        초등학교 저학년용 영양교육 소책자 개발 및 효과 분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of nutrition education program and pamphlet for the lower grades elementary students focused on individual daily needed food exchange units using Food Exchange System. Program consisted of four lessons (40 min/lesson), 5 major nutrients & function, 6 food group and sources, daily needed food exchange units for normal body weight, and smart snack choice and exercise. Pamphlet as activity book was developed for the program. The subjects were 3rd grade elementary students (educated group, 31 vs. non-educated group, 31). Educated group were lessoned as group and/or individual. We examined the differences in nutrition knowledge, dietary attitudes, dietary intakes and satisfaction of the program and pamphlet. In educated group, there were positive improvements on nutrition knowledge score function and foods of 5 nutrients and on dietary attitudes type of breakfast and snacks. In the evaluation of dietary intakes according to KDRI, there were positive improvements on intakes level of riboflavin, vit. C, folate, Ca, P, Fe and Zn in educated group. In satisfaction with the program and pamphlet, contents, font size, visual, figure, difficulty and program curriculum were over 2.90/3.0. It showed that the developed nutrition education program and pamphlet focused on individual daily needed food exchange units using Food Exchange System improved nutrition knowledge, dietary attitudes and nutrients intake level in the lower grades elementary students.       • Astromicin sulfate의 약동학 및 안전성 평가

        목적 : Astromicin은 aminoglycoside계 항생제와 유사한 화학구조와 특성을 지니고, 기존의 aminoglycoside와 유사하거나 향상된 임상효과 및 부작용을 지닌 것으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 astromicin의 약동학적 특성을 분석하고, astromicin 투여 환자를 대상으로 한국인에서 그 임상적 및 세균학적 효과와 안전성을 평가하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 약동학적 지표는 정상성인 남자를 대상으로 astromicin 200㎎을 30분간 정주한 후 24시간까지 혈장 및 뇨 검체를 수집하여 one-compartment open model에 따라 분석하였다. 중증으 세균감염이 있는 18세 이상의 환자를 대상으로 병용 또는 단독 투여한 후 임상적 효과와 세균학적 효과를 판정하였고, 치료전과 후의 순음청력검사와 혈청 크레아티닌으로 이독성과 신독성을 평가하였다. 결과 : 정상 성인 남자 12명을 대상으로 약동학적 지표를 평가하였고, 최고혈장농도는 투여 종료시점(C_(0))에서 16.87±1.68㎍/mL였으며, 반감기는 1.86±0.43 시간 이었고, AUC_(0-12h)은 38.12±10.57㎍ㆍhr/mL, Vd는 0.18±0.02L/㎏, CL은 5.25±2.07L/hr였다. 이러한 약동학적 지표는 다른 aminoglycoside와 유사한 결과를 보였다. 59명의 환자를 대상으로 시행한 임상적 효과 분석에서는 단독요법을 시행한 50명 중 임상적 치유율 94%, 세균학적 치유율 100%를 보였고, 순음청력검사를 시행한 48례의 환자중 의미있는 청력감소 소견은 관찰되지 않았으며, 신독성 또한 전혀 나타나지 않았다. 결론 : Astromicin의 약동학적 지표는 다른 aminoglycoside의 약동학적 지표와 비슷한 양상을 보이므로 향후 astromicin의 약물농도 감시에 있어서 다른 aminoglycoside의 치료적 약물 농도 감시 방법과 유사한 방법을 적용할 수 있으리라 기대된다. 또한 임상적 치유율이 우수하면서 신독성이나 이독성이 적어 세균 감염 환자의 치료에 있어서 단독 또는 병합 요법으로 비교적 안전하게 사용할 수 있으리라 생각된다. Astromicin(Fortimicin®) has some characteristics in common with other aminioglycoside antibiotics, although it has a unique chemical structure, which is different from them. This study was performed to elucidate the pharmacokinetic (PK) parameters of astromicin following single-dose intravenous infusion of 200 mg and to evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of astromicin in Korean populations. PK parameters of astromicin were determined in 12 healthy volunteers (65.5±5.2㎏). The plasma and urine samples were collected up to 24hrs. PK variables were calculated by fitting individual concentration-time curves to a one-compartment open model. Plasma level at the end of infusion was 16.87?1.68 ㎍/mL and declined to 1.05±0.35 (㎍/mL 8hr later. The half-life was 1.86±0.43 hr. Apparent volume of distribution was 0.18±0.02 L/㎏g, and total body clearance was 5.25±2.07 L/hr. These values were similar to those of other aminioglycosides. Clinical efficacy and safety were eviuated in 59 patients with moderate to severe bacterial infections who needed parenteral antibiotics. Among 50 patients who recieved astromicin monotherapy, 49 (98%) had favorable clinical reponse and 28 (100%) had favorable bacteriological response. Serial audiograms revealed no change in all of 48 patients. No nephrotoxicity was observed in all patients. Conclusively, our data suggest that therapeutic drug monitoring of astromicin can be conducted in a similar fashion as other aminioglycosides and astromicin is a useful and safe antibiotic in the treatment of severe bacterial infections.

