        대극속 Meleuphorbia아절의 화분형태학적 연구

        대극과 대극속 Meleuphorbia아절의 한계와 근연 분류군과의 유연관계를 규명하기 위해 Meleuphorbia아절에 속한 3종과 근연 분류군에 속하는 9종을 포함하여 총 12종의 화분을 광학 및 주사전자현미경으로 관찰하였으며, 8개의 정량 화분 형질을 이용한 수리분석을 바탕으로 2개의 유형으로 구분하였다: 화분의 표면 무늬가 미세유공상인 Type I (E. epicyparissias, E. inermis, E. pillansii, E. obesa, E. bubalina, E. meloformis, E. nesemanii, E. jansenvillensis), 화분의 표면 무늬가 추문상인 Type II (E. longituberculosa, E. monteiri, E. caput-medusae, E. grantii). 화분 형태학적으로 Meleuphorbia아절은 자연분류군이 아닐 가능성이 크며, Meleuphorbia아절에 속하는 종들은 Anthacantha아절, Treisia절, Medusea절에 속한 종들과 유연관계가 깊은 것으로 나타나, 이들을 함께 하나의 분류군으로 처리하는 것이 바람직하다. Pollen morphological studies using light and scanning electron microscopy were conducted to determined the subsectional boundary and species relationship of 12 species of subsect. Meleuphorbia and related taxa. Based on the sculpturing patterns of pollen grains and UPGMA tree from numerical analyses using 8 quantitative pollen characters 12 species were divided into two types: type I, having microperforate pollen grains in E. epicyparissias, E. inermis, E. pillansii, E. obesa, E. bubalina, E. meloformis, E. nesemanii, and E. jansenvillensis, and type II, having fossulate sculpturing pattern in E. longituberculosa, E. monteiri, E. caput-medusae and E. grantii. The resulting pollen data suggest that the subsect. Meleuphorbia should not be a natural group, but closely related to the species from subsect. Anthacantha and sect. Treisia and sect. Medusea. Thus, the pollen morphological data recommended to combine above taxa as a single taxonomic group.

        機械工嶪 종사자의 작업복 착용 실태조사 연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for improvement in working Uniform in both scientific and efficient ways. The study were enforced by questionnaire and personal interview. The subject of the survey were the workers of 264 in mechanic industry in Seoul. The results obtained from the researches by methods above are as follolws. 1. In general. Working Uniform could be classified types of two. One is loose-fitting one-piece garment covering the body and legs, the other is two-piece garment. The latter is a jacket with either sports collar or soutein collar. fastened with either buttons or a zipper and its sleeve is finished by cuffs and tapes Regarding to color inkblot. dark navy. khaky. dark beige are favourable ones. 2. In regard to the necessity of uniform that workers suppose. most of them were aware of it and agreed wearing uniform could play an important part. The reason why are on the basis of safety-first and work efficiency and also to protect a body from harmful or toxic dirt specially in machinery workplace. 3. The purpose of wearing an uniform according to statistics of population make some difference in age, gender, categories of industry. and the scale of factory. 4. In retard to care of uniform, front hem, edge of sleeve in a jacket. and knee, hip part in pants were most vulnerable spots for dirt. The parts damaged easily are edge of steeve in a jacket and a zipper in pants. On the average. laundry have been done by water and was once a week frequency.

      • 購買意思決定過程의 段階別 衣服購買 行動에 관한 硏究 : 한·미 비교를 중심으로

        Many crucial changes have continuously been made in clothing life of human being for many centuries from the ancient time to the present day, especially since the industrialization has made revolutionary effect on clothing production. The purpose of this study is to investigage the clothing purchase decision process of korean woven in Korea and U.S.A., and to research into the relationship between the clothing purchasing behavior and the demographic variables, and to understand the differences of clothing purchasing behavial pattern between Korean women in Seoul, Pusan,Taegu and Korean women in U.S.A.. For the measurement of clothing purchasing behavior, the researcher developed a questionaire. Data were collected from 569women in Korea and U.S.A.. For statistical analysis, frequency, percentage, average, paired t-test, x²-test were used. The major findings are as follows: First, the half of the subject group planned their clothing purchase in advance, and the majority of subject group use 1 or 2 of fashion information sources, also they are affected mainly their friends, family and fashion magazines. The store in which the subject group purchase clothing most frequently is a department store. In clothing selection, aesthetic and hygienin factor is the most important factor. Second, there are significant relationships between clothing purchasing behavior(purchasing planning, fashion, fashion information source, fashion-consultant, a place of purchasing, a method of payment) and the demographic variables (region, age, social economics state). Third, there are significant differences of fashion information source, fashion-consultant, a place of purchasing between Korean women in Seoul, Pusan, Taegu and Korean women in U.S.A..

        기계공업 종사자의 작업복 만족도 연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for improvement in worker's uniform in both scientific and efficient ways. To make this procedure right, we brought the focus of the study into the present condition of working uniform in various machinery plants. The study was enforced by questionnaire and personal interview. The subjects of the survey were the 264 workers working in mechanical industry in Seoul. The results obtained from the researches by methods above are as follows. The level of satisfaction, on the whole, with their uniforms failed to reach the average level with the result of 2.97. The reason would be they have not been very contented with colors and materials. The level of satisfaction of color was only 2.76, far less reaching the average score 3. In detail, they complained color is dull, dark, too much solid and outdated. Surprisingly, the level of satisfaction with materials turtled out to be really low as the materials used get dirty easily, doesn't draw moisture away from the skin quickly transport to surface making wearer more comfortable and doesn't have plenty of air moving out. According to statistics of population, the level of satisfaction of uniform on the whole differed from the point of age, gender, categories of industry, one's professional experience and income level.

