Effects of Co-current and Cross Flows on Circular Enhanced Gravity Plate Separator Efficiencies

This study compares the effects of flow on oil and suspended solids removal efficiencies in circular enhanced gravity plate separator equipped with coalescence medium. Coalescence medium acts to capture rising oil droplets and settling solid particles and assist in the coalescence of oil and coagulation of solid. The circular separator uses an up flow center-feed perforated-pipe distributor as the inlet. The co-current flow is achieved using 4 increasing sizes of frustum, whereas cross flow uses inclined coalescence plates running along the radius of the separator. The different arrangement gave the cross flow separator a higher coalescence plan area per operational volume, minimal and constant travelling distance for the oil droplets and particles, lower retention time, and higher operational flowrate. The cross flow separator exhibited 6.04% and 13.16% higher oil and total suspended solids removal efficiencies as compared to co-current flow.

The objective of this paper is to remove noises of image based on the heuristic noises filter and to extract a tumor region by using morphology techniques in breast ultrasound image. Similar objective studies have been conducted based on ultrasound image of high resolution. As a result, efficiency of noise removal is not fine enough for low resolution image. Moreover, when ultrasound image has multiple tumors, the extraction of ROI (Region Of Interest) is not accomplished or processed by a manual selection. In this paper, our method is done 4 kinds of process for noises removal and the extraction of ROI for solving problems of restrictive automated segmentation. First process is that pixel value is acquired as matrix type. Second process is a image preprocessing phase that is aimed to maximize a contrast of image and prevent a leak of personal information. In next process, the heuristic noise filter that is based on opinion of medical specialist is applied to remove noises. The last process is to extract a tumor region by using morphology techniques. As a result, the noise is effectively eliminated in all images and a extraction of tumor regions is possible though one ultrasound image has several tumors.
농촌관광마을 축제의 경험과 몰입이 만족, 사후행동 간의 관계

본 연구는 농촌관광마을에서 경험, 몰입, 만족, 사후행동 간의 영향관계를 파악하여 농촌관광마을축제를 개발을 하는데 유용한 자료를 활용하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 이론연구와 실증연구를 병향하였으며 이론연구는 선행연구를 활용하였다. 첫째, 농촌관광마을 축제에서 체험은 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다.의 가설을 분석하고자 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 감각적 체험과 몰입간의 관계, 체험에는 유의한 관계를 형성되지 않았다. 둘째, 농촌관광마을 축제에서 몰입은 만족에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다.의 가설을 분석하고자 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 농촌관광마을축제의 몰입은 내용만족, 품질만족, 홍보안내만족, 환경만족, 전체적인 만족은 몰입에 대하여 몰입과 내용만족간의 관계, 몰입과 품질만족간의 관계, 몰입과 홍보안내만족간의 관계, 몰입과 환경만족간의 관계, 몰입과 전체적인 만족간의 관계로 농촌마을축제의 몰입과 만족 간에는 영향관계가 형성이 되었다. 셋째, 농촌관광마을 축제에서 몰입은 사후행동에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다.의 가설을 분석하고자 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 농촌마을축제의 몰입과 사후행동 간의 관계는 농촌마을축제의 몰입과 사후 행동간에는 영향관계가 형성이 되었다. 넷째, 농촌관광마을 축제에서 만족이 사후행동에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 의 가설을 분석하고자 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 감각적 체험과 행동적 체험은 몰입에 대하여 유의한 영향관계가 형성이 되고 있었으며 전체적이 만족과 사후행동 간의 관계, 내용만족과 사후행동 간의 관계의 순으로 영향관계가 형성이 되었지만 내용만족, 홍보안내만족, 품질만족은 유의한 관계가 형성되지 않았다. This study is to examine the relationship among experience, commitment, satisfaction, behavioral intention in rural tourism village. To achieve the study purpose, theoretical and empirical studies were conducted. The study results provide four major findings as follows. First, the regression results show that sensual and behavioral experience significantly influenced commitment while cognitive, emotional, and relational experience did not. More specifically, sensual experience was the most influential factor followed by behavioral experience. Second, the results also show that commitment significantly influence content satisfaction, quality satisfaction, promotion satisfaction, and environment satisfaction. Third, the results also show that commitment significantly influenced behaviroal intention. Fourth, sensual and behavioral satisfaction significantly influenced commitment. content satisfaction and overall satisfaction significantly influence behavioral intention while content satisfaction and promotion satisfaction, and quality satisfaction did not.