        개체동결 굴(Crassostrea gigas)을 이용한 레토르트파우치 굴국의 제조 및 품질특성

        To develop a value-added product from individually quick-frozen oysters Crassostrea gigas (IQFO), we prepared a retort pouched oyster soup (RPOS) from IQFOs and characterized its processing conditions and quality metrics. We found that the most appropriate manufacturing process for the RPOS consisted of half-thawing and washing raw IQF oysters, blanching, adding them to the retort pouch along with other ingredients (base soup stock, IQF oyster extract, radish, bean sprouts, garlic, and red pepper), sealing, retort sterilization (120°, F0-value 10 min.), cooling, and packaging inspection. The moisture, crude protein, pH and salinity of the RPOS were 91.0%, 2.8%, 6.20 and 0.9%, respectively. The total amino acid content of the RPOS was 2,163.8 mg/100 g, and the main amino acids were glutamic acid, aspartic acid, leucine, proline, lysine and arginine. The primary inorganic ions were Na, K, S and Zn. In taste compounds, total free amino acid content was 313.4 mg/100 g, and the main free amino acids were glutamic acid, taurine, proline, hydroxyproline, aspartic acid, glycine, alanine, valine, lysine and arginine. This RPOS has good storage stability and organoleptic qualities compared with commercial retort pouched shellfish soup, and is suitable for commercialization as a value-added instant seafood soup.

        Recently, in vitro reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) has been tried using tissue engineering technique, especially mesenchymal stem cell(MSC) is considered as a good cell source. In this study, we tried to find the effect of mechanical stimulus on the differentiation of bone marrow-derived MSC into ACL fibroblastlike cell using a cell training bioreactor imposing cyclic mechanical tension whose parameters were 120 min/day, 1 Hz, and 5% strain. After 2 weeks of culture, MSCs under cyclic tension showed more regularly oriented alignment and lower expression of CD73 and CD105 than control by microscopy and FACS analysis. In transcriptional level, type I collagen, type II collagen, fibronectin, elastin, α-smooth muscle actin mRNA expressions of MSCs under cyclic tension were higher than control and similar to native ACL. In conclusion, it is thought that mechanical cyclic tension induced the loss of stemness of MSC, therefore improved the differentiation into ACL fibroblast-like cell.

        전자의무기록의 충실성 검토를 통한 미비기록 개선 활동

        문제: 전자의무기록(EMR) 시행 후 의무기록 정리율의 저하와 질적인 측면에서의 충실성과 정확성에 대한 문제점이제기되었다. 목적: 전자의무기록의 정리율과 충실성 검토를 통하여 문제점을 파악하고개선점 찾아 의무기록 정리율을 향상시키고 충실성을 높이고자 하였다. 의료기관: 서울시에 소재한대학병원 의무기록과 질 향상 활동: 전자의무기록의 문제점을 개선히키 위하여 사용자 편의를 위한 EMR프로그램 수정 및 보완, 진단·수술 관련 작업, 업무개선, 교육, 홍보 등의 활동을실시하였다. 개선효과: 의무기록 정리율, 전자인증미비, 경과기록 기재일수, 퇴원요약주진단적합률, 기록지별 필수항목기 재율, 충실성에서 향상이 이루어졌다.

