        In this paper, we developed a SIFG(Slice-based Information Flow Graph) for modeling the information flow on a program on the basis of the information flow of data tokens on the slices. Then we defined a measure, called SCM(Slice-based Complexity measure), for measuring the program complexity by measuring the complexity of the information flow on SIFG. We showed that SCM satisfied the necessary properties for the complexity measures proposed by Briand et al.

        소음 특수건강진단 1차검사의 민감도와 특이도에 미치는 일과성 역치 상승과 주변환경 소음의 영향

        Object : This study was performed to increase the sensitivity and specificity for screening the examinee of second hearing test. Methods : Study subjects were 219 workers who exposed more than average 80dB. They were taken the hearing test two times, before noose exposure and at 1 hour to 4 hours after worksite noise exposure. To investigate the ambient noise workers who were taken the hearing test in the test room which ambient noise was less than 45dB were classified Group I and the others were classified Group II . To calculate the sensitivity and specificity we made it gold standard whether worker had noise induced hearing loss. Results : Difference of hearing loss between before and after noise exposure for left and right ear was 11.4 dB and 11.7 dB respectively at 500 Hz, 8.7 dB and 9.6 dB at 1,000 Hz, 6.3 dB and 6.9 dB at 2,000 Hz and 6.9 dB and 7.4 dB at 4,000 Hz In Group I. That for left ear and right ear was 5.8 dB and 4.9 dB at 500 Hz respectively, 5.4 dB and 6.4 dB at 1,000 Hz, 6.3 dB and 5.3 dB at 2,000 Hz, and 5.5 dB and 5.8 dB at 4,000 Hz in Group II. The sensitivity was 100 in both Groups and the specificity was increased to 58.3 and 71.8 in Group I and Group II respectively until 10 dB was deducted from hearing level at 1,000 Hz and 4,000 Hz. Conclusion : When the screening hearing test was performed at worksite, we might deduct 10 dB from measured hearing level to increase the specificity without reduction of sensitivity.

        In Korea, the number of family restaurants and fast food restaurants have increased rapidly. In particular, as the food service industry becomes large-scaled and organized, those restaurants are dominated by large capital group. The objective of this study is to conduct evaluation and investigation of fast food restaurants at the point of service quality. The evaluation criteria of service quality were identified for the customers to assess the fast food restaurants in an attempt to find the determinants of service quality affecting customer satisfaction. Factor analysis, t-test and multiple regression analysis were applied to 256 survey data. In conclusion, coefficient of correlation of the customer satisfaction and service quality were very high.

        In this paper, a new approach to modeling of static and dynamic systems using clustering techniques. To express the various and complex behavior of systems, we combine multiple model method. The Gustafson-Kessel algorithm is used in partitioning of system, and Takaei Sugeno rule structure is adopted to form the fuzzy rules. According to simulation, the performance of fuzzy modeling technique is evaulated.

      • PCR 핵산 지문법에 의한 Dianthus속의 유연관계분석

        This study was conducted to evaluate the ressibility of various Dianthus species as ornamental plants based on morphological characteristics and to analyze the genetic relationship among the Dianthus species. D. chinensis, D. curthusiamoum, D. arenorisus, D. superbus and D. barbatus possessing spendour flowering cluster with pink and red color could be suggested for garden plant, with D. caryophyllus having red flower clusters with linear leaf shape for pot flower or garden plant. Twelve oligonucleotide random primers were used to amplify genomic DNA of Dianthus species using polymerase chain reaction. Ninety-five polymorphic bands in the range of 300 to 3,500 bp were obtained from PCR fingerprinting. Similairity matrix of PCR fingerprinting profiles was generated by coefficient value, and the data were subjected to cluster analysis. Thirty-four Dianthus species analyzed were classified into 5 groups with similarity coefficient value of 0.84 and 12 groups with the value of 0.88. PCR fingerprinting rusults showed similar trends as the morphological characteristics of the plants.

        외과적 정출술을 통한 치은 하방 치경부 파절선이 있는 상악 전치부의 심미 보철 치료

        Surgical extrusion, immediate extrusion following tooth luxation, is a method to preserve one's natural tooth and achieve esthetic restoration without additional periodontal surgery when subgingival dental caries or crown fracture occurs. A 16-year-old male was referred to the clinic from the department of operative dentistry for the esthetic restoration of maxillary left lateral incisor. Due to the crown to root fracture, the tooth was endodontically treated with a buccal crown length of 4 mm. When the palatal flap was elevated, the mesiopalatal cervical fracture area was situated 3 - 4 mm subgingivally. Crown lengthening was achieved through surgical extrusion. After 3 months of clinical observation and provisional restoration, the maxillary left central incisor was restored with all ceramic crown and obtained a satisfactory clinical result. 치은연 하방에 치아 우식증이나 치아 파절이 발생했을 때, 치아를 탈구시켜 즉시 정출시키는 외과적 정출술을 이용한 치관 연장술은 자연치를 보존하고 추가적인 치주적 수술 없이 단기간에 심미적인 보철 치료를 가능하게 한다. 본 환자는 16세 남환으로 본원 보존과로부터 상악 좌측 중절치의 심미 수복을 위해 본원 보철과로 의뢰되었다. 상악 좌측 중절치는 근관치료가 되어 있었으며 치관-치근 파절로 인해 협측 치관 길이는 4 mm였으며 구개측 판막을 열었을 때 근심 구개측 치경부 파절 범위는 치은 하방 3 - 4 mm에 위치하였다. 외과적 정출술을 통한 치관연장술을 시행하였으며 경과 관찰 및 임시 치아의 단계를 거쳐 3개월 후에 전부 도재관으로 수복하여 만족할 만한 임상 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

