졸업대학 관련 만족도와 전공-직무일치가 현 직장 만족도에 미치는 영향: 관광관련학과 졸업생을 대상으로

본 연구는 2017년 8월, 2018년 2월에 졸업하여 2019년 9월 현재 상용근로자로서 일하고 있는 관광관련학과 졸업생을 대상으로 졸업대학 관련 만족도와 전공-직무일치가 현 직장만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 2019년 9월 한국고용정보원에서 3개월에 걸쳐 실시한 대졸자직업이동경로조사(2018GOMS)를 통하여 18,163개의 표본수를 얻었고 본 연구는 관광관련학과 졸업생 중 상용근로자로서 일하고 있는 졸업생 173명의 자료를 이용하여 구조방정식모델분석을 실시하였다. 가설검정 결과 첫째, 졸업대학 관련 만족도는 현 직장만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전공-직무일치는 현 직장만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 선행연구에서 졸업대학 관련 만족도는 전공-직무일치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 2018GOMS 자료를 이용하여 구조방정식모델분석을 해본 결과 유의미하지 못한 결과가 나왔다. 이는 청년실업난으로 인하여 많은 졸업생들이 전공을 불문하고 일단 취업을 하기 때문이다. 넷째, 성별 그리고 학교의 종류에 따른 변수를 달리하여 연구를 하였지만 모두 동일한 결과가 나왔다. 호텔종사자 대상의 연구에서 남성과 여성 간에 직무-교육 불일치는 유의한 차이가 없다는 선행연구 결과(이은수, 2017)와 일치하였다. 연구결과 졸업대학 관련 만족도와 전공-직무일치는 현 직장만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치기 때문에 졸업대학 관련 만족도를 높이기 위하여 수업의 방식과 질을 높이기 위한 방법을 강화한다면, 이직의도에 영향을 많이 미치는 현 직장만족도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The object of this study was to examine the Relationship among the satisfaction with graduated school(SS, School Satisfaction), majob-job matching(MJM) and job Satisfaction(JS) on tourism related major graduates from Aug. 2017 to Feb. 2018 who works as a regular employee. Korea employment information Service performed investigation to about 18,000 graduates from Aug. 2017 to Feb. 2018 and got the data of 2018GOMS(Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey). For this study, 173 samples were used to SEM analysis. At previous studies among SS, MJM and JS, MJM used as mediation effect for SS and JS. but from this data of 2018GOMS, MJM was not acted as mediation variable because of the difficulty of getting job. The first hypothesis, SS effected to JS as positive effect. The second hypothesis, MJM effected to JS as positive effects, too. Sex and the type of School were acted as moderating variable and both hypothesis had meaningful result as positive effect. This means there is no difference to MJM for the job of hotel related for sex(Lee, 2017). From the result of this study, we should increase SS, SS effects to JS and JS effects to Turnover. For that teaching method and quality should be revised because the mean of that variable was very low to graduates. then Turnover will be reduced.
작가의 산책이 지니는 의미 - 로베르트 발저의 『산책』과 페터 한트케의 『어느 작가의 오후』를 중심으로

