        Modified 802.11-Based Opportunistic Spectrum Access in Cognitive Radio Networks

        In this letter, a modified 802.11-based opportunistic spectrum access is proposed for single-channel cognitive radio networks where primary users operate on a slot-by-slot basis. In our opportunistic spectrum access, control frames are used to reduce the slot-boundary impact and achieve channel reservation to improve throughput of secondary users. An absorbing Markov chain model is used to analyze the throughput of secondary users. Simulation results show that the analysis accurately predicts the saturation throughput.

        This paper summarizes the severity of global warming, the collaboration and endeavor of governments in coping with this problem and the trend of international development for "energy-saving and emission reduction". Then it discusses the high pressure Chinese government endured under the circumstance of "global warming" and "energy-saving and emission reduction", as well as policies and targets made by Chinese government towards these. Based on this, we analyzed the possibility and feasibility of "energy-saving and emission reduction" in logistics industry, and proposed some corresponding advises.

        Resilient Tracking Control for Unmanned Helicopter Under Variable Disturbance and Input Perturbation

        In this work, by utilizing a disturbance observer-based control (DOBC) method, the resilient tracking control is studied for the unmanned aerial helicopter (UAH) with paramteter uncertainty, multiple disturbances, and input perturbation. Firstly, a state observer and two disturbance observers are respectively constructed to estimate the unmeasurable flapping motion states and outside disturbances, which are further utilized to design the feedforward controller. Secondly, by considering stochastic perturbation, a resilient feedback controller is proposed and an overall closed-loop error system is established. Thirdly, based on stochastic control theory and robust control method, a sufficient condition is obtained to guarantee the asymptotical stability and H∞ performance index for the closed-loop error system. Furthermore, the observer gains and controller one can be jointly checked by solving the derived linear matrix inequality (LMI). Finally, some simulations are presented to verify the effectiveness of the derived control method.

      • Conformity–interpersonal Value and Guanxi Building Behavior: the Mediating Role of Mental Accounting Non-fungibility Effect and the Moderating Role of Frustration

        This study examined the effect of the individual conformity-interpersonal value on guanxi building behavior by focusing on the mediating role of mental accounting non-fungibility effect and the moderating role of frustration. The results of analyzing 291 cases from five provinces in the People’s Republic of China showed that conformity–interpersonal value was positively related to guanxi building behavior. In addition, non-fungibility of mental accounting mediated the main effect of conformity–interpersonal value on guanxi building behavior, while frustration moderated the negative relationship between conformity-interpersonal value and mental accounting non-fungibility effect such that the relationship was stronger among low frustration individuals than among high ones.

        Observing the Characteristics of Multi-Activity Trip Chain and Its Influencing Mechanism

        Understanding mechanism of daily activity trip chain especially multi-activity trip chain is significant for travel demand management and urban redevelopment. This paper explores the multi-activity trip chain behavior from both individual attributes and spatial attributes. Multi- activity trip chain is identified from people’s full-day travel diaries, then categorized into multi-activity intermittent trip chain and continuous trip chain to distinguish the characteristics and influencing factors of different chains. Using resident travel survey data of Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou, China, multinomial logistic regression model, transition probability matrix and activity analysis methods are employed to make analyses. Findings include: 1) making multi-activity trip chain can achieve multiple purposes with less average travel time for each purpose, but public transit is less used. 2) The choices of single or multi-activity trip chain and multi-activity intermittent or continuous trip chain are mainly affected by different individual attributes such as occupation, education, household income, etc. Moreover, household registration, driver’s license, gender, and household car ownership are related to the choice of activity sequence. 3) For typical trip chain with purposes of work, shopping/dining, and home, activity sequence is also obviously influenced by spatial distance between origin and destination, especially for the chain of work-shopping/dining-home.

        中国经济的新挑战: 从“六稳”到“六保”

        中国经济告别了传统的高速增长阶段, 进入一个中高速的新常态。2019年9月, 国务院总理李克强部署精准施策加大力度做好“六稳”工作。稳就业、稳金融、稳外贸、稳外资、稳投资、稳预期, 涵盖了我国目前经济生活的主要方面。受全球疫情的冲击, 中国经济面临着新挑战, 2020年4月在疫情防控常态化前提下, 首次提出“六保”。本文紧紧围绕“六保”的内容, 进行了逐一分析。要解决好稳就业, 必须关注高校毕业生、农民工、贫困地区劳动力等重点群体。保基本民生, 要强化对城市贫困人群的基本生活保障, 扩大社会救助覆盖面并提高救助水平, 更好保障困难群体的基本生活。强化政策的落实力度, 让中小微企业真正享受到政策红利, 切实解决经营中的难题。保粮食能源安全、保产业链供应链稳定、保基层运转, 坚定实施扩大内需战略, 维护经济发展和社会稳定大局, 确保完成决战决胜脱贫攻坚目标任务, 全面建成小康社会。 China’s economy has moved away from the traditional period of high-speed growth and entered a new normal of medium and high speed. In September 2019, Premier Li Keqiang deployed precision to step up efforts to do a good job of “six stability”. Steady employment, stable finance, stable foreign trade, steady foreign investment, steady investment, stable expectations, covering the current economic life of China’s main aspects. Affected by the global epidemic, China’s economy is facing new challenges, in April 2020 under the premise of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the first proposed “six guarantees” This article closely around the “six guarantees”, one by one analysis. In order to solve the steady employment, we must pay attention to the key groups such as college graduates, migrant workers and labor force in poor areas. To ensure basic people’s livelihood, we should strengthen the basic living security for the urban poor, expand the coverage of social assistance and improve the level of assistance, and better protect the basic livelihood of the needy groups.         A Fiber Spool’s Vibration Sensitivity Optimization Based on Orthogonal Experimental Design

        A fiber spool with ultra-low vibration sensitivity has been demonstrated for the ultra-narrowlinewidth fiber-stabilized laser by the multi-object orthogonal experimental design method, which can achieve the optimization object and analysis of influence levels without extensive computation. According to a test of 4 levels and 4 factors, an L 16 (4 4 ) orthogonal table is established to design orthogonal experiments. The vibration sensitivities along the axial and radial directions and the normalized sums of the vibration sensitivities are determined as single objects and comprehensive objects, respectively. We adopt the range analysis of object values to obtain the influence levels of the four design parameters on the single objects and the comprehensive object. The optimal parameter combinations are determined by both methods of comprehensive balance and evaluation. Based on the corresponding fractional frequency stability of ultra-narrow-linewidth fiber-stabilized lasers, we obtain the final optimal parameter combination A3B1C2D1, which can achieve the fiber spool with vibration sensitivities of 10 −12 /g magnitude. This work is the first time to use an orthogonal experimental design method to optimize the vibration sensitivities of fiber spools, providing an approach to design the fiber spool with ultra-low vibration sensitivity.
