초등학생의 사회적 지원과 운동참여 동기 및 주관적 가치가 운동참여에 미치는 영향에 관한 인과분석

이 연구는 경기도내 거주하고 있는 초등학교 아동 530명(남: 282, 여 : 248)을 대상으로 친구와 부모의 사회적 지원, 운동참여동기, 주관적 운동가치와 운동참여 간에 어떤 인과관계가 있는가를 밝히는 것이었다. 이를 위해 친구와 부모의 사회적 지원을 외생변인으로 하고 동기, 주관적 운동참여가치와 운동참여를 내생변인으로 한 이론모델을 설정하고 이를 검증하였다. 그 결과 GFI, TLI, CFI 지수 및 χ2/df 값이 양호한 것으로 나타나 이 연구에서 설정된 이론모델은 양호한 모델로 나타났다. 세부적 지수를 분석한 결과 친구의 사회적 지원 → 동기, 주관적 가치, 부모의 사회적 지원영향 → 운동참여, 동기, 주관적 가치, 동기→ 운동참여 경로가 유의한 것으로 나타나 아동의 운동참여에 부모의 사회적 지원과 유능성 동기가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study examined the structure equation model. This theoretical model were exogenous variables which were constructed parental and best friends` social support, endogenous variables sport motivation of physical activity, subjective values of physical activity, and athletic participation. The subjects were 530 elementary school children(boys: 282, girls: 242) who have live in Kyung-kee province. This study used Fredricks & Eccles(2005)` social support scale, Williams, Ryan, & Deci(2004)`s perceptions of sport motivation, Eccles & Wigfield(1995)` subjective value of physical activity scale, and Sabiston & Crocker(2008)` athletic participation scale. The results were as follows; The suggest model was a good fit to data(χ2/df= 2.795, GFI=.923, TLI= .905, CFI=.908, RMSEA=.062(.041~.071)), therefore this structural model was testified significant as a theoretical model. In analysis each path significant, the path of friend`s support → sport motivation, values of physical activity, parent`s social support → athletic participation, sport motivation, and values of physical activity, and sport motivation → athletic participation, values of physical activity → athletic participation.

최인호 소설의 종교성 탐구

최인호는 가톨릭 신자이자 널리 알려진 소설가로 1970년대부터 대중들의 많은 사랑을 받아왔다. 그의 작품 시기를 일별해 보면, 『별들의 고향』의 상업적 성공으로 ‘대중 작가’의 명성을 얻은 1970년대와 이른바 ‘본격소설’을 쏟아낸 1980년대 그리고 역사와 종교의 세계에 깊이 빠져들어 많은 작품을 써냈던 1990년대 후반부터 작고할 때까지로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 본고에서는 한국 불교의 뛰어난 선사인 경허를 주인공으로 하는 『길 없는 길』과 공자에서 퇴계 이황에 이르는 유교의 역사를 다룬 장편『유림』을 살펴보고자 한다. 좀 더 구체적으로 말해, 본고는 이 두 소설이 이룬 ‘문학적 성취’에 초점을 두기보다는 작가의 매우 개방적이고도 다원적인 종교성이 어떻게 그의 작품 안에서 드러나고 있는지를 ‘다른 한 독법’을 통해 보여주고자 한다. 그렇다고 해서 이 두 종교소설을 다시 읽는다 함이 그에 대한 찬사와 비판의 어중간한 지점에서 어떤 타협점을 제시하기 위한 의도와는 거리가 멀다. 그동안 평론가들의 관심을 받지 못한 음지의 영역에 있던 그의 종교소설을 광장으로 끌어내어 입체적으로 다시 보기 위한 하나의 시도라고 말하는 편이 더 적절하다. 이를 위해서는 작가 스스로 생각하는 문학관과 종교관에 대한 올바른 이해를 바탕으로 그것이 어떻게 작품 속에서 드러나고 있는지를 부분적으로나마 살펴보고자 한다. 다시 말해 본고에서는 『길 없는 길』과 『유림』을 중심으로 작가의 정신, 곧 이상세계를 향한 그의 치열한 ‘구도자적 초월의지’가 어떻게 소설 속에 드러나고 있는지를 탐구하고자 한다. 그것은 스스로를 ‘불교적 가톨릭인’이라고 부르는 데서 보이듯 타자에게 완전히 개방된 작가의 불이적 또는 토착적 종교성을 그의 삶과 작품에서 보여주는 한편, 그것이 결국 종교간 대화와 협력을 위한 매우 풍요로운 종교적 전통과 전망을 열어나간 것임을 두 종교소설을 통해 탐사해나간 여정이라고 할 수 있다. Choi In-ho, a well-known Catholic novelist, had long been loved by readers since the 1970s. His works could be classified in the following way: in the 1970s, Home of Stars was one of his most famous novels, and other novels with the same characteristics were very successful. These books led to him being known as a “dime author.” However, since his novel A Windmill in My Heart, he produced in the 1980s other so-called “serious novels” which displayed a sensitivity to understanding modern urban life. The author started to dig into the areas of history and religions from the late 1990s to 2013, the year that he died. This paper explores his later novels, including the religious ones. More concretely, this paper looks at A Road Without Road, a story of Kyung-heo, one of greatest Seon(Zen) masters in Korea, and The Confucians, which deals with various stories of Confucianism from Confucius himself to Toegye Lee Hwang, one of the distinguished Korean scholars on Confucianism. This paper also suggests “another way” of reading Choi’s religious novels by showing the author’s very open and pluralistic outlook of the world and religions rather than focusing only on his literary achievement. Two facts are evident. His later religious novels did not get much attention from literary critics unlike those written in during the 1970s and 1980s. Also, his works got different and even contradictory evaluations. Rereading these novels, however, has nothing to do with offering a “middle place” where the two extreme positions for him, that is, praise or criticism, can be found. Rather, it is proper to say that it has to do with looking at Choi’s works in three dimensions. Therefore, this paper will look closely at how the author’s view on literature and religions are reflected in his works on the basis of a proper understanding of his views. Also, this paper examines Choi’s spirit or, in other words, his ceaseless “desire to transcend” toward the ideal world. Furthermore, this paper will show the author’s non-dual and inculturated religiosity when he describes himself as a “Buddhist Catholic.” Through these two novels there are more plentiful visions of diverse religious traditions for continuing interreligious dialogue and promoting harmony.

