactor(SBR). The synthetic seafood wastewater containing salinity from 3,000 to 10,000 mg/L NaCI and C/N ratio of 2 and 4 was treated by SBR. Removal efficiencies of COD_(Mn), T-N, and T-P decreased with increasing salt concentration, but eventually reached a pollutants removal a platrau. As systems adapted in salts until salts concentration of 8,000mg/L, the time required to reach the pollutants removal efficiencies at steady state was reduced. However, the removal efficiencies of pollutants sharply decreased and the time require to reach steady state was increased as salt concentration rose to 10,000mg/L, Removal efficiencies of COD_(Mn) were higher for C/N ratio of 4 than for 2. Effects of salt on the nitrogen removal were not faster than the organic removal but the time required to the nitrogen removal at steady state was ncreased. The removal efficiencies of phosphorus also were redueed as salt concentration increased, which inhibited the release of phosphorus than the uptake.