        벤조디아제핀 수용체 영상용 양전자 방출 핵종 표지 플루마제닐 유도체 [F-18](3-(2-Fluoro)flumazenil의 합성과 생체 내 분포

        Purpose: Radiotracers that bind to the central benzodiazepine receptor are useful for the investigation of various neurological and psychiatric diseases. [C-11]Flumazenil, a benzodiazepine antagonist, is the most widely used radioligand for central benzodiazepine receptor imaging by PET. We synthesized 3-(2-[F- 18]fluoro)flumazenil, a new fluorine-18 (t1/2=110 min) labeled analogue of benzodiazepine receptor imaging agent, and evaluated in vivo for biodistribution in mice. Materials and Methods: Flumazenil (Ro 15-1788) was synthesized by a modification of the reported method. Precursor of 3-(2-[F-18]fluoro)flumazenil, the tosylated flumazenil derivative was prepared by the tosylation of the ethyl ester by ditosylethane. [F-18] labeling of tosyl substitued flumazenil precursor was performed by adding F-18 ion at 85℃ in the hot cell for 20 min. The reaction mixture was trapped by C18 cartridge, washed with 10% ethanol, and eluted by 40% ethanol. Bidistribution in mice was determined after intravenous injection Results: The total chemical yield of tosylated flumazenil derivative was ∼40%. The efficiency of labeling 3-(2-[F-18]fluoro)flumazenil was 66% with a total synthesis time of 50 min. Brain uptakes of 3-(2-[F-18]fluoro)flumazenil at 10, 30, 60 min after injection, were 2.5±0.37, 2.2±0.26, 2.1±0.11 and blood activities were 3.7±0.43, 3.3±0.07, 3.3±0.09%ID/g, respectively. Conclusion: We synthesized a tosylated flumazenil derivative which was successfully labeled with no-carrier-added F-18 by nucleophilic substitution.

        치면열구전색제의 조건에 따른 법랑질 결합강도에 관한 연구

        In this study, the shear bond strengths and accompanying elastic modulus ratio, displacement at bond failure and work up to fracture of pit and fissure sealants to toothe enamel were analyzed by the following variables, those were acid etching, moisture content of the surface of enamel, dentin bonding agent(species and method), thermocycling, saliva contamination. One kind of chemically cured resin based pit and fissure sealant, two kinds of light cured resin based pit and fissure sealants and one kind of glass ionomer based pit and fissure sealant, and two kinds of dentin bonding agents were studied. The buccal surface of extracted premolars were ground flat with # 600 silicone carbide papers, and the ground surface was treated depending on the experimental conditions. After each treatment, each pit and fissure sealant was filled into plastic tube of 3mm diameter, which were laid on the surface of ground enamel surface, and were cured. Sealant bonded teeth specimens were immersed in 37℃ distilled water form 24 hours. The shear bond strength of sealant to enamel surface was measured with Universal testing machine with the cross head speed of 1mm/min. From the obtained load-deflection curves, modulus ratio, bond strength, displacement at bond failure and work up to fracture were analyzed. From this experiment, the following results were obtained : 1. Comparing the results of standard condition(i. e. acid etching, dry surface, no dentin bonding agent and 300 thermocyling), the elastic modulus ratio of chemically cured resinbased pit and fissure sealant was significantly higher than those of other materials(P<0.05), and the bond strength, displacement at bond failure and work up to fracture of glass ionomer based pit and fissure sealant were significantly lower than those of other materials(P<0.05). 2. The results of ANOVA with the variables of type of material, acid etching, moisture condition of the enamel surface, dentin bonding agents were as follows ; 1) variables showed significant main effect on the shear bond strength of pit and fissure sealant to enamel(P<0.01), 2) type of material, acid etching and moisture condition of enamel influenced the bond strength significantly(P<0.01), 3) type and application methods of dentin bonding agents influenced on the bond strength significantly(P<0.05). 3. There were statistically significant correlation between the work up to fracture and the bond strength, and between the work up to fracture and the displacement at bond failure(P<0.01), and in these cases the correlation coefficient was 0.87.

