The paper proposes a diagnostic function to prevent over charging and discharging of the Li-Ion batteries as well as to keep connections with generator and motors of electric vehicles. Both operating conditions normal and abnormal are taken into account in terms of communications. Especially to cope with a situation that communication from the battery side has been cut off, an additional protected function is introduced. The diagnostic function has one generic logic based on the voltage threshold and two layered logics for the unexpected communication situations. First generic logic simply cuts batteries off by monitoring cell voltages. The logic is simply triggered by an upper and lower bound which are the boundary values of the cells" operating range. The other logics, the layered logics are operating when an abnormal communication of the cell voltage monitoring system is detected. The layered logics are based on the battery cell voltage estimation with the first order Thevenin circuit model. In addition, the pack voltages which is measured periodically from a separate circuit board are used to double protect batteries as a redundancy. To apply this estimation logics to the real industrial automotive field, influenceable factors including sensor accuracy and an estimation error are considered on the calculation process. Simulation result is presented to show the effectiveness of the diagnostic function and the estimated cell voltages are compared with real cell voltages as well to prove modeling accuracies.
접근제어에서 다단계 보안 개념의 적용을 위한 확장된 능력

능력(Capability)은 공용되는 자원의 보호를 위한 임의보호방식 중 하나로 객체 소유자 중심의 접근제어방식이다. 이 방법은 접근권한 부여에 있어서 접근주체의 소유자 의사만을 존중하고 객체의 내용은 전혀 고려하지 않는 단점이 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 주체와 객체의 보안 등급에 따라서 접근이 제어되는 다단계 보안 개념을 능력 기반 시스템에 적용하기 위한 확장된 능력을 제안하였다. 또한 전파상황에서 보안정책에 맞는 객체에 대한 접근제어 부여 알고리즘을 제안하였다.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>The local structures of metallic glasses have been analyzed previously in term of various types of short-range order (SRO). However, the SRO alone, neglecting the interconnection of neighboring icosahedra to medium range and beyond, is insufficient to account for the structure–property relationship in metallic glasses. In this study, we use molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of Cu–Zr binary metallic glasses to examine the effects of the next level of structural hierarchy: the interpenetrating connection of icosahedra (ICOI) and the linkage of the medium-range ICOI patches to form networks of icosahedra over extended range. The mechanical properties of these metallic glasses, especially the shear transformations that mediate plasticity, are found to be dependent on the degree of ICOI and development of the ICOI network. The evolution of the ICOI network during shear deformation, as well as the composition dependence, has been monitored and discussed.</P>
장애복지시설 사회복지사의 감정노동과 직무스트레스와의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과

연구 목적: 본 연구는 장애복지시설 사회복지사의 감정노동이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과를 검증하기 위한 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 본 연구는 장애복지시설 사회복지사 194명을 대상으로 SPSS 22.0 프로그램과 프로세스 매크로를 활용하여 통계분석하였다. 연구 내용: 연구를 통하여 첫째, 장애복지시설 사회복지사의 감정노동이 직무스트레스를 높이는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 장애복지시설 사회복지사의 회복탄력성이 직무스트레스를 낮추는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 장애복지시설 사회복지사의 감정노동이 직무스트레스에 높이는 것에 회복탄력성이 이를 조절하는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 및 제언: 연구결과 장애복지시설 사회복지사의 직무스트레스 감소를 위하여 감정노동과 회복탄력성을 돕는 실천적 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effect of resilience in the effect of emotional labor on job stress of social workers in welfare facilities with disabilities. This study was conducted by mail to social workers at disability welfare facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do for two months from August to September 2020. Among the 203 responses collected, a total of 194 respondents were statistically analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program and Process Macro, excluding 11 responses with low reliability. Through the study, first, it was confirmed that emotional labor of social workers in disability welfare facilities increases job stress. Second, it was confirmed that the resilience of social workers in disability welfare facilities lowers job stress. Finally, the moderating effect of resilience was confirmed in the effect of emotional labor of social workers in disability welfare facilities on job stress. As a result of the study, practical measures were proposed to help emotional labor and resilience to reduce job stress of social workers in disability welfare facilities.
