      • 가상교육의 문제점과 개선방안

        현재의 가상교육이 가지고 있는 문제점을 파악하고 개선방안을 제시하기 위한 연구이다. 이 같은 목적 달성을 위하여 연구한 내용은 다음과 같다. 우선 가상교육의 실상을 파악하기 위하여 K대학에서 2002학년도 제2학기 가상교육에 참여했던 학습자를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과를 분석했다. 이 분석 결과를 본 논문의 제3장에서 제시한 7가지 기준에 따라서 분류하여 문제점을 정리했다. 이렇게 도출된 문제점들은 가상교육에 중요한 역할을 하는 학습자, 교수자, 전달방법으로 구분하여 가상교육의 개선방안을 제시했다. 가상교육의 활성화를 위해서는 많은 문제점들에 대하여 개선이 필요한 형편이다. 그러므로 앞으로 가상교육의 발전을 위하여 제안된 개선 방안들은 반드시 해결해야할 과제들이다. In this paper, we analyze the existing problems on the cyber education and suggest a scheme to solve them and to improve its educational effects. In order to analyze the problems, we carried out surveys about educational effects for leaners participated in cyber classes of the 2nd semester, 2002 at the K university. The analyzed results of the surveys are arranged and classified in accordance with seven criteria proposed in section 3 of this paper. The arranged and classified results are used to suggest a scheme of improvement in educational effects of cyber classes in terms of learners, trainers and communication strategies which are key factors on the cyber education. Although it leaves much room for improvement in cyber education, our study is expected to contribute to stimulate the cyber education.

        This paper is attempted to search for the strategy of Russian imperalism and its agony. Over six decades after the establishment of the Soviet state and several decades since Churchill expressed his mystification concerning the mainsprings of Soviet policy, many Western foreign affairs observers and practitioners continue, surprisingly, to ask fundamental questions about the motivations and modalities of soviet international strategy. The Soviet government has looked toward western agriculture, technology, trade and finance in order to relieve the pressing economic problems of eastern Europe and of the Soviet Union itself. The Soviet leadership, Andropov regime is likely to shape it policies for the 1980's in the knowledge that changing public attitudes in the United States can be expected to result in serious efforts to restore both America's defense capability and its deterrent credibility. The apparent military, psychololical and political adventages are likely to diminish as the decade proceeds, the Andropov regime may be tempted to pick up key pieces on the chess board before the West begins to close the perceived "window of Vulnerability". In implementing this line, Soviet leaders are likely to be impelled by their penchant for the initiative, believing that an opponent who seems to be both reacting and trailing can be confronted with particulary unpalatable options.

        카드뮴 장기간 투여에 따른 흰쥐의 신장내 카드뮴 축적량과 뇨중 배설량의 변화

        This study was performed to compare the cadmium accumulation levels in kidney with urinary cadmium excretion levels according to the duration of cadmium exposure in rats. Total 120 male rats, 6 weeks of age, were administered 0.5 mg/day of Cd to subcutaneously, intraperitoneally and orally 6 times per week for 12 weeks. The animals were sacrificed in the 1st day of 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th week after beginning of cadmium administrations. Body weight, hematologic values, enzyme activities, renal Cd levels, urinary Cd and proteins were calculated and each value was compared according to the Cd administration routes. The Cd accumulation levels in the kidney of rats increased remarkably for 6-8th weeks which were experimented and urinary Cd excretion levels and urinary protein levels showed the tendency of increasing with the Cd accumulations in kidneys, especially in the subcutaneous injected rats. On the other hand, there was a significant positive correlation among the total Cd administration, the Cd accumulation in the kidneys, the urinary Cd excretion and protein.

