      • A New Multiple Attribute Decision Making Method Based on Generalized Hesitant Fuzzy Aggregation Operator and the Application on the Assessment and Select of Supplier

        The supplier is an important member in the supply chain. The work of supplier evaluation is also an essential effect for the good operation of the manufacturing supply chain. However, supply chain has some characteristics. They are dynamic composition, the complicated management and the high risk. These characteristics determine that supplier evaluation is complex and difficult. Therefore, in this paper, we study the supplier evaluation and put forward the assessment framework of supply chain evaluation. This assessment framework with new hesitant fuzzy sets can better express the decision maker's preference more accurately and can be applied in more multiple decision making problems. Finally, we apply this method to evaluate the supplier and get the evaluated results. The experiments show that this method can express better the decision maker’s preference more accurately.

        A Study on the Efficiency of Chinese Logistics Using DEA-SBM Model

        Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model is typically used to analyze the logistics efficiency in a given region. It assesses the ability to achieve maximum output given input resources. DEA is preferred because it is a nonparametric method that does not require specific functional assumptions, while considering multiple inputs and outputs simultaneously for a comprehensive efficiency assessment. This approach is particularly advantageous for complex system evaluations such as logistics efficiency. However, traditional DEA model is a radial model and has a biased results due to the omission of the impact of undesired outputs. In order to obtain more accurate conclusions, this study uses DEA-SBM (Slacks-Based Measure) model and incorporates two negative factors which are sulphur dioxide emissions and the number of traffic accidents. We investigate the logistics efficiency in 31 Chinese provinces, using data from 2004 to 2020. In addition, specific analyses of the logistics efficiency of each province are conducted to propose corresponding improvement strategies, thus providing a more scientifically sound basis for the development of China’s logistics industry.

        중국 초등학교 교장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사 잡크래프팅, 긍정심리자본, 직무만족의 구조적 관계

        The purpose of this study is to clarify the structural relationship among transformational leadership, teachers' job crafting, positive psychological capital, and job satisfaction of primary school principals in China. To achieve this objective, a survey was conducted with 880 teachers working in elementary schools located in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China. The survey was administered through a combined approach of online and offline methods using WeChat. The data collection period spanned six weeks, from July 17, 2023, to August 27, 2023. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0 software. Based on the research findings and discussions, the following conclusion is presented: Firstly, transformational leadership of elementary school principals exerts a direct and indirect positive impact on teachers' job satisfaction through the mediating factors of positive psychological capital and job crafting. Secondly, there is a mediating effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship between transformational leadership of elementary school principals and job satisfaction. Additionally, there is a mediating effect of job crafting in the relationship between transformational leadership of elementary school principals and job satisfaction. Thirdly, there is a dual mediating effect of both positive psychological capital and job crafting in the relationship between transformational leadership of elementary school principals and job satisfaction. Therefore, it is essential to comprehensively exhibit transformational leadership in order to elevate the level of job satisfaction among elementary school teachers. It is anticipated that by enhancing teachers' positive psychological capital and job crafting levels through transformational leadership, the overall job satisfaction of teachers will increase, leading to the efficient achievement of the ultimate objectives. 본 연구는 중국 초등학교 교장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사 잡크래프팅, 긍정심리자본, 직무만족 간의 구조적 관계를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 중국 랴오닝성 선양시에 위치한 초등학교 근무하고 있는 교사 880명을 대상으로 위챗 설문지는 온라인과 오프라인을 결합하여 진행하였다. 설문 조사는 2023년 7원 17일부터 2023년 8월 27일까지 6주간 걸쳐 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과와 논의를 토대로 결론을 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 초등학교 교장의 변혁적 리더십은 교사의 긍정심리자본과 잡크래프팅을 통해서 직무만족에 직·간접적인 정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 초등학교 교장의 변혁적 리더십과 직무만족 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과가 있고 초등학교 교장의 변혁적 리더십과 직무만족 관계에서 잡크래프팅의 매개효과가 있다. 셋째, 초등학교 교장의 변혁적 리더십과 직무만족 관계에서 긍정심리자본과 잡크래프팅의 이중 매개효과가 있다. 따라서 초등학교 교사의 직무만족 수준을 높이기 위해서 변혁적 리더십을 총체적으로 발휘하여야 할 필요성이 있으며, 이를 통해 교사들의 긍정심리자본과 잡크래프팅 수준을 높였을 때, 교사들의 직무만족 수준이 높아져 궁극적인 목적을 효율적으로 달성할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

