      • Effects of Stressed and Unstressed Reinforcements on Prestressed Concrete Members with Unbonded Tendons

        The research purpose of this paper is to investigate the influential Parameters on the unbonded tendon stress. The parameters were the reinforcing ratio, the prestressing ratio, and the loading type. To this end. first, the influence of parameters were examined with twenty eight test results obtained from references. Then, an experimental study was carried out with nine specimens. Test variables were the reinforcing ratio and the prestressing ratio. Specimens were divided equally into three groups and each group had a different level of the reinforcing ratio. Each specimen within a group has a different level of the prestressing ratio. The investigation with previous and current tests revealed the followings; (1) the length of crack distribution zone does not have a close relation with the length of plastic hinge. (2) the prestressing ratio does not affect both the length of crack distribution and the length of plastic hinge, (3) the tendon stress variation is in reverse relation with the ratios of mild steels and tendons, (4) the loading type nay not affect significantly the length of crack distribution zone, (5) AASHTO LRFD Code equation and Moon/Lim's design equation predicted the test results well with some safety margins.

        근막 결손의 복원과 자궁천골인대 고정을 통한 전자궁적출술 후 질탈출의 성공적 교정

        목적 : 본 연구는 전자궁적출술 후 질탈출을 부위-특이적인 결함의 개념에 입각하여 치골경부 근막과 직장질 격막의 연결을 통한 골반내 근막의 복원과 자궁천골인대 고정술을 이용한 질탈출의 성공적인 수술적 교정의 방법과 결과를 보고하고자 한다. 연구 방법 : 1999년부터 2001년 8월까지 자궁적출술 후 질궁탈출 증상으로 문화병원 산부인과를 내원, 탈출된 질의 근막을 재건시킨 다음, 이를 자궁천골인대에 고정시킴으로써 질의 부위-특이적인 교정술을 받은 3명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 3명중 1명은 개복술을 하였고 2명은 내시경 수술을 하였다. 결과 : 환자의 연령 분포는 49-67세였으며, 수술시간은 평균 113분 (105-125)이었다. 세 환자 모두 수술 후 질의 상태가 해부학 및 기능적으로 정상이었으며, 9일째 특이사항 없이 퇴원하였다. 수술 후 HRT를 시행한 1명을 포함한 3명 모두 각각 24개월, 12개월, 7개월간의 추적 검사에서도 특이한 합병증이나 재발 없이 좋은 경과를 보였다. 결론 : 골반 근막 결손의 복원과 자궁천골인대 고정술은 전자궁적출술 후 질탈출의 교정에 매우 안전하고 효과적이며, 기능적인 방법으로 사료되며, 자궁천골인대를 질탈출 교정에 이용한 연구는 본 연구가 국내에서 처음이다. Objective : To report the method and efficacy of the site specific-defects repair in the endopelvic fascia and uterosacral ligament suspension for the correction of posthysterectomy vaginal vault prolapse. Methods : This study was performed in 3 patients with posthyterectomy vaginal vault prolapse who underwent the surgery for the reconstruction of endopelvic fascia and the correction of vault prolapsed vagina by using uterosacral ligament suspension at the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Moon-Hwa Hospital. Among them, 1 patient was treated by laparotomy, and 2 patients were treated by laparoscope. Results : The age of patients ranged from 49 to 67 years. The mean operation time was 111 minutes (105-120 minutes). The status of postoperative vagina was normal in all 3 patients, who were discharged 9 days after operation without symptoms. No complication or recurrence were found in them despite long-term follow-up for 24 months, 12 months, 7 months, respectively after operation. One patient has been treated with HRT therapy. Conclusion : The reconstruction of the defect of endopelvic fascia and uterosacral ligament fixation may be very safe, effective, and functional in the correction of vaginal vault prolapse. This study reports the treatment of vaginal vault prolapse using uterosacral ligament within Korea for the first time.

Third, the composition of Constructivism architectural is aim to the visual amusements with Deconstruction architectural form, the total sense of architectural meaning is rationality and sensitivity by the expression of architecture.

        통합교육 패러다임 이동과 특수교육대상학생의 재개념화

        21 세기 특수교육은 분리교육에서 통합교육으로의 변화와 함께 새로운 교육 형태인 완전통합 교육으로 변천되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 특수교육에 있어서의 통합교육 패러다임의 이동을 살펴보고 또한 이러한 변화에 따른 특수교육 대상 학생에 대한 개념을 밝히고자 하였다. 또한 현재 한국의 특수교육 대상아에 대한 개념을 파악하고 변화하는 새로운 패러다임에 알맞은 특수교육 대상 학생에 대한 재 개념을 도모하기 위한 현장 조사를 실시하였다. Special education in 21century is changing from the seperated education into the full-inclusive education as a new educational trend. In this study, 1 tried to describe the shift of paradigm in integration, and to define the concept for students with special needs. For these objectives, 1 surveyed specia1 education field in Korea.

      • 돼지의 전염성 흉막 폐렴의 병리조직학적 관찰

        6 pigs suddenly died of severe dyspnea at the piggery in Chungbuk and Daejeon, Korea. Authors diagnosed it as porcine pleuropneumonia resulting in A. pleuropneumoniae on the ground of pathological findings and bacteriological isolation. The clinical signs were high fever, depression, dyspnea, blood-tinged discharge through the mouth and nostrils, cough, sialism. In grossly, congestion and hemorrhage were showed in the acute pleuropneumonia in 4 pigs. In 2 pigs, the chronic pleuropnuemonia characterized by adhesion between visceral pleura and parietal pleura resulting in fibrous exudate was observed. The histopathologic changes were characterized by congestion, hemorrhage, neutrophil infiltration, edema, vascular thrombosis, macrophage activation, and fibrinous exudate in the acute pleuropneumonia. In the chronic stages of this disease, fibrous pleuritis, macrophage infiltration, lymphocyte infiltration, and marked fibrosis around areas of necrosis were observed. Also there were oat cells, the characters of porcine pleuropneumonia. Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia was isolated from pneumonic lesions and biochemical identification was carried out. A. pleuropneumoniae was particularly susceptible in vitro to Amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, Ampicillin, Ciprofloxacin. Norfloxacin, Gentamycin, Tiamulin, Cefazolin, Ceftiofur, and Colistin.

        The power efficiency of ozone generation can be substantially improved by modifying a direct discharge wire of a wire-to-cylinder type ozone generator to a helical strip line. and using a fast rising pulse voltage on it. It is raised 1.3 times up of ozone yield compared with that of 60 gO_3/KWh of the industrial silent discharge type ozone generator. Parametric studies also made to get the optimum design of ozone generator tested. The generated ozone concentration had a peak value with proper increasing the crest pulse voltage, the quantity of a pulse forming condenser capacity of the pulse generator, and the interelectrode spacing of self triggered stainless steel spark balls. It is found that the optimum strip line length of the ozone generator tested was about 2m in view point of energy consumption. And, input and terminal impedance also effected greatly to ozone generation, the generated ozone concentration were increased when the input impedance had been 25Ω while the terminal had been opened.

        침적 모형에 의한 습성침적 플럭스 수치모의

        The purpose of this study is to estimate wet deposition flux and to investigate wet deposition characteristics by using the ADOM model. Wet deposition flux of high reactive SO_2 is estimated by applying observed meteorological parameters and concentrations of chemical species to the ADOM model. Wet deposition is largely dependent on large scale precipitation and cloud thickness. Wet deposition flux of sulfate increases, but wet deposition flux of SO_2 is small. On the whole, the pattern of sulfate flux agrees with the typical pattern of sulfate wet deposition that is high in the summer(July) and low in the winter(January)
