Dynamic characterization of a CNT reinforced hybrid uniform and non-uniform composite plates

Jakkamputi Lakshmipathi,Rajamohan Vasudevan 국제구조공학회 2019 Steel and Composite Structures, An International J Vol.30 No.1

In the present study, the various dynamic properties of MWCNT embedded fiber reinforced polymer uniform and tapered composite (MWCNT-FRP) plates are investigated. Various configurations of a tapered composite plate with ply-drop off and uniform composite plate have been considered for the development of the finite element formulation and experimental investigations. First order shear deformation theory (FSDT) has been used to derive the kinetic and potential energy equations of the hybrid composite plates by including the effect of rotary inertia, shear deformation and non-uniformity in thickness of the plate. The governing equations of motion of FRP composite plates without and with MWCNT reinforcement are derived by considering a nine- node rectangular element with five degrees of freedom (DOF) at each node. The effectiveness of the developed finite element formulation has been demonstrated by comparing the natural frequencies and damping ratio of FRP composite plates without and with MWCNT reinforcement obtained experimentally. Various parametric studies are also performed to study the effect of CNT volume fraction and CNT aspect ratio of the composite plate on the natural frequencies of different configurations of CNT reinforced hybrid composite plates. Further the forced vibration analysis is performed to compare the dynamic response of the various configurations of MWCNT-GFRP composite plate with GFRP composite plate under harmonic excitations. It was observed that the fundamental natural frequency and damping ratio of the GFRP composite plate increase approximately 8% and 37% respectively with 0.5wt% reinforcement of MWCNT under CFCF boundary condition. The natural frequencies of MWCNT-GFRP hybrid composite plates tend to decrease with the increase of MWCNT volume fraction beyond 2% due to agglomeration of CNT‘s. It is also observed that the aspect ratio of the CNT has negligible effect on the improvement of dynamics properties due to randomly orientation of CNT‘s.

      • Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption for Access Control of Data in Cloud

Vijaya Lakshmi Paruchuri,N Lakshmipathi Anantha,Vara Lakshmi Konagala,Debnath Bhattacharyya 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Software Engineering and Vol.10 No.8

In Distributed systems, the users with a certain set of attributes can only be able to access the data. At present this process can be done through a trusted server where we will store the data and there will be certain constraints on the access of the data. In this case there will be a possibility to compromise the data and so the confidentiality of the data is lost. An Attribute-Based Encryption (ABE) is an encryption scheme, where users with some attributes can decrypt ciphertexts associated with these attributes. Now this is our turn to develop a system with a more complex policy of access of the encrypted data and which can be called as Ciphertext Policy Attribute-based Encryption (CP-ABE). By using this method the information can't be traded off even through the trusted server where the information is put away. These methods are also secure against the collusion attack. In this method attributes are generally assigned in the form of access trees. The attributes are placed at the leaf nodes of this access tree. In older Attribute-based encryption strategies encrypted data is described by the attributes and policies are given to the user’s keys, while in our system users credentials are described by the attributes and there will be a policy where it tells us about who should access or decrypt the data. So, this type of access method is very much closer to the Role-based attribute-based encryption.

Section three deals with the attributes involved that states the causes for such a problem and uses CDBFCM to analyze the problem. Section four gives the conclusion and suggestions based on the study.

      • Jackknife Estimation of Incomplete Data for Data Marts for Customer Relationship Management

        Venkata Naresh Mandhala,Lakshmipathi Anantha,Vijay Krishna Dhulipalla,Hye-Jin Kim 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.9 No.9

The commitment of measurements to information mining can be followed back to the work by Bayes in 1763. The business organizations gather information and offer it to the Data Marts. The individuals who run little and medium association needs to set up information warehousing to touch base, best case scenario arrangement. Such datasets contain part of missing qualities, at some point the missing qualities range from 10% to 33%. A portion of the information might be fundamental; to recall such information is a troublesome undertaking and this kind of datasets won't yield better arrangement, to take care of this issue the Expectation Maximization (EM) calculation gauges missing qualities. Utilizing EM Algorithm the outcomes are supplanted in the missing positions of the specific information which serves to exact conclusion. In this paper, point estimators were connected, among which EM calculation gives best gauge. It is watched that the more straightforward models by and large yield the best results.

Characterization of Microsatellite Markers, Their Transferability to Orphan Legumes and Use in Determination of Genetic Diversity among Chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) Cultivars

Pavankumar Jingade,Laxman Vilas Bhosale,Jayale Ashwin Sanjayrao,Raghu Rajanna,Mukesh Jain,Ramapura Lakshmipathi Ravikumar 한국작물학회 2014 Journal of crop science and biotechnology Vol.17 No.3

The microsatellite or simple sequence repeat (SSR) marker is the most preferred marker because of its many desirable properties. It is important to increase the genic and genomic resources particularly in legumes because the SSR markers currently available inchickpea, pigeonpea, horsegram, blackgram, and cowpea are very limited. In the present study, 201 pairs of SSR markers comprisingof 172 genic and 29 genomic SSRs were screened against 11 chickpea genotypes, among which 153 produced monomorphic and 48produced polymorphic bands. The polymorphic information content ranged from 0.152 to 0.373 for both genic and genomic SSRs. Among the polymorphic markers, two-three alleles were detected for genic and two-four alleles for genomic SSRs. A unique bandingpattern could be found for all the genotypes within 48 polymorphic SSR markers and cultivar specific markers could be identified forseed purity test. We have also studied the ability of chickpea genic and genomic SSRs to amplify distantly related but importantlegumes viz., horsegram, blackgram, cowpea, pigeonpea, and soybean. Out of 201 chickpea SSR primer pairs, 66.7% in blackgram,62.2% in horsegram, 61.7% in redgram, 54.7% in cowpea, and 62.7% in soybean produced amplification. The transferability ofabout 60.0% of the chickpea SSRs to distantly related legumes could be considered successful. In the present study, 134, 133, 126,124, and 110 new SSR primers for blackgram, horsegram, soybean, redgram, and cowpea pulse crops, respectively, were identified. Itis an important addition to the already available genomic resources in these crops. In addition, among genic primer pairs, 12 in horsegram, three in soybean, 13 in redgram, and eight in cowpea, and among genomic primer pairs, two in horsegram and four in redgramwere polymorphic even in the two-three genotypes tested indicating their potentially for application in genetic studies and mapping