로베르트 발저 Robert Walser의 『산책 Der Spaziergang』(1917)과 페터 한트케 Peter Handke의 『어느 작가의 오후 Nachmittag eines Schriftstellers』(1987)에서 나타나는 작가라는 직업을 가진 두 주인공들의 산책의 의미를 분석하고자 하였다. 비슷한 상황에 놓인 것처럼 보이는 두 작가들에게 있어서 산책은 다소 다른 의미를 가진다. 발저의 산책자는 창조적 활동의 과도한 압박감과 불안함에 휩싸여 서재로부터 도망치듯 거리로 나오지만, 그는 집필에 관한 생각을 이어나가며 산책이 집필, 그 자체라고 강조한다. 그리고 산책을 통한 육체적 움직임이 다시금 그의 정신을 움직이게 하고 그를 살아있게 만든다. 한트케의 산책자는 집필을 마친 후 떠난 산책에서 지나가는 행인들의 시선에 의해 망상에 빠지며 편집증의 조짐을 보인다. 그는 작가라는 직업을 가진 자신의 존재를 끊임없이 의심한다. 극도의 불안감에 휩싸인 그는 자신의 정신적 상태를 지속적으로 목도하게 된다. 본고는 현 시대에서도 여전히 일상적으로 행해지고 있는 여유롭고 한가로운 산책이 문학 속에서 작가의 창조적 활동과 동일시됨을 확인하였다. 또한, 자아발견에 중점을 둔 그 동안의 산책 모티브에 관한 연구로부터 차별화를 두어 정신적 건강을 위한 하나의 치료 수단으로의 산책의 의미를 살펴보고자 하였다. Es wird die Bedeutung des Spaziergangs für die Schrifsteller anaylisiert, die in Der Spaziergang(1917) von Robert Walser und Nachmittag eines Schriftstellers(1987) von Peter Handke auftreten. Obwohl beide Schriftsteller in einer ähnlichen Situation sind, erfüllt der Spaziergang für Sie leicht unterschiedliche Funktionen. Walsers Spaziergänger tritt auf die Straße hinaus als würde er vom Schreibtisch fliehen wollen, angesichts des hohen Drucks und der Angst vor der kreativen Tätigkeit. Jedoch betont er, dass der Spaziergang der Schreibprozess selbst sei. Und die körperliche Bewegung durch den Spaziergang ermögliche es ihm seinen Geist zu bewegen und schließlich zu leben. Handkes Spaziergänger, der anders als bei Walser erst nach seiner Schreibarbeit hinausgeht, gerät durch die Blicke anderer Passanten in Wahnvorstellungen und zeigt monomanische Anzeichen. Ihn belasten ständige Zweifel an seiner Existenz als Schriftsteller. Dadurch wird er selbst detailliert mit seinem psychischen Zustand konfrontiert, der von starker Angst geprägt ist. Dieser Aufsatz zeigt, dass der entspannte Spaziergang, der auch in der heutigen Zeit noch immer praktiziert wird, in der Literatur für den Schriftsteller gleichbedeutend mit seiner kreativen Tätigkeit ist. Darüber hinaus wird in Abgrenzung von Studien über Spaziergangsmotive, die sich auf die Selbstfindung konzentrieren, die Bedeutung des Spaziergangs als ‘ein therapeutisches Mittel’ für die psychische Gesundheit untersucht.

