        두피의 악성 종양의 외과적 치료에 대한 연구

        Primary malignant tumors of the scalp may arise from any elements which comprise epithelial, glandular or somatic tissue. Generally, these malignant timors have unique characteristics different from that of other skin cancers found elsewhere. Because of the hairs, detection is often delayed and because of so many unannoying benign skin lesions in the scalp, patients occasionally do not ask for early medical care. However, if appropriate treatment is deferred, tumors may fatally invade adjacent calvarial bone or underlying brain, and reconstruction method is not simple which requires intact bony vault and hairy skin. Authors have experienced 7 cases of basal cell carcinoma, 12 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 4 cases of malignant melanoma. Except inoperable one case that tumor invades occipital lobe and sagittal sinus, we have performed radical excision and reconstruction which are divided by the following groups according to the depth of invasion. In Group A, radical excision was done on the subgaleal plane and reconstruction is performed with use of local flaps. In Group B, outer table of calvarial bone was removed and scalp was reconstructed with local flaps and skin graft. In Group C, full layer of calvarial bone was removed and cranium was reconstructed with autogenous calvarial bone or rib bone and scalp was reconstructed with local flaps or myocutaneous flap and skin graft. In Group D, neurosurgical excision was added. We have perfomed above surgical treatment in 22 cases with satisfactory results and we will present our cases with brief review of literatures.

      • 이동 로봇의 최적 위치 측정에 관한 연구

        PSD(Position Sensitive Detector) 센서는 입사된 광의 위치를 매우 정밀하게 실시간으로 측정할 수 있는 장점을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 알려진 위치에 있는 외부 광을 이동 로봇에 탑재된 2차원 PSD로 검출하여 주행중에 있는 로봇의 위치를 보정하는 데 사용하였다. 위치 보정 알고리즘을 구하기 위하여 먼저 실제의 이동 로봇의 위치와 바퀴의 회전량 측정으로 부터 계산된 위치의 오차 원인을 분석하고 이를 모델링 하여 계산된 위치 오차의 확율적 진행 과정을 구하였다. 다음으로 외부광의 위치와 PSD 센서의 검출 신호의 관계식을 구하고 확장된 칼만 필터를 이용하여 최적 위치 보정 알고리즘을 유도하였다. 제안된 방법의 특성과 유용성을 확인하기 위하여 이동 로봇 주행에 대한 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 여기서 샘플링 시간과 광원의 위치를 결정하는데 필요한 조건들을 제시하였다. The Position Sensitive Detector(PSD) is a useful sensor that can be used to measure the position of an incident light precisely and in real-time. In this paper, light sources, fixed at predefinded positions, are used as landmarks and the 2-D PSD signals are used to compensate the position estimation of a running mobile robot. To induce the position compensation algorithm, first, we inspect the error factor, make the error model, and evaluate the error covariance matrix between the real position and the estimated position in dead reckoning system. An Iterative Extended Kalman Filter is applied to the light source and dead reckoning data to estimate optimal values of position and heading, given a model for the external light position and it's PSD signals. Through the simulation of navigating a robot the effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed. Also we propose necessary conditions to determine the sampling time and light source positions.

        방진마스크의 Stainless steel arc 용접흄 여과효율에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate for filtration efficiency of several dust masks, comparing with filtration efficiency certified by KOSHA(Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency), and to require of the right use of protective respirator. Using a welding fume generator and chamber, several dust masks, which were widely used in the workplaces in korea, were tested for their filtering efficiency for stainless steel are welding fume. The filtration efficiency testing system consisted of a welding fume generator, a chamber and a filtration unit. The filtration unit was made of a mask which was inserted into the sampling cassette and another sampling cassette, which contained mixed cellulose ester filter paper. These two cassettes were connected with tubing. Stainless steel arc welding fume generator was delivered into an chamber. The welding fume in the chamber was passed into the filtration unit with flow rate of 30 liter/min. The welding fume filtration efficiency was evaluated by gravimetric measurement. Metal concentrations in the welding fume before and after filtration were measured with inductive coupling plasma analyzer. Following results were obtained: Filtration efficiency of welding fume for comm hygienic mas was 63.82% and the average efficiencies for A, B, C, D, E, F and G masks were 94.62% 96.58%, 83.20%, 82.76%, 77.25%, 86.55% and 93.22%, respectively. Our results indicate that dust masks used widely in the welding workplaces in korea are not proper for protecting worker's health and then the use of fume mask should be required.

