플라즈마 질탄화처리된 SCM435강의 미세조직에 미치는 가스 조성의 영향

Plasma nitrocarburizing treatment was performed for SCM 435 steel by using a plasma ion nitriding system. The effects of the variation of nitrogen and methan contents upon the hardened layer was investigated. Both the thickness of the compound layer and the amount of $\varepsilon$ phase in the compound layer increased with increasing nitrogen content. However, the thickness of the compound layer decreased due to unstable plasma for an atmosphere containing 90% $N_2$ gas content in the gas mixture. The amount of $\varepsilon$phase in the compound layer increased with increasing $CH_4$ gas content. For $CH_4$ gas content more than 2% in the gas mixture, the thickness of the compound layer decreased due to the formation of $\theta$ phase.

단섬유강화 복합재료에서 사출측/금형측 노즐 크기 변화에 따른 섬유손상 및 기계적 성질

The mechanical properties of short carbon/glass fiber reinforced polypropylene are experimentally measured as functions of fiber content and nozzle diameter. Also, these properties are compared with the survival rate of reinforced fibers and fiber volume fraction using image analysis after pyrolytic decomposition. The survival rate of fiber aspect ratio as well as fiber volume fraction is influenced by injection processing condition, the used materials and mold conditions such as diameter of nozzle, etc. In this study, the survival rate of fiber aspect ratio is investigated by nozzle size variations in injection/mold sides. It is found that the survival rate of glass fiber is higher that the survival rate of glass fiber is higher than that of carbon fiber. Both tensile modulus and strength of short-fiber reinforced polypropylene are improved s the fiber volume fraction and nozzle diameter are increased.

링레이저 자이로 기반 2축 회전형 관성항법장치 오차해석에 대한 연구

관성항법장치 순수항법 성능을 개선하는 방법으로 관성센서 오차가 상호 상쇄되도록 관성센서뭉치를 회전시켜 항법 성능을 개선하는 방법이 있으며 이러한 원리로 동작하는 항법장치를 회전형 관성항법장치라 한다. 관성센서 오차에 의한 회전형 관성항법장치의 정확한 항법 성능 분석을 위해서는 이에 대한 이론적 오차해석이 요구되나 기존의 많은 연구에서는 지구회전 각속도 및 중력 가속도에 의한 영향을 무시하고 오차해석을 수행하여 회전형 관성항법장치의 정확한 항법 성능 분석이 수행되지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 링레이저 자이로 기반 회전형 관성항법장치의 정확한 항법 성능 분석을 위하여 지구회전 각속도 및 중력 가속도 항을 포함한 이론적인 오차해석을 수행하고 이를 기반으로 회전형 관성항법장치의 항법 성능 분석 결과를 제시하였다. There is a method to enhance the pure navigation performance of INS(Inertial Navigation System) through the rotation of inertial measurement unit to compensate error sources of inertial sensors each other and that INS using this principle of operation is called rotational INS. In this paper, the exact error analysis of rotational INS based on ring laser gyro considering the coupling effect with gravity and earth rate is performed to evaluate the navigation performance by inertial sensor error sources. And error analysis and performance evaluation result confirmed by modelling and simulation is also proposed in this paper.

알루미나 분말의 선택적 레이저 소결의 가능성을 보여주는 유용한 무기접착제

저용융점을 가진 새로운 무기접착제인 단사정 HBO2가 알루미나 분말의 선택적 레이저 소결을 하기 위한 접착제로서 개발되었다. 12$0^{\circ}C$로 유지된 진공오븐 안에서 Boron Oxide 분말을 탄수시키면 단사정 HBO2가 만들어진다. 이것을 이용하여 만들어진 green body는 현재까지 알루미나 분말의 선택적 레이저 소결을 위하여 개발된 다른 무기 접착제들인 알루미늄(AI)과 Ammonium Phosphate(NH4H2PO4)을 이용하여 제조된 것에 비교하여 훨씬 높은 굽힘 강도를 가지고 있고 또 정밀도가 우수하였다. Green body를 열처리하여서 얻은 세라믹 시편도 똑같은 결과를 보여주었다. 이 이유는 단사정 HBO2가 낮은 점도를 보여주고 알루미나 분말에 대하여 좋은 젖음성을 가지고 있기 때문에 가능한 것으로 사료되어진다. 접착제로서 Boron Oxide의 양, 레이저 에너지밀도 등이 SLS에 의하여 제조되어진 복합재료의 굽힘강도에 미치는 영향이 조사되었다.