        Iterative Identification Algorithms for Bilinear-in-parameter Systems by Using the Over-parameterization Model and the Decomposition

        This paper focuses on the identification problem for a class of bilinear-in-parameter systems with an additive noise modeled by an autoregressive moving average process. By using the over-parameterization model, the special form of the bilinear term can be obtained by the model equivalent transformation. Then, we use a decomposition of the model into two synthetic models in order to separate the effect of the two sets of parameters, i.e., the coefficients of the nonlinear basis functions from the parameters of the colored noise. Moreover, two decomposition based iterative algorithms are proposed to identify the unknown parameters. A numerical example is presented to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

        Research on the Mechanical Properties of Some New Aluminum Alloy Composite Structures in Construction Engineering

        The lightweight and high strength characteristics of aluminum alloy materials make them have promising prospects in the field of construction engineering. This paper primarily focuses on aluminum alloy materials. Aluminum alloy was combined with concrete, wood and carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) cloth to create a composite column. The axial compression test was then conducted to understand the mechanical properties of different composite structures. It was found that the pure aluminum tube exhibited poor performance in the axial compression test, with an ultimate load of only 302.56 kN. However, the performance of the various composite columns showed varying degrees of improvement. With the increase of the load, the displacement and strain of each specimen rapidly increased, and after reaching the ultimate load, both load and strain gradually decreased. In comparison, the aluminum alloy-concrete composite column performed better than the aluminum alloy-wood composite column, while the aluminum alloy-wood-CFRP cloth composite column demonstrated superior performance. These results highlight excellent performance potential for aluminum alloy-wood-CFRP composite columns in practical applications.

        Distributed Multimedia Scheduling in the Cloud

        Multimedia services in the cloud have become a popular trend in the big data environment. However, how to efficiently schedule a large number of multimedia services in the cloud is still an open and challengeable problem. Current cloud-based scheduling algorithms exist the following problems: 1) the content of the multimedia is ignored, and 2) the cloud platform is a known parameter, which makes current solutions are difficult to utilize practically. To resolve the above issues completely, in this work, we propose a novel distributed multimedia scheduling to satisfy the objectives: 1) Develop a general cloud-based multimedia scheduling model which is able to apply to different multimedia applications and service platforms; 2) Design a distributed scheduling algorithm in which each user makes a decision based on its local information without knowing the others' information; 3) The computational complexity of the proposed scheduling algorithm is low and it is asymptotically optimal in any case. Numerous simulations have demonstrated that the proposed scheduling can work well in all the cloud service environments.

        Transient virus-induced gene silencing of MaBAM9b efficiently suppressed starch degradation during postharvest banana fruit ripening