        자동창고의 적체현상에 관한 연구

        Automated Storage/Retrieval Systems(AS/RS) are modeled and analysed by the M/G/1 queue with vacation. The model contains two queues(one for storage, one for retrieval), a common server(S/R machine) and a storage unit. Though the probabilities are usually very small, in two extreme cases(storage racks are completely empty and completely full) the two queues govern each other's behavior, and thus it denies the independency among the queues, a necessary condition required in the M/G/1 queue with vacation. Therefore the results obtained are only approximations. Single command and dual command schemes are employed as the AS/RS operation policy and analyses are performed for both the cases.

        정보는 주식시장이나 선물시장에서 투자를 결정하는데 있어서 중요한 역할을 수행한다는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 그러므로 투자자는 이러한 정보를 효율적으로 관리하고 이용하여 투자를 위한 도구로 사용해야 할 것이다. 주식시장에 미치는 정보의 유형 역시 다양하다. 특별히 이러한 다양한 정보변수는 향후 주가의 변동에 상당한 영향을 미치고 있음을 파악할 수 있다. 따라서 투자자는 선거결과, 루머, 기업관련 각종 뉴스와 함께 경제지표, 금리, 유가, 무역수지 등 모든 정보를 활용하여 자신의 투자를 효과적으로 이끌어야 가는 것이 가장 중요하다고 할 수 있다. It is a truism that information plays a very important role in the stock and futures markets. Therefore investors must make the best use of all kinds of information which includes good and bad news as well as rumors about stock and futures, as tools for investment. There are various types of information which effect the stock market. Particularly we need to understand how those information variances will effect the stock prices in the near future. So investors should control and take care of as much information as they can, for examples, the election, rumors and all kinds of business information including several economic variances like oil prices, economic indicators, interest rates, and trade balances. All of these will have implications on the stock and futures markets, etc. How to control and take care of information is therefore a critical factor in investment.

      • 우리나라 선물관련 산업의 거래규제 개선에 관한 연구

        일반적으로 선물관련 산업의 규제는 자율규제와 공적규제로 나누어진다. 거래소나 협회가 회원의 선물거래시 투기적 가격조작을 규제하지 못하게 되면 선물거래가격이 변동하여 경제에 악영향을 미치게 된다. 선물거래에 대한 법적인 정부규제가 강화될 경우 시장조작이나 금융사기 등은 낮아지지만 일반투자자의 선물거래 참여는 부진하고 선물거래가 침체에 빠지기 쉽게 된다. 선물거래 활성화도 도모하고 사고요인도 막는 방식으로 선물거래소가 자율규제시스템을 도입, 운용하고 있으며 이의 필요성을 더욱 중요시되고 있다. 선물시장에서 자율규제시스템의 강화는 선물시장의 활성화를 유도한다. 또한 금융사고나 부정거래, 불건전한 거래발생을 막아준다는 면에서 절대적으로 필요한 존재이다. Generally speaking, it is natural to devide the futures and options related industries by two regulations which include stationary regulation and self regulation. If the exchange or association did not regulate market manipulation. it will have an bad effect on economy by the volatility of futures transaction price. When the government enforces stationary regulation. market manipulation and financial fraud will be decreased, but individuals will not take part in the futures markets, and also the markets will be easy to be a low ebb. So it is need to enforce self regulation for the activation of the futures markets. Self regulation was really necessary to protect financial fraud. unfair transactions and unsound business.

