An Analysis of Elementary School English Audio Materials

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 영어 교재용 청각 자료 속에 나타나는 영어 탄설음을 조사, 분석하는 것이다. 우선, 영어 탄설음의 음운 분포 및 그 음운 영역을 살펴본 다음, 초등학교 영어 청각자료를 분석한다. 영어 탄설음은 단어 내에서 뿐만이 아니라 단어 경계를 넘어서까지 발생하며,영국 영어와는 달리 미국 영어에서는 아주 보편적인 음운현상이다. 본 연구에서는 이 탄설음이 초등학교 영어 청각 교재에서는 실제로 어떻게 실현되고 있는가를 살펴보는데, 특히, 단어 내에서와는 달리, 단어 경계를 넘어서는 그 음이 거의 실현되지 못하리라는 가정을 전제로 한다.

성인기 중도지체장애인의 심리적 문제의 증후를 제거하고,발병 이전의 상태로 정신기능을 증대시키고, 자아를 실현하게 하고, 개인의 의미와 가치를 발견하게 하고, 성격을 재구성하는데 도움을 주는 것을 궁극적인 목적으로 하는 심리적 재활을 위한 심리학적 접근은 매우 다양하나 대부분의 심리치료에서는 인간의 영적 측면을 부인하거나 가볍게 취급하는 경향이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인간을 신체적, 정신적 및 영적(spiritual)측면을 가지고 있는 존재로 인식하고 있으며, 실존주의 철학을 바탕으로 하는 Frankl의 의미요법을 고찰하여 타인을 전문적으로 돕는 사회복지 영역 안에서 실존적 문제로 고통 받고 있는 많은 대상자들 특히 중도지체장애인들에게 이제까지 발견하지 못한 자신의 가치를 찾고 삶의 의미를 부여할 수 있는 기회를 제공해 주기 위한 실천이론적 기반을 모색하고자 하였다. There are various psychological approaches for psychological rehabilitation of the disabled with purpose of removing symptom of psychological problem, of recovering mental function from the problem, of realizing the self, of discovering meaning and value of individual, and of reconstructing minds There, however, is a tendency to deny or neglect the spiritual aspect in most psychological treatments But this study recognizes human being as having physical, mental and spiritual aspect, examines Frankl's logo therapy based upon existential philosophy, and seeks to establish practical-theoretical foundations for providing opportunity to give meaning of life to those who are suffering from existential problems, especially the disabled, and who have not discovered value of the self in area of social welfare.

SVQR with asymmetric quadratic loss function

Support vector quantile regression (SVQR) can be obtained by applying support vector machine with a check function instead of an e-insensitive loss function into the quantile regression, which still requires to solve a quadratic program (QP) problem which is time and memory expensive. In this paper we propose an SVQR whose objective function is composed of an asymmetric quadratic loss function. The proposed method overcomes the weak point of the SVQR with the check function. We use the iterative procedure to solve the objective problem. Furthermore, we introduce the generalized cross validation function to select the hyper-parameters which affect the performance of SVQR. Experimental results are then presented, which illustrate the performance of proposed SVQR.

취업이나 근로형태가 다양화되어 감에 따라 전통적인 근로계약관계를 벗어난 여러 유형의 노무공급자들이 증가하고 있으며, 동시에 그들의 법적 보호와 관련된 분쟁 역시 점차 증가하는 추세이다. 현재 노동법상의 보호나 권리보장은 법적 근로자에게만 인정되는 바 근로자성이 부인되는 당사자는 제도적인 보호나 권리를 보장받을 수 없다. 보호작업시설 내 중증장애인은 근로자성 판단의 주요기준인 인적 종속성과 경제적 종속성을 어느 정도 띠고 있지만 노동법적 근로자로 보기에는 현실적으로 어렵다. 이런 이유 때문에 보호작업시설 운영과 관련된 정책당국(보건복지부, 노동부)과 시설종사자들은 동 시설 내 중증장애인들의 법적 근로자성에 대해 지금까지 혼란을 느끼고 있다. 그리고 이러한 혼란 은 결과적으로 시설 내 중증장애인을 인권과 노동권 보호영역에서 배제시키는데 일조를 하기도 했다. 본 고에서는 이러한 문제점을 염두에 두고 시설 내 중증장애인들의 법적 근로자성을 선험적으로 먼저 진단해보고, 실증적 접근을 통해 현장실무자들도 쉽게 알 수 있는 법적 근로자성 판단요소와 기준 및 향후의 정책적 함의와 개선방안을 제시하였다. Several type workers who are not traditional worker have increased according to the varieties of employment and controversies related to legal protection for them have been apt to increased until now. protection of labor law and guarantee of right are only admitted to the legal workers. Hence people who could not be acknowledged as a legal worker also can not be protected by law. In one s viewpoint, the severely handicapped persons in sheltered workshop are economically subordinate and personally dependent to manager (or employer). But it is difficult to acknowledge them as a legal worker in actually. So government and social workers have been confronted with a confusion about the concept of legal employee who were working in sheltered workshop. Therefore, welfare & rights to work of the severely handicapped persons in sheltered workshop were somewhat overlooked by reason of these confusions. Having such problems in mind, this paper transcendentally examined whether they are a legal worker or not by considering several present laws(the Labor Standard Act, the Labor Union Act, the Social Security Act, etc) and judicial precedents of the Supreme Court. Diagnosis factors and criteria for discriminating a legal worker are showed through empirical analyses. And lastly this study framed several policy improvement schemes for the next years.
