        浅议状态补语的使用条件

        대외한어교육과정에서 교학 및 학습 등에 여러 가지 난점이 존재하는데 状态补语 역시 그 중의 하나다. 게다가 학습자들은 비록 보어의 의미를 알더라도 어느 때 써야하고 어떤 때 쓰면 안 되는지 혼동할 때가 많다. 필자는 현재 어법학계에서는 아직 状态补语 교수방안에 관한 전면적 연구가 부족하다고 판단하고, 본 논문에서는 교수방안을 통해서 状态补语의 사용조건을 고찰해 보았다. 状态补语에 관한 어의 특징과 본질적 기능에 관한 분석을 통해서 비교적 전면적인 状态补语의 사용조건을 고찰해 보았다. 그 결과 이미 발생한 행위의 주체, 대상, 동작에 대해 묘사 혹은 평가하는 것 외에도 아직 발생하지 않은 행위, 만약 기대 혹은 예기한 결과에 대해 묘사나 평가가 필요할 때에도 상태보어를 쓸 수 있다.

        Nucleation and Growth of Bismuth Electrodeposition from Alkaline Electrolyte

        The early stages of bismuth (Bi) electrodeposition on glass carbon electrode from alkaline electrolyte were studied by cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The CV analysis showed that the electrodeposition of Bi was determined to be quasireversible process with diffusion controlled. The current transients for Bi electrodeposition were analyzed according to the Scharifker-Hills model and the Heerman-Tarallo model. It can be concluded that the nucleation and growth mechanism was carried out under a 3D instantaneous nucleation, which was confirmed by SEM analysis. The kinetic growth parameters were obtained through a nonlinear fitting. In addition, the Bi film obtaining at −0.86 V for 1 hour was of compact and uniform surface with good smoothness, small roughness and a very high purity. The Bi film were indexed to rhombohedral crystal structure with preferred orientation of (0 1 2) planes to growth.

        An Experimental Study on the Correlation between Composite Lining Stiffness and Bearing Capacity in Soft Ground

        The composite lining is intended to be stiff and strong, based on the current design guidance, to carry the designated load alone in the long-term operation. However, according to the latest research, the temporary support is supposed to carry load even under the undesired circumstance of serious deterioration, and it is contentious whether thicker lining is favorable for tunnel durability or not. A series of model tests were conducted in this study, therefore, to develop the correlation between lining stiffness and tunnel durability. In the tests, the test box, consisting of surrounding earth, temporary support and lining, is considered as an integrated structure to carry the load transferred from the upper, through which composite lining is represented. Eight conditions were designed by changing the stiffness of the temporary support and the lining. The test results from experimental data analysis (e.g. failure process, lining displacement and internal force) show that the more flexible the lining is and the stiffer the temporary support is, the more durable the condition becomes At the same time, the imperfect contact between the temporary support and the lining greatly weakens the carrying capacity of the whole structure.

        Molecular mapping of four blast resistance genes using recombinant inbred lines of 93-11 and nipponbare

        Molecular mapping of new blast resistance genes is important for developing resistant rice cultivars using marker-assisted selection. In this study, 259 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) were developed from a cross between Nipponbare and 93-11, and were used to construct a 1165.8-cM linkage map with 131 polymorphic simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers. Four major quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for resistance to six isolates of Magnaporthe oryzae were identified: qPi93-1, qPi93-2, qPi93-3, and qPiN-1. For the three genes identified in 93-11, qPi93-1 is linked with SSR marker RM116 on the short arm of chromosome 11 and explains 33% of the phenotypic variation in resistance to isolate CHE86. qPi93-2 is linked with SSR marker RM224 on the long arm of chromosome 11 and accounts for 31% and 25% of the phenotypic variation in resistance to isolates 162-8B and ARB50, respectively. qPi93-3 is linked with SSR marker RM7102 on chromosome 12 and explains 16%, 53%, and 28% of the phenotypic variation in resistance to isolates CHE86, ARB52, and ARB94, respectively. QTL qPiN-1 from Nipponbare is associated with SSR marker RM302 on chromosome 1 and accounts for 34% of the phenotypic variation in resistance to isolate PO6-6. These new genes can be used to develop new varieties with blast resistance via marker-aided selection and to explore the molecular mechanism of rice blast resistance.

        Bacteria-based multiplex system eradicates recurrent infections with drug-resistant bacteria via photothermal killing and protective immunity elicitation

        Background The high mortality associated with drug-resistant bacterial infections is an intractable clinical problem resulting from the low susceptibility of these bacteria to antibiotics and the high incidence of recurrent infections. Methods Herein, a photosynthetic bacteria-based multiplex system (Rp@Al) composed of natural Rhodopseudomonas palustris (Rp) and Food and Drug Administration-approved aluminum (Al) adjuvant, was developed to combat drug-resistant bacterial infections and prevent their recurrence. We examined its photothermal performance and in vitro and in vivo antibacterial ability; revealed its protective immunomodulatory effect; verified its preventative effect on recurrent infections; and demonstrated the system’s safety. Results Rp@Al exhibits excellent photothermal properties with an effective elimination of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). In addition, Rp@Al enhances dendritic cell activation and further triggers a T helper 1 ( TH1)/TH2 immune response, resulting in pathogen-specific immunological memory against recurrent MRSA infection. Upon second infection, Rp@Al-treated mice show significantly lower bacterial burden, faster abscess recovery, and higher survival under near-lethal infection doses than control mice. Conclusions This innovative multiplex system, with superior photothermal and immunomodulatory effects, presents great potential for the treatment and prevention of drug-resistant bacterial infections.
