본 연구는 21세기 교육과 관련된 선행연구에서 융복합교사교육의 원리와 지향점을 탐색함으로써, ‘자율성’, ‘가교성’, ‘맥락성’, ‘다양성’(즉 ABCD)의 교육원리에 기반 하고, ‘생애발달주기’, ‘실제적 역량’, ‘감성적 체험’, 그리고 ‘융복합적 역량’을 중심으로 하는 교사교육에의 융복합교육적 접근을 취하는, 다양한 교육과정에 적용 가능한 교사교육 모형을 개발하였다. 그리고 이를 창의·인성교육 교사전문성 신장 프로그램에 적용하여 그 ABCD 원리에 기반한 융복합교사교육의 가능성을 검증하고자 하였다. 개발된 융복합교사교육 모형은 전문가 타당도 검사를 통해 수정·보완되어 최종적으로 완성되었으며 서울의 한 사범대학의 예비교사 교육에 적용되어 그 현장적용 가능성이 타진되었다. 그 프로그램은 예비교사들의 창의·인성교육 전문성 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이는 본 연구에서 개발된 ABCD 기반 융복합 교사교육 모형이 더 다양한 교사양성 기관과 더 다양한 교과목에 효과적으로 적용될 가능성이 있음을 강하게 시사한다. Recently, the Korean Ministry of Education has developed policy initiatives for enhancing school children’s creativity and character. This is because creative decision making and democratic communication are now thought of as key competences required for members of a culturally diversified world village. In this context, this paper presents results from a recent development and implementation of an “ABCD-based Yungbokhap Teacher Education” model to enhance preservice teachers’ competences for creativity and character education: The model has adopted the four principles of Yungbokhap Education: Autonomy, Bridgeability, Contextuality, and Diversity; it has also taken four key strategies of attending to the developmental stages in teachers’ professional life span, to the development of “practical” competences for creativity and character education, to “affective” experience and embodiment of a variety of methods for creativity and character education, and to development of Yungbokhap competences for practicing in classes and the school environment in integrative and inclusive ways. These were to help pre-service teachers develop competences to holistically interact with their own Selves, their pedagogical content knowledge for creativity and character education, their future students, and their educational environment. An implementation of the ABCD-based model in four major and three teacher education courses at a colledge of education in Seoul has produced statistical and qualitative positive results indicating its effectiveness and fruitfulness, which is accepted as strongly suggesting that the same model can be successfully adopted and implemented for other institutions of teacher preparation, and in other courses as well.

Dose Evaluation of Neutron within Containment Building of a CE type Nuclear Power Plant

CE형 원자력발전소를 대상으로 운전중 격납건물내 주요지점의 중성자장을 측정하여 작업자가 받을 수 있는 예상 방사선 피폭선량 등을 평가하고, 국제방사선방호위원회의 구권고(ICRP-26) 및 신권고(ICRP-60)에 따른 방사선 피폭선량 비교 및 교정 중성자장과 실제 중성자장의 방사선가중치 등을 분석해보았다. 분석결과 신권고에 따른 중성자가중치는 구권고에 의한 값보다 배 높은 것으로 나타났으며 , 측정지점의 중성자 방사선가중치 평균은 교정 중성자장의 평균과 비슷하였다. 중성자 평균에너지는 로 교정 중성자장의 평균에너지 500 keV보다 낮아 이럴 경우 각 측정지점에 대한 측정값은 실제 등가선량보다 보수적으로 평가될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다 From measured results of the neutron fields at some principal places within the containment building in a CE type nuclear power plant in operation, the radiation exposure of a worker to the neutron at there was evaluated and the equivalent dose reflecting new recommendation (ICRP 60) was compared with that doing the old one (ICRP 26). The measured neutron field was also compared with calibration neutron field. From the analysis, the following conclusion was obtained: the average neutron radiation weighting factor according to new recommendation is 2.41 to 2.71 times higher than the old one. The average neutorn radiation weighting factor at the measured place was similar to that at calibration neutron field. The average neutron energy at measured place was between 42 and 158 keV and higher than that of calibration field of 500 keV. So, the measured equivalent dose in nuclear power plant could be overestimated compared to the real equivalent dose.

A linear generator driven by a hydrogen combustion engine has been developed. Unlike rotary engine-generator systems, the linear counterpart is inherently unable to start by itself unless external force is provided for initial compression/ignition cycle. When the generator is connected to utility power lines through a bidirectional power conversion system, however, the self start-up can be done by driving the generator as a motor. This paper introduces a prototype 1㎾ linear hydrogen engine-generator system being developed and shows the self start-up is possible with proper motoring mode.
Photoluminescence study of InAs quantum dots with bimodal size distribution

We have investigated photoluminescence (PL) spectra taken from a series of self-assembled InAs/GaAs quantum-dot (QD) heterostructures with different InAs coverages by performing excitation-power and temperature dependence measurements. The PL spectra exhibit a well-defined doublet-like QD peak with invariable energy positions regardless of the coverage attributed to a bimodal size distribution of small and large QDs. The power-dependent PL spectra show that the high-energy peak is composed of two contributions, one from the excited state of large QDs and the other from the ground state of small QDs, and the power dependence of high-energy peak becomes stronger with increasing the amount of InAs. This indicates that, in as-grown InAs QD ensembles grown under optimum growth conditions with appropriate InAs coverages, there can exist a specic bimodal size distribution consisting of large and small QD groups whose sizes are fixed, but whose numbers vary with the amount of InAs.
고분해능 전자현미경법을 이용한 (Bi, La)<sub>4</sub>Ti<sub>3</sub>O<sub>12</sub> 박막의 결정학적 특성 평가

The crystallographic characteristics of the $(Bi, La)_4$$Ti_3$$O_{12}$ thin film, which is considered as an applicable dielectrics in the ferroelectric RAM device due to a low crystallization temperature and a good fatigue property, were investigated at the atomic scale by high resolution transmission electron microscopy and the high resolution Z-contrast technique. The analysis showed that a (00c) preferred orientation and a crystallization of the film were enhanced with the diffraction intensity increase of the (006) and (008) plane as the annealing temperature increased. It indicated a change of the atomic arrangement in the (00c) plane. Stacking faults on the (00c) plane were also observed. Through the comparison of the high-resolution Z-contrast image and the $Bi_4$$Ti_3$$O_{12}$ atomic model, it was evaluated that the intensity of the Bi atom was different according to the atomic plane, and it was attributed to a substitution of La atom for Bi at the specific atom position.
