      • Study and Implementation of a Single Switch Cascading High Step-Up DC-DC Converter

        In this paper, a novel high step-up DC-DC converter is proposed. The proposed converter is constructed of a boost converter with a coupled inductor technique to achieve high step-up voltage gain by a single switch. The front semi-stage is a boost converter and the rear semi-stage utilizes the coupled inductor and clamp circuit to reduce the voltage stress on the power switch. Thus, the low voltage-rating switch with low conduction resistance can be used to improve the system efficiency. The operating principle and steady-state analysis of the proposed converter are discussed in detail. Finally, a laboratory prototype circuit of the proposed converter with 24 V input voltage and 400 V/400 W output is implemented to verify the performance of the proposed converter.

      • Research on Semantic Web Service Composition Based on Binary Tree

        With the rapid development of cloud computing and service computing, Web services are combined to form the composite service with a large granularity is an important research direction at present. The current service composition methods have the problems of low composition efficiency and accuracy, this paper proposes a semantic Web service composition method based on the binary tree. This method uses the ontology semantic reasoning relationship and binary tree theory to composite Web services. The composition relations between Web service interfaces are mainly considered. The approach can enhance the efficiency and accuracy of service composition, and the experiments are used to validate and analyze the proposed methods.

        일대일로는 실크로드 연선에 있는 국가의 공동 발전을 촉진하기 위한 하나의 방책으로, 문화의 전파와 발전은 일대일로 전략에서 매우 중요한 부분이다. 다큐멘터리는 세계 각국이 교류하고 소통하는 방식으로 민족과 국가의 문화적 가치를 잘 담아 민족문화를 전파하는 이상적인 전파 방식으로 자리잡아가고 있다. <혀끝으로 보는 중국>과 <풍미 인간>은 최근 몇 년간 중국의 대표적인 인기 미식 다큐멘터리이다. 이 다큐멘터리들은 우리의 일상생활에 가까운 음식과 인문 감정으로 큰 인기를 끌었다. 이들은 중국에서뿐 아니라 여러 나라에서 큰 반향을 일으키며 중국 음식과 중국 문화를 알리는 데 성공했다. 이 다큐멘터리들이 중화 문화의 전파만을 위해서 제작한 작품은 아니다. 그러나 이 프로그램들은 중국에서뿐 아니라 여러 나라에서 큰 반향을 일으키며 중국 음식과 중국 문화를 알리는 데에 성공했다. 이 논문은 <혀끝으로 보는 중국>과 <풍미 인간>의 두 편의 인기 있는 미식 다큐멘터리의 비교분석과 이들 프로그램의 성공 원인을 추출하였다. 생활화된 주제의 선택, 미식과 이야기가 결합된 서사 수법, 시각화 촬영과 편집 기법을 제시하였다. 그리고 끝으로 이러한 분석을 통해, 미식 다큐멘터리의 전파와 발전방향을 민족성과 세계적 결합의 선택, 뉴미디어에 의한 다원적 전파, 일대일로 다큐멘터리 브랜드화 지향의 세가지로 제시하였다. On the Belt and Road Strategy basis, the propagation and development of culture is a very important part of the the Belt and Road strategy as a measure to promote the joint development of the country in the Silk Road coalition. Documentaries are becoming an ideal way to spread national culture by capturing national and national cultural values in a way that countries around the world exchange and communicate. With its unique charm in recent years, it has become the most popular documentary type. <A Bite of China> and <Once Upon a Bite> are some of China’s most popular gastronomic documentaries in recent years. These documentaries have become very popular for food and humanities feelings that are close to our daily lives. They have succeeded in promoting Chinese food and Chinese culture, creating a sensation not only in China but also in many countries. These documentaries were not produced solely for the spread of Chinese culture. The global spread of these two documentaries, which achieved great success by raising sympathy for the Chinese food culture, is coincidental. And with the promotion of the media, gastronomic documentaries have spread a lot to other countries. <Once Upon a Bite>can appeal more to audiences in other countries as the content and filming style with a global perspective is relatively expanded than that of the <A Bite of China>series. Through two popular gastronomic documentaries, <A Bite of China> and <Once Upon a Bite> the paper analyzes why gourmet genre documentaries are so popular and the direction in which gourmet documentaries are widely spread under the Belt and Road strategy.

        A New Iterative LT Decoding Algorithm for Binary and Nonbinary Galois Fields

        Digital fountain codes are record-breaking codes for erasure channels. They have many potential applications in both wired and wireless communications. Most existing digital fountain codes operate over binary fields using an iterative belief-propagation (BP) decoding algorithm. In this paper, we propose a new iterative decoding algorithm for both binary and nonbinary fields. The basic form of our proposed algorithm considers both degree-1 and degree-2 check nodes (instead of only degree-1 check nodes as in the original BP decoding scheme), and has linear complexity. Extensive simulation demonstrates that it outperforms the original BP decoding scheme, especially for a small number of source packets. The enhanced form of the proposed algorithm combines the basic form of the algorithm and a guess-based algorithm to further improve the decoding performance. Simulation results demonstrate that it can provide better decoding performance than the guess-based algorithm with fewer guesses, and can achieve decoding performance close to that of the maximum likelihood decoder at a much lower decoding complexity. Last, we show that our nonbinary scheme has the potential to outperform the binary scheme when choosing suitable degree distributions, and furthermore it is insensitive to the size of the Galois field.

