Purpose This study aims to investigate which factors have impact on the acceptance intention of new electronic ID. For the empirical analysis, this study utilized PLS-SEM after collecting 385 survey data, and analyzed relations between each factors. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors deducted from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology with the factors deducted from the Risk Factors. Findings The results are as follow; First, of the UTAUT factors, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence and has positive impact on Acceptance Intention, but Facilitating Conditions doesn't have meaningful impact on Acceptance Intention. Second, of the Risk factors, Innovation Resistance has negative impact on Acceptance Intention, but Perceived Risk dose not have meaningful impact on Acceptance Intention. Finally, regulatory effect of the Promotion Focus, Prevention Focus and Gender has regulatory impact to Acceptance intention. It is expected that the implications of this study enables government effectively to offer new electronic ID.

Purpose -The purpose of study is research perceived values of hotel loyalty program affect customer satisfaction toward program and, the satisfaction influences behaviour and booking retention by loyalty program. To be preferred position in the competition, hotel loyalty program is considered as competitive advantage. In this research, we aim to understand which segment of value is meaningful to design hotel loyalty program through stand point of customer value. Design, data, and methodology -The data set covered 89 international loyalty program membership users in Korea. The data’s analyzed by correlation and regression analysis to test the hypotheses. Result - The perceived value of loyalty program that consist of monetary value and psychological value, this study has resulted that monetary value was not positively influenced customers’ general satisfaction but, psychological value was. This result conveyed psychological value is assumed as pursuit values while customer stay at hotel, and membership customer valued the benefits it was possible to have benefit toward loyalty program than booking through online travel agency and meta search channel. Conclusions - This result delivered psychological value is assumed as pursuit values while customer stay at the hotel, and customer valued the benefits that it was possible to have benefit toward loyalty program than booking through online travel agency and meta search channel.

This paper examines how culture affects the differences in economic growth within a country and across countries over time. We postulate that a link exists between cultural elements and approximate determinants (factor accumulation, technology, and efficiency) of economic performance. We connect the cultural elements to these conventional approximate determinants, which underlie the fundamental determinants for economic performance. The cultural elements in fundamentals include work ethics, savings behavior, religion, trust, ethnic homogeneity, social capital, social capability, and openness to ideas. By demonstrating the interrelation between cultural elements and approximate determinants as an explanatory variable in economic performance, we clarify the definition of cultural elements and assist in data collections for future studies.

Osteoarthritis (OA) is characterized by degradation of articular cartilage and chronic degenerative joint disorder. OA is an age-related chronic joint disease and as the age of the population with degenerative osteoarthritis decreases, it is emerging as a social problem. Micro-current stimulation (MCS) is known to promote pain relief, increase joint range of motion, and inhibit chondrocyte destruction through physiological mechanisms. As one of the non-surgical treatments, this study aimed to present micro-current stimulation as a way to promote cartilage regeneration in osteoarthritis. 8-week old C57BL/6J male mice were assigned to the normal (NOR) group and Monosodium iodoacetate (MIA) induced mice were equally assigned to three groups: MIA induced mouse (OA) group, MIA induced with 25 μA micro-current stimulation (OA+25μA) group, and MIA induced with 50μA micro-current stimulation (OA+50μA) group. MIA model of OA mouse was injected MIA (0.75mg/10μL) through the infrapatellar ligament into the right knee capsule. After 7days, mouse received daily MCS (30 min/day, 5 days/week) for 4 weeks. Morphological analysis of subchondral plate and tibia in 4 groups were measured respectively as follows; bone volume fraction (BV/ TV), cross-sectional thickness (Cs.Th), trabecular thickness (Tb.Th), trabecular number (Tb. N), and trabecular separation (Tb.Sp). Morphological analysis of bone confirmed that the Cs.Th and Tb.Th increased on the subchondral plate in the OA+25μA group compared to the CON group and that the Tb.Th, Tb.N, and Tb.Sp increased in the tibia. These results suggest that MCS has shown beneficial effects on cartilage regeneration and suppressing cartilage destruction in osteoarthritis.

Background: Pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies have been used to treat patients with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). However, the effect of therapies in cancer patients has yet to be investigated comprehensively. We hypothesized that cyclic thermal therapy would improve blood flow and microcirculation and improve the symptoms driven by CIPN. Methods: The criteria of assessment were blood volume in region of interest (ROI) in the images, and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer- Quality of Life Questionnaire-Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy 20 questionnaire scores. The blood volume was quantified by using red blood cell (RBC) scintigraphy. All patients were treated 10 times during 10 days. The thermal stimulations, between 15° and 41°, were repeatedly delivered to the patient’s hands. Results: The total score of the questionnaires, the score of questions related to the upper limbs, the score of questions closely related to the upper limbs, and the score excluding the upper limbs questions was decreased. The blood volume was decreased, and the variance of blood volume was decreased. During cooling stimulation, the blood volume was decreased, and its variance was decreased. During warming stimulation, the blood volume was decreased, and its variance was decreased. Conclusions: We suggest that cyclic thermal therapy is useful to alleviate CIPN symptoms by blood circulation improvement. RBC scintigraphy can provide the quantitative information on blood volume under certain conditions such as stress, as well as rest, in peripheral tissue.
