        환경분석기반 한옥 시공 시뮬레이션에 관한 연구

        Han-ok has a long history and cultural traditions. It has green and healthy and culture but high construction costs, thermal insulation performance of residential and vulnerable to fires and have a weakness for maintenance. However, modernized resident housing, Han-ok is required to improve in terms of environmental aspect due to its weakness for insulating and inconvenience for modern era. Also Han-Ok"s building is criticized as a huge dependence on subjective building experiences. This is pointed to be the biggest problem, Han-ok has. Traditionally it does not have a scientific and specific manual for construction. In this research, process simulation was adopted to develop Han-Ok"s environmental improvements. In terms of LCC (Life Cycle Cost) aspect, however, Han-Ok"s environmental characteristics are examined to suggest an appropriate Han-Ok construction method. Also the result of this research would be utilized to base the information database for efficient constructing and its management in new Han-Ok constructing industry.

        Serial values for hematologic and biochemical analysis after myocardial infarction in rats

        To diagnose acute myocardial infarction(MI), many cardiac markers have been used in hematologic and biochemical analysis, and many studies have been published for hema-tologic and biochemical analysis associated with human acute MI. However, after occurrence of acute MI, the serial investigation for values in hematologic and bioche-mical analysis including chronic MI has rarely been performed. To observe the change of the serial values in hematologic and biochemical analysis, we induced artificial MI. The left main descending artery(LMDA) of the left coronary artery was ligated during the progression(day 1, 3, 5, 7, 14 and 30) of MI. Total 66 Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into the sham group(n=24, thoracotomy without LMDA ligation) and the experimental(MI) group(n=42, with LMDA ligation). And all individual in each group was sacrified at day 1, 3, 5, 7, 14 and 30 for the hematologic and biochemical analysis. In comparison of hematologic analysis between the sham and MI groups, the mean values of red blood cell(RBCs), hemoglobin and hematocrit(HCT) showed a steady increase. In biochemical analysis, the mean values of glucose, choles-terol, total creatine kinase(CK) and isoenzyme MB, and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) were increased in all MI groups compared with the sham groups. The results of this study suggest that early hematologic and biochemical mean values occurred after acute MI are similar to those of human acute MI. In conclusion, we could observe the alterations and serial values in hematologic and biochemical analysis to the extent of chronic status after acute MI.

      • 신한옥 부재 제작을 위한 CNC 프로세스 적용 가능성에 관한 연구

        There have been a lot of studies about Han-Ok, the Korean-style house, in the perspective of existing Han-Ok’s inheritance, but there are no practicality in supply of Han-Ok. The cause is considered the complexity of Han-Ok construction techniques and higher construction expenses comparatively by processing in the restricted range by the shortage of the manufacturing technology of materials. On the contrary, for evolution to the new Han-Ok that can be supplied to the present period, there are studies that is analyzed the connection between sub materials and for possible modeling by formulating of assembling way. Thus, this study try to suggest the CNC process for new Han-Ok construction to secure construction relate to construction technique, which is determined by few expert technicians that is pointed out as problems of Han-Ok.

        Measuring Retailer Equity

        The main purpose of this study is to test empirically that used theories of retailer equity and tool of retailer equity about the two of major distribution channels - discount store and on-line shopping. We used indices from Arnett, Laverie and Meiers (2003) and those factors are retailer loyalty, name awareness, service quality, retailer associations, and perceived value. For this study, we collected data from major discount stores and on-line shopping sites in South Korea. As a result, only retailer loyalty influences on retailer equity in discount store and retailer loyalty and product quality influence retailer equity. Our paper is organized as follows. First, we discussed about retailer equity and the underlying dimensions of retailer equity. Second, based on the research of Arnett, Laverie and Meiers (2003), we demonstrate a indexes of retailer equity using regression analysis for comparing discount store and on-line shopping. Third, we discuss some managerial implications of this research for retail practitioners and suggest for future research.

      • 영지 (Ganoderma lucidum) 자실체 다당류의 분자량에 따른 생리활성

        The study was conducted to investigate the biological activities of an protein-bound polysaccharide (GLP) isolated from the fruit body of Ganoderma lucidum. GLP was extracted by hot water and then it was purified high (GLP-HM) and low (GLP-LM) molecular weight fraction by ethanol precipitation. Both of GLP-HM and GLP-LM at doses of 20 mg/kg in vivo had the ability to inhibit the tumor growth of Sarcoma 180 tumor-bearing mice. Inhibition rates of tumor (%) were inhibited 60.6% and 38.7% by GLP-HM and GLP-LM, respectively. In assay of anti-complementary activity in vitro, the GLP-HM were higher than that of the GLP-LM polysaccharide. And also, the GLP-HM enhanced nitric oxide production of mouse bone marrow cells. When the GLP-HM was injected intraperitoneally in tumor-bearing mouse at doses of 20 mg/kg, the concentration of TNF-α in vivo was 140.9 pg/ml in the serum, 269.6 pg/ml in sarcoma tumor mass and 879.4 pg/ml in liver. This study shows that the high molecular polysaccharide from mushroom can enhance more the bioactivities than that of the low molecular polysaccharide.

        The following explores the ecological thoughts and visions presented in Turtle Island by Gary Snyder. In this work, he suggests that ecological vision should be sought from communal life. He holds Native North American tribalism as the ideal community for those in search of ecological vision. He wants to learn Native North Americans' life styles and thinking including their attitudes towards place. The community exists as part of place, in no way separate from it, and therefore exploring their concepts of place is central to understanding them. This study also examines how animals, trees, etc. have been misused by human society. Snyder criticizes the inhumane treatment and use of the natural world without consideration of their great worth. His ecological poems show that living together in harmony between the human beings and nature is the most important and valuable thing in the age of ecological crisis.

      • 하수처리장 운영의 최적화를 위한 ASM, PHOENICS의 적용

        This study was implemented to find an optimal model for wastewater treatment processes using PHOENICS(Parabolic. hyperbolic or Elliptic Numerical Integration Code Series) and ASM(Activated Sludge Model). PHOENICS is a general software based upon the laws of physics and chemistry which govern the motion of fluids. the stresses and strains in solids. heat flow, diffusion, and chemical reaction. The wastewater flow and removal efficiency of particle in two phase system of a grit chamber in wastewater treatment plant were analyzed to inquire the predictive aspect of the operational model. ASM was developed for a biokinetic model based upon material balance in complex activated sludge system. which can demonstrate dynamic and spatial behavior of biological treatment system. This model was applied to aeration tank and settling chamber in Choonchun city, and the modeling result shows dynamic transport in aeration tank. PHOENICS and ASM could be contributed for the optimal operation of wastewater treatment plant.