        유기인제 중독 후 발생한 중간형 마비 증후군

        Background: Intermediate myasthenia syndrome(IMS) is thought to have clinical importance because it may cause sudden respiratory failure during the recovery phase of a cholinergic crisis of organophosphate poisoning. We designed this study to identify the prevalence, the inducing agent, clinical predictor, and the proposed treatment of IMS. Methods: Patients who had admitted with the diagnosis of acute organophosphate poisoning from 1992 to 1998 at two teaching hospitals were enrolled in this study. We selected the cases of IMS based on a review of medical records using modified He' s criteria. Results: Twelve(12) out of 110 patients with acute organophosphate poisoning were diagnosed for a prevalence at 10.9%. The drug inducing IMS were identified as dichlorvos, fenthion, EPN, methidathion, and phosphamidon. The occurrence of IMS was not related to either the initial treatment with atropine and pralidoxime, or the level of serum cholinesterase. Complications were pneumonia, sepsis, pancreatitis, and pseudomembranous colitis, etc. Eleven(11) patients were discharged without sequelae, and one patient was discharged as a hopeless case. Conclusion: This study suggests that IMS is not rare, so close observation is required to detect IMS in organophosphate-poisoning patients. Also, more studies are required to find predictors and treatments.

      • 알쯔하이머형 치매와 혈관성 치매환자에서의 ALDH2와 APOE 유전자의 다형성에 관한 연구

        연구목적: 본 연구는 국내 치매환자들을 대상으로 치매발병의 위험요소가 될 수있는 ALDH2와 APOE 유전자형이 어떤 양상으로 나타나는지 알아보기 위하여 시행되었다. 방 법: 충남 부여군에 위치한 부여노인병원에 입원중인 65세 이상의 알쯔하이머형 치매와 혈관성 또는 혼재성 치매환자 59명(남:19, 녀:40)을 대상으로 ALDH2와 APOE 유전자형을 제한효소법에 의하여 조사하였고 치매유형에 따른 유전자형과 대립유전자의 빈도를 비교하였다. 결 과: 1) 알쯔하이머형 치매환자군에서 혈관성 또는 혼재성 치매환자군보다 ALDH2*(-/2)유전자형의 빈도가 높았으나 통계학적으로 의미있는 차이는 없었다. 2) 알쯔하이머형 치매화자군에서 혈관성 또는 혼재성 치매환자군보다 APOE*(-/ε4) 유전자형의 빈도가 높았으나 통계학적으로 의미있는 차이는 없었다. 3) APOE*ε4와 ALDH2*2를 알쯔하이머병의 균등한 위험대립유전자로 가정하고 각 유전자형의 대립유전자의 수를 점수화하여 각 치매환자군의 위험유전자 전체점수를 비교한 결과 알쯔하이머형 치매환자군에서 점수가 더 높게 나왔으나 통계학적으로 의미있는 차이는 없었다. 결 론: 알쯔하이머형 치매환자군에서 혈관성 또는 혼재성치매치매환자군보다 ALDH2*2와 APOE*ε4 대립유전자의 빈도가 높게 나왔으나 통계학적으로 의미있는 차이는 없었다. A study on gene polymorphism of ALDH2 and APOE in patients with alzheimer's disease and vascular or mixed dementia. Objective : This study was designed to investigate gene polymorphism of ALDH2 and APOE, reported the risk factor of Alzheimer's disease, in korean dementia patients. Method : 59 Patients(male:19, female:40) with dementia, aged 65 and older in Buyeo geriatric hospital located in Buyeo-gun, chungnam, were finally included in this study. gene polymorphism of ALDH2 and APOE was typed with polymerase chain reaction in patients with Alzheimer's desease and vascular or mixed dementia. Results : 1) There was no difference in allelic frequency of ALDH2 gene polymorphism between patients with Alzheimer's disease and vascular or mixed dementia. 2) There was no difference in allelic frequency of APOE gene polymorphism between patients with Alzheimer's disease and vascular or mixed dementia. 3) Supposing APOE*ε4 and ALDH2*2 were equal risk allele of Alzheimer's disease, the sum of score by counting each risk allele was higher in patients with Alzheimer's disease than vascular mixed dementia, however there was no significant difference. Conclusion : The genotype frequency of ALDH2*(-/2) and APOE*(-/ε4) was higher in patients with Alsheimer's disease than vascular or mixed dementia, however there was no significant difference in allelic frequency of gene polymorphism of ALDH2 and APOE between patients with Alzheimer's disease and vascular or mixed dementia.
