An assumption that Confucius would be a king was also based on the premise that Zhou Gong had been a prince regent. WEIGHTED ESTIMATES FOR CERTAIN ROUGH OPERATORS WITH APPLICATIONS TO VECTOR VALUED INEQUALITIES

Under certain rather weak size conditions assumed on the kernels, some weighted norm inequalities for singular integral operators, related maximal operators, maximal truncated singular integral operators and Marcinkiewicz integral operators in nonisotropic setting will be shown. These weighted norm inequalities will enable us to obtain some vector valued inequalities for the above operators.
PARABOLIC MARCINKIEWICZ INTEGRALS ASSOCIATED TO POLYNOMIALS COMPOUND CURVES AND EXTRAPOLATION

In this note we consider the parametric Marcinkiewicz integrals with mixed homogeneity along polynomials compound curves. Under the rather weakened size conditions on the integral kernels both on the unit sphere and in the radial direction, the $L^p$ bounds of such operators are given by an extrapolation argument. Some previous results are greatly extended and improved.
An Improved Spin Echo Train De-noising Algorithm in NMRL

Since the amplitudes of spin echo train in nuclear magnetic resonance logging (NMRL) are small and the signal to noise ratio (SNR) is also very low, this paper puts forward an improved de-noising algorithm based on wavelet transformation. The steps of this improved algorithm are designed and realized based on the characteristics of spin echo train in NMRL. To test this improved de-noising algorithm, a 32 points forward model of big porosity is build, the signal of spin echo sequence with adjustable SNR are generated by this forward model in an experiment, then the median filtering, wavelet hard threshold de-noising, wavelet soft threshold de-noising and the improved de-noising algorithm are compared to de-noising these signals, the filtering effects of these four algorithms are analyzed while the SNR and the root mean square error (RMSE) are also calculated out. The results of this experiment show that the improved de-noising algorithm can improve SNR from 10 to 27.57, which is very useful to enhance signal and de-nosing noise for spin echo train in NMRL.
Numerical Design Method for Water-Lubricated Hybrid Sliding Bearings

This paper presents a new water-lubricated hybrid sliding bearing for a high speed and high accuracy main shaft system, along with the numerical method used for its design. The porous material for the restrictor and the restriction parameter were chosen based on the special requirements of the water-lubricated bearing. Subsequent numerical calculations give the load capacity, stiffness, and friction power of different forms of water-lubricated bearings. The pressure distribution of the water film in a 6-cavity bearing is shown, based on the results of the numerical calculations. A comparison of oil-lubricated and water-lubricated bearings shows that the latter benefits more from improved processing precision and efficiency. An analysis of the stiffness and friction power results shows that 6-cavity bearings are the preferred type, due their greater stiffness and lower friction power, The average elevated temperature was calculated and found to be satisfactory. The relevant parameters of the porous restrictor were determined by calculating the restriction rate, All these results indicate that this design for a water-lubricated bearing meets specifications for high speed and high accuracy.
A NOTE OF LITTLEWOOD-PALEY FUNCTIONS ON TRIEBEL-LIZORKIN SPACES

In this note we prove that several classes of Littlewood-Paley square operators defined by the kernels without any regularity are bounded on Triebel-Lizorkin spaces $F^{p,q}_{\alpha}({\mathbb{R}}^n)$ and Besov spaces $B^{p,q}_{\alpha}({\mathbb{R}}^n)$ for 0 < ${\alpha}$ < 1 and 1 < p, q < ${\infty}$.
A NOTE ON GENERALIZED PARAMETRIC MARCINKIEWICZ INTEGRALS

In the present paper, we establish certain $L^p$ bounds for the generalized parametric Marcinkiewicz integral operators associated to surfaces generated by polynomial compound mappings with rough kernels in Grafakos-Stefanov class ${\mathcal{F}}_{\beta}(S^{n-1})$. Our main results improve and generalize a result given by Al-Qassem, Cheng and Pan in 2012. As applications, the corresponding results for the generalized parametric Marcinkiewicz integral operators related to the Littlewood-Paley $g^*_{\lambda}$-functions and area integrals are also presented.
Study on Grid Scheduling Model Based on Hierarchical Scheduling Model

In order to solve the task allocation and scheduling problem based on the analysis and research of hierarchical Petri net, this paper proposed a grid scheduling model based on hierarchical scheduling model. This model can ensure that the various elements of the loose coupling between the scheduling, to facilitate data resources deployment in grid environment; in addition, this paper proposed thought of the variable structure Petri network, through this technology can dynamic adjust work modeling and resource allocation, and to support the mission of exception handling; finally, to verify the rationality of the scheduling algorithm, and analyzes the performance and the efficiency of resource allocation algorithm.
Recursive Design of Nonlinear Disturbance Attenuation Control for STATCOM

In this paper, a nonlinear robust control approach is applied to design a controller for the Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM). A robust control dynamic model of STATCOM in a one-machine, infinite-bus system is established with consideration of the torque disturbance acting on the rotating shaft of the generator set and the disturbance to the output voltage of STATCOM. A novel recursive approach is utilized to construct the energy storage function of the system such that the solution to the disturbance attenuation control problem is acquired, which avoids the difficulty involved in solving the Hamilton-Jacobi-Issacs (HJI) inequality. Sequentially, the nonlinear disturbance attenuation control strategy of STATCOM is obtained. Simulation results demonstrate that STATCOM with the proposed controller can more effectively improve the voltage stability, damp the oscillation, and enhance the transient stability of power systems compared to the conventional PI+PSS controller.
AN IDENTITY ON THE 2m-TH POWER MEAN VALUE OF THE GENERALIZED GAUSS SUMS

In this paper, using analytic method and the properties of the Legendre's symbol, we prove an exact calculating formula on the $2m$-th power mean value of the generalized quadratic Gauss sums for $m{\geq}2$. This solves a conjecture of He and Zhang [On the 2k-th power mean value of the generalized quadratic Gauss sums, Bull. Korean Math. Soc. 48 (2011), no. 1, 9-15].
