Objectives : This study was carried out to investigate trends of using Shihogayonggolmoryo-tang granule on neuropsychiatry fields. And suggest that using herbal extracts change non-prescription medicine to prescription medicine. Methods : I researched 86 outpatients who treated with Shihogayonggolmoryo-tang granule at oriental medicine hospital. And I analyzed their medical records of chart review study. Results : 1. Average medication time in this research was 14.9 days and the main usage was supplementary to herbal medicine, such cases amounted to 62%. 2. There are 52 patients out of 86 who are much better, such cases amounted to 55%. 3. The improved diagnosis is Syndrome of heart-fire flaring up, Syndrome of upper energizer dryness-heat, headache, and tinnitus. The improved symptom is anxiety, headache, dizziness, tic disorders, and chest discomfort. Conclusions : I expect to using herbal extracts change non-prescription medicine to prescription medicine based on this study.

계열기업집단의 상호주식보유(cross shareholding, interlocking shareholding)는 한국 대기업의 소유 및 지배구조에서 가장 두드러진 특성의 하나로 알려져 있다. 이 논문은 한국 대기업의 외형상 지분분포와 자본구조가 상호주식보유로 인해 심하게 왜곡되어 있으며, 이를 수정하는 방법으로 상호주식보유행렬을 이용한 실질자본과 순지분분포의 개념을 사용할 수 있음을 보여 주고 있다. 30대 재벌그룹에서 이러한 왜곡을 수정한 결과를 보면, 대주주의 실질 지분인 순지분은 외형상 직접지분의 약 1.8배이며, 외형상의 자기자본은 23% 과대평가되어 있고, 따라서 부채-자기자본비율은 외형상의 부채-자기자본비율은 130% 상향된 530% 수준으로 드러나고 있다. 이러한 지분과 자본구조의 왜곡은 소유경영자의 대리인문제를 심화시켜 자본구조와 배당성향의 결정과 같은 기업재무정책에 저다란 영향을 줄 수 있다. 부채비율과 배당성향에 대한 상호주식보유지분의 영향을 실증적으로 검증해 보면, 외형상의 부채비율이 아닌 수정된 자기자본을 사용할 경우에 자본구조의 이론적 해석이 훨씬 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 지배적 대주주와 상호주식보유의 지분이 대리인문제를 심화시킨다는 가설을 확인해 주고 있다.
Fe<sub>a</sub>Si<sub>b</sub>C<sub>c</sub>H<sub>d</sub> 박막의 물리·화학 및 광학적 특성

현재 iron silicide막을 제작하고 있는 방법은 열처리를 수행함으로써 막의 계면 상태가 좋지 않으나 플라즈마를 이용하였을 때는 열처리를 수행하지 않으므로 양질의 막을 얻을 수 있다. 본 실험에서 제작된 막은 Raman 스펙트럼 $250cm^{-1}$에서 나타난 Fe와 Si의 진동모드와 FT-IR에 의해 유기화합물 뿐만 아니라 Fe-Si의 결합이 형성되었음을 확인하였다. 또한 플라즈마의 높은 에너지에 의해 낮은 기판 온도에서 에피택시 성장이 진행되는 동안 iron silicide는 [220]/[202], [115] 등과 같은 격자구조를 갖는 ${\beta}$-상으로 성장하였다. 제조된 막의 band gap은 1.182~1.174 eV의 값을 가지고, 광학적 에너지갭을 3.4~3.7 eV의 값을 나타내었다. 막 내의 유기화합물에 의해 유발되는 Urbach tail과 sub-band-gap 흡수가 관측되었다. 따라서 플라즈마를 이용하여 제작된 막은 단일결정이 성장되어 양질의 박막을 얻을 수 있음을 확인하였다. When the preparation method of iron silicide films possess the annealing process, the interfacial state of the films is not fine. The good quality films were obtained as the plasma was used without annealing processing. Since the injected precursors were various active species in the plasma state, the organic compound was contained in the prepared films. We confirmed the formation of Fe-Si bonds as well as the organic compound by Fe and Si vibration mode in Raman scattering spectrum at $250cm^{-1}$ and Ft-IR. Because of epitaxy growth being progressed by the high energy of plasma at the low temperature of substrate, iron silicide was epitaxially grown to ${\beta}$-phase that had lattice structure such as [220]/[202] and [115]. Band gap of the prepared films had value of 1.182~1.174 eV and optical gap energy was shown value of 3.4~3.7 eV. The Urbach tail and the sub-band-gap absorptions were appeared by organic compound in films. We knew that the prepared films by plasma were obtained a good quality films because of being grown single crystal.
인공호흡기 관련 감염관리 교육이 중환자실 간호사의 감염관리 수행도와 폐렴 발생에 미치는 효과

Purpose: This study was intended to examine the effects of educating the Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia (VAP) control for the nurses working in the intensive care unit (ICU). Methods: The study was conducted using one group pre-post test research design. The education on infection control was provided to 31 nurses working at the medical and surgical ICUs. A comparison was then made in terms of the degree of performing infection control a month before, two weeks after, and three months after the education respectively. The incidences of VAP at the medical and surgical ICUs were compared for 3 months before and after the education. Results: The average performance scores between before and after the education showed statistically significant differences. Compared to three months before, the incidence of VAP after the education was decreased slightly from 5.48 to 1.88 per 1,000 ventilator days. Conclusion: It is necessary to continue the VAP education, specifically on infection prevention and control methods and the consistent evaluation of its effects as well as the development of standardized educational program should be approached extensively in further studies.
플라즈마에 의해 성장된 SiO2 막에서 산소전하밀도가 Flatband Voltage 의 이동에 미치는 영향

The silicon oxide films were grown by Electron Cyclotron Resonance(ECR) diffusion and CVD method at low temperature. The flatband voltage(V_(FB)) was minimum at 200W, and reached a steady value at microwave powers higher than 400W. Also The flatband voltage(V_(FB)) was proportional to interface oxide charge density(Q_(it)+Q_f). For high quality SiO₂ film, consequently, it was desirable to grow SiO₂ films at lower microwave power.