      • 수지 분석을 통한 복합재료 Pultrusion 성형에서 최적 성형조건 결정

        A theoretical model to estimate the degree of cure in pultrusion process in developed. The validity of this theoretical model is examined by comparing the theoretically estimated values with the experimental results. The material used in the experiment is Vinylester/Epoxy composite material. The degree of cure of the vinylester resin is determined by using dynamic scanning technique with DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimeter) varying the die temperature and the pulling speed. It is shown that the experimental result agrees well with the theoretical estimation. The theoretical model can be used to determine the optimal processing conditions such as the die temperature and the pulling speed in pultrusion.

        多收性 綠豆品種育成을 爲한 基礎情報를 얻기 爲하여 IMN의 31個 品種을 使用하여 遺傳相關, 表現型相關 및 遺傳力을 計算하고, 國內外에서 募集한 288個 品種을 莖長과 粒重의 差異에 따라 6個 品種君으로 區分하고 각각의 品種君에 對하여 形質相互間의 相關係數, 각각의 形質이 收量에 미치는 영향에 대한 經路係數를 分析하고 이를 다시 多重回歸分析을 通하여 檢計하였던 바 本 試驗에서 얻은 結果를 要約하면, 1. 遺傳型相關이 表現型相關보다 높게 나타났으며, 開花日數와 株當?數, 莖長과 莖直徑, 莖長과 株當分數間, 莖直徑과 株當分伎數, 株當分伎數와 株當分數間에는 高度의 正의 相關이 認定되었고, 開花日數와 收量 株當分伎數와 ?當粒數, 株當分數間와 100粒重, 株當分數間와 收量, 株當?數와 收量 및 株當?數와 100粒重間에는 高度의 負의 相關이 認定되었다. 2. 遺傳力이 높은 形質은 100粒重, 開花日數였으며 낮은 形質은 株當?數, ?當粒數 莖直徑이었다. 3. 莖長, 株當?數 種實收量은 그 變異가 크게 나타났다. 4. 收量이 높은 品種의 莖長은 70∼90cm의 範圍내에 分布하고 있었으며, 100립중은 3.5g과 6.5g를 중심으로 높은 수량을 나타내는 品種이 分布하고 있었다. 5. 各形質수는 相互間의 相關은 全체品種을 草型別로 分類하였을 경우 매우 낮은 값을 나타내엇으며 全체的으로 開花日數는 收量에 negative로 作用하였다. 莖長이 짧은 品種群에서는 莖長, 100粒重의 收量에 對한 直接效果가 크게 나타났으며 粒重이 가벼운 品種群에서는 莖長이, 粒重이 무거운 品種群에서는 株當分群에서는 100粒重이 收量에 對하여 보다큰 直接效果를 나타내었으며 이상의 결과는 多重回歸分析에 依하여 再確認되었다. In order to obtain a fundamental information to beused in the breeding of high yielding mungbean variety, 31 cultivars from the International Mungbean Nurseries wer eused to estimate genotypic and phenotypic correlation and heritability and the other 288 cultivars consised of domestic and foregn sources were classified into six varietal groups according to the plant height and 100-grain weight. For each varietal group correlation and path-coefficient among some agronomical characters were observed, and the resutls were reassered by computing multiple regression coefficients. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Highly positive genetic correlation coefficients were obtained between days to flowering and no. of pods/hkll, no. of branches/hill and no. of pods/hill, adn highly negative genotypic correlation coefficient wer found between days to flowering and yield, no. of branches/hill and 100-grain weight, no. of branches/hill and yield, no. of pods/hill and yield, and no. of pos/hill and 100-grain weight. 2. Heritabilities of 100-grain weight, days to flowering showed the highest and those of no. of pods/hill. adn stem diameter showed the lowest. 3. Plant height, no. of pods/hill, grain yield were found to be the most variable characteris in the different varietal groups. 4. The cultivars showing relatively high yielding capacity were distributed from 70cm to 90cm in plant height and 3.5 adn 6.5g in 100-grain weight. 5. The most simple correlation coefficient between characters were analysed to be lower in each varietal groups, and from the path-coefficient analysis, days to flowering were found to have a negative direct effect on grain yield. 6. Important characters seemed to be emphasized for selection in each varietal groups were supposed to be plant height and 100-grain weight in the short varietal groups; plant height in the light varietal groups; and no. of branches/hill and 100-grain weight in the heavy varietal group; and these results were confirmed by the estimation of multiple regression coefficients for each characters.

This study investigates how they take advantage of the fashion information by analysing some related fields including fashion design. furthormore, this study identify the factor which makes the design activity distinctive and predict, the future trend in design. This study is to help find the way to facilitate the fashion industry and to develop the fashion merchandising in order to activate the recession of manufacturers and to improve competitiveness in the world market, and to contribute to the academic achievement in the study of fashion merchandisig.

This study investigates how they take advantage of the fashion information by analysing some related fields including fashion design. Furthormore, this study identify the factor which makes the design activity distinctive and predict, the future trend in design. This study is to help find the way to facilitate the fashion industry and to develop the fashion merchandising in order to activate the recession of manufacturers and to improve competitiveness in the world market, and to contribute to the academic achievement in the study of fashoin merchandisig.