        To carry out the study on the curriculum development for the ocean civil department in junior college, we collected and analyzed data which are on the curriculum development or improvement of the inside and outside of the country. We also gathered the opinion through the inquiring paper investigation and the consultation to the industrial organization, concerned school and authorities during 6 months from May, 1981. In addition, we analyzed and compared the present curriculum of special civil and ocean civil department in junior college. On the basis of above methods, a result we made a model curriculum shown in Table 10. Under current trend and circumstances of the industrial society, the best way for the curriculum development is to make like the course curriculum. But, it is is difficult to make the course curriculums of the ocean cavil department at present. Because the ocean civil is a branch of general civil engineering, furthermore the oceanic industry of our country is not developed well. So, dividing the major subjects in four fields for operating the model curriculum flexibly with the characteristics of the community and college, we developed the suitable curriculum in junior college course, such as general basic field, special basic field related to the ocean, special basic field related to the general civil and application field. We also tried to entensify the subjects of general basic field, special basic field related to the ocean, and to simplify the number of subjects in the model curriculum. Of course we can't say this model curriculum is perfect. But we believe firmly that the results of this paper will be a help to another curriculum development or improvement study for the ocean civil department in junior college.

      • 專門大學海洋土木科模型敎育課程 修正開發硏究

        This is a study to modify the curriculum of the ocean civil engineering department in junior college. We collected and analyzed data which are concerned on the curriculum development or improvement, the marine techniques and the ocean policy. And then we also gathered the opinions of the professors serving at the ocean civil engineering department by holding several conferences and investigated the opinions of the ocean civil engineers serving at the industrial organization by way of the inquring papers. In addition we collected the advices of educational specialists and ocean civil specialists by visiting personally. On the basis of above opinions we developed the jobs of graduates and made a model curriculum shown in Table 6. We tried to intensify the subjects of special basic field related to the ocean & civil engineering and the subjects of basic experiment & practise. The ocean observation practise was newly formed and the E. D. P.S was reinforced.

        어류 metallothionein 유전자 : Conserved primer를 이용한 증폭 및 염기서열 분석 Amplification with Conserved Primers and Sequence Analysis

        수계 환경 오염이 어류에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해, 여러 종류의 어류(풀망둑 Acanthogobius hasta; 조피볼락, Sebastes schlegeli;동사리, Odontobutis platicephala;송사리, Oryzias latipes)에서 중금속 오염에 민감하게 반응하는 metallothionein(MT) 유전자를 polymerase chain reaction(PCR)을 이용하여 증폭하였고, 이들의 염기서열을 분석하였다. 조사한 대다수의 어류에서 MT 유전자를 특이적으로 증폭할 수 있었지만, 송사리의 경우 비특이적으로 증폭된 band도 있었다. 본 논문에서는 환경오염의 실험동물로 쓰일 수 있는 종을 중심으로 MT유전자를 증폭하였고 모든 어종에서 MT 유전자의 증폭이 이루어지지 않았으나, 다양한 목에서 같은 conserved primer로 MT유전자가 증폭될 수 있음을 보여 주었다. To investigate the effect of heavymetal contamination in aquatic environments, we amplified and sequenced the metallothionein (MT) gene, a sensitive biomarker, in some fishes. In most of the species tested (medaka, Oryzias latipes; javeline goby, Acanthogobius hasta; black rockfish, Sebastes schlegeli), we cloned the MT gene with a single band, but in a few cases (e.g., medaka), it was difficult to get the specific band for the MT gene. The fish MT gene was isolated with emphasis on several fish species that are candidates for environmental toxicology testing, but in a few cases, it was not successful. However, the PCR primers for this fish-specific MT gene worked properly even among fishes of different phylogenetic orders, although it did not always specifically amplify the MT gene.

        Magnetic Effects of La0.67Sr0.33MnO₃ on W-C-N Diffusion Barrier Thin Films

        In the case of contacts between semiconductor and metal in semiconductor devices, they tend to be unstable because of thermal budget. To prevent these problems we deposited W-C-N diffusion barrier for preventing the interdiffusion between metal and semiconductor. The thickness of the barrier is 1,000 Å and the pressure is 3 mTorr during the deposition. In this work we coated LSMO (CMR material) on W-C-N diffusion barrier and then we studied the interface effects between LSMO layer and W-C-N diffusion barrier. We got results that the magnetic characteristics of LSMO thin film are still maintained after annealing at 800℃ for 3 hr because W-C-N thin diffusion barrier was prevented the diffusion of oxygen between LSMO and Si substrate.
