        Pb<sup>2+</sup>/Al<sup>3+</sup> codoped germano-silicate optical fiber with high non-resonant third-order nonlinearity

        A germano-silicate optical fiber codoped with Pb<SUP>2+</SUP> and Al<SUP>3+</SUP> was developed by modified chemical vapor deposition and solution doping techniques. The non-resonant third-order optical nonlinearity was measured to be 6.9105x10<SUP>-20</SUP>m<SUP>2</SUP>/W by using the continuous-wave self-phase modulation method. The enhanced non-resonant nonlinearity was ascribed to the increasing number of non-bridging oxygens due to the incorporation of the glass modifiers Pb<SUP>2+</SUP> and Al<SUP>3+</SUP>, the large molar refraction from heavy metal ions Pb<SUP>2+</SUP>, and the enhanced hyper-polarization from PbO doped into the core of the made fiber.

        Atorvastatin Pretreatment Ameliorates Mesenchymal Stem Cell Migration through miR-146a/CXCR4 Signaling

        BACKGROUND: We previously found that atorvastatin (ATV) enhanced mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) migration, by a yet unknown mechanism. CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) is critical to cell migration and regulated by microRNA-146a (miR-146a). Therefore, this study aimed to assess whether ATV ameliorates MSCs migration through miR-146a/CXCR4 signaling. METHODS: Expression of CXCR4 was evaluated by flow cytometry. Expression of miR-146a was examined by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction. A transwell system was used to assess the migration ability of MSCs. Recruitment of systematically delivered MSCs to the infarcted heart was evaluated in Sprague–Dawley rats with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Mimics of miR-146a were used in vitro, and miR-146a overexpression lentivirus was used in vivo, to assess the role of miR-146a in the migration ability of MSCs. RESULTS: The results showed that ATV pretreatment in vitro upregulated CXCR4 and induced MSCs migration. In addition, flow cytometry demonstrated that miR-146a mimics suppressed CXCR4, and ATV pretreatment no longer ameliorated MSCs migration because of decreased CXCR4. In the AMI model, miR-146a-overexpressing MSCs increased infarct size and fibrosis. CONCLUSION: The miR-146a/CXCR4 signaling pathway contributes to MSCs migration and homing induced by ATV pretreatment. miR-146a may be a novel therapeutic target for stimulating MSCs migration to the ischemic tissue for improved repair.

        Dexmedetomidine targets miR-146a and participates in the progress of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in vivo and in vitro

        Background Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic lung disease and the third leading cause of death in the world. Dexmedetomidine has been reported to efectively inhibit histamine-induced bronchoconstriction. However, the molecular mechanism of dexmedetomidine in COPD has not been found. Objective To explore the role and mechanism of dexmedetomidine in COPD, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of COPD. Methods The expression of miR-146a was regulated by mimics or inhibitor and the relative expression of apoptotic proteins p53, Bax and Bcl-2 in human bronchial epithelial 16HBE cells was determined by real-time PCR and Western blot. Dexmedetomidine was treated for 16HBE cells and alveolar epithelial type II cells (AEC2), the cell apoptosis was detected by TUNEL and Hoechst33342 staining. A COPD rat model was established by smoking to test the efects of dexmedetomidine on the progression of COPD. The levels of IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α in serum were measured by ELISA and the protein concentration of bronchoalveolar lavage fuid (BALF) was also detected in dexmedetomidine treated COPD rat model. Results miR-146a promoted 16HBE cell apoptosis and reduced cell proliferation. Additionally, dexmedetomidine was showed to reduce the 16HBEL cell apoptosis through reducing the expression of miR-146a. Moreover, dexmedetomidine regulated cell apoptosis and cell apoptosis through miR-146a in AEC2 cells. More importantly, dexmedetomidine attenuated the morphology and pathology of COPD rat model. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine reduced 16HBE cells and AEC2 cell apoptosis and attenuated COPD by down-regulating miR-146a.

