선경축소에 따른 슈퍼데크의 구조안전성 평가에 관한 실험적 연구

SuperDeck is as the deck of assembling Kaiser, cubical rebar for slab, with corrugated zinc galvanized sheet iron at manufactory, given the improvement on design, manufacture, and performance for construction work of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab by enabling to cast concrete directly without the form work. Nowadays, in general, simplified 2D analysis and allowable stress design are used as for the method of analyzing and designing of SuperDeck System. Since this method contradicts with 3D analysis, used for the development of SD300 at The Korean Structural Engineers Association, and limit state design, the comparison and examination of these two methods and the maximum span, which allows for construction, are needed. To compare the simplified 2D analysis applied to allowable stress design with 3D analysis applied to limit state design, 8 specimen are manufactured. Main variables include the depth of slab, the length of span, the diameter of bottom bar and lattice bar, and the presence of corrugated zinc galvanized sheet iron. From the comparison result of test and analysis, in case of using under D10 as bottom bar, 3D analysis is more appropriate.

Purpose : We evaluated and analyze the injury of the professional soccer player which would be helpful data for prevention of injury. Materials and Methods : Thirty-four professional soccer players were followed prospectively for one year and obtained injury exposure rate. We divided the injuries according to the position of the players incurred average 10 injuries for one year and the injury exposure rate was 2.9/1000hours, mostly strains and sprains of the lowre extremities. According to the player's position, the injured area and injury mechanism were different, Defence-Fielder and Mid-Fielder were more vulnerable to injury, 43% and 41.8% respectively, and mainly thigh and ankle injury. But Forward injury was less frequent and mainly leg and knee injury. In Goal-Keeper, neck and upper extremity injury was pre-dominant. Acute traumatic injury was 93% and recovery time was average on day, however, chronic overuse injury was less frequent but much longer time was required for recovery. Conclusion : The overuse injury is preventable by improving the environment and training program so that more attention is required.
大學「캠퍼스」屋外空間의 利用行態 調査硏究 : 東國大學校 서울「캠퍼스」를 中心으로 A Special of Dongguk University Campus in Seoul

The outdoor space of university campus is different from the other buildings. It is the place where students stay long time and take various activities. Therefore, it has to be made objectively on an educational level, because its main users are students. However, it is our real state of things that we cannot prepare for outdoor space of university campus rationally and sufficiently. Because the preparation of its environment has been made extemporaneously and we have taken measures suited to the increase in quantity of university students. The objective of this study is to analyze the real state of using the outdoor space of university campus and to draw out problems, and then to take the 1st step for the establishment of landscape plan and design. The object place of this case study is the campus of Dongguk University in Seoul. The writers made the behavior map according to the observation of the actual place. And then they investigated using styles of students and analyzed students' way of thinking by posing some questions. As the result of this study, the object place of this case study has narrow outdoor space. And the degree of confusion at outdoor space is increasing, because various activities of students are done at a same time. Also, it is the real state of things that the outdoor resting place is insufficient quantatively and qualitively and shading trees are insufficient, too. Another important point to recognize is that the readjustment of pedestrian way and space is urgent, because the section between vechicle road and walk way is difficult. Therefore, at a more general level, these problems should be reflected in the establishment of the plan and design which will be in progress, so that the comfortable space of campus can be established.

This paper tries to make a foundation for shaping the image of Traditional Housing. From the concept of territoriality, it pursues the intrinsic order in Concentrating Plans. Through the analyses of various plan combination, we can find out the characteristics as below. In one building type, hose-keeping space as kitchen seems the main territory. As there are some needs, man's space grow with additional elements as wood-floor. In inner-court building type. It seems that there are several aspects of hierarchy, they are old: young and men: women and etc. And its inner-court seems integrating and core element of their everyday-life.
리그닌을 분해하는 Streptomyces lavendulas SA-14에 의한 염료의 탈색

This study was undertaken to investigate the activity of ligninolytic enzymes and the decolorization capability of some dyes with streptomyces lavendulas SA-14 isolated from soil and identified. Most ligninolytic enzymes exhibited the maximal activity when the strain was grown in basal medium for 6 days. Activities of LiP 2 and VAO among these enzymes exhibited 14.25 and 11.23n㏖/㎎ protein respectively. Decolorization rate of amaranth, orange Ⅱ, tropaeolin O and poly R-478 was more than 72% on 10 days incubation while that of crystal violet and malachite green was 6.7% and 6.6% respectively.
Vinblastine Sulfate가 Mouse간장의 인산염 분해효소 활성에 미치는 영향

Vinblastine sulfate isolated from the vinca has been widely used as an anticancer drug. Vinblastine sulfate inhibits the formation of microtubules which are related to cytoskeleton, transport of molecules and cellular polarity. As a result, it inhibits the mitosis and brings to cellular necrosis. The author undertook the present study to investigate the effect of binblastine sulfate on phosphatase activity in the mouse liver. Albino mice, DDY strain, weighing 2gm were used as experimental animals. The experimental animals were sacrificed at 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours after administration of 12 mg/kg of of vinblastine sulfate. The activity of alkaline phosphatase was observed by Gomori's method and the activity of adenosine triphosphatase was observed by the Wachstein-Meisel's method for histochemical study. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The activity of alkaline phosphatase was slightly increased in the central zone and decreased in the intermediate and periportal zone of the hepatic lobule of the 24 and 36 hours vinblastine sulfate treated groups. In 48 hour-vinblastine sulfate treated group, the activity of alkaline phosphatase was recovered to normal. 2. The activity of adenosine triphosphatase was slightly increased in the hepatic lobule of the 12 and 24 hours vinblastine sulfate treated groups but decreased in the 36 and 48 hour vinbalstine sulfate treated groups. Consequently, it is suggested that vinblastine sulfate cause to decrease the activity of alkaline phosphatase and adenosine phosphatase in mouse liver.