      • A Method for Building Naxi Language Dependency Treebank Based on Chinese-Naxi Language Relationship Alignment

        Relative to Chinese, as to Naxi Language, its corpus is very rare, its annotation is also difficult, and these factors make its Syntactic Analysis much too difficult. Aiming to the problem, in the paper, it is proposed a method for building Naxi Language Dependency Treebank based on Chinese-Naxi Language relationship alignment. Firstly, the corresponding words of Chinese-Naxi sentence pairs are aligned; then, the dependency grammar on Chinese sentences; Finally, some characteristics and rules of Naxi Language in itself being considered, the generated Chinese Dependency Tree is mapped to Naxi Sentence by using Chinese-Naxi Languages relationship alignment, as a result, Naxi Dependency Parsing Tree is generated. Experimental results show that: This approach can simplify the process of manual collection and annotation of Naxi Treebank, and save manpower and time to build the dependency treebank of Naxi Language.

        Does the recent warming hiatus exist over Northern Asia for winter wind chill temperature?

        <P><B>ABSTRACT</B></P><P>Wind chill temperature (WCT) describes the joint effect of wind velocity and air temperature on exposed body skin and could support policymakers in designing plans to reduce the risks of notably cold and windy weather. This study examined winter WCT over Northern Asia during 1973–2013 by analysing <I>in situ</I> station data. The winter WCT warming rate over the Tibetan Plateau (TP) slowed during 1999–2013 (−0.04 °C decade<SUP>−1</SUP>) compared with that of during 1973–1998 (0.67 °C decade<SUP>−1</SUP>). The winter WCT warming hiatus has also been observed in the remainder of Northern Asia with trends of 1.11 °C decade<SUP>−1</SUP> during 1973–1998 but −1.02 °C decade<SUP>−1</SUP> during 1999–2013, except for the Far East (FE) of Russia, where the winter WCT has continued to heat up during both the earlier period of 1973–1998 (0.54 °C decade<SUP>−1</SUP>) and the recent period of 1999–2013 (0.75 °C decade<SUP>−1</SUP>). The results indicate that the influence of temperature on winter WCT is greater than that of wind speed over Northern Asia. Atmospheric circulation changes associated with air temperature and wind speed were analysed to identify the causes for the warming hiatus of winter WCT over Northern Asia. The distributions of sea‐level pressure and 500‐hPa height anomalies during 1999–2013 transported cold air from the high latitudes to middle latitudes, resulting in low air temperature over Northern Asia except for the FE of Russia. Over the TP, the increase in wind speed offset the increase in air temperature during 1999–2013. For the FE, the southerly wind from the Western Pacific drove the temperature up during the 1999–2013 period through warm advection.</P>

      • Advantages of Laparoscopic Abdominoperineal Resection for Anastomotic Recurrence of Rectal Cancer

        Background: Surgery offers the only potential for cure and long-term survival of recurrence of rectal cancer. Few studies about laparoscopic recurrent lesion resection have been reported. This study was designed to evaluate the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic abdomino-perineal resection for anastomotic recurrence of rectal cancer. Materials and Methods: Data for 42 patients with recurrence of rectal cancer were collected retrospectively. Of the 42 patients, 22 underwent laparoscopic surgery (LR group) and 20 received open surgery (OR group). Outcomes between the two groups were compared. Results: Operation time in LR group was shorter compared with the OR group ($164.6{\pm}27.7min$ vs $203.0{\pm}45.3min$); intra-operative blood loss was $119.7{\pm}44.4ml$ and $185.0{\cdot}94.0ml$ in LR group and OR group, respectively (p<0.001); time to first flatus in LR group was shorter than in OR group, and the difference was statistically significant ($2.6{\pm}0.8$ days vs $3.1{\pm}0.8$ days, p=0.013); hospital stay in the LR and OR groups was $8.6{\pm}1.3$ days and $9.8{\pm}2.2$ days; 3-year survival rates in the LR and OR groups were 44.4% and 42.8% (p=0.915) and the 3-year disease-free survival rates were 36.4% and 30.0%, respectively (p=0.737). Conclusions: Laparoscopic abdomino-perineal resection is safe and feasible for anastomotic recurrence of rectal cancer.

      • Genomic Sequence Analysis and Organization of BmKαTx11 and BmKαTx15 from Buthus martensii Karsch: Molecular Evolution of α-toxin genes

        Based on the reported cDNA sequences of $BmK{\alpha}Txs$, the genes encoding toxin $BmK{\alpha}Tx11$ and $BmK{\alpha}Tx15$ were amplified by PCR from the Chinese scorpion Buthus martensii Karsch genomic DNA employing synthetic oligonucleotides. Sequences analysis of nucleotide showed that an intron about 500 bp length interrupts signal peptide coding regions of $BmK{\alpha}Tx11$ and $BmK{\alpha}Tx15$. Using cDNA sequence of $BmK{\alpha}Tx11$ as probe, southern hybridization of BmK genome total DNA was performed. The result indicates that $BmK{\alpha}Tx11$ is multicopy genes or belongs to multiple gene family with high homology genes. The similarity of $BmK{\alpha}$-toxin gene sequences and southern hybridization revealed the evolution trace of $BmK{\alpha}$-toxins: $BmK{\alpha}$-toxin genes evolve from a common progenitor, and the genes diversity is associated with a process of locus duplication and gene divergence.