      • Cloning and Expression Analysis of a Novel Mouse Zinc Finger Protein Gene Znf313 Abundantly Expressed in Testis

        We have cloned a novel mouse zinc finger protein gene Znf313 by rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) according to the homologue of human ZNF313 gene. The cDNA is 2,163 base pairs (bp) in length and encodes a 229 amino acids (aa) protein with a $C_3HC_4$ ring finger domain and three $C_2H_2$ domains. 89% and 93% nucleotide (nt) and aa sequence identity is observed with its human homologue. Revealed by Northern blot and RT-PCR, full mRNA consists of 2.16 kb and widely expresses in tissues as a single transcript, most abundantly in heart, liver, kidney and testis. The expression of Znf313 in testis is detected in all development stages. Western blot analysis also reveals that Znf313 is expressed in the tissues. Immunohistochemical staining and subcellular localization demonstrate that Znf313 is expressed both in the cytoplasm and nucleus whereas predominantly localized in the nucleus. Present data suggests that Znf313 gene might play a fundamental role in gene transcription and regulation in organism and relates to spermatogenesis.

        A Study on The Antecedent Factors of Consumer Store Loyalty and The Mediating Effect of Consumer Satisfaction: Focusing on The Chinese Service Industry

        This study investigates the preceding factors of store loyalty and consumer’s complaint behavior in the Chinese hair service industry. In particular, based on the existing customer satisfaction research theory, this research tries to find out the preceding factors of store loyalty and customer complaint in the Chinese service industry and analyze the mediating effect of customer satisfaction. In particular, the perceived intangible value, perceived service quality, price fairness, and store environment are proposed as antecedent factors to investigate their impact on consumers' store loyalty and customer complaint. Next, the mediating effect of customer satisfaction is verified. It reveals that perceived intangible value, perceived service quality, and store environmental factors directly affect customers' store loyalty and consumer’s complaint behavior. However, in the case of price fairness, it is found that it affects consumers' store loyalty and consumer’s complaint behavior only through consumer satisfaction rather than direct influence. In addition, it is found that the perceived intangible value, perceived service quality, and store environment had a significant effect on customer store loyalty and customer complaint through store loyalty. Through this, it can be seen that improving the four factors proposed in this study by grasping customer perceptions in the Chinese service industry will increase customer satisfaction and decrease customer complaint behavior. However, in the case of price fairness, store loyalty increases only through customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it provides important guidelines for hair shops by suggesting important factors that can increase consumer loyalty to hair service managers in China.

        Digital Economy Corporate Innovation and Corporate Finance Capabilities

        The digital economy is a new driving force for China's high-quality economic development. Fully releasing the digital economy dividend to promote the innovation and development of the real economy is an important channel to realize the high-quality development of China's economy. This paper empirically analyzes the impact of digital economy development on enterprise equity financing and equity financing and its intrinsic mechanism of action based on the use of principal component analysis to construct an indicator system for the level of digital economy development at the provincial level in China, using sample data of A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2021. The research results show that: firstly, digital economy development can significantly enhance the equity financing and debt financing ability of enterprises, and the promotion effect on debt financing is more significant. Secondly, in terms of the influence mechanism, digital economy development can enhance corporate financing by improving the level of corporate innovation, which in turn affects the comprehensive strength and internal resources of enterprises. In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy, the combination of the digital economy and the real economy should be actively promoted, the innovation dividend of the digital economy should be fully released, and the role of the digital economy in promoting the level of corporate financing should be brought into play to promote high-quality economic development.

      • Cross-Domain Authorization Management Model for Multi-Levels Hybrid Cloud Computing

        Aimed at the security problems of the cross-cloud, cross-level and cross-domain in multi-level hybrid cloud computing, the singleness of the role establishment method, the implicit promotion of privilege and the separation of duties conflict in the traditional cross-domain authorization management models, a new cross-domain authorization management model for multi-levels hybrid cloud computing is proposed based on a novel two-tier role architecture. The two-tier role architecture which is setted in the area of arrangement can better meet the practical needs of role establishment and management. Based on that, the proposed unidirectional role mapping for cross-domain authorization can avoid the role mapping rings. Besides, by introducing attribute and condition, dynamic adjustment of privileges is realized. The model is described formally in dynamic description logic, including concepts, relations and management operations. Finally, the security of the model is analyzed and an example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness and practicality.