        암 병동 간호사의 통증관리에 대한 지식과 태도

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the knowledge and attitudes of oncology ward nurses toward cancer pain management and to find ways to improve the educational program for nurses. Method: A total of 209 nurses working at the oncology ward of three hospitals in Seoul and a Gyenggi Province. The survey instrument used was the 32-item scale for evaluating nurses knowledge and attitudes originally developed by McCaffery and Ferrell'(1990). that was by Kim'(1997). Result: In terms of the nurses knowledge of pain management. the result showed that the nurses scored an average of 67.8 out of 100 for phamacokinetics of opioids. 84.8 for classification of analgesics, 60.1 for pain assessment, and 70.7 for drug administration. 18.2% of the nurses hesitate to inject the narcotic agent because of concerns regarding the drug's potential side effects. there was significant difference in the knowledge of pain management according to the general characteristics of pain in terms of the nurses age(p=.001), position (p=.016). years of experiences(p=.002), experience of cancer pain education(p= .001). Conclusion: The also showed that nurses working at cancer ward lack knowledge. It is important to provide intensive education to nurses about cancer pain management.

      • 대두요구르트제조를 위한 두유에서의 젖산균의 산생성과 침전에 관한 연구

        전지두유에 시유를 각각 다른 비율로 혼합하여 제조하여 L. bulgaricus를 접종한 후 산생성에 미치는 효과를 조사하였다. 우유의 첨가량을 늘릴수록 24시간 후의 적정산소가 증가하여 두유에 유유를 혼합시키는 것이 L. bulgaricus에 의한 산생성에 유리함을 알 수 있었다. 전지두유를 100℃에서 30분, 60분, 90분간 가열하고 121℃에서 15분간 열처리하여 L. bulgaricus와 L. casei를 단독으로 접종하거나 1:1(v/v)로 혼합하여 접종하고 두유의 열처리가 산생성과 커드의 침전에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 두유의 열처리는 전반적으로 열처리되지 않은 두유보다 산생성을 촉진하였으며 산생성은 가열처리 정도에 비례하였다. 또한 모든 배양에서 121℃ 15분간의 열처리는 100℃ 90분의 열처리보다 낮은 산생성을 보여주었다. 또한 두유의 열처리는 제조된 두유요구르트의 커드의 침전을 지연시키는 효과가 있었다. Soy milk was added with different ratio of market milk. Acid production of L. bulgaricus in mixtures were investigated. Acid production by L. bulgaricus increased in proportion to concentration of milk added to soy milk. And the effects of various heat treatment of soy milk on acid production by L. bulgaricus and L. casei alone or combined were investigated. Sedimentation characteristics of soy yogurt prepared from heat treated soy milk were also evaluated. Heat treatment of soy milk stimulated acid production by all cultures. Acid production was generally proportional to the degree of heat treatment. However, Heat treatment of soy milk at 121℃ for 15min showed rather lower acid production than that at 100℃ for 90 min. Heat treatment of soy milk generally retarded sedimentation of curd in soy yogurt beverage.

        화장품 광고에 나타난 베이스메이크업 질감 트렌드분석 - 2006-2013년 국내브랜드를 중심으로 -

        With the craze to look younger in the modern society, women express their ego and the desired integrated image of themselves through the usage of base make-up, which determines the texture of skin. The images they aspire to are often influenced by media, such as how female actors and idol stars wear make up, or by the images created by magazines and cosmetics advertisements. Cosmetics-related ads aim to express the brand image in a symbolic and compressed manner, and they function as a communication tool between the company and the consumers. As these advertisements lay out the latest trends, many depend heavily on this particular medium to understand the current style. These media also have a significant impact on how women put on make-up. Thus this dissertation is written in the hope to predict the advertisement trends to follow in the future, while also understanding the trend of base make-up by analyzing the textures of base make-up from a total of 32 advertisements of season make-up from 2006 to 2013, an image collected from 32 ads from the following brand homepages: the two brands with the largest market domination Amore Pacific’s Hera, which uses female models in their 20-30’s, and LG Household and Healthcare Brand, ; Lee Kyung Min’s Vidi Vici, a personal artist brand that has significant influence on the base make-up texture trend; . These images are chosen after in-depth consultations with experts who are qualified with at least a Masters degree in Aesthetics. As a result, it was shown in that the advertisements of Hera and O Hui, the two largest make-up brands in South Korea, well reflected the latest trends of base make-up in their ads, and also helped in understanding the trend of base make-up texture the most. The analysis also revealed that personal make-up artist brands Luna and Vidi Vici do not reflect the current base make-up texture trend in their advertisements, but rather goes beyond the current trend and reflect in their ads what will be the upcoming ones in the future.
