      • Dynamic Myofascial Release on Postural balance in Patients With Chronic Low Back Pain

        Purpose: Dynamic Myofascial Release(DMFR) was conducted as it was expected to be effective improving body movements and Chronic Low Back Pain when the MFR and joint mobility were mobilized in a direct or indirect manner to approach the problematic area. Methods: 30 patients with non-specific low back pain were selected and randomly divided into DMFR group (N = 15) and control group (N = 15). The control group was received treatment with limited of trunk's ROM and DMFR group was received DMFR. Dynamic Myofascial Release is a separate therapeutic area from joint mobilization. Because Dynamic Myofascial Release is a therapeutic method for myofascial that is the connective tissue that connects the whole human body. And because the patient and the therapist are involved in the treatment at the same time, and the patient's active posture or participation includes low intensity movements that can be released only by breathing. The other is that the therapeutic action that causes movement around the fixed axis is extremely restrained as if it reminds of slow video and static energy therapy Results: The results showed that the mobility and standing balance of the trunk increased significantly compared to the control group (Lee Dong-woo et al, 2019). Dynamic Myofascial Release is expected to help improve trunk movement and non-specific low back pain, and should be used properly with Myofascial Release (P<.05) Conclusions: Dynamic Myofascial Release(DMFR) was effective. These of direct or indirect methods to access problematic areas, including MFR and joint mobility, was effective in improving body movements and lumbar pain.

        Kyung-Hee University in Seoul accept changing of education environment to deal with World's information technology society so that school had preparing the Masterplan to grow up campus's vision since 2006th. Finally we finish up this plan. However, realization of the Masterplan need a lot of financial resources, much times and phases in improvement. Especially, our school needs symbolized business in 2009 due to school of 60th anniversary. So we made a plan that to construct by design which is going to reshape campus's main road and westside afforest place for future. As a result, purpose of research is to improve an atmosphere conducive to academic pursuit, to show up greatness of school and to deal with changing school's environment rapidlly. That is why the Masterplan is trying to find school of superb scenic and developing of environment to congratulate of our school's 60th anniversary main approach and walking spaces.

        경희대학교 국제캠퍼스 걷고 싶은 거리 조성계획

        Kyung-Hee University Global Campus accepted changing of education environment to adapt to the World's information technology society so that school has been preparing the Master plan to grow up campus's vision since 2007. However, realization of the Master plan need a lot of financial resources, much times and phases in improvement. Especially, our university needs symbolized business in 2009 due to the 60th anniversary of our university. Based on this we want to improve the main entrance road environment from school gate to the school of international management and reconstruct the spatial environment beside the main road. The purpose of this research is to construct a pedestrian space environment and reconstruct the campus environment which adapt to the new times' demands. That is why the Master plan is trying to find the landscape scenic which adapts to our school' s main entrance space and the improvement method about the pedestrian space of the Global campus to congratulate of our university's 60th anniversary.

      • 딸기의 유통실태와 성숙중의 품질변화

        딸기의 유통실태와 성숙중 품질변화를 조사하였다. 딸기의 수확 및 선별시에 상당한 품질손상이 있었다. 또 포장, 수송은 과일의 품온을 고려하지 않은채 이루어지고 있었다. 고령 딸기단지에서 생산된 딸기는 소매상 까지 약 25시간이 소요되었고, 계절별 가격차이가 매우 심하였다. 2-3월의 유통수명은 5-6일, 5-6월은 24-30시간이었다. 착색도 즉 a값과 색상변화도로서 본 숙도는 개화 후 28-32일째가 적숙기이였으며, 40일째 이후는 과숙기이였다. 개화후 24일째의 미숙과, 32일째의 적숙과, 40일째의 과숙과를 시료로 하여 품질을 평가한 결과 비타민 C, 당, 종합적인 품질은 적숙과가 미숙과나 과숙과에 비하여 현저히 높은 값을 보였고, 산도는 숙도의 진행에 따라 점차 감소하여 당산비는 증가하는 경향이었다. 또 과숙과는 다소 검붉은 빛이 났으며, polyphenol함량은 숙도의 진행에 따라 감소하였다. Circulation state and changes in quality during ripening of strawberry were investigated. Tissue damage of the fruit happened when it was harvested and selected. Strawberry has been harvested without considering of fruit temperature in the farm. It takes 25 hours from Goreung which is main production area of strawberry to retailer, and seasonal variation in the price was severe. Shelf-life of strawberry from Feb to Mar was 5-6 days, and was 24-30 hours from May to June. Desirable ripening stage was 28-30th day after blooming and 40th day and after this was over ripening stage when the degree of ripening estimated by color “a” value and color saturation. Overall eating quality and vitamin C content, and sugar content were more higher in the fruit of the desirable ripening stage than that of unripening and over ripening stage. The dark redness degree was high in the over ripening stage.