        The genetic basis of metabolic pathways that operate during fruit ripening needs to be understood before the nutritional value of the banana can be improved. The banana is a typical starch conversion fruit, and β-amylase is a key enzyme that may play an important role in starch degradation during the ripening process. Musa acuminata β-amylase 9b (MaBAM9b) is closely related to starch degradation. However, its exact function in starch degradation has not been demonstrated in banana. Stable genetic transformation to identify gene function is a time- and energy-consuming process. Thus, an efficient and rapid method is needed for functional identification. Virus-induced gene silencing (VIGS) is a reverse-genetics method based on RNA-mediated antiviral plant defense that has been used to rapidly identify gene functions in plants. The aim of this study was to optimize a transient VIGS system and functionally elucidate MaBAM9b in postharvest banana fruit. Using 2- to 4-mm-thick fruit slices, vacuum infiltration of suspensions of Agrobacterium strains carrying TRV1 and TRV2-MaBAM9b, 0.5% iodine-potassium-iodide (I2-KI) staining for 150 s, and 1:3 TRV1:TRV2-MaBAM9b cultivation at 30 mmHg for 30 s achieved an optical density (OD) of 0.8 at 600 nm; after being incubated on Murashige and Skoog (MS) media for 5 days (d), starch degradation was efficiently suppressed during postharvest banana fruit ripening, as determined by I2-KI staining, total starch content, β-amylase activity, soluble sugar content, and endogenous MaBAM9b expression. The system described here is particularly useful for studying genes and networks involved in starch conversion in fruits, which alone would not produce a visual phenotype. This system will provide a platform for functional genomics and fruit quality improvement in banana.

        Phytochemistry and pharmacology of plants in the genus Chaenomeles

        Chaenomeles plants belong to the Rosaceae family and include five species, Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai, Chaenomeles sinensis (Thouin) Koehne, Chaenomeles japonica (Thunb.) Lindl, Chaenomeles cathayensis (Hemsl.) Schneid and Chaenomeles thibetica Yu. Chaenomeles plants are found and cultivated in nearly every country worldwide. China serves as both the origin and distribution hub for the plants in the Chaenomeles genus, and all Chaenomeles species except for C. japonica are indigenous to China. Chaenomeles spp. is a type of edible medicinal plant that has been traditionally used in China to treat various ailments, such as rheumatism, cholera, dysentery, enteritis, beriberi, and scurvy. A variety of chemical constituents have been extracted from this genus, including terpenoids, phenolics, flavonoids, phenylpropanoids and their derivatives, benzoic acid derivatives, biphenyls, oxylipins, and alkaloids. The biological activity of some of these constituents has already been evaluated. Pharmacological investigations have demonstrated that the plants in the genus Chaenomeles exhibit anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antioxidant, antihyperglycemic, antihyperlipidemic, gastrointestinal protective, antitumor, immunomodulatory, antibacterial, antiviral, hepatoprotective, neuroprotective and other pharmacological activities. The objective of this review is to provide a comprehensive and up-to-date summary of the available information on the genus Chaenomeles to serve as a valuable reference for further investigations.

        Integrated analysis of DNA methylome and transcriptome reveals SFRP1 and LIPG as potential drivers of ovarian cancer metastasis

        Objective: More than 75% of ovarian cancer patients are diagnosed at advanced stages and die of tumor cell metastasis. This study aimed to identify new epigenetic and transcriptomic alterations associated with ovarian cancer metastasis. Methods: Two cell sublines with low- and high-metastasis potentials were derived from the ovarian cancer cell line A2780. Genome-wide DNA methylome and transcriptome profiling were carried out in these two sublines by Reduced Representation Bisulfite Sequencing and RNA-seq technologies. Cell-based assays were conducted to support the clinical findings. Results: There are distinct DNA methylation and gene expression patterns between the two cell sublines with low- and high-metastasis potentials. Integrated analysis identified 33 methylation-induced genes potentially involved in ovarian cancer metastasis. The DNA methylation patterns of two of them (i.e., SFRP1 and LIPG) were further validated in human specimens, indicating that they were hypermethylated and downregulated in peritoneal metastatic ovarian carcinoma compared to primary ovarian carcinoma. Patients with lower SFRP1 and LIPG expression tend to have a worse prognosis. Functionally, knockdown of SFRP1 and LIPG promoted cell growth and migration, whereas their overexpression resulted in the opposite effects. In particular, knockdown of SFRP1 could phosphorylate GSK3β and increase β-catenin expression, leading to deregulated activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling. Conclusion: Many systemic and important epigenetic and transcriptomic alterations occur in the progression of ovarian cancer. In particular, epigenetic silencing of SFRP1 and LIPG is a potential driver event in ovarian cancer metastasis. They can be used as prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets for ovarian cancer patients.
