      • 당뇨병 환자의 N.P.H.인슐린에 대한 혈당반응

        인슐린 투여가 필요한 입원 환자 40명의 N.P.H 인슐린에 대한 혈당 반응을 알기 위해 N.P.H. 인슐린을 이용, 공복에 투여함과 동시에 아침 식전(6AM), 점심 식전(11AM), 저녁 식전(4PM), 취침시(9PM)에 혈당을 측정한 결과 그 중 정상적 반응형이 20명(50.0%), 지연적 반응형이 13명(32.5%), 일시적 반응형이 7명(17.5%)이었다. To study the pattern of response to the intermediate acting N.P.H insulin, 40 patients who required insulin injection was evaluated with four times of blood sugar measurements. Each blood specimen obtained at the pre-breakfast, pre-lunch, pre-dinner and bed time respectively. And following results were obtained. 1.Among 40 diabetics studied, 20 cases (50.0%) had "B" type, 13 cases (32.5%) "C" type, 7 cases (17.5%) "A" type, respectively. 2."B" and "A" types were the most common in 7th decade and female as three times. "C" type was the most common in 6th decade and not observed sex difference. 3.In B type (20 patients), diabetes under 5 years was 10 cases (50%), from 5 years to 9 years was 5 cases (25%) and over 10 years was 5 cases (25%). In C and A types were showed imilar distribution. 4.In the mean doses of N.P.H. insulin, B types was injected 35 units daily, A type 44 units, C type 35 units. The difference was not significant (P>0.05)

        창의적 사고력 신장을 위한 고등학교 국사 교과서 <심화 과정>의 분석

        The purpose of this study is to find a more effective way to develop and encourage historical and creative thought among high-school students studying history. 7th national curriculum focuses on the importance of understanding core knowledge, acquiring inquiry skills and encouraging higher -level thought. But, the Korean history textbook and 'advanced course' currently used in high school focuses mainly on picking up facts, and simply reading given materials limits the development of historical and creative thinking. 'Advanced course' in the subject, while curriculum differentiation on the basis of students' academic characteristics is applied, is good for developing higher level thinking, that is, historical thinking and creative thinking, as it enhances the achievement of students, who reach basic achievement level, on the same or expanded status of the subject.

        The design and fabrication of a small high frequency piezoresistive silicon pressure transducer are presented in this paper. Analyses of stress patterns and vibrational characteristics of the sensor diaphragm are performed. A transducer is designed with diaphragm dimensions of 0.03″×0.05″×6.3㎛ to have a 150 KHz first mode natural frequency, the overall transducer dimensions are 0.05″×0.08″×0.008″. Measurements of the sensor's first mode natural frequency are made with a shock tube test apparatus. The natural frequency of the sensor is found to be 150KHz, as predicted. Sensitivity measurements are also made on the transducer. The sensor's performance at both high (13.5psi) and low (0.001psi) pressure levels indicates a sensitivity of approximately 1.8mV/V/psi as compared to the calculated value of 1.56mV/V/psi. Testing of the transducer's frequency response over a continuous range of frequencies is carried out in an anechoic chamber. The transducer's response remains flat within ±1.5dB over the entire range of test frequencies(1-16KHz). The tests results demonstrate a silicon piezoresistive pressure transducer can be fabricated to make measurements of high frequency low pressure profiles. The achievable first mode natural frequency and the sensitivity may be 1 MHz and ?? psi, respectively.

        LEDISO는 레이아웃을 설계하기 위한 소프트웨어이며, 하드웨어 구성에 따르는 LEDISO의 하드웨어 의존성을 줄이기 위하여 그래픽 소프트웨어 표준인 GKS의 환경조건을 이용하였다. LEDISO의 데이타 구조는 CIF 데이타 구조를 기본으로 Polygon, Box, RFlash, Wire, Label 등을 오브젝트(object)로 가지며, Master를 이용한 SFF로 화일 관리를 한다. GKS의 세그먼트(Segment)를 이용한 아이컨(Icon)을 메뉴에 도입하여 시각적으로 사용자 인터페이스에 도움이 되도록 하였다. LEDISO, Layout EDiting SOftware for IC design, is implemented in C language with the environment condition of GKS which is the graphic standard software in order to reduce the hardware dependency. The data structure of LEDISO with the base of CIF data structure has the object as polygon, box, rflash, wire and label, managing files as SFF using the Master. In order to help user, the menu consisted of string and icon which has the segment of GKS is adopted in LEDISO.

