        This study is for the purpose of examining effects related to duty stress & duty satisfaction due to Police of officers' Physical exercise participation, helping more efficient duty Performance, and positive self-formation. Furthermore, providing basic data that can be helpful to the improvement of police duty. The objects of the study were police officers who were taking part in education program in Police Comprehensive Academy, and the number of police officers who answered the questionnaire is 356 police officers, but data used for real analyzation consist of 300 police officers. The tools for the study were based on Ivancevich's duty stress model in order to measure stress. And also questionnaire used on Kim yoon hee, Kim mae ja, Jo kyung soon, Lee hart kyung's study was used as a complementary tool. The instrument for measuring duty satisfaction rate was developed by Paula. And I used the instrument based on questionnaire that was used by Ko hee soon, Park ki hyung, Kim bum sik, Lee jong kil, Lim bun jang, Jo young chang, Hackeman, Lawlar and Oldham's study. Data analysis is Processed statistically with SPSS/PC+, I Performed T-verification, ANOVA-verification in accordance with the purpose of study after getting the percentage and the real number in case of general characteristics of the objects, and examine an average and standard variation in case of duty satisfaction and duty stress rate. And I set an err rate to 0.5. I verificated co-relation between stress and duty satisfaction with Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The result of the study is as follows, The first, among sociological characteristic and external factor of duty satisfaction, The married is more significant statistically(p< .01, p<.05) compared to the unmarried in terms of compensation system and working condition , which are subfactor of duty satisfaction . In terms of the length of one's service, the longer service term one has the higher significance level one shows in compensation system, working condition, safety, and external factor which are sub-factors of duty satisfaction In terms of an academic background, one who graduated from a high school shows significance statistically only in working condition which is a subfactor of duty satisfaction compared to other people (p<0.5) The second, among sociological characteristic and internal factor of duty satisfaction, the married is more significant statistically(P<.05) compared to the unmarried in terms of achievement which is a subfactor of duty satisfaction. In terms of age the older one shows higher significance level in stability which is a subfactor of duty satisfaction compared to younker one(p<.05) In terms of the length of one's service the longer service term one has ,the higher significance level one shows(p<.01, p<.05). The third, in terms of duty stress due to sociological variable, the married is more significant statistically(p<.05) in case of stress stems from police duty than the unmarried Interms of age, welfare and duty stress are significant statistically(P<.05) Interms of the length of one's service, police's work is significant statistically(P<.05). One who graduated from junior college is significant statistically in police's work, welfare, stress and gets a lot of stress in personal relations(p<.05). The forth, groups participating in exercise are more significant statistically in stability(p<.001), feeling of stability(P<.001), achievement(p<.001), internal factor(p<.01), external factor(p<.05) than croups not Participating in exercise. The fifth, groups participating in exercise are more significant statistically only in personal management than groups not participating in. The sixth co-relation between duty satisfaction and duty stress is r=-0.3814, (P<.001) ,which shows opposite co-relation. so, a result the more stress one has, the lower duty satisfaction he gets.

      • 크레인의 진동 저감을 위한 제어기 개발용 시뮬레이터에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 크레인 제어기 개발에 활용할 수 있는 Simulator를 설계하였고 S/W package를 만들었다. 무거운 물체 운반용으로 널리 사용되고 있는 크레인의 운전에서는 트롤리의 가감속에 의해서 필연적으로 진동현상이 발생하게 된다. 이러한 진동은 크레인 운전의 안정성을 저해할 뿐만 아니라 하역작업의 지체를 야기하게 된다. 이러한 크레인 제어 시스템의 단점을 극복하기 위하여 컴퓨터 화면상에서 진동억제 기증을 가진 Fuzzy규칙을 찾을 수 있는 Simulator를 개발하였다. 또한 본 논문에서 대상으로 하는 크레인 모델에 대해 개발된 Simulator를 이용하여 설계된 Fuzzy규칙으로 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 한 결과 초기진동과 목표점에서의 진동이 신속히 제거되었으며, 위치오차도 아주 적은 값으로 나타났다. 이 Simulator를 현장에 적용한다면, 이송중의 안정성에 대한 보장과 이송시간 단축을 위한 효과적인 이송패턴에 대한 연구가 가능하게 되어 crane의 무인운전 시스템 개발에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. In this paper, the simulator is designed and S/W package is developed for crane controller. The crane for heavy objects transporting inherently causes swing motion of the objects due to trolley's acceleration or deceleration. And the swing not only deteriorates the crane's handling safely but also makes the object's handling time longer. The important conclusions of this paper are as follows. To overcome the crane control system's defects, the simulator with fuzzy rule is developed with inhibitory swing final action in shaped computer monitor. The computer simulation shows that initial swing and swing at goal position are fastly removed with small position error. The proposed controller can be used for stable handing of the object and the study of effective transporting pattern which may contribute for unmanned operation of crane.