        저체중 또는 과체중 청소년에서 캠프 프로그램을 이용한 영양 교육효과에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to evaluate the effectiveness of a nutrition education program developed for nutritionally imbalanced adolescents. A summer nutrition camp was held for 23 overweight and 16 underweight subjects. Its effectiveness with regard to was evaluated at the end of the camp and 6 months later. Nutrition knowledge, nutritional attitude, food behavior, nutrient intake, exercise habit and ideal body figures desired by the subjects. The results showed significantly higher nutrition knowledge scores at the end of the camp as compared to those obtained prior to the camp program, and these scores were maintained for at least six months. Nutrition attitude scores also improved after the education program, and these improved scores also lasted for 6 months. However, the food behavior scores measured 6 months after the education program were not significantly different from those obtained prior to the camp. Also, the exercise habit, the ideal body figures and the body figures desired by the subjects remained unchanged. When nutrient intakes of subjects were assessed before the program and 6 months later, the mean daily vitamin C intake was significantly increased after the education program. Also, the intake of iron from plant food sources increased in the overweight subjects, while less iron from animal source were consumed by the underweight subjects. Both groups tended to consume more vegetables and fruits 6 months after the education program which may have contribute to the higher vitamin C and plant-based iron intakes. These results indicate that a 4-day nutrition education camp program sustained changes in nutrition knowledge and nutrition attitude for 6 months. The increased intake of vegetables and fruits was also achieved through this education program. However, changes in dietary behavior in adolescents may require repeated education.

        레크레이션 공작 프로그램이 학습부진아의 자아개념 및 사회성에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 레크레이션공작 프로그램을 학습부진아에게 적용하여 자아개념과 사회성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 익산시 Y 초등학교 5학년 아동 가운데 표준화기본학력 평가에서 평균 점수가 60점 미만이며 지능이 정상 범주에 속하는 아동 5명을 대상으로 1회기당 60분씩 총 20회기에 걸쳐서 실시하였다. 그 결과 레크레이션공작 프로그램은 아동별로 상대적인 차이는 있었으나 학습부진아의 자아개념 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 주의집중력과 수업태도의 향상 효과도 관찰되었다. 또한 레크레이션공작 프로그램은 아동별차이는 학습부진아의 사회성 향상에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 추후연구에서 학습부진아동을 위한 흥미로운 놀이 활동을 통한 자아개념 향상 프로그램의 적극적인 개발과 적용이 요구된다. This paper gives a attention to effect of receration craft program on the affirmative self-concept and social development of low-achieving children. 30 students, the 5th school year in Y elementary school, are sampled at the first time. They have mark which is lower than 60 degree. Next, recreation craft program, which is develed by 4 mens, including Park, Kyung-Suk, is performed for the 5 students who have qutatient lower than 85 in IQ. It take 60 minutes each 1 program. The program is repeated 20 times, bring about the followings. The research findings were as follows: First, recreation craft program gives a good effect on elevation of self-consept in low-achieving children, It help the childeren have physical self-concept, update social self-consept. and emotional self-concept raise attention to lesson, bringing up self-consept in lessons. Personal up-greads are as follows: child C in self-consept in lesson, child E in social self-consept, child A, B, D in physical self-consept, child A,C in emotional self-consept. In addtion, the children are elevated in attention to lesson, giving a favor in class. Second, application of recreation crapt program give a affect on bring-up in society. children C, D, A, B, E are updated in sequence. They are changed from selfish thought to social thought, giving a help for the others. In the above results, the 2 proposals can be given. First, teachers have to lesson, raising positive self-consept for the poor-learned to do their best. Second, teachers have to bring up self-confidence and pride with lesson and human deed practice, driving personal capacity and society.

        팽이버섯의 저장성에 미치는 광석분말을 함유한 한지의 포장효과

        The effect of polyethylene film(PE) packaging of golden mushroom wrapped with Korean paper containing 20% mica powder on the changes in weight, color, texture, PPO activity, number of total microbe(TM) and sensory quality during storage at 10℃ were investigated. The experiments were divided to 3 groups(control; only PE packaging, KP; PE packaging wrapped with Korean paper up and down of the sample, KPM; PE packaging with Korean paper containing 20% mica powder up and down of the sample). The weight of the mushroom in the KPM was the lowest until 9 days-storage, but the weight was the highest at 15 days-storage, showing 12.5% higher against the initial weight. L^(*) values of the mushrooms in the control and KP treatment were decreased, but the value in the KPM treatment was maintained as the same of the initial value during storage. The increasing rate of a^(*) and b^(*) values in the all plots during storage was the lowest in KPM and in order of KPM<KP<control. The activity of PPO and number of TM in the KPM treatment were maintained the lowest, but hardness and gumminess were maintained the highest during storage. Appearance of the mushroom stored for 15 days was the best, the degree of browning and softening were the lowest in the KPM. Off-flavor was lower in all plots, but the scores were the lowest in KPM. But further study on the fruit body was grown in the KPM at after-period of storage was required.