        甘豆湯煎湯液이 순환기 Anaphylaxis에 미치는 影響

        Anaphylaxis는 無防禦란 뜻으로 抗原刺戟에 의하여 감작된 生體가 일정기간 후에 동일한 抗原과 接觸했을 때 수분에서 수십분 내에 급격히 증상을 나타내는 현상이다. 甘豆湯은 甘草·黑豆 二味로 구성되어 있으며 甘草는 和中하여 해독작용이 있고, 약리학적으로 혈압상승작용, 抗allergy 작용, histamine과 같은 allergy를 일으키는 物質의 血管 透過性 억제, 心血虛에 의한 不整脈, 動悸에 效果가 있다고 알려져 있다. 黑豆는 散熱하여 해독하는 작용이 있고, 예로부터 黑豆만 사용했을 때 보다 甘草를 加하여 사용했을 때 탁월한 해독효과가 있다고 하였다. 따라서 本 方은 각종 allergy 반응을 일으키는 特定物質에 대한 해독작용과 抗allergy 작용이 있으므로 순환기 anaphylaxis에 效果가 있을 것으로 생각되어, pithed rat에서의 순환기 anaphylaxis 반응에 미치는 效果, guinea pig 심장에서의 anaphylaxis 반응에 미치는 效果, guinea pig의 기관지평활근에 미치는 效果, rat의 PCA 반응에 미치는 效果에 대한 실험을 觀察하여 有意性 있는 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 甘豆湯煎湯液은 in vivo model인 pithed rat에서 순환기 anaphylaxis을 저해하는 작용이 있으며 anaphylaxis에 의한 動物의 치사율을 현저하게 억제하였고, pithed rat에서 지속적인 혈압하강을 有意性있게 억제하였으나 頻脈현상을 차단하지는 못하였다. 甘豆湯煎湯液은 guinea pig 심장에서 anaphylaxis에 의한 심장기능의 부전을 차단하지 못하였고, guinea pig의 기관지평활근에서 LTD₄, histamine, 5-HT 등으로 유발한 수축현상을 억제하지 않았으나, rat에서의 PCA 반응을 有意性있게 억제하였다. 以上의 結果로 보아 甘豆湯煎湯液은 순환기 anaphylaxis를 포함한 type Ⅰ allergy현상을 차단하는 效能이 있으며 이는 직접적으로 anaphylaxis에 관여하는 매개물질을 길항하기 보다는 이들 매개물의 생합성을 차단하거나 肥滿細胞로부터의 遊離를 차단할 가능성이 있다. 따라서 이러한 순환기 anaphylaxis 차단작용은 심장보다 말초혈관에서의 혈관이완이 주 작용으로 보여진다 This study was investigated the inhibitory activity of Gamdutang water extract on type Ⅰ immediate hypersensitivity of anaphylatic type. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Gamdutang water extract ameliorated the cardiovascular anaphylactic response and thus reduced lethality in the vivo rat model (pithed rat). 2. The ameliorating effect was related to the blunting of sustained depressor effect appeared follwing antigen challenge, but the tachycardic response was not influenced. 3. In the isolated guinea pig heart, Gamdutang water extract did not prevent the occurrence of cardiac failure induced by anaphylaxis. 4. Gamdutang water extract did not relax the contractility response of isolated guinea pig trachea to LTD4, histamine or 5-HT. This result indicates that te Gamdutang water extract does not possess direct inhibitory action on these major anaphylactic mediators. 5. Gamdutang water extract could be effective against other types of anaphylaxis since the substance was effective in PCA test. The results suggest that Gamdutang water extract is effective in preventing Type Ⅰ allergy such as anaphylaxis. Gamdutang water extract may not antagonized directly major anaphylactic mediators such as LDT4, histamine or 5-HT. Rather it seems that Gamdutang water extract interferes the release of these mediators from mast cells in the advent of anaphylaxis, or it may inhibit the biosynthesis of these substances. Gamdutang water extract's main site of action seems to be peripheral resistance vessels, not the heart.

      • 유전인자의 해석을 위한 하부구조의 물리적 상호작용 연구

        유전인자의 해석을 위한 하부구조의 온도변화에 의한 Base pairing transition의 분자구조적 상호작용을 규명하기 위해 RNA 계통의 Polyinosinic-Polycytidylic, Polyguanylic-Polycytidylic, Polyadenylic-Polyuridylic을 이용하였다. 주요연구는 Superconductor에 의한 Ultra-high resolution NMR을 이용하였고, Data는 Computer의 처리에 의해 분석되었다. NMR 분석결과는 UV 스펙트럼에 의한 melting point 결정방법과 비교하여 이론치와 잘 일치됨을 얻었다. In order to interpret the physical interaction of hyper-fine structure for the molecular analysis of gene, the transition of binding structure based on a temperature dependence is applied to the polyribonucleotides which is prepared by polyadenylic-polyuridylic, polyinosinic-polycytidylic, polyguanulic-polycytidylic, respectively. Ultra-high-resolution proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectra at 400MHz which is generated by superconductor have been used to investigate the properties of base-pairing transition. And also UV spectra contributed to the melting point in RNA are compared with the dynamic properties in NMR singnals, which is fitted by the computed spectra showing that there is no need for any additional phyical mechanism to explain NMR positions.

      • Self-formed mn oxide barrier on SiOCH for nanoscale copper interconnect by metal organic chemical vapor deposition of Mn.

        <P>Both the formation of self-formed barrier (SFB) of Mn oxide on porous low dielectric constant (low-k) SiOCH trench and Cu filling (MOCVD) in order were carried out by in-situ metal organic chemical vapor deposition to make Cu interconnect. Oxygen-plasma pretreatment of the low-k dielectrics surface enhanced the uniformity of deposited Mn layers as well as the formation of SFB prior to Cu MOCVD. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirmed the presence of amorphous MnOx and MnSi(y)Oz layers in SFB. Electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) measurements of cross-sectional samples of the deposited layers on porous low-k blanket and trench surfaces enabled in-depth analysis of the elemental composition of the Cu/SFB multilayers with high spatial resolution. The effectiveness of the SFB layer in protecting Cu diffusion into the low-k layer was proven by EELS and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) analyses. The Mn L3/L2 intensity ratio from EELS data enabled us to identify the possible compounds of the SFB layers including MnSiO3 near the dielectric surface, Mn2O3 near the Cu layer, and Mn3O4 at the intermediate region.</P>