      • 3채널 맥파 검출장치의 GUI 개발

        한의학은 개념적이고 주관적인 임상정보를 과학적 데이터화하여 환자를 치료하고자 한의의료장비의 응용에 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 맥파를 검출하기 위해서는 센서에 가해지는 압력, 센서 구동부의 운동 등 여러 가지 파라미터가 있다. 본 논문은 맥진의 정확한 맥상을 검출하기 위하여 3채녈 맥파검출 헤드장치 구동부를 유연하게 동작하도록 시스템을 개발하고, 기존의 양단 스위치 동작에 의한 헤드부의 모터운동을 제거함과 동시에 GUI형태로 맥진시스템을 구성한다. 특히 맥진정보를 받아들이는 寸ㆍ關ㆍ尺 헤드부의 정확한 동작이 맥진시스템의 성능을 향상시키는 역할을 하며, 이는 임상판정의 정확성을 기할 수 있도록 한다. In Oriental medicine, most of the medical examination of a patient depend on subjective explanation of self-patient. The application of an apparatus has an important significance in ensuring the objectivity of clinical information and in promoting the reproductivity and stability through the qualification and quantization. This paper development the pulse diagnostic apparatus of 3-channel type to detect exact pulsatory motion of a pulse wave, which is the type of GUI(graphic user interface) that one have the faculty of smoothing motor and the driving part of non-swich operating the sensor head. This system increase the function of pulse diagnosis and support the clinical decision.

      • 비기능성 부신피질암 1례

        비기능성 부신피질암은 발생 빈도가 극히 드문 악성 종양이며, 내분비학적 임상증상이 없어 주로 복부 종물에 의해 우연히 발견된다. 그래서 대부분 종양의 크기가 거대하고 전이로 진행된 경우가 흔하며, 절제술만으로는 치유 불가능한 경우가 많아 예후가 불량한다. 최근 저자들은 약 10년간 간헐적인 좌측 측복통과 흉부 압박감으로 내원하여, 이학적 검사 및 방사선학적 검사상 복부 종물이 확인되고 생화학적 검사에서 비기능성으로 판명된 52세 남자 환자에서 근치적 신절제술을 시행하여 병리조직검사상 비기능성 부신피질암으로 진단되었기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Nonfunctioning adrenocortical carcinoma is extremely rare, which is diagnosed most often in older man because of mass effect. Most tumors are discovered too late for curative resection, and advanced tumors are associated with a poor prognosis. Herein we report on a 52-year-old man with nonfunctioning adrenocortical carcinoma, treated by radical nephrectomy.

      • 게임 시나리오 동기화 모델 GSSM의 설계 및 구현

        기존의 시공간 동기화에 대한 연구는 대부분 멀티미디어 객체의 시간 동기화와 공간 동기화에 관한 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 이러한 연구는 시공간 동기화 표현에 있어서 게임의 운영 상황과 흡족히 일치하지를 못하고 있는 형편이다. 본 논문에서는 시공간 동기화에 대한 연구를 새로 제안된 시간과 공간, 시공간 언명으로 게임 시나리오에 적용하여 표현하고자 한다. 또한 시간과 공간, 시공간 공식으로 제안된 언명을 정형화된 표현법으로 나타내었으며, 게임 시나리오 동기화 모델(Game scenario Spatio-Temporal Synchronization Model : GSSM)을 설계하고 구현하였다. Most previous studies on the spatio-temporal synchronization had focused on either temporal or spatial synchronization of multimedia objects. They are not fully accorded with the status of game operation. In this paper, we apply new proposed temporal, spatial and spatio-temporal assertions for the study of spatio-temporal synchronization to game scenarios and represent them. Proposed assertions are presented with formal representations. Also, we design and implement GSSM(Game scenario Spatio-Temporal Synchronization Model) about assertions.