고종은 대원군을 하야시키고 정부관료들을 새로 임용하면서 친정체제를 수립하였다. 하지만 통치권의 안정성을 확보한 것은 아니었다. 대원군의 복귀를 바라는 활동들이 계속해서 이어졌으면, 고종은 이를 제어한 필요성을 느끼게 되였다. 그 와중에 발생한 ‘박우현 사건’과 ‘신철균 사건’은 고종과 대원군 양측 모두에게 분기점이 되였다. 고종은 ‘박우현 사건’을 계기로 상소운동에 대한 처벌을 강화하고자 하였다. 하지만 고종의 의도는 실현될 수 없었다. 고종의 친정체제는 고종의 의도대로만 운영되는 것은 아니었다. 정부관료들과의 협의는 불가피한 것이었다. 이유원, 이최응, 박규수 등의 정부관료들은 대원군의 하야라는 점에서는 이해관계를 같이하였다. 그러나 대원군세력의 처리방안에 관해서는 판단이 달랐으며, 고종과의 대립도 피하지 않았다. ‘공동의 적’인 대원군을 지지한 최화식 등 4명의 유생 처형을 둘러싼 대립은 이를 가장 잘 보여준 사건이었다. 이 사건은 고종이 친대원군 성격을 지닌 상소의 처벌강화를 천명하자마자 일어난 사건이었다. 공동의 목표인 ‘반대원군’에 있어서도 정부관료들과 고종의 처리방식이 달랐던 것이다. 이는 고종의 ‘반대원군연합’에 기반한 친정체제가 내부적으로 한계를 가지고 있었음을 보여주었다. 대원군 측에서도 효의 논리에 기반한 상소를 통한 ‘여론전’에서 고종의 ‘친위세력’을 물리적으로 직접 공격하는 것으로 방향을 전환하였으며, 이어서 변란을 통한 위협을 가하기 시작하였다. ‘신철균 사건’은 대원군 세력이 언제든지 무력수단을 이용하여 정권을 위협할 수 있다는 것을 보여주었다. 고종은 일본과의 조일수호조규 체결을 시작으로 미국, 영국 등의 서양 열강과의 조약을 체결하면서 개혁정책을 수행하고자 하였다. 그러나 이는 대원군 세력이 개항에 대한 비판여론을 이용하여 신사척사운동과 임오군란에 참여함으로써 친정체제를 위협하는 결과를 불러오게 되었다. 하지만 아이러니하게도 고종이 의도했던 대원군 계열의 견제 혹은 숙청의 배경이 마련되는 계기는 임오군란이 발생한 이후 대원군이 다시 권력을 장악했을 때 주어지게 되었다. Kojong expelled Daewongun from office, he recruited new talent in an attempt to create a government that was friendly to the throne. However, Kojong was not able to immediately secure his rule. Kojong then had to address elements in society that sought to return Daewongun to power. It was against this backdrop that two incidents involving Pak Wuhyŏn and Sin Ch’ŏlgyun occurred that had important implications for both Kojong and Daewongun. Kojong could not severely punish those who challenged his power because his government did not blindly follow his wishes. Therefore, he had to negotiate with his government. Although people loyal to him, including Yuwon Yi, Ch’oe’ung Yi, and Kyusu Pak, agreed that Daewongun had to step down, they disagreed with him on how to treat the pro-Daewongun faction and confronted him about it. Kojong and his supporters disagreed about how to punish, including Ch’oe Hwasik, who supported Daewongun. When Kojong suggested harshly punishing those convicted of siding with Daewongun, some of Kojong’s closest advisors voiced their opposition. These were the same people who had supported him in ousting Daewongun. This conflict demonstrated a certain level of insecurity in Kojong’s leadership because it depended on a coalition of people who wereopposed to Daewongun’s rule. Meanwhile, Daewongun’s supporters went from expressing their discontent verbally, stressing the importance of filial piety and engaging in propagandistic activities, to resorting to physical violence against the pro-Kojong royalists. As exemplified by Ch’ŏlgyun Sin’s rebellion, Daewongun supporters even engaged in outright revolts to threaten the royalists and demonstrate their ability to threaten the throne. During this time, Kojong was attempting to implement reforms and entered into treaties with Japan, the US, the UK, and other Western powers. In all of these efforts, he encountered strong opposition from Daewongun supporters who did not want to open the country to outsiders. As a result, Kojong faced bad publicity and a direct challenge to his rule as exemplified by the ch’ŏksa purification movement and the Imo Rebellion. Ironically, it was only after Daewongun was restored to power following the Imo Rebellion that the necessary foundations were laid to deter and eliminate support for Daewongun.

A methodology for determining the design allowables of composite laminates by using lamina level test data and finite element analysis (FEA) is proposed and verified in this paper. An existing method that yields the laminate design allowables by using the complete test results for laminates was improved to reduce the expensive and time-consuming tests. Input property samples for FEA were generated after considering the statistical distribution characteristics of lamina level test data. , and design allowables were derived from several FEA analyses of laminates. To apply and verify the proposed method, Hexcel 8552 IM7 test data were used. For both un-notched and open-hole laminate configurations, it was found that the design allowables obtained from the analysis correctly predicted the laminate test data within the confidence interval. The potential of the present simulation to substitute the laminate tests was demonstrated well.