저용융점을 가진 새로운 무기 접착제인 단사정 HBO2가 알루미나 분말의 선택적 레이저 소결을 하기 위한 접착제로서 개발되었다. 이것을 이용하여 만들어진 green body는 현재까지 알루미나 분말의 선택적 레이저 소결을 위하여 개발된 다른 무기 접착제들인 알루미늄(Ai)과 Ammonium Phosphate(NH4H2PO4)을 이용하여 제조된 것에 비교하여 훨씬 높은 굽힘 강도를 가지고 있고 또 정밀도가 우수하였다. Green Body는 후속의 열처리를 받음으로써 저밀도 단상 세라믹 AI18B4O33과 다상 세라믹 복합재료 AI2O3-AI4B2O9으로 된다. AI18B4O33과 AI4B2O9의 결정립의 모양은 휘스커 구조와 유사하였다. 재료인자와 가공변수가 이 세라믹의 기계적 및 물리적 성질에 미치는 영향이 조사되었다.

알루미나와 글래스 분말의 선택적 레이저 소결에 의한 글래스-세라믹 복합재료의 제조

단사정 HBO2 분막을 무기접착제로 이용하여 선택적 레이저 소결 기술을 적용시켜 알루미나-글래스 복합재료를 제조하였다. 만들어진 green SLS 시험편을 여러 온도에서 열처리하여 글래스-세라믹 복합재료를 얻었다. 글래스의 양이 많을수록 복합재료는 높은 밀도와 높은 굽힘강도를 보여주었다. 열처리 온도 $900^{\circ}C$에서 복합재료는 최대 밀도와 최대 강도를 나타낸다. 이것은 글래스의 낮은 점도로 인한 좋은 유동성 때문에 글래스의 재분배가 이루어졌기에 가능하다고 생각되어진다. 그리고 기공이 많은 열처리한 SLS 시험편에 콜로이드 실리카를 주입시켜 치밀화시켰다.

아랍어의 한정범주에 관한 연구

  This paper aims to study the category of definitiveness in Arabic considered a difficult grammatical issue for Korean students. The difficulty arises from the fact that Koreans do not use clear morphemes to indicate the definite or indefinite in their language.<BR>  This paper reviews the role of ‘nunation’ in the indefinite category and focuses on the ‘indeterminate particle’ which transforms words in definite state into ones in indefinite state.<BR>  It is very hard for many foreign learners of Arabic to accept these particles’ role because they already learned that those are like exception particles. So they use them as a compound form or adverb in the western sense.<BR>  ‘Nunation’ has its own important role in distinguishing common nouns from proper nouns. It shows the indefinite state in common nouns but the definite state in proper nouns by the same form.<BR>  Especially, we can find that the expression with a vocative particle ‘ya’ is used without nunation in “ya rajulu”, which is a form of the indefinite at the morphological level, but at the semantic level it is clear and definite who the speaker refers to.<BR>  A proper noun is no longer what it is when it is used to indicate, by way of analogy, identities other than the one that it was originally assigned to. In this case, it should be treated as a common noun.<BR>  Finally, I have introduced in this paper two new grammatical terms, which are ‘dual noun’ in place of ‘pair noun’ in the number category and the ‘indeterminate particle’.

마그립 지역 기층문화의 성과 속

This study seeks to investigate the sacredness and secularity features in the nomadic culture in Morroco and Tunisia which belong to the Maghreb area. This study is the second year result of the three-year project supported by the Korea Research Foundation under the title of "A Study on the Arab`s Way of Thinking through the Underlying Cultural Data Written in Arabic: Collapse of the Boundary between Sacredness and Secularity". So this study deals with the underlying cultural data written in Arabic, not by the fieldwork or survey in Maghreb. This study includes Maghreb nomadic characteristics and consciousness in the taboo and ritual but secular activities. It includes also Maghreb`s senses of taboos, sexual discrimination, and some features of animism in their everyday life such as `bid□ah` in Arabic, sacrificial offering, envious eye(□ayn al-hasud, □ayn al-hasid, □ayn sharirah), five fingers(kamsah, kamisah), some ways of driving away devils(□ifrit) by incantation and amulet, saint worship, etc. As a result, the study was able to introduce the Maghreb`s dewellers`s way of thinking mixed with Islam and folk, because the belief in the supernatural power could not be excluded from primitive human beings not even in Maghreb, but in Korea also. Maghreb cultural background is different from the Mashriq (Eastern parts of Arabic countries) because of its ethnic formation and coexistence of multi-cultures.