      • 테스트 그룹을 기반으로한 SRGM의 구현

        소프트웨어 개발중에 테스트는 단위 및 통합 테스트는 개발 점검팀(Development Test Team), 확인 및 시스템 테스트는 독립 점검팀(Independent Test Team), 인수 테스트는 인수 점검팀(Customer Test Team)에 의해 수행된다. 그런데 테스트 그룹별로 테스트 수행방법, 절차, 도구, 노력, 요원 등이 서로 다르게 적용되고 있다. 이상과 같은 특징을 고려하여 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 테스트 단계에서 테스트를 수행하는 테스트 그룹을 기반으로한 SRGM(Software Reliability Growth Model: 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장 모델)을 제안한다. 그리고 실제 관측된 데이터를 기존의 지연 S자형 SRGM과 본 논문에서 제안한 테스트 그룹형 SRGM을 적용하게 위하여 최우 추정법에 의한 파라미터를 추정하고, 코무로고루프·스미루노프(Kolmogorov-Smirrnov : K-S)검정법으로 모델의 적합도 검정을 수행했다. 그리고 평균치 함수, 기대 잔존 결함수 및 소프트웨어 신뢰도를 추정하여 그 결과를 비교·분석했다. 그 결과 테스트 그룹형SRGM이 실제 데이터에 더 적합한 것으로 나타났다. Unit and integration test, validation and system test, and delivery test is performed by development test team, independent test team, and customer test team respectively in the development of software. Testing methods, procedures, tools, efforts, and man-power differ depending on the test groups. This paper proposes SRGM(Software Reliability Growth Model) based on test groups considering the above characteristics. The parameters are estimated by maximum-likelihood estimation method for the data to be applied th delayed S-shaped SRGM and test group based SRGM. The goodness-of-fit of two models is measured by Kolmogorov-Smirrnov test method. The results are analyzed and compared by estimating mean value function, expected number of remaining errors, and software reliability. The result shows that test group SRGM is fitter than delayed S-shaped SRGM for real data.

        Chalcogen-based thin film transistor using CuInSe2 photo-active layer

        We propose chalcogen-based photo-thin film transistor (P-TFT) using CuInSe2 (CIS) homo-junction. By using a tri-layer process, we fabricated n- and p-type CIS films. Optical and electrical properties of the fabricated CIS films are measured to be suitable for homo-junction. For the fabrication of a P-TFT, n-type CIS generating higher photo current was used for a channel layer whereas p-type CIS with higher carrier density was used for source and drain.         Development of a Simple and Effective Water Disinfection System Using an Electrochemical Mixed Oxidants-Generating System to Remove Waterborne Pathogens in Developing Countries

        Despite tremendous efforts from various international agencies such as World Health Organization (WHO), waterborne diseases are a still major cause of morbidity and mortality in the world – with more than 1 billion incidences and more than 2 million deaths per year. As an effort to mitigate this global burden, we developed a water disinfection system using electrochemical mixed oxidants-generating system. This system is simple, inexpensive, and easy to use. In this study, we determined the effectiveness of the new water disinfection system against waterborne pathogens using Escherichia coli CN13, bacteriophage MS2 and Bacillus subtilis spores as bacterial, viral, and protozoa indicator organisms, respectively. The results of this study showed that the new water disinfection system is very effective against E. coli CN13 (~3 log10 inactivation within 3 minutes with 0.3 mg/L of free chlorine) and coliphage MS2 (> 4 log10 inactivation within 3 minutes with 0.5 mg/L of free chlorine) Although the inactivation of B. subtilis spores by the new disinfection system was somewhat slow (~0.5 log10 inactivation in 60 minutes with 10 mg/L of free chlorine), the result is similar to previous studies with free chlorine. Overall, the results of this study indicate that the new water disinfection system using an electrochemical mixed oxidants-generating system is easy to use, convenient to carry, and also very effective against most waterborne pathogens, so it could be a sustainable solution for providing safe drinking water to the people in developing countries.

        Many LNG ships will be constructed in Korea and the demand of safety valves is increasing. The most important performance of the developed safety relief vales for LNG ship is flow capacity. Flow capacity tests for 8 sizes of developed safety valves were conducted in the high pressure gas flow standard system in KRISS. The initial spring force adjustment was important for setting pressure of the safety valve. The procedure of data reduction and evaluation of the safety valve performance are suggested. This procedure was approved by French Bureau Veritas and Lloyd’s Register.