      • 맥진단기 채널의 ISI감소를 위한 적응필터

        본 논문은 맥파검출기의 채널간에 발생하는 상호신호간섭을 감소시키기 위해 Sign 알고리듬을 적용한다. 이 알고리듬은 맥파가 저주파이고 매우 천천히 변하는 환경하에서 기존의 알고리듬과 비교하여 보다 유리한 성능을 가지며, 이를 이용하여 분할등화기를 구현한다. We propose the Sign algorithm and analyze the convergence characteristics of it. To evaluate the performance of proposed Sign algorithm, fractionally spaced equalizer is used. Especially, we present that this method have the advantages for the condition having the low-frequency and slow speed.

      • 유방의 경화성 선증과 선관암종에서 그상피세포 및 기저막의 변화에 관한 면역 조직화학적 연구

        The distributions of epithelial membrane antigen (EMA), myoepithelial cells (ME), and laminin in eight sclerosing adenosis, four intraductal carcinomas, and five invasive ductal carcinomas were compared. Sections of formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens were immunostained with monoclonal antibodies of EMA, α-smooth muscle actin (SMA) and laminin, respectively. EMA in normal acini and sclerosing adenosis was confined exclusively to the apical borders, wherase intradctal and invasive carcinoma expressed the EMA in an irregular, non-polar fashion throughout cell surface. SMA-positive cells were well delineated in sclerosing adenosis but not present in invasive carcinomas. In the intraductal carcinomas there were two modes of expression of SMA, one present and the other absent. The intraductal carcinoma with SMA-positive cells were representative of pre-existing duct with luminal extension of cancer(cancerization). Laminin in sclerosing adenosis and other benign proliferative lesions of the breast surrounded completely in continuous linear fashion, while invasive duct carcinomas were negative for this protein. Intraductal carcinoma showed irregular, discontinuous laminin around ducts with carcinoma. It is concluded that a combined analysis of epithelial membrane antigens, myoepithelial cells and basement membrane proteins is a reliable and convenient way to differentiate between sclerosing adenosis and ductal carcinoma of the breast.

      • Monocrotaline 유발성 폐고혈압증의 폐동맥 변화에 관한 전자현미경적 연구

        Pulmonary hypertension is reflected by histologic changes in the pulmonary arteries, namely small arteries and arterioles. Although arterial changes of pulmonary hypertension have been described in human lungs secondary to congenital heart disease of arterio-venous shunt, morphologic changes of pulmonary arteries in pulmonary hypertension were fragmentary and the pathogenesis remained unclear. To elucidate sequential changes of small arteries and arterioles and pathogenesis of the arterial changes in pulmonary hypertension, monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension was produced in 63 Sprague-Dawley rats. Histologic and transmission electron microscopic studies of hypertensive pulmonary arteries from the experimental animals were carried out. Histologic changes in monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension were mainly observed in the small arteries and arterioles. Early changes included vacuolization of the endothelial cells, edema, and fragmentation of the internal elastic lamina. As the early changes had subsided, the smooth muscle cell proliferation in the media was followed by increased thickness of the wall, which led to obliteration of their lumens. The degree of these histologic changes were not correlated with the dose of monocrotalin injected. On electron microscopic examination, the early changes consisted of endothelial cell injury, fragmentation of the internal elastic lamina and proliferation of smooth muscle cells in the media. Smooth muscle cell and fibroblast proliferation in the intima and media along with collagen and ground substance deposition was features of the late changes. In conclusion, monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension was manifested as the early changes of endothelial cell injury of small arteries and arterioles followed by proliferation of smooth muscle cells and fibroblasts. This led to thickening of the arterial walls and obliteration of the lumens. The results indicated that monocrotaline was toxic to endothelial cells of the small arteries and arterioles of the lung, and that pathogenesis of monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension appeared identical with those of essential hypertension.