Natural uranium-contaminated soil in Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) was generated by decommissioning of the natural uranium conversion facility in 2010. Some of the contaminated soil was expected to be clearance level, however the disposal cost burden is increasing because it is not classified in advance. In this study, pre-classification method is presented according to the ratio of naturally occurring radioactive material (NORM) and contaminated uranium in the soil. To verify the validity of the method, the verification of the uranium radioactivity concentration estimation method through γ-ray analysis results corrected by self-absorption using MCNP6.2, and the validity of the pre-classification method according to the net peak area ratio were evaluated. Estimating concentration for 238U and 235U with γ-ray analysis using HPGe (GC3018) and MCNP6.2 was verified by ?-spectrometry. The analysis results of different methods were within the deviation range. Clearance screening factors (CSFs) were derived through MCNP6.2, and net peak area ratio were calculated at 295.21 keV, 351.92 keV(214Pb), 609.31 keV, 1120.28 keV, 1764.49 keV(214Bi) of to the 92.59 keV. CSFs for contaminated soil and natural soil were compared with U/Pb ratio. CSFs and radioactivity concentrations were measured, and the deviation from the 60 minute measurement results was compared in natural soil. Pre-classification is possible using by CSFs measured for more than 5 minutes to the average concentration of 214Pb or 214Bi in contaminated soil. In this study, the pre-classification method of clearance determination in contaminated soil was evaluated, and it was relatively accurate in a shorter measurement time than the method using the concentrations. This method is expected to be used as a simple pre-classification method through additional research.

The TF (Toroidal Field) magnet system of the KSTAR (Korea Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Research) is under fabrication and assembly work. After the vacuum vessel (VV) is accurately installed on the tokamak pit, each of the 16 TF magnets is individually inserted into the torus of the VV through a 22.5 gap, toroidally rotated by the main assembly tool system, and set in its regular position. At the end of August 2005, 6 TF magnets of the 16 have been successfully assembled within an assembly tolerance ±1.00 mm. The conical bolts and shear keys in the intercoil structure of the TF magnet are assembled with conical spacers and half cylindrical spacers to assemble easily and to provide convenient adjustment for good alignment. As there are accumulated shifts of the TF magnet to the toroidal direction in the progress of assembly, the thickness of the insulation attached on the cover side of the TF magnet is regulated to adjust its shifts. After every TF magnet is assembled and pre-loaded, the magnetic axis of the KSTAR tokamak, the so called ‘Tokamak Datum’, will be accurately defined.;
A Simple Registration Algorithm for Different Time Domains of Functional Data

In Functional Data Analysis, functional data contains two types of variabilities: amplitude or vertical variability and phase or horizontal variability. Particularly for Functional Data Analysis, phase variation is a crucial noise and this is due to the lack of registration between peaks or valleys. Many registration or alignment algorithms have been proposed to reduce the phase variation between curves. However, these methods are restricted to the same fixed time intervals, that is, the functional observations are defined on the same fixed time domains. However, owing to the lack of synchronization, several functional data can be observed at different time intervals. In this study, we proposed a functional linear registration algorithm using a simple linear equation to align the functional data, which can also handle the different time intervals of functions. We demonstrated the framework using simulated data and real data to assess the algorithm’s effectiveness.
Improvement of Gamma-ray Analysis Procedures for Reducing Human Error and Workload Using Automation

Radioactive waste can be classified according to the concentration level for radionuclides, and the disposal method is different through the level. Gamma analysis is inevitably performed to determine the concentration of radioactive waste, and when a large amount of radioactive waste is generated, such as decommissioning nuclear facilities, it takes a lot of time to analyze samples. The performance of a lot of analysis can cause human errors and workload. In general, gamma analysis is performed using by HPGe detector. Recently, for convenience of analysis, commercial automatic sample changers applicable to the HPGe detectors were developed. The automatic sample changers generate individual analysis reports for each sample. In this study, gamma analysis procedure was improved using the application of the automatic sample changer and the automated data parsing using by Python. The application of automatic sample changers and data parsing technique can solve the problems. The human errors were reduced to 0% compared to the previous method by improving the gamma analysis procedure, and working time were also dramatically reduced. This automation of analysis procedure will contribute to reducing the burden of analysis work and reducing human errors through various improvements.