임신 중 체중증가 정도에 따른 체성분 비교연구

Objectives: To compare the body composition of the postpartal female weight-gained over the recommended during pregnancy with that of normal female with same age, female diagnosed as obesity and postpartal female weight-gained within the recommended during pregnancy. Methods: From Apr. 1. 2001 to Feb. 28. 2002, there were 745 delivery in Dept. of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Kyung-Hee Medical Center. 32 mothers of them wanted to be investigated about the weight gain during their pregnancy. We excluded 12 persons who had gained within the recommended weight(15㎏) and had diagnosed as the diseases inducing pathologic edema, preeclamsia, gestational heart or renal diseases, for example. In 2 days after delivery(nomal) or 5 days after(Caesarean section) we analysed the body composition of 20 persons. Results: 1. Compared with normal female, body weight, body mass index and body fat of the women gained over the recommended were increased and there made alternation to the increase of the percentage of body fat or the decrease of the percentage of lean body mass. 2. Compared with obese women who had same body mass index, the women gained over the recommended showed a little increase of body fluid, protein and mineral, but had a little decrease of the percentage of body fat. 3. The percentages of body fat increased with the women gained over the recommended, the women gained within the recommended and the obese women in order. This could imply the relation between the pregnancy, weight gain during pregnancy and the obesity. 4. The weights before pregnancy were same in the women gained over the recommended and the women gained within the recommended. But the weights just after delivery kept the gap happened during pregnancy between them and its main cause was the increase of body fat.

The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the second year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows; - differential diagnosis according to condition of body fluid, differentiation of syndromes according to the state of qi and blood, differential diagnosis according to relative excessiveness or deficiency of yin and yang(氣血陰陽津液辨證) - differentiation of diseases according to pathological changes of the viscera and their interrelation - analyzing and differentiating of febrile diseases in accordance with the theory of the six channels(傷寒辨證) The individual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name(異名), notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs(辨證指標), the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern(證候分析), discrimination of diagnosis pattern(證候鑑別), a way of curing a diseases(治法), prescription(處方), herb in common use(常用藥物), diseases appearing the diagnosis pattern(常見疾病), documents(文獻調査). This study was carried out on the basis of the Chinese documents and references.

간세포암과 감별이 어려웠던 악성중피종 치험 1예

Malignant peritoneal mesothelioma is a rare neoplasm that arises from the mesothelium of a serosal cavity and is a rapidly fatal disease with a median survival of 4 to 12 months for untreated cases. Recently, we experienced a case with malignant peritoneal mesothelioma who was suspected hepatocelluar carcioma by abdominal CT scan and was confirmed by biopsy including immunohistochemical stain(calretinin) after surgery. We performed tumor excisions and wedge resection of the liver(segment Ⅷ)and inserted Tencoff catheter in abdominal cavity at 25th day of post-operation. We treated with intraperitoneal paclitaxel(25mg/m^(2)/day for 5 days) six courses monthly. She was well tolerable and is still living without any evidence of recurrence for 14th month of post-operation.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate effect of Hyangsayijoongtang-gamibang on Cold Hypersensitivity and accompanying perspiration. Methods : Hyangsayijoongtang-gamibang was used for a Cold Hypersensitivity patient with accompanying perspiration that was admitted to Kangnam Kyung-Hee Korean Hospital from May 2nd, 2011 to May 14th, 2011. The efficacy of the treatment was evaluated with Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging(DITI). along with objective and subjective observations. Results : After treatments of oriental medicine. the mean body temperature elevated $1.32^{\circ}C$. and the mean temperature difference between different points of the body decreased more than 50%. Subjective observation of Cold Hypersensitivity and accompanying perspiration using Visual Analog Scale(VAS) also showed improvement. Conclusion : Results suggest that Hyangsayijoongtang-gamibang is effective in treating Cold Hypersensitivity patients with accompanying perspiration.
