      • 셰익스피어의 희곡 "Hamlet"의 무대의상 디자인

        The purposes of this study are 1) to examine the characteristics and types of costume which had a vogue in the Shakespeare's times, 2) to analyze characters' psychological aspect and change it to visual image and then apply to design, 3) to design new stage costume through the symbolism of the colors and the simplication of the costume added modern sense on the basis of the costume in the early Renaissance in Shakespeare's Drama "Hamlet". The results of study are as follows. Hamlet's costume is composed of velvet jacket transformed Houpplande for black mourning clothes and black tight pants. Gertrude's costume is composed of red-purple gown with hanging- sleeves and gray silk underdress. Ophelia's costume is composed of white chemise and green overdress.

      • 단일전력단으로 구성된 AC/DC 풀 브리지 컨버터에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 단일단 AC/DC 폴브리지 토포로지에 적합한 고주파 소프트 스위칭 컨버터응용에 근거를 두고 제안한다. 제안된 컨버터는 입력전류를 불연속 모드로 동작시켜 역률을 개선하며 입력전류의 zero-crossing-point에서의 왜곡을 개선함으로써 고조파를 감소시켜 고역률, 영전압 스위칭, 저잡음과 고효율을 구현한다. 펄스폭 변조 제어방식은 각각의 스위칭과 정류손실을 저감하기 위해 사용되었다. 제안한 컨버터는 IGBT를 전력스위치로서 주로 사용되지는 고전압, 고전력 컨버터응용에 적용할 수 있으며, 실험을 통하여 1.5kW, 30kHz로 동작하는 컨버터를 구현하였다. A single stage AC/DC converter based on a full bridge topology suitable for high frequency soft switching converter applications is proposed. The power factor correction can be achieved by the discontinuous conduction mode(DCM) operation of the input current. The proposed converter gives the good power factor, low line current harmonics. The proposed converter has high power factor, zero voltage switching low noise and high efficency. A pulse width modulation control is employed to reduce the switching and rectification losses respectively. The proposed converter is attractive for high-voltage, high-power applications where IGBT's are predominantly used as the power switches. The principle of operation, features, and design are verified on a 1.5kW, 30kHz, IGBT based experimental circuit.

      • 경막 천자 후 두통 치료 목적의 자가 혈액 봉합술 시행 중 발생한 기뇌증

        A 57-year-old woman who was suffered from chronic back pain and radiating pain to left leg visited the local pain clinic. An accidental dural puncture happened at the L4-5 intervertebral space during the procedure with the loss of resistance technique using air. The epidural needle was removed, and a new insertion was done at the L3-4 intervertebral space with administration of the 0.5% lidocaine 8 ml mixed triamcinolone 40 mg. On the next day, she visited again the local pain clinic with complaining of headache. During an epidural autologuous blood patch procedure, she complained of a severe headache, nausea, vomiting, and developed generalized tremor of abrupt onset. There was no evidence of a dural puncture during the procedure. She was referred to our hospital at once. A brain CT scan showed air-filled cavities in basal cistern. She was given conservative treatment during 14 days. After 10 days, follow up brain CT scan showed no air-filled cavity in basal cistern. She was discharged from our hospital without complications.

        Hydrogen transfer from organic compounds to olefins, which is called transfer hydrogenation, was studied to find effective homogeneous catalysts and it was found that trans-Mo(N₂)₂(DPPE)₂[DPPE = Ph₂PCH₂CH₂PPh₂] had the highest catalytic activity among the zerovalent complexes which were tried. This paper reports on investigation of the hydrogen donating ability of various organic compounds catalyzed by trans-Mo(N₂)₂(DPPE)₂. The most effective hydrogen donor is found to be 2-propanol among the organic compound examined. In the hydrogen transfer reaction of 2-propanol-tetrahydrofuran systems, the yield of hydrogenation product is remarkably incleased.

      • 전기경련요법에서 remifentanil이 혈역학에 미치는 효과

        Objective: Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) is often associated with transient hypertension and tachycardia. Acute hemodynamic change may produce serious complications. Remifentanil is a potent ultra short acting opioid and has been found to reduce blood pressure and heart rate. The goal of this study was to evaluate effects of remifentanil on seizure duration, recovery parameters and hemodynamic changes during ECT. Methods: Ten ASA Ⅰ, Ⅱ patients enrolled in this prospective, randomized trial, each receiving more than four electroconvulsive therapy. Patients were randomized to receive placebo, group P (propofol 1mg/kg+0.9% normal saline 1ml, n=10), and propofol with remifentanil, group R (propofol 1mg/kg+remifentanil 1ug/Kg n=10). Supplemental dose of propofol was given as required to achieve loss of consciousness. We recorded hemodynamic parameters, seizure duration, and recovery parameters. Results: Seizure duration and recovery parameters were similar in group R and group P. Blood pressure and Hear rate after ECT were significantly lower in group R. Conclusions: Remifentanil(1ug/kg) attenuated the acute hemodynamic response to ECT under propofol anesthesia without adversely affecting the duration of seizure activity and recovery profile. Adjunctive use of remifentanil may be good alternative regimens for ECT.

      • 전신마취 후 발생한 악성고열증 환자의 치료 경험

        Malignant hyperthermia is the disorder of calcium regulation within skeletal muscle associated predominantly with anesthesia. It is triggered by volatile anesthetics and depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents. We experienced a case of malignant hyperthermia. 50 years old female patient was transferred to our emergency room that she was developed tachyarrhythmia and high fever. She was taken arthroscopic examination under the general anesthesia with enflurane and succinylcholine. We suspected malignant hyperthermia and promptly treated her with dantrolene sodium. She was developed disseminated intravascular coagulopathy and acute renal failure then we were intensive care to her. She was discharged without sequela. We experienced successful management of malignant hyperthermia.

        It has been observed that Pt(IV) in Hydrochloric acid solution, when treated with Tin(II) chloride give a orange color and the color that is due to chloroplatin-ous acid, is stable reproducible and quantitative. Thus it is possible to determine platinum by use of spectrophotometer. This method saves time in determination of Pt and is applied to estimation of small amounts of Pt in its ores and alloys.

      • 이온샤워 도핑 공정조건에 따른 저온 Poly-Si TFT 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

        A large ion beam that was extracted from the bucket ion source and a XeCl excimer laser were utilized for impurity doping and impurity activation. In this work, we studied the activation of impurities according to the change of acceleration voltage and doping time. It is observed that sheet resistance decreases as doping time increases, but over 5min. The phenomenon of hydrogen-eruption is occurred. So we concluded that the adequate doping time is within 5minutes, which has the dose of 5 X 10^(5)/㎠. We found that the dominant ion species are P2Hx^(+) or PHx^(+) for phosphorous ion, which could be changed according to various processing conditions of Ion Shower Doping. In order to reduce the effect of hot carrier stress, Experiments on low energy doping were carried out. As a result of above experiments, low energy doping of lkev appears good crystal and sheet resistance( -530Ω/□) from the analyses of UV-Reflectance and 4-point probe. Experimental results on the acceleration voltage shows that 10kev appears the lowest value of sheet resistance at the whole range of ELA-energy density, which can be explained in tei,ns of the projected range near to thickness of poly-Si.
